"Is that everything on our list?" Castiel asks glancing over Dean's shoulder at the hastily written checklist in his hand. He and Dean had driven across town to pick up supplies for their apartment warming party they'd planned on hosting tonight.
After getting through the majority of boxes and setting everything up over the week between classes and lunches they spent unpacking in order to have the apartment ready by Friday afternoon.
"Let's see, we got snacks, soda, water... Vitamin B-12 pills?" Dean ran his finger down the list, pausing on the last item and turning his face to look at Castiel with a puzzled expression. Castiel simply replied by shrugging his shoulders.
"You and everyone else will thank me when you all don't have raging hangovers the next morning." Castiel explained knowingly when Dean contiued to stare at him. He grabbed the cart out of Dean's hands and started towards the pharmacy, Dean quickly jogging behind to catch up.
"You do realize that's the best part about a college party, right? Regretting it the next day, swearing off alcohol, then doing it all over again the following weekend..." Dean said on a laugh, shaking his head as Castiel chucked a big bottle of vitamins into the cart.
"I would prefer not to spend my Saturday morning puking my guts up, potentially fighting others for our tiny bathroom, as I suspect most of our friends plan on spending the night." Castiel hummed in response, the two of them making their way to checkout.

"Welcome, welcome... Make yourselves at home, drinks and snacks in the kitchen, bathroom's down the hall," Dean announced opening the door to greet Charlie, Benny and Kevin, accepting hugs as they entered the apartment.
"And not to worry, the real entertainment is on the way, courtesy Castiel's big bro Gabriel!" Dean added enthusiastically when their friends turned expectant looks onto him. At this news, everyone cheered excitedly, making Dean and Castiel laugh.
Charlie and Kevin made their way into the kitchen in search of the aforementioned drinks and snacks, greeting Castiel with a hug or high-five on the way, to which Castiel returned in kind.
A knock at the door drew everyone's attention from their current task, all looking as Dean opened the door to Gabriel and his brother Sam.
"Heya Sammy, Gabe... So glad you could join us," Dean greeted pulling his younger brother into a one armed near bone-crushing bear hug while high-fiving Gabriel before stepping aside to let them into the apartment.
"Did dad drop you off?" Dean questioned, tugging Sam to the side as he quickly glanced over at Gabriel, who was handing Castiel a cardboard box full of beer and some bottles of various liquors, before returning his gaze to Sam.
"Gabriel picked me up, at Castiel's request. Said it'd be less trouble than trying to convince dad to let me come here knowing booze was involved..." Sam shrugged, giving Dean his trademark little brother smirk.
"And if dad calls, I'm spending the night at Chuck's... Got it?" Sam added staring up at Dean. Dean was weirdly proud of Sam for outsmarting their old man, and shocked it had been Cas' idea. Always by the book Novak lied to a parent.
"Keep my butt out of trouble tonight and it's a deal," Dean announced offering his hand to Sam, who shook it firmly. "Don't I always keep you out of trouble?" Sam teased.
