The smell of something delicious was what woke Ignis from slumber. Generally, he was the first one awake out of the four- well, now five of them. Sitting up, he put his glasses on after making sure that he wasn't imagining the smell. It smelled like... the garula meat they'd gotten just yesterday? Along with the smell of eggs. Getting up off the oddly-comfortable camping mat, he made his way out of the tent and into the morning light.

Their new tagalong was busy humming to herself while flipping the garula steaks on the grill. There were four plates set up on the table, and eggs in tin foil on the camp stove. She gave a slight wave to Ignis, who looked over at what she was doing briefly before starting on making a cup of coffee for himself. It wasn't long before Gladiolus and Prompto got up, followed closely by an unwilling Noctis. The Prince dropped into one of the chairs while Prompto moved over to the stove.

"Steak? For breakfast? Iggy, you're okay with this?" He asked, looking over at Ignis.

"She was already halfway done when I woke up. I saw no reason to tell her otherwise. It would have been a waste of food."

"Besides, it's not just steak. There's eggs. It's a common breakfast back home, called Steak and Eggs.. but I'm adding a couple more items to it." Satisfied with the doneness of the meat, Nimue used a fifth plate to set the steaks up before proceeding to cut them up, add some tomatoes and bits of avocado- which weren't present on one of the plates that both Prompto and Ignis assumed to be Noctis'- and then topped them with the eggs. She happily gave each of them a plate before cleaning up the mess she made, humming still all the while.

"What about you?" Gladio asked, having already dug in to his food. Thankfully, his mouth wasn't full when he spoke.

"I ate something small since I wasn't feeling that hungry this morning. A sandwich." She shrugged a little, taking a sip of her own cup of coffee. "I'm never really that hungry in the mornings, but it's better to eat than to be hungry later. And I figured I'd give Ignis a break this morning."

"Aw! See, she likes you!" Prompto teased. Ignis shook his head.

"She's merely looking out for my wellbeing, nothing more." He retorted. Nimue laughed, taking another sip of her coffee. The four of them finished their breakfast and, with Nimue's help, packed up the camping supplies before putting them in the trunk of the Regalia and setting off. The tombs of the past Kings weren't going to be around forever.
