MY DISNEY ACADEMIA - 1

PRIDE ROCK

"I expect you three to listen and follow Rafiki's rules," beautiful, Queen of Pride Rock lioness Nala said to her three teenage children; the oldest, Kopa, the middle child and daughter, Kiara, and the youngest son, Kion.

"Yes ma'am," Kion said with a fake smile.

He was the size of a teenage lion with the same man's red-orange hair as his father, the King of Pride Rock, Simba.

"You the most mister," Nala nuzzled his head, "You keep that trembling quirk of yours under control,"

"Aww but where's the fun in that?" Kion complained with an innocent smile.

"Fun?" Nala could not help but smile.

"He's a growing lion, he'll need to use it more than he thinks," came the voice of his older brother, Kopa.

Kion turned around and smiled as his big brother approached. Kopa was a full size bigger than Kion but had a darker mane that looked like a combination of sandy brown.

"Mother," Kopa bowed his head.

"Oh my boys," Nala nuzzled both of their heads. "This is a big opportunity for Rafiki and your going there will establish your names as heroes," she explained.

Kopa and Kion both looked at each other with smiles.

"I can't wait to pick out my name," Kion bounced.

Kopa smiled, "I just want my person,"

"What does that mean?" Nala questioned her oldest son.

Kion looked to his brother the mood suddenly shifting, Kopa licked his lips. "I want my name as a Hero. My name," he shifted, "Not just your and dad's son,"

Nala dropped her head, "I didn't realize that was such a bad thing,"

"Mom," Kion urged.

"I mean no offense mama," Kopa continued, "I just... want…to be my lion," he said.

She sighed, kept her tongue but nodded. On the rock, coming down was Simba and their daughter, Kiara. Nala turned to them.

"Um, is Rafiki ready to go?" Nala asked.

"Almost, he said he's waiting on someone. I guess to talk to my father some more," Simba explained.

"He said he was waiting on someone, so it can't be grandpa," Kiara stated.

"Well, do you hear anything?" Simba questioned.

Kiara listened closely.

IMAGINE IN PRESENT MIC'S VOICE, HAS SHARP SENSES; KIARA'S SENSES OF SMELL, HEARING, SIGHT, AND TASTE ARE HEIGHTENED AND SHARPENED.

"There's…four….no six feet or hooves or paws running this way. Coming towards Pride Rock, getting louder. Whoever it is, heading this way," she explained.

"Ah, my daughter is a star," Nala said.

Kiara made a goofy face at him.

"I don't wanna know what you might hear in the middle of the night," Kion joked to his older sister.

"No, no you don't," Kiara joked.

Simba and Nala both smiled evilly at one another.

"Oh my children, my wonderful powerful children," Nala bragged.

All of them grinned with satisfaction.

"Our children will make fantastic heroes," Simba added.

"With all the training they've done," another voice came from behind them, "They better be," joked Rafiki.

Kiara, Kopa, and Kion grinned at their teacher as he descended the Rock.

"In my journey to Dis Academia, I will greatly need it," Rafiki joked.

"Are you ready to go?" Kopa asked.

Rafiki hesitated to answer for a moment, "Don't you want to say a proper goodbye to your king and father?"

"We did, last night," Kopa said, looking at Simba.

Simba inhaled and exhaled a deep breath. "I'm proud of all three of you," he said.

Rafiki gulped, "As am I, however, there is one more thing that needs to be settled before we go," he explained.

"What is it?" Kion asked.

"That sound is getting closer," Kiara said.

Rafiki looked up past Pride Rock where Kiara followed his gaze.

"Oh my god," she said, "You didn't,"

"What's going on?" Kion asked.

"Those three from the Outlands are here," Kiara confirmed.

"What?!" Simba shouted.

He and Nala tore up towards the front with their kids following. Simba looked over the small rock horizon to see three lions from the Outlands; Kovu, Vitani, and Nuka the children/adopted children to Zira and Scar. Pride Rock's sworn enemy.

Simba growled at the three and started to run at them until a large, open circle appeared before his eyes showing a wave of water on the other side. Unfortunately, Simba didn't slow down in time and jumped straight through.

"Uh," Kovu gasped.

"Simba!" Nala shouted.

Rafiki twisted his staff around in a circle making another circle appear above where Simba was. A fountain of water spilled out along with Simba. Rafiki closed the portal and Simba spit out a fish.

RAFIKI'S QUIRK, IS PORTALS; WITH A WAVE OF HIS HANDS OR STAFT CONNECTED TO HIM BY BLOOD HE CAN OPEN PORTALS.

"Dammit, Rafiki," Simba spat.

His children are trying so hard not to laugh.

"If any of the three of you put out as much as let out one snicker, those clouds will separate," Simba warned.

"Sorry Father," his children said in a sing-song way.

"But why in the world are they-" Simba started to say.

"I invited them," Rafiki answered.

"Why?" Nala questioned.

"They have quirks as well and will be very useful. They've trained on their own for a while now," Rafiki said.

"But they are the children of Scar!" Simba shouted.

"Two are adopted and one is neglected. They can't pick their parents, Simba," Rafiki's tone hardened, "Mufasa taught you better than that,"

Simba dropped his head.

"So, we have to go with them?" Kiara snarled.

"I don't know if that's a good idea," Kion added.

"Why? Afraid we're stronger?" Vitani taunted.

"Don't get ahead of yourself there," Kopa warned.

Vitani met his eyes, his beautiful eyes and she simmered down.

"Stop it, we said we'd come in peace. Besides, I wanna use my quirk more," Kovu bounced a bit.

"You're lucky you have such an impressive quirk," Nuka hissed.

Kovu turned to his brother and put his head down.

"Are you moaning again?" Vitani snapped at Nuka.

"Alright, alright," Rafiki waved his staff in the air, getting their attention, "Look, I'm taking all six of you with me. So for some fun, show off your quirks to one another," he suggested.

The two sides stared at each other but Kion broke the tension. He slid his paw across the ground and a sudden trembling shaking started to occur. The three started to look around frantic at what was going on while the others were very used to it. Kion grinned satisfied.

KION'S QUIRK, VIBRATES; HE CAN MAKE VIBRATIONS OUT OF HIS PAWS.

"Wait a minute, so those nights with the intense shaking ... that was you?" Kovu asked.

Kion's face was slightly saddened, "Sorry, I have seizures because of my quirk so sometimes it's rather difficult to control," he explained.

Kovu, understandably, gave a single nod.

"What's yours?" Kion asked.

Kovu grinned a bit and let his claws scratch at the floor before he took off in a mad dash towards them, seemingly disappearing. None of them had time to react before he was suddenly in front of Kiara. She gasped. He grinned evilly.

"That was so fast….you escaped my senses….I could barely detect you," she said.

He grinned.

KOVU'S QUIRK, FAST PAWS; HE RUNS SUPERFAST

"So that's your quirk? Heightened senses?" he asked.

"Mhmm, I can tell by your breath you had something burned for lunch, probably a zebra," she stated.

"Eh, huh," he said in shock.

She grinned sweetly. Nala raised her eyebrow at the tension between the two.

"Kovu," Vitani called for her brother.

Kovu slowly backed away from Kiara, easing Simba's growing anger.

"What's yours? Smarty?" Kopa directed his attention to her.

Vitani grinned evilly at him until he noticed her tail swinging behind her. "Take a guess," she said.

He watched her, "Something with your tail,"

"Smart," she giggled before her tail grew longer like a whip suddenly and snapped out to smack his body; however he moved out of the way in time.

Her tail slithered back to her like a snake.

VITANI'S QUIRK, TAIL; HER TAIL CAN GROW AND SHRINK TO HELP HER FIGHT.

"My tail can grow in size, length, and mass to help me fight better," she explained.

"I noticed," Kopa snarled back.

"Easy brother," Kion urged, "I think that's cool. You're already rumored to be one the best fights of the Outlands. With or without the perk," he continued.

"...well aren't you a charmer," she said slowly.

"What about you?" Kiara asked Nuka.

Nuka shifted a bit, "Not very impressive," he stated.

"Nuka," Kovu urged his brother.

Nuka sighed and activated his quirk. Two medium-sized wings covered in his black fur shout out of both sides of his body.

NUKA'S QUIRK; WINGS. HE CAN GROW WINGS OUT OF THE SIDE OF HIS BODY.

"See….not too impressive," Nuka stated.

Kopa cleared his throat and Kiara seemed to struggle for something to say.

"Can you make those grow bigger?" Kion tried. "Or fly?"

"...I haven't tried that," Nuka stated.

"You will," Rafiki then twirled his hands around in a circle opening a large portal, leading to a busy city street with racing cars going by, people walking along the other side of the sidewalk, and a lot of noise from traffic. "Where we are going, you will be the best hero you can be Nuka. Make your father recognize you,"

Nuka stared at Rafiki with an intense gaze but licked his lips seemingly agreeing.

"Mom, Dad," Kiara said, turning around to say goodbye to their parents.

Simba and Nala both sat back on their butts to nuzzle their heads against their children saying goodbye to them. Nala licked (kissed) her son's heads making both boys make faces at her motherly love while Kiara pressed her head against Simba's.

"You be safe my daughter," he said.

"I will father," she grinned.

He turned to his sons, "You boys look after your sister," he ordered.

"Yes father," Kion answered.

Kiara shook her head in annoyance while Kopa looked towards Raifiki not answering his father. "Kopa!" he barked.

"I heard you. You should have more faith in your daughter," he defended his sister.

Kiara smiled and walked with her brothers up to Rafiki. Simba turned to the Outlanders, who stared at him.

"Try not to stab my children in the back would you?" he snapped.

The trio glared and growled at him.

"Hey, hey," Nala interjected. "Just….be careful. Hero business can be tricky,"

"Yes ma'am," Kovu nodded.

Vitani gave him a confused look until he just hissed at both of them to come along. They all climbed up the rock with Rafiki. He gave a single nod to Simba.

"Take care of them," Simba urged.

Rafiki nodded once and walked through the portal, along with the six lions following.

The Modern City of

Tron.

The portal opened up on the other side onto the sidewalk of a busy street. Rafiki passed through on all fours with his staff high in the air. The town of Tron was that of a busy intersection; traffic of people or cars in all directions, the fancier side of the town was smack in the middle which was the tall castle building of the best agency of heroes, and the lower districts hugged the outskirts. The people were a mixture of fancy people in suits and blinding jewelry. Other people were sitting and standing to the sides just watching the street. They all suddenly came to a stop, stared in shock, and started to point with curiosity in their eyes. Their eyes then grew to even more shock and terror when the lions started stepping through.

"Easy now folks," Rafiki said out loud, making the people more confused, "They won't hurt you," he declared.

"Did he just speak?" someone asked.

"Do they all speak?"

"They just came through that portal,"

"Do they have quirks?"

"Are they here to join the agency?"

All the questions made Rafiki smile with glee. Can't wait to see what happens when my students step onto the battlefield.

Rafiki then came to a stop making the lions pause.

"Why'd you stop?" Vitani asked.

"Seriously people are starting more," Kovu added.

"Kiara," Rafiki said.

"There's…I think a fight ahead," she stated.

"Those senses do come in handy," Nuka said.

"Let's go!" Rafiki called, taking off in a dash.

"What? We're going now?!" Kion questioned.

"Danger can happen at any time and you need to be prepared to run anytime!" Rafiki explained.

Kopa, Kiara, and Kion were already following Rafiki.

"Well," Kovu said.

"Hey, there's action! I can use my quirk, let's go!" Vitani shouted.

Down the street, in the middle of the intersection of cars with a road just above them seemingly floating in mid-air was an all-out fight going on. Multiple heroes were trying to take down and capture a large beast-like creature with a large blue body. The body of a horse and the upper torso of a man. There were at least three male heroes and at least one female.

"PHILLIP!" rope hero, Eric, shouted.

Ropes were coming out of his hands and wrapped around the beast's body and neck to keep him still.

ERIC'S QUIRK, IS ROPES; HE CAN SHOOT ROPES FROM HIS BODY TO SWING AROUND OR RESTRAIN SOMEONE OR SOMETHING.

The large beast started to pull forward but Eric shot more ropes out from behind him to wrap around a bar to help him lean backwards to hold him still.

"GO! GO ERIC!"

"YOU CAN DO IT!" shouted some pedestrians who were watching.

"That's a dangerous move," Rafaiki said, moving through the crowd.

"What!? How dare you-" one of the pedestrians snapped at him.

However, as the pedestrian moved closer to him they backed up in fear at the growling Kopa.

"Back up," Kopa demanded.

Rafiki immediately held his staff out to stop Kopa in his tracks. "Easy now, they are the people you could save one day," he whispered to Kopa's ears.

He sighed understandably as the rest of them walked up to join.

"Why are there talking lions?"

"Why is he holding a staff?"

"That move is reckless," Rafiki broke the tension making everyone turn to Eric, "It is smart to keep his balance to hold that creature still but one wrong move his back will snap," he explained.

Kion and the crowd took another look, noticing that strong, gallant, and beautiful Eric was straining a bit until a large blue shield came crashing down on top of the monster's head. The impact made wind gust everywhere as they saw another male hero, Phillip slamming a shield on the creature's head to attack it.

"GOD DAMMIT! WOULD YOU JUST STAY DOWN!" he shouted.

PHILLIP'S QUIRK IS, SHIELD; HE CAN PROJECT A PHYSICAL GLOWING SHIELD FOR ATTACKING.

The creature, however, had an insane amount of brute force strength and simply broke out of both of their attacks. Phillip went flying through the air but Eric shot out his ropes wrapping around Phillip's stomach to grab him.

"ERIC!" Phillip shouted in fear.

Eric turned back around just to get smacked in the face with a backhand by the creature. He flew backwards, almost smacking into the building but from in the air Phillip put a shield in the way so Eric would smack that instead.

"Christ," Vitani hissed.

"That has to hurt," Nuka said, now realizing that the crowd had separated from the lions forming a circle around them.

"Those two know how to work together with their Quirks," Rafiki continued. "However, a blow like that will do some damage,"

Eric and Phillip groaned in pain, trying to get up just as the beast ran at them. However, in the nick of time, a female appeared behind the beast and stomped her metal, armor-covered foot to get its attention. Her metal cleat struck the metal ground under her as her long black raven hair blew behind her.

"WARRIOR MULAN!"

MULAN'S QUIRK, IS WARRIORESS; SHE CAN SUMMON WEAPONS USING HER BODY AND BRING OUT MULTIPLES AT ONCE SIZE DEPENDING ON WHAT BODY PART SHE USES.

She spread her arms out on either side of her and from her skin came two huge swords, then two more, two more, and two more making eight. The beast cocked its head at Mulan until she shot her arms forward sending the swords flying toward the creature. Her swords smacked into the creature drawing blood from its fur but not enough to knock the creature.

"It's agitated," Rafiki said.

"Really?" Kion asked.

"Its body can take brute force which is a tough opponent," Rafiki said, "Only a stronger brute force can stop this monster,"

"Brute force you say?" Kopa grinned evilly.

"Oh boy," Kion smiled.

Up on the highway platform, Mulan was growing weaker from using so many weapons to just injure the damn thing.

"God," she groaned in pain.

"Mulan!"

The creature roared in rage, dipping its head back and shouting to the skies above its arms holding out on either side of him. Mulan, Phillip, and Eric all stared in shock wondering what to do.

What can we do? This thing won't go down.

I can barely move, and my stomach is burning from my ropes.

What do we do?

What can we do?! Thoughts racing through their heads. Their quirks were no match for such a force. The creature bellowed and hunched its body forward in a starting position to charge at Mulan.

"MULAN! MULAN!" Phillip shouted to his friend.

Mulan glared at the creature and stuck her arm out next to her. A smaller sword came from her skin and she held the handle tightly.

"I need to get in one good shot," she said as it charged for her. "If I don't, he'll go after

The people shouting for her safety rang in her ears and her arm. The monster's head then suddenly snapped to the left from a red laser shot. Mulan gasped along with Eric. Phillip knew who it was.

"THOMAS!" he shouted.

Thomas, another hero, was perched on a nearby building in a cat pose. His right eye glowing red.

THOMAS'S QUIRK IS LASER SHOT; HE SHOOTS A LASER BEAM FROM HIS RIGHT EYE.

He fired again and again, shooting the beast making it back up a few feet. It roared at him, giving Mulan the opening to stab her sword through the creature's jaw straight through to its head.

"Thanks, Thomas," she said.

She drew her arm back but unfortunately, the sword didn't reach its brain.

"You gotta be kidding me!" she shouted.

She then suddenly fell through a portal. "AH!" she screamed.

"MULAN!" the boys shouted.

She then reappeared directly next to Rafiki and the lions. She gasped in fear, backing up to get to her feet.

"Don't be scared child, we won't hurt you." Rafiki said, "Now to get rid of this thing,"

He swirled his staff around making a portal open up underneath the creature. It fell through shouting, and Rafiki reopened another portal under the highway, luckily there were no cars since everything was blocked off for construction from a previous incident. It crashed into the debris spewing more blood from its wound.

"Kopa," Rafiki said.

"Got it," Kopa answered.

His body suddenly hardened up and he ran full force slamming his body into the creature's body. The creature roared in agony at Kopa's strength as it left a dent in its stomach. Kopa lunged forward and slammed his body on the creature to keep him down.

"KOPA!" Kion shouted for his brother.

Vitani slipped out from around them and took off to aid.

"VITANI!" Kovu shouted.

Rafiki's nostril flared a bit at Vitani acting on her own but he wanted to see what would happen and how she used her quirk. Kopa used his head to head-butt the creature creating a wound to its head. It roared in his face as Mulan got to her feet. She looked up at Phillip, Eric, and Thomas hurrying to the edge; however, they couldn't see what was going on.

"What's going on?!" Eric called.

"The lion is fighting it!" Mulan called back.

Vitani slipped in behind the head and grew her tail out. Mulan watched in amazement as Vitani's tail wrapped around the monster's throat and head. It grew in mass and she squeezed. It roared trying to use its arms and claws to scratch at Kopa but thanks to his hardening quirk, he wouldn't cut. It then bit down on Vitani's tail.

"AH!" she yelped.

She undid her tail from around the face and just kept it around its neck.

"Squeeze harder!" Kopa demanded.

"Knock it out!" she shouted back as it started to lose air.

Kopa raised his hardened paws, slapped it twice, and landed a final headbutt knocking the creature out cold. They both sighed in relief, and out of energy.

"Your tail," Kopa said to her.

"It's alright," she said, shaking out her tail. "I'm fine, as long as that thing's breathe doesn't have poison in it…smells like it does,"

Rafiki walked up and waved his staff, opening a portal under the creature and then reopening it near the police officers who had a large truck to haul it away. The officers jumped.

"You might want to tie him up fast," Rafiki offered.

They jumped and quickly went to work tying him up.

"Are you okay?" Kovu and Nuka approached their sister.

"Kopa, are you okay? How's your body?" Kiara asked.

"I'm fine, I'm fine," he reassured.

Rafiki smiled at his students' care for one another.

"Who are you?" Mulan suddenly asked, behind him.

He turned around to face her and smiled, "My name is Rafiki," he answered.

Her face suddenly changed, "Rafiki? The..the new instructor?' she clarified.

He gave a single nod. "And these are my students,"

Mulan turned to the lions and gave them a bow. She looked up at her fellow heroes above her. "Are you guys okay?! He's an ally! The new teacher!"

Rafiki waved his staff again, opening portals behind Phillip, Eric, and Thomas to join them. They all carefully walked through, now standing next to Mulan.

"That is so freaky," Thomas said.

"That's fucking cool," Eric concurred.

Rafiki smiled, "Are you three okay?" he asked.

"Yes sir," Thomas answered nobly.

"Heroes! Who are these animals? Are they enemies?!" A pedestrian questioned.

"Will they hurt you?!"

"No, no, no!" Thomas waved his hands.

One of the pedestrians threw a rock striking Rafiki in the face.

"Hey!" Kion shouted.

Kovu raced over and growled at the person who threw the rock. They backed up in fear.

"Wait a minute," Phillip said, getting in between the two, "Hold on! They are scared, they haven't seen lions here before in a while…especially talking ones with quirks,"

Kovu backs down and eyes Phillip.

"Easy Kovu, the young man is right. They don't know us," Rafiki spit out some blood, "Do you know where Genie is?" he asked Phillip.

"He-" Phillip was about to answer until a massive amount of blue smoke filled the top of the highway swirling around to reveal the one and only Genie.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! The world is a mess!" came the thunderous shout of the pristine blue Genie himself.

"GENIE!" the people shouted for him with glee.

"Hello everyone! And my oh my do I see a good friend to my eye!" He danced while singing.

"You are still the same," Rafiki grinned with a smile.

Genie slithered down to Rafiki and greeted him with a hug.

"My friend," he smiled.

"How are you?" Rafiki asked.

The sweet embrace of the two made the people come to ease.

"It's so good to see you, and," Genie looked up at Kopa, Kiara, and Kion. "My, are these the children of our long remembered retired golden heroes of the realm…..The King of the Roar; Simba and the Queen of Defenses; Nala?" he asked.

Kopa, Kiara, and Kion stiffened a bit but the people starting to murmur, smile, and point started to get their hearts boosted in ego.

"Wait a minute….that's them?" Mulan questioned. "The children of the Golden Age heroes?" she pointed.

Rafiki slowly turned around to them, "One and only,"
