Cupid taught me many things, and the principle of all of them is to be able to know people's feelings, that easily helped me know who could be together or not. After the phobia factor challenge, I saw Trent try to make peace with Gwen, but the goth girl was too angry to accept her apology.

Since then I could feel that the aroma that I could feel before was gone, that saddened me but I couldn't do anything about it, I'm still not allowed to use an enchanted bow and the truth is, making two people love each other through a spell didn't seem very fair to me.

Right now I was drawing to distract myself a little. Even though I'm stranded on an island, I couldn't deny that there were beautiful landscapes. Just as I was about to finish drawing a loud noise shook me and I almost dropped my painting to the ground.

"Alright campers. Get ready for an unforgettable trip, everyone go to the dock in five minutes for the next challenge." Chris said through the speakers. I looked at my painting and sighed with relief to see that my drawing was not ruined, but I listened and put everything away before leaving for camp.

When we all got to the dock I saw canoes on the beach ready. I looked out of the corner of my eye and saw Trent looking at Gwen, the goth girl looked away which hurt the teenage musician, but I also saw that she wasn't entirely happy with what she did either.

Me.:

"I have faith. I can fix things between Gwen and Trent, I admit that what Trent did was unforgivable and horrible, but I know that Gwen is hurt by this. Maybe if I talk to her they might have one more chance, I should at least try. " I said with concern looking at the camera.

"Screaming Gophers, Killer Bass. Today's challenge will be the classic camping activity, a canoe trip." Chris said with a smile. We all smiled believing that for the first time we were going to have an easy challenge, but then I stopped smiling when my instincts told me that there would be something more, and I wasn't the only one with that thought.

"Each team will take a canoe and will have to paddle to the island of bones, after that they will carry their canoes shoulder to shoulder to cross to the other end of the island, that will be a two-hour walk." The host said with a smile looking at everyone. But Geoff was confused about something.

"Shoulder raised?" We all fell on our backs like in an Anime when Geoff asked that question and even Chris, cameramen and Cheff fell on our backs.

"Chris means that when we get to the island, we will have to carry the canoes on our shoulders to the other end of the island." I said with nerves and embarrassment. I could expect that question from Lindsay, but Geoff? That was a shock.

"And then they say they are the future." Chris muttered in disappointment before coughing and smiling again.

"When they get to the other end of the island, your team will have to create a bonfire, I will judge from above in a helicopter. The team that returns here first and places their canoe on the dock. Will win immunity, or and one thing further." Suddenly we all saw Chris get serious.

"No one, for any reason, motive or circumstance, takes anything from that island. It is said that years ago a tribe lived on that island and cast a terrible curse, and anyone who dares to steal anything from that island will be cursed." The host said seriously. We all looked at each other and swore an oath not to take anything.

"Alright campers. Come on, come on, come on!!." Chris shouted making us all run to the beach to look for a canoe but I stopped.

"Chris, will there be any problem if I go with Gwen?" I asked curiously. The host thought for a moment and then smiled.

"Of course not. Good luck, little fox." The host said with a smile making me smile before leaving. Chris smiled even wider and rubbed his hands together excitedly.

"What did I miss?." Chris was brought out of his thoughts and turned to see Beth, the farm girl had toilet paper on her shoe giving a sign that she had been in the bathroom.

"The canoe." Was all Chris said before he saw Beth run with all her might to the dock.

Cody.:

"Chris says we should pick a canoe partner, it's time to make my move. When Gwen and I are in the canoe alone, it will only take me five minutes to charm her with my masculine charms." Cody said confidently looking at the camera.

We all walked to the canoes while we chose our partners, I looked for a moment and saw Gwen and Trent. The teenage musician looked at a canoe and played the goth girl, Gwen smiled embarrassedly making me smile as I saw that this was a big step. But then she annoyed me by seeing Cody interrupt the moment.

"Come on Gwen, what do you think? You and me in open water, together. What do you think?" Cody asked with a smile. At that moment the goth girl caught Cody in a wrestling hold but then we saw Beth and Lindsay hug Trent's arms.

"Trent, please come with us." Lindsay said with a smile before dragging the teenage musician into the canoe next to Beth. When I saw that, I noticed Gwen's worried look and sighed before approaching.

"Gwen, do you want to come with me? I talked to Chris and he said we could be in the same canoe together." I said smiling. The goth girl looked at me for a moment and then looked at Trent, she sighed and let go of Cody.

"Yeah come on." Was all Gwen said before she let go of Cody and walked to the canoe with me. Cody on the other hand recovered from the wrestling hold and then noticed Katie.

"Hey, Cody. Umm, I don't have a canoe partner and everyone already chose theirs. Can I go with you?" The girl asked with embarrassment and a blush. Cody saw that everyone was already in his canoe and then looked at Katie.

"Umm, sure. Sounds good." The teenager said with a smile, Katie squealed in happiness before holding Cody's hand and leaving for the remaining canoe.

Gwen.:

"Trent I know he seems sorry for what he did. But leaving someone buried alive? I'd rather trust Heather with my life than give it to Trent again." Gwen said with annoyance looking at the camera. But deep down, the girl also seemed hurt by what she said.

Katie.:

"This is my greatest opportunity. Cody and I together, alone without anyone bothering us. I will finally be able to take the first step." Katie said before squealing with excitement.

Leshawna had to team up with Izzy. The crazy girl walked to the canoe but when she tried to move it she only managed to take a turn and fall sitting down.

"Just follow my example, I have tribe blood in my veins. Which means one day the tribe will come for me." Izzy said with a smile as Leshawna began to push the canoe into the water.

"I hope that day is today." Leshawna said tiredly and hopefully. She was able to tolerate everyone, and even Ezekiel a little. But after what happened at the talent show with Izzy's explosives, Leshawna was begging for someone to please switch places with her.

While some are looking for canoe mates or taking their canoes out to the water, Geoff was looking around until he saw Bridgette. The partying teenager greeted the surfer girl, a greeting that was reciprocated. Geoff was excited when she saw Bridgette approaching, he was about to speak but then he was petrified when the girl passed by him.

"Courtney, come with me!" Bridgette approached the girl and they both went in search of a canoe. Geoff didn't notice it, but we all grimaced in discomfort at the scene, surprisingly Heather seemed to feel the same way too.

Geoff.:

"Things between Bridgette and I have been a little bad these days, she hasn't listened to me in days. Nah, but surely everything is fine." Geoff said with a confident smile looking at the camera.

"Hey, do you need a canoe buddy?" DJ asked curiously looking at the party boy, Geoff smiled and they went to find a canoe.

While I was moving my canoe into the water. I couldn't help but see that Bridgette looked nervous and a little sad as she watched Geoff leave with DJ. A scent reached my nose and I smiled lightly.

"Hey, man. The canoes don't turn around often, do they?" DJ asked with concern looking at the canoe. The teenager tapped his feet lightly to check the stability of the canoe.

"Haha, no man. That doesn't happen often, unless we're in troubled waters." Geoff said before giving DJ a life preserver but the teen looked horrified when he heard about rough waters.

"Can the waters get turbulent?" DJ asked fearfully making Geoff laugh.

"More than you imagine, the waters can often get wild." Geoff didn't sound worried when he spoke, but his statement made DJ tighten his life jacket.

DJ.:

"When I was 9 years old, my cousins dared me to jump off the diving board at the pool. I wasn't going to let them call me a coward, so I jumped. However, I landed on my butt, many would think that was better than falling face down. Mistake after they took me to the hospital, my shorts rode up so much that they literally had to use all the surgical instruments."

"They had to invent a new medical procedure and took me to the emergency room. Since then I have been afraid of water, it's even worse than my fear of snakes." DJ said embarrassedly.

We were all now ready to leave. Everyone had their perfect companion while others had to make do with the few campers available.

"Alright campers. On your marks, ready. Get out!" Chris yelled before firing a gun into the air. While we were all rowing, the host saw an eagle fall in front of his feet.

"That's going to cause a lot of angry emails." The host said with a shiver running down his spine. He could already feel the many complaints that were going to come to him or surely demands.

Geoff was paddling calmly while DJ on the other hand was shaking in fear, the teen looking like a cat holding on for dear life to avoid the water.

"Come on man, relax. Enjoy the water." The partying teen said before giving DJ one of the paddles. The giant teen looked sheepishly and grabbed the paddle confidently before paddling but then they saw Owen bouncing around in his canoe.

"When the canoe rocks, the tide rises!" Owen was breaking up but all traces of happiness were gone as we all watched in pain as Heather hit the big teen with an oar.

Gwen was rowing with me, but the girl could see that she was smiling happily and humming a song, which caught the goth girl's attention.

"What are you singing?." Gwen asked curiously making me stop singing and laugh Shyly.

"It's a song that someone very special to me taught me. We sing this song together when we sail the sea together." I said with a happy smile. Vandala and I went sailing on many of our dates in search of adventure and treasure.

"Wow. You know, a song wouldn't hurt right now." Gwen said with a smile. However, our talk also caught the attention of the other campers.

"You're talking about a song? Man, that sounds great. That would be good for the trip." Geoff said with a smile making me laugh.

"Very well. It seems that the trip will be very long, long enough to sing." At that moment I stood up and held my paddle tightly before setting a steady rhythm by hitting the canoe with the paddle.

Wellerman

Nathan Evans

Everyone seemed to pay attention but then they saw that I now had a pirate outfit on.

(Me.)

There once was a ship that put to sea

The name of the ship was the Billy of Tea

The winds blew up, her bow dipped down

O blow, my bully boys, blow

Everyone was smiling because I was singing along, the song was motivating them to row at the same speed as the song and even DJ seemed to be less afraid.

Soon may the Wellerman come

To bring us sugar and tea and rum

One day, when the tonguin' is done

We'll take our leave and go

I gained momentum and made a big jump until I landed on Duncan and Harold in the canoe while holding my oar as if it were a sword.

She had not been two weeks from shore

When down on her, a right whale bore

The captain called all hands and swore

He'd take that whale in tow

Everyone started humming making me laugh. At that moment I cast a spell on my hat and put it on Duncan. When the punk boy had my hat, suddenly his clothes changed to the traditional pirate clothes like a bandit.

(Duncan.)

Before the boat had hit the water

The whale's tail came up and caught her

All hands to the side, harpooned and fought her

When she dived down low

Duncan was visibly surprised to see me suddenly sing the lyrics to the song but he and I smiled before we sang together.

(Duncan and me.)

Soon may the Wellerman come

To bring us sugar and tea and rum

One day, when the tonguin' is done

We'll take our leave and go

I grabbed my hat and threw it at Owen. When the hat fell on the teenager's head his clothes changed and now he had an eye patch and a wooden leg.

(Owen.)

No line was cut, no whale was freed

The Captain's mind was not of greed

But he belonged to the whaleman's creed

She took the ship in tow

Duncan and I raised our oars and the three of us began to sing together.

(Duncan, Owen, and me.)

Soon may the Wellerman come

To bring us sugar and tea and rum

One day, when the tonguin' is done

We'll take our leave and go

Next to catch my hat was Cody. When the teenager was hit, his clothes changed and he now had a beard, a trench coat, and a ghostly parrot on his shoulder.

(Cody.)

For forty days, or even more

The line went slack, then tight once more

All boats were lost, there were only four

But still that whale did go

Owen, Duncan and I screamed like pirates before the four of us started singing together while everyone was happy about the trip and the song but Heather didn't seem interested.

(Owen, Cody, Duncan and me.)

Soon may the Wellerman come

To bring us sugar and tea and rum

One day, when the tonguin' is done

We'll take our leave and go

Gwen grabbed my hat, the girl was going to put it on but then she saw Heather. The goth girl smiled and threw the hat, before Heather could avoid it, the hat landed on her head. Her clothes changed to the clothes that a pirate captain would wear.

(Heather.)

As far as I've heard, the fight's still on

The line's not cut and the whale's not gone

The Wellerman makes his regular call

To encourage the Captain, crew, and all

The girl covered her mouth in shock, it was as if her own voice had sung by itself. She threw my hat and it landed on my head, everyone smiled and started singing happily.

(All teams except Heather.)

Soon may the Wellerman come

To bring us sugar and tea and rum

One day, when the tonguin' is done

We'll take our leave and go

"Fog in sight!" We all turned around at Harold's shout and saw a thick fog ahead.

"Attention comrades, hold on to your hats and tie down your canoes. Prepare to enter cursed waters!" I shouted seriously looking at everyone. Everyone quickly grabbed ropes and tied their canoes to each other's canoes for safety.

"Full steam ahead, my friends. May the Flying Dutchman guide us in these waters." I said with one while everyone laughed and raised their oars like swords on the other hand Heather rolled her eyes in annoyance.

(Me.)

Soon may the Wellerman come

To bring us sugar and tea and rum

One day, when the tonguin' is done

We'll take our leave and go

Slowly my clothes returned to normal and the magic left as Slowly we all walked into the fog.

We don't know how long we've been inside the fog, but it felt eternal. At all times we felt watched, we were constantly observing the state of the ropes so that the canoes would not come loose. We didn't want to tempt fate.

"Are you sure we're going in the right direction?" Leshawna asked with concern while I was constantly looking ahead.

"It's hard to know, the fog is very thick. But I can guarantee that nothing bad will happen, for now it's better to keep a calm mind and be together. I don't want to imagine what could happen if we were to separate." I said seriously. Everyone nodded and continued rowing in silence.

"Cody, we're going to be safe, right?" Katie asked fearfully, hugging one of the boy's arms. On the other hand, Cody was very blushing and he smiled shyly.

"Yeah, umm. Obviously, we're going to be fine, I say. Benja is taking care of us, right? We can trust him." Cody said with a nervous smile while Katie was very blushing and smiled shyly as well. But they never knew that I was smiling when I felt a sweet aroma in the air.

"This is officially the worst day of my life." I turned to look at Lindsay.

"I was supposed to tan in the sun today, how am I going to look pretty now without my tan?" The bomb girl said in frustration looking at the ground.

"Don't say that, I think you're still pretty." Trent said with a smile but then he got a huge surprise when Lindsay gave him a hug putting her breasts on the teenage musician's chest.

"Trent, you're so sweet." Suddenly I felt a bitter aroma and I saw Gwen, the gothic girl saw the whole scene and that worried me. At that moment I wrote something on the floor of the canoe with my claws and using magic I made the girl suddenly see that all the canoes disappeared.

"Don't be scared, it's a sound cancellation spell. No one can hear and we can't hear anyone." I said looking at the girl but Gwen stayed quiet.

"Things between you and Trent aren't going well at all, right? Do you still remember the last challenge we had before?" Gwen lowered her head although she also blushed a lot when she remembered when she kissed her to save her life.

"It's hard to talk to Trent after what he did to me, Benja. He literally let me die! I gave him my life and if it weren't for you I'd probably still be buried on the beach, how can I trust someone who I can't even trust him with my life!?" Gwen yelled with frustration and sadness making me sigh.

"I understand you Gwen." The girl looked at me and saw that I sighed before speaking as I continued paddling.

"You don't know. But throughout my life I experienced things that literally no one could face, I had to trust people who I saw as enemies, I even had to blindly trust people who were worse than you imagine. But everything has one reason, I trusted them, because we had to depend on each other in difficult times."

"What happened with you and Trent was not his fault. Chris sent a mime after him, Trent was in a panic and ran away to try to escape from the mime. When he achieved his goal he felt that he forgot something, he came back for you and even accompanied by Chris. He told me, he was not trying to hurt you, he wanted to help you but his fears got the better of him." I said looking into Gwen's eyes.

"I know. He told me too, but Benja, trust is something you can't buy with simple words, actions also speak for themselves. Trust gains over time, I trust Trent because he is my teammate. team, but what's the point of trusting him if in the end he can't respect or simply maintain the trust that I had in him?." The girl asked seriously.

"Fear can corrupt even the strongest mind. Trent fought to stay with you, but trauma and fear can shake someone's mind and cause them to forget even their own oaths. Just think about it, fear is sometimes beyond our control and many times they can work against us."

"I'm not asking you to blindly trust Trent again. I'm just asking you to think in his place and imagine what he must have felt at that moment. Trust him only when you feel ready. But maybe then you should talk to him. He, seriously, he looks very sorry for everything and wants to fix things with you." I said with a slight smile. Gwen smiled a little at what I said.

"Yeah, maybe I should do that. Thanks Benja, you're a good friend." Gwen said with a smile but then we felt our canoe was moving.

"What was that?." Suddenly a loud crash shook the canoe causing Gwen and I to jolt.

"Something is not right." I said with concern. When I removed the seal suddenly chaos broke out around us. A relentless storm was raging across the sea and everyone's canoes were moving violently and strongly.

"Benja. Where the hell were you!? We need your help!!." Courtney shouted in fear while everyone was in serious trouble.

"Gwen, the magic seal. Now!!" I shouted with concern. The girl remembered and looked at the magic seal on her hand before remembering and screaming.

"Kitsune, answer my call!!." Suddenly the magic seal disappeared and I felt my magic released.

"Help the others, I'll take care of it around here. Take this." I said before putting my hands on Gwen's head. The girl felt an energy run through her body. Her hair turned dark with swamp green accents, and roots with thorns appeared on her arms.

"Use your roots and prevent the canoes from spreading further apart!" I yelled before I started jumping and using my ivy magic to catch the canoes and tie them up.

"How do I do that!?." Gwen screamed in fear but she was watching as I was busy. But then she heard someone scream.

"Cody fell!!." Gwen ran and saw that Katie without thinking jumped into the water to rescue Cody. The goth girl was scared and saw that it made her roots grow. At that moment she began to relax and looked at me before imitating my movements but she saw with terror that the magic did not respond.

"Help!!." Gwen started to get nervous and struggled again and again, her mind at that moment flashing through the image of me using my roots, and suddenly she saw that her roots seemed to obey and dart out before grabbing Katie and Cody and putting them in the canoe. .

"Thank you, Gwen." Katie coughed water but she was hugging Cody in happiness and relief. The goth girl looked at her roots and smiled before using the magic I gave her to rescue and catch the others' canoes.

"It's all of them already!?." I screamed in worry as I slowly stopped flying but then I saw DJ point his finger forward.

When we all look ahead we feel a chill run down our spines as we see rocks ahead.

"Gwen. Time for a quick change." I put my hand on the girl's shoulder and now her hair was covered in green flame and her hands were engulfed in flames.

"Aim for the rocks blocking the path!" I yelled before shooting a fireball so I could open a path and we quickly started paddling while I made sure everyone was safe.

Gwen started throwing fireballs while I was checking the ropes and using magic to guide the paths the goth girl was opening. The rain, the violent tide and the rocks, we were all very worried and terrified, we had to make sure that nothing and no one was hurt but above all, avoid carelessness.

"Keep up Gwen, you're doing very well!!." I yelled before helping the goth girl a little.

"This could become a habit for me!!." The girl screamed but then we both saw rocks with her said in front which scared everyone.

"We must destroy those rocks, let's go together, Gwen!!." I shouted seriously as the goth girl and I launched a combined attack causing a loud explosion. I immediately made a shield that protected us from the debris but the force of the water from the explosion caused Heather to fall into the water.

"Everyone is fine?." I asked worriedly but then I saw Owen scream.

"Heather fell!!." We all got scared and saw that the girl was nowhere to be found.

"Gwen, keep everyone safe. I'm going to find Heather, don't stop!!." I yelled before jumping into the water and starting to swim as fast as I could. On the other hand, the goth girl became serious and used the little magic she had left to clear the way so everyone could move forward.

"Big rock in front!!." Beth shouted in fear. Gwen tried to throw a fireball but to her horror her magic ran out.

"Prepare for impact!!." Everyone took cover as the collision seemed imminent but then they saw the rock exploded by lightning.

"No one will die while I live!!." I screamed before landing with Heather's body in my arms.

At that moment I closed my eyes and concentrated all my magic. Slowly my tails and ears glowed and I let out a loud roar to the sky, the sonic roar was enough to clear the storm and slowly the sea began to calm down.

"Is everyone okay? No one is hurt?" I asked tiredly. But I was relieved to see that everyone was okay.

"I think I see something ahead." Izzy said before pointing ahead. We all looked and saw an island.

The island was huge, it seemed that the fog was coming from that place and the sky was completely grayish. I could feel a chill when I suddenly felt the evil and negative energy that the island was giving off.

"Everyone prepare to go down." I said as the canoes slowly reached dry land. We all went down but then I looked at Heather with concern.

"Heather, are you okay? You swallowed a lot of water." I said with concern as I helped the girl to her feet but then she roughly pushed me away.

"I'm fine, stupid fox. I don't need your help." The girl coughed up some water and stood up while Gwen helped me up.

"Ungrateful bitch, Benja saved your life!" The goth girl shouted seriously but Heather simply crossed her arms and left with her team without saying anything.

"It's okay, Gwen. Don't worry, but I'm very proud of you. You used my magic responsibly and wisely, if you were a magician you would surely be very good." I said smiling as I stood up.

"Thank you, but I think it's all because I have a good teacher." The goth girl said looking at me with a smile. I blushed with embarrassment and laughed sheepishly. Trent looked at that with some concern but then we all heard propellers and saw Chris in the air in a helicopter.

"Campers, good thing you're here. I was close to sending a rescue team, haha, close." The host said with a smile but then I got confused when I realized something.

"How did you get here so fast with the storm?" I asked curiously. Everyone seemed curious to know the answer.

"Storm? Oh, I know what you mean. I think I forgot to mention that there are two paths to the island, an easy path and a difficult path. It seems like you guys took the harder path, and boy are you still alive. That's very good for me, and for my lawyers." Chris said with a smile but he whispered the last thing in a low voice looking at Cheff.

"Wait. Are you saying that you forgot that there are two paths that one is easy and the other could have led us to certain death!?." Heather shouted in seriousness and disbelief. We were all also upset and surprised at the same time.

"I told you you would have given them a map." Cheff said seriously making the host laugh embarrassedly.

"Anyway. As I see that you managed to get here alive and with your canoes still intact, we will give you some help." Chris said before throwing out two compasses and two maps.

"Those maps will help you get to the other end of the island without having to die trying, good luck!" Chris shouted with a smile but when we opened the maps we were angry to see that my maps were blank.

"The maps are blank!" Courtney yelled angrily and Katie noticed something on the compass.

"And the compass is a toy." We all looked at the helicopter when we heard Chris laugh.

"Oops my mistake. Still, good luck campers." The host said before leaving but then a fireball almost hit the helicopter but then we all heard something that made us smile.

"My eyebrows!!." We all turned around and saw that Gwen was smiling with smoke coming out of her hand.

"Nice shot, Gwen." I said smiling while the girl laughed.

"Well. And now what are we going to do?" Owen asked with concern. We all look at the island and feel a chill.

"Maybe we can go together, that way we'll avoid anyone getting lost or hurt." I said with concern but Heather shook her head.

"Forget it, enough of this shit. Now we're all going our separate ways, Lindsay, Beth, let's go." The goth girl said seriously as she and the other girls left while the farmer girl and the bomb girl had to carry their canoes.

"Well, I guess this is where we part ways." Gwen said before looking at me but she saw that she was giving him a sword.

"I don't like this island in the least, take my katana and use it when you are in danger. We will keep in touch." I said before pointing to the communicator in my ear. The goth girl nodded and we all went our ways.

The interior of the island was much worse than the beach. The weeds reached up to our abdomens, there were human bones everywhere, the wind hit our faces and the negative energy was getting worse for my team and me. At that moment I noticed Bridgette very separated from the group and I approached her.

"Bridgette. Is everything okay?" I asked with concern. The surfer girl looked at me and then at Geoff for a moment before speaking.

"It's Geoff. He's sweet and all, but I need to tell you something and please promise me you won't tell him what I think." Bridgette said fearfully making me nod. The girl relaxed before speaking.

"This morning, I got up, took a shower and went to change but after breakfast I went to the cabin to look for my surfboard, but there was something hidden between the blankets, there was a lump. And when I uncovered it I saw a heart decorated with macaroni and a photograph of me and Geoff." What the surfer girl told me left me confused but she seemed nervous.

"I don't understand, Geoff did something in crafts. How bad can it be?" I asked curiously but Bridgette reached into her coat.

"You haven't seen it." When the girl showed it to me, the hairs on my tails and ears automatically stood up. The frame and the little details were fine, but the scariest thing was that the photo was of Geoff and DJ, but the big teenager was removed from the photo and it was replaced with Bridgette's photo.

"And that's not the worst thing, look at the note he left me. "I hope you think of me when you put your coins here." When Bridgette read the note a depressive aura completely covered me.

"I heard horrible declarations of love, but. Voltage, this takes the prize." I said sadly before sighing and looking at Bridgette.

"Bridgette, Geoff is trying to impress you and it's because he likes you. I always see how you two are together and laughing, don't you like it?" I asked curiously. Bridgette looked at the partying teen and watched as she and Duncan laughed at a joke.

"Geoff is a good guy, I just wish he wouldn't be so quick. His intentions are good and all, but it's a bit much for me. We've only been here a couple of weeks, I'm happy with him. But I wish he would take his time too. things calmly." Bridgette said with concern but then we heard a scream and saw Owen fall into a small ravine.

"Owen, are you okay!?" I shouted with concern looking at the teenager while we all ran to his rescue.

"I'm fine, buddy. Luckily I landed on this soft sand." The teenager said with a smile but he noticed that he was slowly sinking which scared him a lot.

"Oh cream donuts, help!!." Owen screamed in despair and then was caught by some roots.

"We won't leave you behind. Everyone, pull!!" I shouted seriously and we all started pulling hard to free Owen from the quicksand.

"Leave me here guys, go." Owen said sadly but that made me more serious.

"I don't leave anyone behind!!." I pulled with all my might and we saw Owen fly until he hit some bushes.

"My God, are you okay!?." Katie asked fearfully and we watched Owen stand up as he laughed out loud.

"That was amazing. I want to do that again!" We all laughed at Owen's statement. No matter the situation or what was happening, he always showed positivity at its best.

Gwen was with her team walking through the undergrowth, the girl was using my sword to cut the plants and any object that would get in her way. The girl at one point saw Trent and sighed a little bitterly trying to think of what to do or say.

"Hey, goth girl. Eyes on the road, it's a wonder that fox did something useful and gave you that silly sword." Heather said seriously, that bothered Gwen a lot.

"For your information, Benja saved your life. If he had known that you would continue to be ungrateful to him, he should have let you drown." Gwen said with venom but without her realizing it, she cut a tree very easily, that had a great impact on everyone. However, they saw the tree fall and a loud crash was heard.

"Oh sister, I don't like that." Leshawna said fearfully. The fear intensified when they suddenly heard something moving in the bushes and slowly large woolly creatures emerged from the bushes.

"Monstrous beavers!!." Cody screamed in terror and quickly everyone started running for their lives while the beavers went after them.

Chris.:

"A remnant of the Pleistocene. The woolly beaver is a native of Bone Island, or. Did I mention that they are extremely carnivorous?" Chris asked mockingly as he laughed.

Screaming Gophers were now running for their lives while the beavers chased them, but then they were cornered into a dead end.

"They cornered us, it's the end of us!!." Beth shouted in fear, hugging Lindsay.

"Gwen, if this is the end. I confess that I stole one of your bras today, but I was going to give it back to you, it was a bet I made with Duncan!!." Cody shouted in fear. But that angered and shocked the gothic girl.

"You did what!?" Gwen was going to use my sword against Cody but then everyone watched the beavers quickly flee the place.

"Are they leaving? Just like that?" Heather asked with confusion but then everyone heard growling and saw that they were now surrounded by large birds. The birds at that moment observed that Harold accidentally stepped on an egg, which made the birds growl with anger.

"Run!!." They all ran quickly while the birds chased them very closely.

"Goth girl, make use of that fucking sword right now!!." Heather shouted seriously making Gwen look at my sword.

"I do not know how it is used!!." Suddenly she saw that Trent was being pecked which made her angry.

"Leave him alone!!." Gwen started throwing slashes and at one point an air attack hit the bird causing it to fall.

"Good hit sister but hurry up, they're going to catch up with us!!." Leshawna shouted in fear. Immediately Gwen began to launch more attacks causing the birds to fall one by one. At one point the girl saw branches on the trees and used my sword to cut the branches causing them to fall on the birds.

"Bless you, Benja." Gwen whispered in relief before kissing my sword and putting it away. Everyone started walking again at a slow pace while trying to catch their breath, but Harold seemed uncomfortable.

"Did anyone bring an extra pair of underwear?" Everyone laughed at Harold's question, thinking it was a joke.

"No, I'm serious." After that statement everyone made a disgusted face and turned away from the nerdy teenager.

After minutes walking. My team and I came to two different paths. One wide and the other narrow, but both took us to the heart of the forest.

"Does anyone have any idea where we can go?" Duncan asked seriously. I stood in front of everyone and closed my eyes to concentrate while my Kitsune ears moved like antennas.

"I think we go to the right." Geoff said pointing the way to the right.

"The Path on the left seems much safer." Courtney said looking the other way, but Bridgette pointed to the path Geoff mentioned.

"But the path on the right is much wider, we will be able to move more easily there." Bridgette said looking down the road but then everyone saw my ears stand on end.

"The path to the right is much safer, let's go." I said as my team and I headed down the path I mentioned. However, I didn't realize that the Screaming Gophers were behind us.

"Killer Bass is taking the right path." Beth said as the farm girl held the canoe with Lindsay.

"Then we'll go left." Trent said and everyone entered the path on the left.

Screaming Gophers were having difficulty moving forward with their canoes, Gwen had to use my sword to cut the plants again, everyone was going about their business. But when they least expected it, Trent was trapped by quicksand.

"Umm, guys. I don't want to scare anyone but I'm cringing!" The teenage musician shouted as he struggled not to panic.

Trent.:

"Okay. In my defense, how did I know there would be quicksand!?" Trent shouted in embarrassment and surprise.

"The quicksand that Owen fell into was not mine. In fact that was a trap that was left there long ago, but Trent's quicksand? Haha, that was me!" Chris said before starting to laugh out loud.

"Don't worry Trent, I'll save you!" Lindsay didn't hesitate and she ran into the quicksand, which scared everyone and at the same time surprised them.

"Lindsay wait, don't come closer!" Trent tried to warn but to no avail, the bomb girl was now trapped in the quicksand next to the teenage musician.

"Wow, I'm trapped too. I didn't see that one coming." Lindsay said with an innocent smile. That made everyone break out in an anime-style sweatdrop.

"Help, someone save us!!." Trent shouted in despair as he saw that the quicksand began to move at greater speed. Suddenly everyone saw Cody swinging a vine, he tried to grab Trent's hand but miserably failed and only managed to hit a tree, but fortunately the vine worked so Trent and Lindsay managed to escape.

"Thanks man, that was awesome." Trent said before trying to high five Cody, but the teen fell to the ground due to the hard hit he had against the tree.

My team and I were safe, the path was clear and I did not sense any hostile presence. Unlike the island, the area where we were was the safest. Suddenly we heard a scream and I immediately prepared to fight but we saw Geoff on the ground.

"Hurt man, hurt man!!. Why is life so unfair!?." Geoff screamed in pain. We all ran to see the state of the partying teenager in search of the wound.

"Geoff, what's wrong!? You got bitten by a snake, you sprained your ankle!?." Bridgette asked with terror in her voice while Geoff was crying in pain.

"Worse!!." Geoff shouted in despair. I quickly approached and began to see the body of the partying teenager in more detail.

"You should leave without me, I'm dead weight." Geoff said through tears. Courtney was going to leave but she was stopped by DJ.

"We are not leaving anyone behind." The teenager said seriously, looking at the girl.

Geoff.:

"I didn't know if I was going to survive. I felt like for a moment I was going to die." Geoff said painfully looking at the camera.

Bridgette.:

"I saw surfers being mauled by sharks, but this? It's the worst thing in the world!" Bridgette shouted in fear looking at the camera.

Geoff was now on my back while I was in my Kitsune transformation. Due to the inconvenience we were delayed in getting to the beach, when we arrived we were very surprised to see the rival team fighting to light the bonfire.

Heather and Leshawna were struggling to light the bonfire, Heather looked at my team for a moment and was shocked to see that my team managed to light the bonfire in a short time.

"But how!?." The girl looked at me and I shook my head before showing a magic seal on my arm. But then Heather saw Duncan holding a lighter with a triumphant smile.

"At no point did I say that the use of lighters was prohibited, with the brilliant play of Killer Bass it seems that they now have the upper hand." Chris said with a smile looking at everything from the helicopter.

We all started looking for firewood and branches, the bonfires were already lit but we urgently needed firewood to keep the fire alive. While I was searching, I saw a totem pole in the bushes. I made a white sphere appear in my hand and when I approached it I was shocked to see that the sphere turned dark.

"Benja, hurry up we need wood!!." Courtney shouted seriously. I looked at the totem for a moment and then ran back to where my team is. Chris was completely specific with what he said about the island and his cursing, for the first time, the host was very serious and his statement was authentic.

Beth was walking in search of branches, but the girl then tripped over something and when she looked, she was surprised to see the totem pole.

"Wow, how cute." The farm girl said before grabbing the totem with a smile.

"Beth, come here. We need wood!" The farm girl was startled by Heather's sudden scream, then looked at her totem before putting it away and running to where her team is.

Geoff was dragging his body in the sand with branches in his hands, the partying teenager threw the few branches he had in his hand into the fire while Courtney and I left more branches than him.

"Bridgette, you have experience in first aid. Why don't you check Geoff's wound?" DJ asked with a smile. The surfer girl looked at the partying teenager and got nervous.

"Benja, you, well. Don't you have claws? You could help Geoff better than me." The surfer girl said with a nervous smile, but then I smiled a little when I saw DJ wink at me.

"That's a terrible idea, Bridgette. My claws are extremely sharp, enough to cut through trees like they were butter, note." I took out my claws and gave a sharp cut to a tree causing it to fall, which disturbed Geoff.

"But, if you insist it's fine. I'm afraid the infection is very deep, due to the few medical items available right now and my sealed magic to cure Geoff. I'm afraid I'll have to resort to amputation." I said coldly before taking out my claws which greatly disturbed Bridgette and Geoff.

"Over my grave! You're not going to cut off Geoff's leg, I'll take care of it." The surfer girl said fearfully and ran to help the partying teenager. On the other hand, DJ and I laughed and fist-bumped.

DJ.:

"I was indebted to Geoff, in the storm, he helped me face my fears and now my fear of water no longer exists. I'm glad Benja played along with the joke." DJ said with a smile.

"The fire goes out, we need more wood." Courtney said seriously and concerned.

"DJ, help me cut down the tree." I said while he and I went to cut down the tree that I previously felled.

"The fire is out, do something!!." Heather shouted seriously. The bonfire of screaming gophers was on the verge of going out if they didn't do something urgent.

In a movement of desperation, Harold grabbed the oars and threw them into the campfire. That surprised us all and even my team and me. Although the bonfire managed to save itself, now screaming Gophers were left without paddles to return.

"You're an idiot, now how are we going to get back to camp!?." Heather shouted angrily, that scared Harold a lot. The girl was about to want to punch the nerdy teen but then she saw that Izzy was holding something.

"It's a bad time, but I think I have something that will help us a lot. I made it from tree sap and sand, step aside, this bad boy is about to explode." The crazy girl said with an evil smile. Immediately her entire team left, leaving Izzy alone by the campfire.

The moment Izzy threw the fire starter into the bonfire, a loud explosion shook the entire place creating a huge forest fire-sized fire. The fire was so big now that it consumed the campfire my team and I made earlier.

"And with an unexpected move from Izzy, Screaming Gophers takes the lead against Killer Bass!!." Chris shouted through a megaphone in the helicopter. That made the rival team celebrate with joy while my team and I lowered our heads a little, we were close and we lost.

"I admit that was shocking. Izzy, how did you do that?" I asked with surprise. The size of the explosion was just as big as the explosives Junkrat was setting up.

"Oh, I spent a whole summer in the military. I got into a lot of trouble for my skill with explosives. I remember setting the kitchen on fire, blowing up the computer room, and, by mistake, blowing up my commander's room. Since then , the army, has been looking for me ever since." She said the crazy woman with a smile. That made us, and even Chris, pale.

After a while. We all went to the canoes ready to return along the safe path, I looked at the Screaming Gophers and saw that they were still without paddles and many were looking at Harold angrily. I sighed and grabbed my team's oars and walked to where the rival team was, that impacted my team.

"You won't get very far without oars. You can use ours." I said before handing Leshawna the oars. That surprised Screaming Gophers and they saw me return to where my team is.

"You've lost your mind!? Why are you helping them!?" Courtney shouted in anger and surprise as the rival team prepared to leave.

"It wasn't fair, they were hurt badly. Besides, I have a plan. I can swim and push the canoes back to the island." I said looking at my team and then we heard Izzy laugh.

"Oh that reminds me of when I accidentally blew up the main engines, so many of my companions and I had to push a two hundred meter yacht. It was so fun, unfortunately many of my friends were eaten by sharks and none of them touched me." The crazy girl said before leaving while Leshawna seemed to regret not having chosen another partner.

While my team and I talk about the plan. I snuck a look at Gwen, the goth girl was watching Trent with Beth and Lindsay, she looked at me and I smiled and nodded. That made Gwen take a deep breath before walking over to the teenage musician.

"Hey, Trent. Can we row together to camp, this time, you and me?" Gwen asked with a slightly shy smile. The teenage musician smiled and he shyly began to laugh.

"Sure, umm. Hey Cody, is it okay if Lindsay and Beth go with you to the island?" Trent asked curiously making the other camper smile.

"Sure, no problem." Cody said before leaving with Lindsay and Beth. Katie watched the girls from the other team laugh with Cody, which made her clench her fists in jealousy before returning to the chat with us.

"Very well. If we are all in favor, in that case it will be better to move." Courtney said seriously before getting into the canoe. I was about to go into the water but DJ stopped me.

"No brother, this time. I'll take care of it." That statement surprised us a lot when we saw the determination of the big teenager.

DJ.:

"Benja saves our lives all the time, and besides, I owe him a huge favor since he taught me not to be afraid of snakes. He already did enough for everyone, it's time for me to return the favor he did before for me." DJ said seriously and determinedly.

"Are you sure about this DJ? It's a big job for you, I can help you." I said with concern as the big teen jumped into the water.

"Yeah, man. Benja and I can help you, we can't leave you with all the work alone." Geoff said with concern looking at the large teenager.

"You can't Geoff, you're still hurt and I don't want you to get hurt anymore." Bridgette said fearfully. The girl was aware that perhaps the party boy's injury was not serious, but something in her did not want to separate herself from Geoff.

"I know what I'm doing, trust me. I can do it." DJ said with a smile full of determination. We all looked at each other and I smiled a little.

"We lead to victory, DJ." I said smiling. The teenager took a deep breath and began to swim with all his strength while he pushed the canoes.

Screaming Gophers were halfway to the island, but then they heard splashes and shouts of support, when they turned around they saw DJ swimming with all his might while my team and I were cheering on the teenager.

"I see the rival team, come on DJ!" I shouted with a smile. The teenager closed his eyes and began to swim harder, making my team and I surprised by the strength of his legs.

Chris was watching everything and noticed that DJ was sweating and swimming like it was the last day of his life. But then the host could see that the Gophers screaming team was left far behind due to the speed of the giant teenager.

"DJ, stop, stop!!." Courtney shouted in fear due to her speed. But it was all in vain, the canoe hit a rock and everyone flew to the beach of the camp, I was the first to fall and I took advantage of the moment to transform and catch everyone in my Kitsune transformation.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Killer Bass wins!" When we all heard Chris' statement, I returned to my normal form and my entire team cheered while Screaming Gophers arrived.

"You cost us the victory, toothpick arms." Leshawna said venomously looking at Harold. The entire rival team was upset by what Harold had done earlier with the oars.

"In my defense, I was only looking for firewood to light the fire and it was thanks to you that they put pressure on me." The nerdy teenager said seriously but he remained silent when the entire rival team had a murderous aura.

"Benja, what other things can this sword do?" Gwen asked venomously holding my sword. My skin turned pale and I and my team retreated in fear.

"It can create hurricanes and strong winds." I said with fear making Gwen and her entire team smile looking at Harold.

"You won't mind if I return it later, will you?" The goth girl asked with a dark smile. That made my team and I more scared and even Chris seemed worried.

"Haha, no. Umm, have fun. My team and I, umm. we'll go see what Chef cooks!!." I shouted with a smile and we all ran away at high speed knowing what was about to happen now.

"Record everything." Chris whispered to a cameraman before leaving. On the other hand, Harold began to run while he was chased by Heather, Gwen and Leshawna.

A new night arrived at the camp. Harold was very lucky to hide inside the forest, he did not dare to return until it was time to go to the elimination bonfire. Some were looking at Harold with annoyance and others simply decided to stare at the plate of marshmallows.

"Alright campers. You've all already made your decision, so when you hear your names come get your marshmallows. Trent." The teenage musician was the first and got up to get his marshmallow.

"Gwen." The goth girl smiled and went to get her marshmallow as well, she saw that Trent was smiling at her making the girl smile happily before sitting next to him.

"Cody." The teen sighed in relief before going to get the marshmallow.

"Leshawna." The girl smiled and got up to look for her marshmallow on the plate.

"Heather." The girl smiled and got up to get her marshmallow and sat down.

"Lindsay." The bombshell girl sighed in relief and went to get her marshmallow, leaving only two. That made Beth, Izzy, and Harold nervous.

"Beth." The farm girl screamed with happiness and went to get the marshmallow from her before returning to Lindsay. Leaving one last marshmallow.

"Alright guys, this is the last marshmallow tonight. And it's for." Chris was dramatically silent while Harold was sweating and Izzy was clenching her fists. But suddenly everything was interrupted when a light from a military helicopter illuminated the crazy girl.

"Izzy, we know you're there. The show's over, put your hands up!!." A man shouted from the helicopter. When everyone saw that there was a soldier inside the helicopter, it left them in shock.

"Wait, then. All those stories you told, were they real?" Leshawna asked in surprise making the crazy girl laugh.

"No, just the army part. They will never catch me alive!!." Izzy grabbed a rock and threw it to break the spotlight before running away, laughing loudly as the helicopter began to chase her.

"Very well. That was an unexpected turn, well. I guess everything is resolved now, Good night campers." Chris said with a smile. The entire rival team went to his cabin, when the host saw that he was alone, he grabbed his cell phone and made a call.

"Cheff, we need to talk about Izzy. You have the registration papers and her details right?" Chris asked before going to his trailer. He was ready for many things, but what happened moments ago far exceeded everything he could imagine.

While everyone was having dinner. Gwen and I were on the dock looking at the moon while enjoying the beautiful view.

"So, are you going to give Trent another chance?" I asked curiously. The goth girl thought for a moment and smiled.

"I guess so, maybe I should give him another chance. But don't think that he and I will automatically be dating." The goth girl said with a smile making me laugh.

"You never know, just give him one more chance Gwen. You won't regret it, he's a good boy. I know you two can get along well, you should let everything go slowly, I'm very sure everything will work out." I said smiling before getting up and leaving Gwen alone. When I saw Trent outside the dining room I approached him.

"Trent, I just wanted to see you. Gwen is at the dock and she's waiting for you, she says she wants to talk to you about something." I said smiling. The teenage musician looked at me and then looked at the dock.

"Umm, thanks Benja." Trent was about to go to the dock but something crossed his mind.

"Benja, wait." I stopped and turned to see the teenage musician.

"You and Gwen, well. Umm."

"Don't misunderstand my intentions. I heard the talk you had with Heather. Gwen is a noble girl, I trust her with my magic because I know she is very responsible and I have confidence, I only see Gwen as a friend to me. I know you have feelings for her, you shouldn't worry about my friendship with her." I said smiling looking at Trent making the teenage musician smile before leaving.

The next day. We were all now on the beach relaxing, both teams were having fun sunbathing or swimming in the water. I was laying on a beach chair until I sadly saw Bridgette in the water.

"Hey Bridgette, what's wrong?" I asked curiously, catching the girl's attention.

"It's nothing, it's just that. It's been a long time since I last surfed and well. I really miss a good wave." The girl said wistfully making me smile and then I saw Gwen.

"Gwen, I need a little help." I said before showing my seal. The goth girl smiled and stood up.

"Kitsune, answer my call!!.", Gwen shouted before breaking my magical seal. I quickly started flying and got into the water. Slowly my hair turned navy blue and I began to move quickly throughout the sea.

Bridgette felt the water move and suddenly she could see waves, the surfer girl laughed happily and swam with her surfboard to go surfing while I returned to the dock with a happy smile.

"Man that's amazing. That's my girl!!." Geoff shouted with a smile while Bridgette performed tricks on her board. The surfer girl blushed at what the partying teenager said as she slowly returned to the shore.

"It's my turn!!." Owen shouted with a smile and everyone laughed before running to where Bridgette is to go surfing too.

While we are all having fun and laughing with the waves. Heather was watching everything from her beach chair seriously, the girl had her eyes fixed on me while I was flying along with Gwen, Trent, Duncan and DJ.

"I have to get rid of him, soon. If he makes it to the final, all my efforts will be in vain. Enjoy your happiness, idiot. Because I'm going to make sure to erase that smile forever." The girl said with venom watching how all the teams and I are having fun while she is alone on the beach.

That's it for today's chapter. I hope you liked it and I also hope you are liking the story so far.

I hope everyone has a good day, afternoon or night. See you later, goodbye dattebayo.
