(Saviors are seen with kneeling people in front of them, one of them takes a baseball bat wrapped in barb wire and clubs one of them to death.)

Fireflies: The revolutionary militia who resist military oppression with the goal of restoring the United States government.

(Fireflies are seen laying in wait as a convoy of soldiers make their way through an abandoned city block. The militia pops out and guns down the soldiers in a hail of gunfire.)

To find out, we've assembled a team of world class fighters to test history's most lethal weapons. Using 21st century science, we'll see what happens when two warriors go toe to toe.

No rules. No safety. No mercy. It's a duel to the death to decide who is...THE DEADLIEST WARRIOR!

Here in our elite fight club we have gathered doctors, medical scientists and weapons experts to test out the lethal arsenals wielded by each of our combatants to determine who would win a fight between two post apocalyptic groups with similar goals.

Hey folks! Welcome back to another episode of our fiction edition of Deadliest Warrior.'' DeadAliveManiac started off, ''Today we're pitting two organizations who thrive in two similar but very different post apocalyptic worlds. The Saviors who are the incredibly ruthless thugs who extort other survivor communities and led by the charismatic man Negan. The Fireflies are out to restore the collapsed United States government and battle the military on a daily basis as well as the infected.''

''These are two large survivor groups that differ in various aspects, but at the same time they were alike. The communities who served the Saviors are really afraid of them and for good reasons too. The Fireflies aren't out to pick on other groups but rather fight with the military and at some point attempt to develop a cure.'' Zivon explained.

''I don't know much or anything at all about both sides but I know it's gonna be interesting to see how this plays out since they're fighting infected on a daily basis.'' Demigod said.

''Two groups from two fictional franchises I dearly love and I cannot wait for The Last Of Us II. The Saviors scout for other communities and demand them to supply them with food and other necessities while the Fireflies focus solely on their battle with the military. Two deadly groups with their own goals in the apocalypse I'm curious to see who wins so let's get this started.'' Rice Man concluded.

The Saviors are a vast organization featured in The Walking Dead comics and tv series and were a group of survivors founded with the goal of restoring civilization to the world. Under their charismatic authoritarian leader Negan, they enacted a brutal regime to subjugate any and all communities they came across in the area surrounding Washington, D.C. through murder and brutality to coerce survivors to provide a steady stream of food and other goods. They also had a reputation of being ruthless and uncompromising.

''Negan is the spawn of Satan and to have a man like that lead the Saviors is what turned them into the most powerful and dangerous foe the main characters have ever faced up until the arrival of the Whisperers. Their incredible ruthlessness and thuggish mentality will definitely make them tough cookies for the Fireflies to deal with. By killing one, they are saving hundreds and if you did not provide supplies...your community would be exterminated.'' Rice Man explained.

To ensure the subjugation of the communities they victimized, the Saviors bring in an arsenal perfect for combating walkers and those who rebel against them.

Short Range: Barbwire Baseball Bat

Mid-Range: Beretta 92F

Long Range: AK-47

Explosive: Improvised Explosive Device

However, what happens when the Saviors try to pick on another group of survivors who outmatch them in terms of manpower?

The Fireflies were founded sometime after the CBI outbreak in response to the US military's martial law placed on the Quarantine Zones such as Los Angeles. The group called for the return of all branches of government to end the military's rule and staged several attacks within the Quarantine many years the Fireflies searched in vain for a cure to counter the Cordyceps Brain Infection. Morale within the organization fell as vaccination tests continued to fail and the military began to hunt them down.

''They have managed to take control of several quarantine zones and are known to brutally execute and hang soldiers as a message. Fighting infected that are continuing to evolve gives them a greater threat and the instinct to survive the Last Of Us's world is insane. The Saviors are in for a brutal fight that they may lose because the Fireflies don't submit, they fight back.'' Rice Man concluded.

As they search for a cure, the Fireflies fend off the fungal plague and military with an arsenal of both improvised and military origins.

Short Range: Metal Pipe w/scissors

Mid-Range: Colt Defender

Long Range: M16A4

Explosive: Nail Bomb

When these groups got up close and personal with the infected of their respective worlds they used to most simple every day objects to get the job done. Up first will be the Saviors with the barbwire baseball bat.

''In any world where walkers rule, there's always a shortage of supplies and the most simple tool to use against the walkers would've been a baseball bat.'' actual Saviors second-in-command and expert Simon explained, ''This was a weapon that the man used to bash in walker or human brains and was made of ash and to take it up a notch it was wrapped in barbwire therefore increasing its lethality. It measures 42 inches and weighed just a pound.''

''We've seen baseball bats on our regular DW show but never one that is wrapped in barbed wire.'' Rice Man commented.

''And considering how lethal a baseball bat already is by itself it's scary to imagine what that can do.'' Demigod seconded.

To test out the power of the barbwire baseball bat the team has set up a walker for Simon to take out. He will have 15 seconds.

''Okay Simon, we want you to take the walker out on my count 3...2...1...smash em!'' DAM called out.

''Eat this you rotting freak!" Simon exclaimed as he swung the bat sideways hitting the walker in the side of the head sending it flailing around. Thanks to the barb wire added to the bat disgusting looking flesh wounds were seen on the skin.

The sound of the bat connecting with flesh made everyone else cringe in displeasure and Simon continued the onslaught by using the bat to shove the walker onto the ground and with the target grounded he stood over it and raised the bat high to bash into the skull several times before DAM calls time.

Zivon then walks over to assess the damage, ''Damn, that was very Negan like of you Simon. The first swing struck the target and before you knocked the walker over I was able to make out some cracks visible under the surface which would lead to eventual death. When you struck it the second time on the forehead that only puts him out of his misery and the repeated blows eventually smashing the skull to pieces.''

''The added trauma and damage from the barbwire too really takes this weapon up a notch. If anyone survived getting hit the wounds left by the wire would leave horrid injuries that would definitely become infected.'' explained Rice Man.

''Damn straight, a perfect killing tool for walker or human.'' Simon said.

Actual Fireflies member and expert Marlene walks over to look at the carnage herself.

''I admire your handiwork Simon, but we used a weapon that's similar and we don't use barbwire.''

The Fireflies swing back with their own deadly improvised weapon, one made available in any household.

''The use of improvised melee weapons is very popular in our game and one of the most common one was a metal pipe.'' actual Fireflies leader and expert Marlene said, ''A part made available in any household or any kind of building it was a favored blunt trauma weapon for survivors.'' she then holds up a pair of scissors, ''Typically we would tape these onto a metal pipe to make it even more deadly that it can even kill most of our infected in one hit.''

''Damn, I wouldn't want a pair of scissors coming straight for my face.'' DAM said before pointing to the test, ''It's the same thing for you Marlene, we have a Clicker here and you get 15 seconds to deal as much damage as possible.''

Marlene nodded and got into position after binding the scissors to the pipe.

''On 3...2...1...kill em!"

Demigod then did an impression of a Clicker from Last Of Us as Marlene took an overhead swing with her metal pipe. The weapon's pointed edge piercing it's way through the top of the bust's skull. Demigod ceases the clicking sounds and the Fireflies leader forcefully yanks the metal pipe out of the head before swinging it sideways into the neck of the torso spilling some more blood and finishes it off with by bringing it down onto the shoulder as DAM called time.

''Damn, that was some brutal shit.'' Zivon commented as he walked over, ''The first blow was a definite insta-kill because you brought the pipe down with enough force to pierce through the skull and get all the way into the brain as evident here.'' he voraciously fingers the injury to make his point, ''The second blow saw you jam that scissor into this clicker's neck and if it was a real person you definitely severed a major artery causing a quick bleedout but the last hit was only a wound that does not cause anything serious.''

''Imagine how an everyday tool like a scissor can be transformed into a simple, yet devastating melee weapon in times of the apocalypse.'' Demigod commented.

''Exactly, that's why you'll find other survivors using a metal pipe with scissors binded to it, it's just incredible at how simple and damaging it is.''

After testing out both lethal improvised weapons, where do our panelists stand in the final decision?

''This is gonna be a toss up for me because both weapons are things you see people use every day and just how they are in terms of simplicity and lethality won me over. I think it's a tie for me.'' DAM started off.

''I gotta go with you on that one too. They're both just so effective at taking out a target and the trauma from each is near equal and devastating.'' Zivon said in agreement.

''Well, for me I am going with the baseball bat because to me, being shredded to death and beaten to hell seems much more worse, slower and painful.'' Demigod countered.

''I'm saying even too, the barbwire baseball bat causes blunt trauma and shredding injuries, the metal pipe and its scissor causes blunt trauma and puncture wounds. Both are horrible ways to go so it has to be even.'' Rice Man concluded.

In short range weapons, both warriors are dead even.

Coming up, both survivor groups bring out their preferred short range weapons and then later, two world famous assault rifles go head to head.

Now the team heads out to the range so our warriors can bring forth their lethal mid-range arsenals, up first will be the Fireflies with the Colt Defender.

''The Colt Defender pistol is essentially a shorter 9mm version of the .45 ACP Colt. It's a common weapon Fireflies have due to availability and how often the military carries them. As I've said it fires the 9mm cartridge with a 7-round magazine.'' Marlene explained.

''Okay, we want to see how accurate and fast you can take down our set up targets here.'' DAM said pointing down range, ''We've got three runners coming right at you and we want you to use your two magazines to take them down before they can get within the designated area, think you're up to the challenge?''

''Taking down clickers is nothing new to me.'' said the woman as she got into position.

Loading her magazine in she waits for the targets to begin moving. Demigod activates the gel targets to begin moving at a speed a runner would move in and Marlene began to open fire on her targets. One of the runners is shot twice in the head causing the target to stop and as she set her sights on the second target one of her shots missed but she landed a bullet in the neck of the target before delivering an eye shot. With the second target done she goes to reload her weapon and seeing that the runner was coming close she quickly emptied the entire magazine into the chest killing the target. Just as she thought the targets were dealt with the third one came wheeling toward her and seeing she was out of bullets she charged the runner and bashed it's head in with the pistol in a bloody display.

''You guys didn't say that was part of the test.'' quipped Marlene.

The panelists make their way over to check the damage.

''The first runner I don't need to explain, you delivered the first shot straight through his forehead for an instant kill while the second went right through the cheekbone which would've killed this infected instantly. The second one we saw you had a miss but you got the neck and I myself am not sure if that can stop an infected like a runner but the eye shot more than made up for it.'' Zivon than checks the third target, ''You shot seven bullets into his chest, hitting the heart, aorta and lungs dropping him for another kill, however that runner got back up and you just bashed the head into pulp ensuring a kill.''

''Had you not reacted fast enough this thing could've been dining on your flesh and turn you into one of these infected when you had to get close to it and from what I'm seeing these infected flail like crazy.'' Simon said before brandishing his pistol, ''My pistol you won't have that problem, here it is gents I have the Beretta 92F, it is an Italian made pistol that is a common firearm within the military. It uses the same cartridges as the Colt Defender with a 15-round magazine.''

''Alright, it will be the same test for you Simon so give us a moment to get some walkers for you.'' DAM said.

After setting up fresh new targets for Simon the expert gets into position as he loads in his magazine.

''Okay Simon walkers incoming on 3...2...1...go!"

The walkers begin to slowly wheel their way toward Simon and the expert casually fires two rounds into the chest of the first one before delivering a headshot. The second walker is then shot in the neck before being put down with a headshot. Feeling unchallenged by the walker targets Simon simply emptied the rest of his magazine into the last walker's chest before going in for a reload. The target came to a halt but came back to life and Simon was prepared as he fired of two rounds into the head putting the walker target down for good.''

Zivon walks over to assess the damage.

''It's the same case with the CBI targets, the first walker was shot in the chest twice and since these are undead they're still coming until you blew the brains out. The neck shot, same thing and the headshot is self-explanatory but if another survivor was shot in the neck you'd tear through everything in there and have a high chance of hitting a major blood vessel. The last walker ate those bullets like it eats human flesh and was finally put down with another headshot, again if it was a human the chest shots would've killed.'' he explained.

''The only thing I would worry about is how all that gunfire is going to attract more walkers and if you toy with the last one and wasted your bullets on it you left yourself defenseless.'' Marlene commented.

''Unlike the infected in your game, my tv show's walkers are easy to handle in close range, hell I can even take on down with my fists. Your infected are better off being killed with guns. Not to mention there are fungus growing out of their heads.'' Simon replied.

Both sides have showcased their mid-ranged pistols, but where does the panel stand in the end?

''I give this one to the Beretta, more rounds, more range, nuff said.'' DAM started off.

''Given the scenario these two groups are faced with, if you run out of bullets for the Colt Defender you're left to try and kill a runner, stalker or good god a clicker with the pistol itself putting yourself in great danger. The Beretta allows the Saviors to take down multiple walkers before things get close. So edge to the Saviors.'' Zivon explained.

''Hm, yeah, more bullets are almost always a must especially when you're in an apocalypse like these two groups. So I'm going with the Saviors.'' Demigod seconded.

''You guys are right, more bullets means the Saviors can play it safe with walkers and even people until they run out, the Fireflies only have so many shots.'' Rice Man added.

In mid-range weapons, the edge goes to the Saviors for their Beretta 92F

Coming up, both sides bring out two their world famous rifles and then later, two improvised bombs compete for the bigger bang!

The time has come for both sides to show off their long range weapons. The Saviors bring in the world renowned AK-47 and the Fireflies used it's historic rival, the M16A4.

''The AK-47 was a no nonsense gun, it was extremely reliable and given our situation in the apocalypse it was perfect. It fires the 7.62x39 cartridge and was impossible to jam. In our world, that was a good thing since some survivors may be on the move in the wilderness.'' Simon explained.

''Okay, very powerful and amazing weapon.'' DAM said before turning to face Marlene, ''And you?''

''I bring in the M16A4 which is the most widely produced rifle in the 5.56x45 caliber, it is comparable to the AK and if taken care of well enough it can be just as reliable.''

To test out the abilities of the rifles to clear out a small horde of infected the team has set up 10 walkers and 10 runners for each expert to eliminate with just one magazine.

''Okay, Simon you can go first with your AK-47 so lock and load and fire when ready.'' DAM said.

''Ain't nothing new to me.'' Simon said as he loaded in his magazine.

Pulling back on the charging handle he loads a round into the chamber and aims at the small group of walkers. Squeezing the trigger he opens fire and the weapon roars to life as it rips through the walkers with relative ease, several of them having their arms and legs shot off while several heads explode from the powerful round and after a few seconds of firing the weapon clicks empty.

''All done here.'' said Simon.

''Good lord.'' Zivon said as he inspected the targets, ''That 7.62 would definitely help rendering walkers useless because those rounds tore through these walkers like they were nothing! You got some with limbs blown off, some with gaping holes in their chests and stomachs. Not to mention a few had the top part of their heads shot off. There's no doubt in my mind that this is an effective weapon to use against walkers.''

''Or those Alexandrians, Kingdom, or Hilltoppers who rebelled against us.'' Simon interjected.

''It's more of a spray and pray weapon when you're dealing with walkers, you take off the arms and jaws of one it's just a vegetable, with our infected we had to make sure they were dead otherwise they'd spread cordycep spores.'' Marlene commented.

Marlene makes her way over to her test site and loads in her magazine. She looks to DAM who gives her the thumbs up to begin firing and she begins by picking off a few runners with headshots. She repeats the action several times shooting down several more before delivering some body shots before setting her sight back to aiming at the runner heads to ensure their deaths and she slowly fires and takes her time taking down each target before her rifle clicks empty.

Zivon then makes his way over.

''While you do not have the stopping power of the AK, you do make up for it with a bit more precise shots and since your infected are flailing around and fast moving you need to take that crucial second to score the headshots. You have the accuracy to hit fast moving targets like this and that's a big advantage. They're all dead.''

''With our infected, especially runners we need to get that headshot and move on to the next one if we want to save our ass. Clickers would take several since the fungal growth acts as a sort of armor but stalkers we can kill like a runner.'' Marlene explained.

''Let alone a bloater, you'd need a damn nuke to kill that shit.'' Rice Man commented.

After testing out both assault rifles, where does the panel stand in regards to which takes the edge?

''We've seen this before, both rifles are great to have in an apocalypse and the reasons I will call it even is something that's been said many times in our original DW.'' DAM started off.

''Yeah well, I prefer the AK for stopping power, it can drop both infected and people easily so I stick with it.'' Zivon countered.

''Both are great for killing walkers and CBI infected so I'll call this even.'' Demigod said.

''Accuracy versus reliability, both have no problem dropping infected or other human survivors. To me, it's even.'' Rice Man concluded.

In long range weapons, both sides are dead even.

Coming up! Both survivors bring out their explosive arsenals and then later, two vast and determined survivor groups clash!

The time has now come for both survivor groups to bring out their explosive weapons. Up first will be the Fireflies with one of the most innovative bombs ever devised.

''The nail bomb was a simple, yet deadly improvised explosive heavily utilized against cordyceps infected and was capable of killing most forms minus the bloater in one explosion. It was made of a simple tin can filled with scissor blades, tacs and of course, nails and was triggered by tripwire.'' explained Marlene holding the weapon for the panel to see.

''This thing has always been impressive to me with it's shrapnel damage, here we've set up a room containing some infected and we want to see how helpful it would be when clearing rooms.''

Since the nail bomb in the Last Of Us is only triggered when something comes near it, Marlene will light a fuse to ignite the bomb. In the room set up will be four runner stand ins.

The Fireflies leader places the crude bomb onto the floor and lights the fuse. She makes a break for the door and slams it shut before making her way to a safe distance. A few seconds later the bomb explodes shaking the small structure to the awe of the panelists.

The panel then make their way over to the destroyed room to inspect the damage and mangled corpses.

''Hell yeah! Fuck that guy! Fuck that guy! And fuck this guy!'' Zivon exclaimed in pure excitement, ''All targets are dealt with and from what I'm seeing not only are a few of them killed by the concussive force, most of them have shrapnel wounds in their vital areas like the neck and face. Infected or not they're not making it out alive.''

''Imagine how effective this would be if several dozen were used against infected or other people, there's no way you're gonna make it out with this thing going off.'' Marlene commented.

''Yeah whatever, it caused some nasty wounds but what we're packing is guaranteed to blow your outpost up in no time flat.'' Simon said unimpressed.

The Saviors respond to the nail bomb with a powerful defensive explosive.

''While we possessed grenade launchers and grenades they were not used until we blew Alexandria to pieces during the war, so the main explosive weapon we had was an IED.'' Simon began, ''Our main outpost, the Sanctuary was protected by a row of cars lined up side to side with a tripwire running across all of them wrapped around a steel cable with gas tanks placed in increments of a few feet. They would then be attached to a source like a car battery, in our case it was several and when a horde of walkers crossed they would trigger this thing.''

He concluded the explanation by showing a hand made blueprint of the weapon.

''Damn, this is some insane stuff, the explosive power comes from dynamite and RPG heads that's insane.'' Rice Man whistled.

''Would this ever see some use in an offensive manner?'' DAM questioned.

Simon shook his head, ''Nope, it is purely a defensive weapon meant only for hordes.''

After getting a similar set up to the season 7 episode 'Rock In The Road' of The Walking Dead, the panel is now ready to test out the IED of the Saviors against a large stand in of 30 walkers. For safety purposes, the lead walker will be remote controlled.

''Okay guys, the device is ready, Demigod you can go ahead and make boom.'' DAM said.

The weapon geek picked up the remote control for the walker bot and pushed forward on the analog stick. The bot makes its way forward toward the trip wire which is made of a single strand cable instead of a strong steel one. When the bot breaks through the cable a massive explosion engulfs the walker bots followed by a mushroom cloud leaving the panelists in pure shock and awe at the spectacle before them.

''Holy fuck!'' Rice Man shouted.

After putting out the residual flames Zivon was now able to gauge the damage.

''Oh my god..the explosion took out all the walkers! There's now way any of them would've walked away from this, they're just engulfed in flames and shrapnel and if the those themselves won't put them down it's the concussion as well and you can tell because a few of the ones on the back were knocked on their asses. Human or walker, it's a massacre.'' explained the good doctor.

''Any walker horde that would venture toward the Sanctuary would have to come through this explosive and if the horde was really big we would put a couple more down to thin out the numbers.'' Simon piped in.

''You are bringing a defensive weapon, our weapon we can use as a trap or bring it to a gun fight.'' Marlene interjected.

Simon only shrugged.

''So? Can't deny the damage babe.''

After testing out both improvised explosive weapons, which one does the panel believe take the edge?

''I gotta go with the Saviors on this one, that IED is so impressive in terms of damage and was designed to stop hordes!'' DAM exclaimed.

''As much as I would agree, I stand by the nail bomb on this one because it serves both offensive and defensive roles. The Savior explosive was not designed to use against humans whereas the nail bomb can defeat humans and CBI infected only so I doubt walkers would stand against it.'' Zivon countered.

''The nail bomb causes worse damage with the scissors, nails and tacs thrown in the tin can. It's also mobile too.'' Demigod seconded.

''It's portable, can be used as a mine or a grenade it serves a better purpose as an offensive weapon compared to the IED which while an genius weapon is also more complicated, I noticed that with the way it was set up and if a trained survivor knows what they're doing, they can disarm it and render it useless.'' Rice Man concluded.

In explosive weapons, the edge goes to the Fireflies for their nail bomb.

Coming up! Metal Harbinger gauges the x-factors and then later two survivor groups clash for superiority.

Welcome back to the fight club, here we tested out the arsenal of two post-apocalyptic horror series survivor groups to determine who is deadliest.

For short range weapons, both the barbwire baseball bat and metal pipe binded with scissors prove to be equally lethal.

''The trauma caused by these two weapons is just awful and neither really have a distinctive advantage over the other.'' DAM explained.

Edge: Even

For mid-range weapons, the Beretta 92F proved more useful than the Colt Defender.

''More rounds and more accuracy gives the Beretta the edge.'' Zivon explained.

Edge: Saviors

For long range weapons, the AK-47 and M16A4 were determined to be equal.

''It's a classic battle between accuracy, range and durability and it's the person behind the weapon and are great in killing infected.'' Demigod explained.

Edge: Even

And finally, for explosives the nail bomb proved more practical and useful over the IED.

''It's mobile and better for offensive attacks than the defensive only IED and not complicated.'' Rice Man explained.

Edge: Fireflies

Now resident thrash metal enthusiast Metal Harbinger will begin the x-factor evaluation.

''Okay warriors, let's get this started.'' Metal said.

''Intimidation was a major factor I looked into and I decided this went to the Saviors. If they found you and your group you'd be forced to serve them by supplying them with food and other essentials. If you refused or resisted they'd kill someone to set an example and even after giving them half your shit they'd still threaten you with death, assholes. They got a 99 to the Fireflies with an 80.''

''Brutality is another good one and both were determined equals in this. The Saviors I've already said club will kill you if you resist them and have clubbed people to death, the Fireflies will hang soldiers so, 95 each.''

''Killer instinct goes to the Fireflies since when playing through the game, I saw how crazy they can be when they engage the military. That plus the way the infected evolve and how dangerous they are gives them more drive to kill and survive and while the Saviors do kill, they only do it to set an example. 96 to an 88 respectively.''

''Influence goes to the Fireflies since in their world they have groups all over the United States compared to the Saviors who are based in Virginia, yeah you can see where this is going so it's a 100 to an 80.''

''Last but not least, we got logistics and this was even between them. In the apocalypse you'll have to scavenge and scramble for weapons, in the Saviors case it's abandoned military weapons and extorted supplies whereas the Fireflies get theirs from slain military personnel. 80 each.''

Now that our team is done testing, they will now run the battle simulator one-thousand battles to the death. The battle will see 5 Saviors encountering 5 Fireflies.

(Saviors are seen opening fire on a group of walkers down an abandoned road.)

(Fireflies get into a brawl with some runners with a few clickers present in Salt Lake City.)

Who will be the victor?

''This is the perfect example of a post-apocalyptic brawl and I want to see the outcome, let's go.'' Metal said hitting the button.

It was a clear summer day in the ruins of Salt Lake City and after clearing out some more of those fungal monstrosities a group of 5 Fireflies, signified by their signature armband had stumbled across a new type of infected that was a slower version of the dangerous runner.

Now that there was possibly a new type of rotting infected the Fireflies had to keep their heads on a swivel on these new rotters aside from the military.

Fireflies: 5

On the highway exit that leads into the city a large cargo truck was seen driving into the city streets. After being defeated by the militia in Virginia the only surviving members of the Saviors had no choice but to flee the wrath of Rick and the other communities.

Heading west they hoped to reestablish their group with the hopes of their continued subjugation of other survivors. Two Saviors in the front seats while three were in the back with weapons in hand.

Saviors: 5

The leader was holding onto a baseball bat with barbwire around it and had a signature leather jacket on him and he grinned when he noticed that there were no infected meaning setting up base here would be easy and a good start.

Soon the Fireflies made their way onto a street and heard the truck approaching and their leader ordered them to halt. They then saw the cargo truck turn a corner and seeing that it was standard to the military they were about to fire when they noticed it was not uniformed men driving it.

''Sir look.'' the Savior driver said pointing at the Fireflies.

''Hot damn, looks like there's already people here.'' said the lead Savior.

They saw the lead Firefly hold his hand out that told them to halt the truck and they did just that. Rolling down the window the Savior driver peeked his head out.

''Are you Fireflies too? Which city did you guys come from?'' asked the Firefly.

''Firefly? Get out of the way asshole!'' shouted the Savior driver

The Savior with the baseball bat just let out a chuckle.

''Fireflies? That some new fraternity or something? Sounds pretty dumb if you ask me!''

That gave them their answer, the Fireflies had a feeling these were hunters and knowing how they behaved ordered the Saviors to exit the truck. The commotion outside was heard from the Saviors in the back of the truck and seeing their leader and comrade forced out of the truck and their weapons taken they had to act.

''Hey now relax sir dicks-a-lot! We're not here to cause trouble.'' the lead Savior said as he was patted down.

''Go check if they have anything in the back.'' ordered the lead Firefly.

Nodding, the underling Firefly makes his way to the back of the truck and when he moves the drape over he is immediately gunned down by a Savior with a Beretta and shot several times in the face.

Fireflies: 4 - Saviors: 5

The commotion caught the attention of everyone else and as quickly as it happened the Savior truck driver punched a Firefly in the jaw knocking him to the ground and goes to reach for his own Beretta but a Firefly reacts quicker and takes him out with several shots from his Colt Defender.

Fireflies: 4 - Saviors: 4

The lead Savior took the chance to run to the back of the truck for cover as his men surrounded him and opened fire on their adversaries.

''I did not want this shit to go guns blazing!'' said the Savior.

The Fireflies returned fire as they scrambled for cover, most of them found a spot to hide but one was unlucky and is shot in the back of the head by a Savior with an AK-47.

Fireflies: 3 - Saviors: 4

''I'm gonna head back to Marlene and get some help, you guys try to hold them off!'' yelled the lead Firefly.

He takes off leaving his remaining comrades to fight the new arrivals. Both sides exchange gunfire until a Savior carelessly rushes toward a car to get a closer sight on the defending Fireflies but as noticed.

As he peeked out from cover to lay down some fire he is shot in the chest and head from a Firefly with an M16.

Fireflies: 3 - Saviors: 3

''Goddamn shit! You guys take these pussies out come on now!'' shouted the lead Savior.

The two Saviors did what they were told and advanced on the Fireflies pinning them down with a volley of fire and seeing no other option they decided that they could try to sneak away to warn their leader. Waiting for the reload they make a break for it down a city street with the Saviors hot on their tails.

With his men taking care of the problem the lead Savior looked in the direction the lead Firefly took off in and with a grin, picked up his bat and headed to find his prey.

The two Saviors decide to split up to finish the job faster and one was seen making his way toward an abandoned video store and seeing a Firefly jump through the window he was ready with AK pointed forward. Making his way toward the door he hears movement inside and knowing it was the Firefly opens the door and just as he takes one step he did not notice the two tripwires.

One was head level and the other was shin level and when he walked through them he triggers two nail bombs to go off and is killed in the ensuing storm of shrapnel. The scissor blades lodged in his head left him a twitching mess for a few seconds before he died.

Fireflies: 3 - Saviors: 2

Elsewhere the other Savior had managed to track down the other Firefly and followed her victim into a small daycare. Opening the door she was greeted by a pair of hands yanking her AK out of her hand and is decked several times across the face and knocked to the ground. The Firefly brutally beats his foe and goes to choke her to death.

Summoning her strength the Savior blocks a punch and flips her opponent over and quickly makes a mad dash toward the AK only to be shot in the back from the Firefly.

Crying out in pain, she knew she had to make a break for it and does just that which only made her opponent more determined to take her out. She manages to dash with the energy she had and managed to create some distance. Something catches her eye and he sees the body of a deceased soldier with an RPG strapped to the corpse and an idea popped into her head.

Taking the warhead she rushes to two cars parked next to one another and grabs some tripwire from her pack and begins attaching parts to the car's gas tank and lays the warhead onto the ground.

As she begins attaching a means of igniting the gas a scream can be heard and looking over her shoulder she sees a Firefly swinging a metal pipe with scissors on them at her.

He dodges the attack and kicks the Firefly in the chin before delivering a punch to the nose breaking it. Down but not out, the Firefly quickly gets back up and as the Savior goes for a right hook she ducks and swings the pipe jamming the scissors into the Savior's side making her cry in pain. She follows up by jamming the scissor end into the woman's throat causing her to gag and die.

Fireflies: 3 - Saviors: 1

Kicking the Savior to the ground she grins at her dead opponent, she turns around after hearing her comrade call out to her but when she ran in between the two cars to meet up with her buddy...

BOOM!

Fireflies: 2 - Saviors: 1

The explosion was able to knock the remaining Firefly on his back and when he sat up he saw the obliterated remains of the Savior and his comrade.

''Fuck..''

Before he could even get up he heard some growling and turned to see one of those new rotter infected shambling toward him and just as he raised his M16 to kill it the sound of clicking was heard and a clicker had grabbed a hold of him and began to munch it's way through his neck.

''AAAAAAAAAAAAGHHH!''

He screams in agony as the clicker and walker began to rip into him and his screams were only silenced when the walker ripped open his belly and began to feast on his flesh with the clicker tearing his throat out.

Fireflies: 1 - Saviors: 1

Stopping to catch his breath, the lead Firefly heard the explosion and knew he was the only one remaining and after running into some of those rotter infected he had been left with only his metal pipe and a pair of scissors left for weapons.

Taking some tape he binds the two together and when he caught his breath he turned the corner only to see a barbwire bat swung at him and manages to raise his pipe in time to block the blow. The assailant revealed himself to be the lead Savior and the two men were locked in a test of strength.

Eventually the Savior shoved the Firefly away and took another swing with his bat but the Firefly sidestepped and takes the chance to swing his pipe digging the scissors into the Savior's side making him grunt in pain. He punches the Firefly away which thankfully caused the him to yank the pipe out and the Savior just looks at his wound and grins.

''Hot diggity dog you are one tough son of a bitch.''

The sounds of the infected, both walkers and the clickers were heard approaching their area and the lead Savior just grins gleefully.

''Oh damn! These fungi faced freaks are gonna be a blast to kill! Looks like they wanna play too.''

The Firefly only groaned in annoyance.

''You goddamn psychopath you're gonna kill us both.''

''As long as it's you first.'' replied the Savior.

The two sides charge each other with their melee weapons and go in for a swing each. For the Firefly he swung horizontally but the Savior raised his bat high and brought it down with such force he broke the man's shoulder and shredded his flesh.

Dropping his pipe he was forced to his knees from the impact and gripped his wounded shoulder. Looking up he knew it was over when he saw the Savior pacing back and forth with his bat over his shoulder, a huge grin on his face.

''Now, I'm gonna assume you're part of a larger group, if you are I'm gonna take your shit and make it pee-pee pants city.''

He raised the bat high and bashed the top of the Firefly's head in and he watched in amusement as the Firefly slowly got back up.

''Oh ho! Look at that! Taking it like a champ!'' the Savior exclaimed before bringing the bat down again.

He bashes the Firefly's head into an unrecognizable mess of blood, brains and skull and did not stop until about five minutes later.

Fireflies: 0 - Saviors: 1

He ceases the bashing and twirls his bat sending some blood and skin flying off of it.

''Lucille you dirty dirty girl.''

Following a brutal fight between hardened survivor groups, it would be the Saviors who emerged victorious. Despite the IED losing out to the nail bomb it helped push them to victory with a close 51.3% to the Fireflies 48.7%. That and their much better close range and powerful long range weapons sealed their victory.

''Even though the Fireflies deal with infected who are much worse than plain walkers, they are more focused on battling with the military and to confront a survivor group more ruthless than them left them unprepared.'' DAM explained.

''I like the Fireflies for their determination, but it wasn't enough to secure their victory against the ruthlessness and thuggish mentality of the Saviors.'' Zivon added.

''There wasn't a way they could've disarm the IED if they came across it. It was that kind of improvisation that helped the Saviors in the end.'' Demigod said.

The Fireflies just didn't have the mentality for violence like the Saviors, sure they hung soldiers but the Saviors have massacred whole survivor groups before and were not just ready for a skirmish, they have the resources to fight a war against both walker hordes and other people.'' Rice Man concluded.

''We won, doesn't surprise me one bit, though why wasn't I in the simulation?'' Simon asked.

''This is bullshit, the Saviors would never survive in our game!" Marlene exclaimed in disbelief.

(The last Savior is seen standing over the corpse of the mangled Firefly. He looks up and sees a walker and a clicker shambling toward him and smirking to himself he casually walks over to them and bashes their heads in. ''What's a fella gotta do to get eaten around here!?)
