Hello again everybody! I hope you brought a jacket, because our next Guest in the Hollow Night is the super heroine from Shanghai, Lei Ling, better well known as Aero.

I first learned about the character from a comic I got and after checking out her solo comics, I really liked her. She's smart, pretty and resourceful.

While Deadpool is a classic Marvel character, Aero is kind of a next generation Marvel character, so why not see how she goes through the Hollow Night.

Also, as of now, Aero has no VA in any work for now, so sorry for the lack of a VA. When one comes around, I will update the VA section.

Aero also narrates her story as well like in her solo comic series, so whenever she's narrating the story, it will be presented like this with an underline. No, she doesn't break the fourth wall like Deadpool in case you're wondering.

Intro: Descends onto the stage, before dispersing some wind around her as she gets into battle stance.

Round Loss: Floats herself up into a standing position, slightly hunches over placing her hands on her knees.

Time Over Loss: Reverts back into her civilian clothes as her powers fail and she falls to her knees, looking away from her opponent to hide her face.

Round Victory: Breathes in and out, calmly focusing herself for the next fight.

Vs. Nanase: "You control the wind too? You seem to have a good grasp on your abilities, but you will only grow more stronger from here. If you like, I can teach you how to use more of your powers."

Vs. Wagner: "There was so much fire in this fight... if I wasn't careful, we could have created an explosive air vacuum that would have destroyed this entire area."

Vs. Londrekia: "The air was cold here. I'm used to it, but too much cold air would have been bad for my breathing, so I had to end it quickly."

Vs. Hilda: "I don't know why you would endanger this city for eternal life, but it ends now. True beauty shines through with the time we have and I won't let you ruin it for selfish reasons."

Vs. Eltnum and Akatsuki: "You're not like everyone else here and yet you possess some unique powers. Where did you come from I wonder?"

Wagner: "You didn't take advantage to take away the oxygen around me. Not only would it suffocate me, but it would've weakened me. Super Heroes like you never does what is necessary in the end to win."

Londrekia: "I must say your powers over the wind is breathtaking, no pun intended. However, you must realize breathing in the cold for so must be detrimental to someone of your abilities."

Hilda: "This breeze is wonderful tonight, even more so now that you can't ruin it now for me with your stupid wind currents."

Eltnum: "You might be a rookie in regards to Marvel Comics, but you definitely have potential if the foreseeable future. Best wishes to you, Miss Lei Ling."

Akatsuki: "You may excel in wind, but in the end, you were no match for the Indomitable Thunder God!"

Super Attacks

EXS Attack - Air Burst: Aero gathers wind into her palm and releases it at nearby opponents for a short range attack, blowing them away if it hits without it being blocked.

Infinite Worth - Air Beam: Aero focuses the wind into a condensed straight beam that reaches across the screen.

Infinite Worth EXS - Air Bomb: Once the Flash Field connects, Aero begins to compress the air around her as much as she can, then releases it in an omni-directional burst. It then zooms up to an overview of Kanzakai as wind flows upward from the explosion. Once the attack ends, the opponent crashes back into the ground.

Unique Traits

Flight: Like Merkava, Aero can hover in the air for a few seconds after jumping.

Air Dash: Using her powers, Aero can Air Dash after a jump. She can Air Dash forward and backward, even when using flight.

Hilda Arcade Story Interaction

*Hilda arrives at a new area where a sudden gust on wind blows by*

Hilda: "Brrr... is it me or did it just get chilly all of a sudden?"

*As if to answer her question, a young woman surrounded by wind descends to where Hilda is*

Aero: "Hmmmm..."

Hilda: "So... that sudden breeze came from you, I assume?"

Aero: "Indeed, I am called Aero. You must be Hilda the Paradox?"

Hilda: "So what if I am?"

Aero: "Then I must stop you. I sense the heartbeats of those who are seeking you."

Hilda: "Heartbeats? You don't have EXS, but are you saying your powers over the wind are so strong you can sense even the beating of a heart?"

Aero: "Yes. Right now, they are filled with anxiety, fear, dread, yet full of courage and determination to stop your plans to achieve immortality."

Hilda: "How do you know of my plans?"

Aero: "Your heartbeat and the heartbeat of others explains everything. I can not allow you to do what you wish. Surrender now or I will need to get rough."

Hilda: "You think a wind storm will frighten me off, you're sadly mistaken! I feel a little bad having to ruin a pretty thing like you, but sacrifices must be made."

Aero: "Your honey laced words can't hide the monster you are. For the sake of my beautiful Shanghai, this city and the rest of this world..."

"I will stop you!"

*The scene transitions to the fight*

Aero Arcade Story

Prologue [Location: Kanzakai Skyline]

*Aero flies over the city of Kanzakai, an city in Japan hidden up in the mountains*

Aero: "Kanzakai, a Japanese city up around the mountains, I never thought I see a city that's like Shanghai, although Shanghai is bigger and more stunning then this city, but that's me being biased."

"I'm not from around here if you were wondering, I come from Shanghai, which I helped build. My name is Lei Ling, I am an architect. If you want something beautiful made, you call me."

"But the people of my city call me by a different name, Aero. With the power of the wind, I protect Shanghai and everything else beyond it."

"Recently, I came here to investigate the city of Kanzakai on behalf of the Agents of Atlus while they protected my city while I am away."

"In this city are human beings who are bitten by former humans know as the Void. Should they withstand a Void's bite, they become an 'In-Birth' and gain access to powers known as 'EXS'. As in, their own existence becomes a manifested super power, which is not that different from my own."

"Within this time of the month, the Hollow Night, something called the Gate to the Abyss opens up and according to intel, a woman known as Paradox is planning to obtain immortality to conquer two other factions who keep the peace in this dark dimension."

"I sense many heartbeats on this night, each one giving off different emotions and motivations, some fight for good, some fight for dark purposes and some have well meaning, but misplaced intentions."

"While I would seek allies, I am also aware they may treat me with hostility regardless if I was an In-Birth or not. Zou Yu was worried when I told him I'd be taking a trip out of Shanghai for a while, as he does not know I am Aero, but I do intend to make it up to him when I return."

"Now that am here, I must begin my investigation and locate Paradox. Hopefully, I won't run into too much trouble. Now, where to start...?"

*Aero descends into the city as the 1st stage, with the first randomized opponent, loads up*

Stage 3

Vs. Mika [Location: Skyscraper's Rooftop]

*Aero has descended onto the rooftop of a skyscraper, continuing her search for Paradox and the Gate to the Abyss*

Aero: "Just as I thought, some of these In-Births were willing to fight me for one reason or another."

"Their powers are unique as well, not that much different from mutants and mutates. Fortunately, their heartbeats and the flow of air around them made it manageable in fighting them off."

*Then while Aero is surveying the area, Mika shows up, which Aero has noticed*

"Hmmm? A little girl, here?"

Mika: "Hey, yuu there!"

Aero: "Are you referring to me, young one?"

Mika: "That's right! Yuu must be the lady with no EXS Powers that's been flying around here! I had a feeling considering this are was chilly..."

Aero: "It most likely has to do with this girl's... rather... revealing... choice of clothes then my powers here..."

"This girl is apparently worried, yet very excited at the same time."

"Might I ask what brings you here?"

Mika: "Oh, right. I'm Mika Returna, the 10th Executor of the Licht Kries! I came here to hekp my best friend, Orie, the 5th Executor!"

Aero: "Licht Kries? Sword Master told me about them. They along with Night Blade try to protect the Hollow Night, but while the Night Blade protect both the people and the order of the Hollow Night from harm, the Licht Kries does so only believing those with a hierarchy can do so, which puts them at odds."

"Their leader Adelheid is being kept under close observation because of her strict methods, yet this girl is trustworthy by conparison."

"I was wondering if I can ask you something? I'm trying to locate a woman named Paradox and the Gate to the Abyss. Do you know where they are?"

"While I could pinpoint her, I don't have any clue what she or the Gate looks like. That's the only piece of information we don't have, so asking one of the In-Births might help."

Mika: "I know Orie is pursuing Paradox, but I'm trying to find her right now, so I'm afraid I can't help yuu."

"However, I find it awfully concerning that yuu seem to know an awful lot about us despite not being an In-Birth, what are yuu up too?"

Aero: "I am not up to anything, I merely wish to stop Paradox's schemes."

Mika: "An unlikely story! It doesn't help that yuu managed to get this far in the Hollow Night without EXS. I must bring yuu in with my Pachelbel Cannon! YUUUUUUU!"

Aero: "Trustworthy, but very skeptic. A troublesome emotional combination..."

"I'm sorry for causing you doubts about me, but I can't afford to be captured by the Licht Kries here."

*The scene transitions to the fight*

Stage 6

Vs. Nanase [Location: Silent Park]

*Aero descends into a park in Kanzakai once again searching for Paradox trying to pinpoint where she and the Gate is*

Aero: "It would appear the closer I go further into Kanzakai, the thicker the air flow becomes. It seems to be an indicator of the Gate to the Abyss. If I locate the Gate, I'll find Paradox."

*Nanase appears before Aero, with a look of amazement on her face*

Nanase: "..."

Aero: "Another young girl, although she appears to be a few years older. Middle school most likely."

"Hello, can I help you with something miss?"

Nanase: "So you're the woman who can control the wind, right? That's so...

Aero: "?"

Nanase: "COOL! I really envy you. You got the skills, the smarts, the brawl and the looks too!"

Aero: "While I am used to praise, undeserving it may be, she appears to look up to me and after witnessing the air flow around her..."

"Ah, her EXS powers, I can sense a familiar presence through her..."

"Do you have similar powers like mine by chance?"

Nanase: "W-well, it's not like I asked for these powers to begin with, but I must use them to catch the guy who wronged me!"

Aero: "Wronged? She appears to be very confused right now, but it appears she'll be fine eventually."

"While I'm supposed to locate Paradox..."

"Would you like to spar with me?"

Nanase: "What?"

Aero: "I feel like i can teach you how to control your powers, that is, if you'll allow me."

Nanase: "I-I would like that very much! By the way, my name is Nanase!"

Aero: "I am called Aero."

Nanase: "Wow, not only do you look like a super hero, but you got a super hero like name too! If you were to protect people, you would be famous!"

Aero: "Hehe, sounds like she hasn't heard of me. I can't blame her, considering we live in different cities."

"Are you ready for your lesson, Miss Nanase?"

Nanase: "Anytime Aero! Let's dance to our hearts content!"

*The scene transitions to the fight*

Stage 9

Vs. Chaos [Location: Riverside Plaza]

*Aero descends into the Riverside Plaza, feeling the flow of air becoming more dense as she hones in on the Gate*

Aero: "The Gate is close by... I can sense it along with a single presence. The heartbeat feels excited and elated, yet it is drunk with power and wickedness. It must be Paradox."

*Chaos then stands before Aero, clearly trying to examine her*

"A young man this time. He appears to be blocking my way, I wonder if he's connected with Paradox?"

Chaos: "So your the famous non In-Birth running around this Night, Miss Aero I believe?"

Aero: "I am. I have a good feeling why you're here, but might I ask what brings you before me?"

Chaos: "To prevent you from reaching my boss, Hilda. You appear to be intelligent enough, so don't ask such obvious questions."

Aero: "My apologies, but you must know Paradox's plans are not good for anyone at all, including you. I can tell you don't want her to succeed either."

Chaos: "Impressive... you control the wind so well you gained special senses through the air, specifically their heartbeats, along with their emotions and what items they carry with them."

Aero: "Incredible! He can tell what some of my powers are based on what i said alone!?"

"There's no denying that he's sharp and intelligent, but it's also backed up by ego and confidence. I can tell he prefers using brains and tactics over brawn."

Chaos: "Yes, I don't wish for Hilda to become a Re-Birth, but you may as leave this matter to me or Gordeau, assuming you didn't already defeat him on the way here."

Aero: "While I'm relieved their are reasonable people in your organization, what you're suggesting is already moot considering there are other In-Births pursuing her."

Chaos: "That is why I plan to to stop you. Once I do so, I will confront and deal with Hilda myself.

"Besides that, I am interested in your powers and abilities. Control the air, making constructs and weaponry out of the air along with those unique senses make you worthy of intense study."

"I do wonder how you'll stand up to Azhi Dahaka? After all, intelligence is the only thing that truly matters on the battlefield."

Aero: "While I do agree having good wits in beneficial when engaging danger, you must rely on strength and courage as well. It must be an even balance."

*The scene transitions to the fight*

Final Stage

Vs. Hilda [Location: Altar of Light and Dark]

*Aero enters the room where the Gate to the Abyss is at*

Aero: "Here we are, the source of all the trouble tonight, the Gate to the Abyss."

"Such unspeakable power! This looks like something Madame Huang would want if she discovered it."

"Madame Huang was once my mentor, teaching me some of the abilities I now use, but now she is my enemy. I still wish to know why she wants to destroy my home, but for now, I must stop Paradox from conquering this city."

Hilda: "Oh, do you really think I would just let you near the Gate, Miss Aero?"

*Hilda appears before Aero, standing between her and the Gate*

Aero: "So this is Paradox, or Hilda, as Chaos referred to her by."

"Just as I suspected, there's so much evil within her heart that her outward presence and demeanor is disturbing..."

"I suspect not Paradox, but I can't exactly let you do as you please with this Gate, especially since you desire immortality and wish to subjugate the Hollow Night to your will."

HIlda: "So you know of my plans? Does it have anything to do with a man with a glowing green sword?"

Aero: "Sword Master... he told me about how he underestimated you and was nearly wounded fatally by you, which shows you for what you really are, a power hungry monster who desires to escape what makes us human."

Hilda: "What do you mean? To grow old and wither away into nothing? Don't be so dumb, when you become immortal, you'll never have to worry about death or being usurped ever again."

Aero: "To live with the time one has, to accomplish so much, to spend life with the one you entrust your heart with, to make a family and do everything you can to make the world a better place. Although our lives are short, the fact we can do so much with that short life is what makes the human race beautiful in it's own way."

Hilda: "AHAHAHAHAHAHA! You make me laugh! You are perfectly willing to grow old and gray while I desire what ANY woman wants! I may as well put you out of your misery so you'll never see a wrinkly face in the mirror!

Aero: "Looks aren't everything, for true beauty in a person is found within. I pity the fact you have no love in your heart. With these powers, I will blow away the darkness from inside this awful place!"

*The scene transitions to the fight*

Aftermath

[Location: Altar of Light and Dark]

*Aero now stands before the Gate with Hilda struggling to get up*

Hilda: "How? How could I have lost to a fool who resigns herself to a worthless, limited life...?"

*Hilda falls unconscious*

Aero: "In the end, it would seem you can never appreciate the value of what each life has. While I am aware there are bad people who wish to do harm, there are so many more good people who wish to bring so much good to this world."

"And it's because of that, I will make sure that this awful Gate won't threaten anyone this night!"

"Now, a focused Air Beam should be enough to destroy this!"

"HAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

*The screen turns white as Aero destroys the Gate to the Abyss, ending the Hollow Night*

Ending

[Location: Kanzakai Skyline]

*Aero is once again flying in the sky as morning begins to break*

Aero: "Finally, the Hollow Night has come to end... for now."

"Although I ended this Night, it will resurface again a month from now, but I am not worried at all..."

"It must be because that while there are In-Births who seek to harm others, a majority of the In-Births seek to protect those important to them in addition to the people of this city and beyond."

"Therefore, I can leave the safety of this city to them, including Nanase and The Unknown Actor, Hyde Kido."

"While I wish I can apprehend Hilda, I can't necessarily do so without proper evidence, but Sword Master will be relieved that his defeat has been avenged."

"Ah... the sun feels so wonderful, but now I must get a good day's sleep and pick up a souvenir for Zou Yu before I return to Shanghai."

*Aero flies to her apartment in Kanzakai to rest as she narrates*

"In Shanghai, as Aero, I protect the people in my beautiful city, but as Lei Ling, I help the people by building homes to shelter them and keep them safe. I will always be there as either or to make Shanghai a more beautiful place to live in."

*Lei Ling is at the Art Room Gallery Pub with her boyfriend, Zou Yu, showing him the souvenir from Kanzakai*

"As long as I have Zou Yu and the Agents of Atlus by my side, I will continue to face the future for a better tomorrow."

*The credits roll as The Marvel Super Heroes Staff Roll plays*

With that, Aero's journey through the Hollow Night has ended. I apologize for the lack of a Vocal song to use this time, but I hope the ending them from the Capcom game Marvel Super Heroes will suffice.

I do hope I managed to capture Aero perfectly well despite going off her comic Appearance, but hopefully she'll become more well know in the future sooner or later.

When we return to the Hollow Night, it'll be the villains turn, starting with an Astral/Prinal Hybrid from the Crimson Horizon. We'll see his soul burn brilliant next time.
