First up, read the Beyond the Edge in order (3 prologues, then the 82 parts, and finally 2 epilogues), then the first 11 chapters of Successor of Anti-Life (continue directly from the second epilogue of BoE, then covering 3 prologues and then 7 parts), then the entire Reality Breakdown spin-off (10 chapters for 10 parts), and the next 40 chapters of SoAL (36 parts plus 4 interludes in order) and read the entire O.R.A.C., and finally the entire Olympics' Guardians of Light (itself reimagined from Kaylamagical, 10 chapters including a prologue and an epilogue) and finally the 2 chapters (Part 45 and 46) of SoAL, before this. (Oh, and this Part 47 continues off from the end of O.R.A.C. epilogue, so go read everything in order!)

"Uh, let's see what can I do and even learn with these..." A young noble, alchemist-in-training and swordwoman is synthesizing some things to learn alchemy.
After some synthesis, the noblewoman is finally done for the day, and has already done some paperworks. Now she's about to rest to be ready for another day... and then someone appeared.
"Miss Lestamm, can I come?" A girl appeared. "If you don't recognize me, well... I'm Neptune. As a Goddess, I becomes the Purple Heart."
"Miss Neptune?" The noblewoman recognized the voice. "You... you came just right in time. I've just don't both my works, both papers and learning alchemy. I was to rest, but you... you came from..."
"Another world, you see." Neptune revealed herself to the noblewoman. "Nelke von Lestamm, let's get back to CXA and help some O.R.A.C. This is our chance to save all existence and then some!"
Nelke, the noblewoman, is very surprised. Neptune then promptly transformed into Purple Heart.
"We'll need as much help as possible. Nobody can pull anything meaningful off alone in these scenarios."
"But it's almost nighttime!" Nelke sighed. "But ok. I'll join you in the morning. Tag me!"
"Well, I'm gonna gather some recruits." Purple Heart left the room. "Goodnight!"
It was the end of the 21st day of Project Mobius, and the entire omniverse is in shambles due to those across Hypertime infested by the ever-evolving Anti-Life Equation. Neptune the Purple Heart (and Planeptune's CPU/Goddess), a recruit of the posthumous One Reincarnated Army Corps., got to the other Goddesses.
"Have you recruited our goddamn noble guest yet!?" Blanc/White Heart complained. "What are she doing?!"
"She accepted our call, but have to get some sleep for tomorrow." Purple Heart responded. "On the other hand... she retains her memories of the previous war and she actually retains her experience with alchemy, something she never had the talent before! So she was practicing alchemy at her free time!"
"Ugh, fine! At least she's still capable!" White Heart pouted. "I still wanna... kill some Malgams!!!"
"Spanner, wait!" Noire/Black Heart raised her hand. "Any updates from two otome girls on ripperdocs' place?"
"It's a top secret. I only heard them from the likes of... Decade..." Spanner Kurokage (the Valvarad) denied. "I'm just a warrior using Ride Chemy. Not much more. And I've only known you and the continuum from those-"
"Shut up, motherfucker! We already taught you right after we recruited you!!!" White Heart's profane respond. "I'll put you in hell if you keep your defiance!"
"Oh geez! I have Houtarou Ichinose to care about, and Malgams to fight against!" Spanner is shocked.
"We cannot lose a recruit so easily. So I suggested we guard her rooms." Vert/Green Heart, having anticipated the possibility of Nelke's sudden death during recruitment.
"That's exactly what we're to do." Spanner chuckled. "In return, you should-"
"Already keeping Gotchard for an CXA day already." Purple Heart gave Spanner a thumb-up. "Nelke should be meeting up with him tomorrow. Both of them are still learning alchemy."
Morning, day 22, as the group are quite tired due to overall lack of sleep, especially Spanner since he's just a human, and had to be given some energy by the Goddesses. Then, it's just about time Nelke wake up, and prepare.
"Business as usual? I don't know." Nelke after prepping herself, took her sword and a few stuffs along, and opened the door.
"Welcome to the circle of trust." Purple Heart offered to give a handshake. "Welcome back... Nelke von Lestamm. This time, welcome to the salvation."
Then the group brings Nelke out of the building, and... well...
"It took us a few days to get back to the Beach and then get a way to teleport between realities... but here, after some training, we can finally awaken again." It was N, who and M returned after being stranded in an alternate Eemia. "Oh, and there you are, Nelke von Lestamm!" *eyes glow again*
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THIS WORLD!?" White Heart is enraged.
The ruins surrounding Nelke's home, as the town has been demolished by the clone duo and some Gentry from previously destroyed places.
"A clone of Noah, Ghondor Vandham, Matthew, Shulk, the Contact, Malos, and Mobius Y." Black Heart mocked N. "Accompanied by a clone of Mio, Pyra, Mythra, Nia, Rex, Na'el, the anti-type, Myyah, that Mary Magdalene, and X!"
"Pretty sure that's how you both got your enhancements and your powers from." White Heart snided, continuing Black Heart's remarks. "And do not call my chest-"
-*laughs* "You're just consoles, except for those two mortal humans!" M mocked them back.
The CPUs are shocked, except for the minimally-inhibited White Heart, who immediately snapped and quickly attach the two. N simply parries her axe with his own version of Lucky Seven sword, Another Monado.
"You bastard!" White Heart just kept it on. "Why won't you die?!"
N simply knocks White Heart off, and walks to the other CPUs.
"Crap!" White Heart stumbles.
"What have you done to Vestabalt?!" Black Heart clashes with M.
"We simply have to destroy any anomaly. No sorting necessary!" M gleefully handles Black Heart.
"Valvarush! Tune up! Madwheel!"
"What an unfunny joke."/"笑えないジョークだ。" said the alchemy graduate as he escorts Nelke out, leaving the clones to the CPUs. "I'mma take her to safety. You do those two!"
"Gentry, take down those alchemists!" M screamed.
"Valvarad! Evade those monsters!" Purple Heart warned Spanner.
"What are these monsters?!" Nelke is scared at the sight.
The alchemy warrior Valvarad escorts Nelke away, evading from the Gentry. Meanwhile...
"No... this isn't working." Green Heart has a dull surprise as her attacks did practically nothing against M.
M gleely laughed at Green Heart, then struck the Leanbox CPU out of the way.
"Damnit... Pnuema and Logos... They're the clones representing these two Core Crystals!" White Heart pointed it out.
M tries to beat Green Heart down, but the Goddess dodged with reflex. Then the Leanbox flew sideways, evading M altogether and allowing her to get up.
-*grabs her spear* "These are no different from hostile monsters." Green Heart got up.
"How could he read my strikes!" Black Heart constantly misses N. "My blades missed him! Missed him again! Again! Arghhh!"
"Hmph. Pitiful game consoles cannot keep up with our supercomputers." N nearly slashes Black Heart's wrists.
"Ugh! That was close!" Black Heart dodged. "Nep! Help me!"
"On my way!" Purple Heart picks up her katana and clashes N.
"We'll take care of the bitch!" White Heart clashes M, with help from Green Heart.
The Goddesses furiously fight the duo with their might, but they can barely scratch the clone Aegis. It's clear they needed the next-generation-based upgrade.
"Oh no... they're not getting tired either!" Black Heart is frustrated.
N and M both knock the Goddesses down to the ground.
"Good luck surviving us." M winded her punch with Pneuma power and her Another Blade, ready to kill White and Green.
"Die." N about to stab Purple Heart with Another Monado...
-*Vestabalt bursts up and explodes*
N and M falls down to the rubbles of the town, further damaged (albeit accidentally) by a transformation.
"Ugh... Screw that..." M got up.
"Shit... You became the next generation of yourself!" N got up. "To level the playing field? You're too-"
"Infinite Share Crystals sure came in handy."
"Thanks to the Gold Third awakening our next-gen powers, we can use the massive amount of share to upgrade!"
"Oh fucking Trinity, those fucking consoles have...!" N and M are shocked.
The Goddesses has successfully assumed their NEXT form, successfully saving their own lives.
"Hahaha! If you haven't forgotten about this next-tier form, stop us!" NEXT White remarked.
"What are we waiting for?!" NEXT Black called.
NEXT Green got a call.
-*picks up* "Uh, hello? We're fighting the false Pneuma and the false Logos." NEXT Green called. "What must we do? We're already escorting Nelke."
"Good. Now take those two alive as well." A voice of a divine man replied. "We need them alive, so the CXA can decide what to do with them."
"Huh?" Is that... the Liu Kang?" M heard the gizmo. "What Liu Kang? What version? Who really-"
M is slashed by NEXT Purple for the distraction, but N ambushed NEXT Green for distraction as well. The latter two ends up clashing.
"How aren't you... overwhelmed?!" N is frustrated.
"Looks like the table's indeed leveled!" NEXT Black assaults M.
"Let's fucking go, us bitches!!!" NEXT White charged up.
The four Goddesses can now keep up with the clone duo, much to the two's frustration and shock.
"They've seriously closed the gap against us, and now we're not much more powerful than them anymore..." The duo thought. "This is the first time since Trope Pantheon we're forced to awaken and go full force!"
The duo resorts to pushing themselves, veering into reality manipulation just to regain the advantage, and only then does the NEXT forms falter.
"They're pushing themselves, so why won't we..." NEXT Purple then dodge the attacks.
The Goddesses evaded, and immediately yelled as they harnesses not only the shares from the Infinity Share Crystal, but the Infinity Share Crystal itself. Once again, earthquake ensues. The Goddesses then glew, and shinier and more elaborate armor, with larger wings ensued: Purple got a bit darker, edgier and more shades of purple and brighter accents; Black gained (curvy) white plates, glowing blue lines and details, and the armor and the wings is a bit curvier; White added the red and blue plates, recolored the wings appropriately as well, while adding some black layer to the existing armor which has turned blank white; Green got more contrast between black and white portions of the armor, and the 'X' on the chest and the horn both lost its green color but became glowing white instead. Their weapons morphed as well, adopting the color scheme matching that of the outfit and armor here. Each CPU's voice shifted into a synesthesis of the respective CPU's previous forms' voices. Oh, and the wave of shares as well, as well as quaking the...
"I can feel it... They're like raging against space-time!" M took note. "It's causing dilation and crumble at the same time!"
"Could it be... a transformation never seen... since our Zero lived!" N mentioned Zerobreaker. "This is-"
"Living." It was Noire, now Ascended Black. "Gotcha. Lastation has no limits, and neither does the Gamindustri."
Ascended White laughed at the clone duo, before summoning the Ontos Monado, the Aegis swords and the Lucky Seven.
"With the ascended form, we can warp reality as we wish, just like Uzume." Ascended Purple telekinetically knocks the duo's weapons off their hands.
"No! You...!" M lashes out.
But Ascended Black immediately spit polygons onto the duo's legs, polygonizing those and trapping them down the ground. Ascended White took that opportunity to then skew M with the Aegis and N with the Monado and that Sword of Origin.
"No... We cannot just leave Valvarad or Nelke." Ascended Green changed their mind. "I'm sure the Gentry are attacking them. We have to save the two!"
"Oh right! Looks like that did divert them." Ascended Purple them blitzed right away.
The Goddesses followed suit. A now detransformed Spanner is enraged and wounded, still fighting in fear Nelke would die.
"I cannot let her die!" Spanner defiantly declared in front of the Gentry.
"Got you!" Ascended Purple brought a Gentry down in one single slash.
"Neptune! Everyone!" Nelke noticed.
"Ge-nep! Playstation! XBOX! Famicom!" Spanner noticed the Goddess. "You came here to save both of us? Thanks goodness, no joke!"
"I knew those Gentry would damage..." Ascended Black then brought down another Gentry.
"My fourth-wall brute-forcing strength is all those deserved!" Ascended White chop a Gentry off.
The Goddesses quickly destroy all the Gentry attacking, saving Spanner and Nelke from them.
"Can we carry you to the headquarters now?" Ascended Green bowed.
"Finally! It's almost time this town is overrun by actual infected!" Spanner rides on Ascended Green. "Let's hope I and Nelke survive the space. No way space has any air or heat whatsoever."
The Goddesses warped themselves, Spanner and Nelke out of the world, leaving the clone duo struggling. However, a group of gods saved both.
"Ugh... we've destroyed the town, but we didn't kill that noblewoman." N is disappointed. "If those summons are more precise there, we could've been in real danger..."
"Uh oh... Your Trinity Processor power almost failed to save you..." A small divine girl felt bad.
"Get us back to the Beach immediately." M groaned. "We need to be fixed as soon as possible."
The gods, brainwashed by the Order and X-Alliance, brought the clone duo back to the Beach, leaving Vestabalt in literal ruins and the rest of its inhabitants dead.
