"And because Kado knows about the Order, and both of us wanted to destroy them... we joined forces." Chya concluded. "Oh, and thanks to the gateway, I could even sense my other selves too. That and the infos, credit to Kado for studying me and accepting me into his community. I owe a lot to him... memories, even. He's the second one to bring salvation for me, the first one being the Earther who saved Convergence."
"You could've been literally forgotten and/or deconverged right there..." MEGA!Evie facepalmed.
"I used to deconverge upon my zero-point memories. When the Earther found all this memories, I... was in pain. But that was the first time I came in direct contact with them since the night of Convergence." Chya talks about her ability. "But since then, everything was saved and quelled, and the women's memories had already been fully secured, so the next time I came to being, when the Forgotten Four joined again... I could now deconverge and convince at will. I am still them. And myself."
"Which means you could now open the Last Stop by yourself, and not retconning all memories into oblivion?" WILDS!Slone shrugged. "This might well be outright Fridge Logic!"
"Actually, I could now! I got awakened, and I was able to get back to the ones who took over the station!" Chya almost activated her powers. "Whoops."
"Which is why other Realitiers had to take control of the Convergence, so that mission could be salvaged." Kado revealed. "And wouldn't you know it... those Realitiers, and the Realitiers in general... they're all from the Order. And we're here to destroy it."
"The CXA! I have to call them!" WILDS!Slone
"I have some gizmos, still saved from those terrorists." Chya gives WILDS!Slone a gizmo. "I and Kado are wearing those to keep an update of what the O.R.A.C. are doing. And how are the Order plotting for."
"You have gizmo? Wait..." WILDS!Slone recalled. "I kinda remember... seeing Spider-Man 2099 wearing one of these..."
"Exactly." Kado gave WILDS!Slone a thumb-up.
WILDS!Slone immediately wear the gizmo and contacted one of the members of the old team. "Hello? Anyone there know CXA's contact?"
"You look like... Doctor Slone from IO?" Liu Kang called. "I'm busy fighting Grey Sister and the Batman Who Laughs, so I-"
"I am Doctor Slone, but I'm not from Imagined Order anymore." WILDS!Slone replied. "I'm actually back to my Island and co., except rescued alongside alternative versions of the Island, one of them being where I'm currently in. I was rescued from the Anti-Life armies by a vampire known as Kado Thorne."
"Kado Thorne? Good thing the gizmo originating from the Order automatically record the entire call, but only shared through manual methods. Like privacy on modern smartphones." Liu Kang continued. "I'm the Fire God, Liu Kang. I have the powers of the Keeper of Time, as I am the creator of the New Era after the end of Kronika. I'm also one of the recruits by the team."
"Oh, great! I was recruited as well. Kado did it." WILDS!Slone continued. "I met my future self, as well as reuniting with Evie of MEGA. The one I found... yeah. And I found another one... Chya."
"Chya what?" Liu Kang is then struck by Maho/Grey Sister. "Argh! Geras, don't let anyone be caught by her screens!"
"Senior Memory Researcher, at QDOT... Quantum Department of Transportation." WILDS!Slone reported. "Good thing this call is recorded, so I'll have you send the call to CXA somewhere."
"Oh, while fighting, I knew the Lost Numbers has already arrived at the Battle Buses. And they confirmed these are being used by the CXA." Liu Kang confirmed. "So I will send the entire recording of this call."
"Apparently, some of my Island associates were also rescued as well, alongside me and Evie." WILDS!Slone continued. "Kado, can you confirm the location of the Islands here?"
"Currently, the Buses are arriving at the Dark Multiverse's blood moon. It- Harghhh!" Liu Kang is choked by Laughs.
"Good job, smartphone girl!" Laughs complimented Maho/Grey Sister. "You got his guard down! It helps that, wait..."
"Mr. Thunder-son, catch her!" Uni/Black Sister called Telos.
The planet-machine immediately casted liquid metal to trap Maho/Grey Sister.
"Maho, what have you done!?" He scolded Maho. "The fellow Candidates trusted you! How could you let yourself be in the ranks of the Order!? How could you join those omniversal terrorists!"
"FormRide: GolDon Momotaro! Ah, Seiya! Seiya! Seiya, Seiya, Seiya, Seiya, Seiya! Kanzen Muketsu no Oni Taiji! GolDon Momotaro! Yo! Tenka Musou!" *drum beat*
"Decade, apprehend Grey Heart!" Telos then rushed to destroy Laughs.
"COME ON, YOU UGLY MACHINE!!!" Laughs shouted.
Telos knocks Laughs into a dome leading to the In-Between, now crashed and littered with truly countless amount of things from all kinds of different worlds depicted in fiction.
"Here goes nothing!" Telos telepathically threw Lucius's desert trailer, then a Cube (the Last Reality one), then an Anemo Archon Statue, then finally the Skeld, all to Laughs. The sadist tanked and passed all of them, showing both durability and lack of tangibility.
"Damn it... I have to brawl..."
"How dare you..." Maho/Grey Sister slumps down.
"Maho, stop this." Nepgear/Purple Sister warned Maho/Grey Sister.
"Well, I have an idea..." Doraemon finally came, and... "Truthful Robot!"
Travis immediately snatches the gadget and smacked its button onto Maho/Grey Sister's head.
"Whoever presses the button, yeah!" Travis threw the gadget down a waited.
The gadget took form of Maho (due to Grey Sister neuter forced into pressing the button thanks to Travis), and is then asked about the Order.
"My mind has been conditioned into loyalty. In reality, I hate these terrorists. And they're using the evolution of Anti-Life to bring down existence? No!"
"What!?" Maho/Grey Sister is infuriated.
"The Order must be stopped! Please save me! Save me from their condition! I'll gladly betray the Order to save all reality and all timestream! All of everything! Everyone, the Order is dangerous, and is the Dark Multiverse's finest!"
This shook Maho/Grey Sister to the core.
"See? This is the truth. The Order is a threat to all existence. Just what CXA tends to fight against." Nepgear/Purple Sister leans into confirmation. "I support you, Maho. You have to support us too. We'll destroy the Order together, and save all existence from infinite breakdown."
Meanwhile...
"The Zero has come!" Telos opened a dome right to the front of active Zero Point. "Come, monster!"
"Die!!!" Laughs immediately charged against Telos.
Telos accessed his omni-arsenal to become briefly intangible, allowing him to have Laughs pass through. This meant the omnipotent sadist uncontrollably go through and passes the dome, approaching the Zero Point. Laughs the. stopped, and flew back, but couldn't pass through the dome again.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Laughs screamed. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?"
"You went too far." Telos passes through the dome and pushes Laughs onto the Zero Point.
"TRAITOR!!! FUCK YOU!!!" Laughs screamed, though Telos cannot naturally hear because they're in space right now (even in the distant past, to boot). "THE ORDER WILL DESTROY YOU AND ALL YOU CARED!!!!!"
"No. Also, I cannot hear you right now." Telos refuted.
"Picture it. Picture what life and destiny you could have... if you never betrayed us." Laughs begged Telos. "And imagine how much more you could have become..."
Telos thought about his time with the Order, and the possibilities had he never attempted to get into the Mobius Chair in the first place. From that, he thought about the Order's actual mission.
"I already thought about what if I still sided with you. But no matter." Telos concluded. "Without the leaking, you all would win, but all versions of all existence would be ruined at the very least. And the Order are run by lunatics like you. So turns out... it's better to just betray the Order and lead the fighting back."
"What?!" Laughs read Telos' mind, and is disappointed.
"Begone, abomination!!!" Telos shoves Laughs into the Zero Point, burning the monster with infinite energy of rift itself.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" A Laughs dying to the Zero Point, due to extreme balance of anti-Crisis and Crisis-energies plus the addition of rift powers, all annihilating his corrupted void and his very twisted being.
This result in a Zero Point explosion, briefly interrupting its stability. Telos is quick to escape.
"No..." Maho/Grey Sister despaired. "What...?"
As the gadget in Maho form confirming what the team found has been true all along, the smartphone girl herself is forced to question everything about the Order, including her loyalty and her actions. At the same time, Telos returns.
"I shoved that abomination of Batman Who Laughs into the Zero Point to kill him. He's a complete monster, worthy of the Order." Telos told Maho/Grey Sister. "It's over. Just give up, snap out of it, and betray them. Rejoin your friends... they missed you so much."
Decade (as GolDon) slashes the liquid metal, softening it to allow Maho/Grey Sister to free out. She detransformed, and Travis got her up.
"Maho!" Nepgear detransformed.
The CPUs detransformed, and hugged Maho.
"Finally!" Vert is glad.
"Healing? Thanks." Laserhawk accepted the healing, courtesy of Nelke's learning of alchemy.
"It's the least I can." Nelke bowed down. "Mr. Touchdown, can you have some?"
"Ahhh, more healing items!" Travis immediately took it.
"I'm sorry, Gearsy..." Maho apologized. "I fell for them..."
The gadget turns back its original form, which Doraemon stowed.
"What have I done..." Maho finally realized the truth.
"We successfully protected our base. It's safe now." Geras reported to Liu Kang.
"Good. Now it's my turn." Liu Kang then sent the recording of the call of WILDS!Slone. "Lost Numbers, go!"
The Founders and Ghondor received the recording, so they played it of the call to the
rest of Lucky Trinity.
"Oh, so some of our subjects 5 days ago are still safe. Or rather, they were rescued!"
And the Buses arrived at the blood moon, with dozens of Canon Bringers evacuating everyone... and mourning the Final Knight, who died earlier by the Laughs.
"Rest in peace... dear old Duke Thomas. The Final Knight." The surviving O.R.A.C. bowed down before leaving. "And goodbye... Dark Multiverse's Convergence."
"I'll join you all. I had enough of the Order." Maho cut ties with the Order. "We'll destroy the terrorists together. For my sister!"
As everyone leaves, an entity named Alpha appeared, and found the mess of the battle in no-longer base and the corpse of the Final Knight.
"It is true. The leakers are still around, and..." Alpha confirmed from the look down, and then he looked up. "The Battle Buses... that means the leakers has joined the CXA. It is among what the villainess wanted. It is exactly what we feared."
Alpha then noticed the gizmo still in the Final Knight. He took it off and checked... only to find not just the leak, but also the recorded WILDS!Slone call.
-*press play* And... let's just say Alpha is very disappointed. "Kado Thorne... unforgotten Chya... even the Islands! They're defying us as well!"
At that night (for CXA, anyways; timeline is complicated, 'cause Hypertime and realities)...
"Our next stop is... wherever Kado Thorne is." Ms. Continuum before System No. XX goes to sleep. "Sleep well, crisis machine."
"Goodnight, Continuum." System close her eyes.
As Ms. Continue leaves and everyone else tried to sleep, she went... very deep and...
"Huh?" System in the 'dream', and appearing in transparent version of her true machine form with her human form contained inside. "Where am I?"
"Welcome to the inside of the gateway to the infinite."
It was the Forgotten Four, Chya's components.
"This is Darya Kane. I'm accompanying Pam Rodriguez of Earth, Panoa of Eemia, Rune Zivai of Ossuary, and even invited Numina as well."
Some of the beings from Numina accompanying the Forgotten Four.
"You're from Meow Wolf Denver. You're from the Convergence Station." System recognized all of them, being observation and all.
"Exactly. And we're here upon the dream connected by the gateway. The gateway I, or rather we, Chya, now control." Darya revealed. "And we invited our 6th-dimensional neighbor here too."
"All of you... why are we here?" System asked.
"I know the Order would continually recruit Oleander every time he dies in them. Which, based on QDOT's and Numina's knowledge, means one thing:" Rune revealed. "The Last Stop... the uncontrolled glimmer... is one of the many ingredients to the evolution of the so-called Anti-Life Equation."
"The evolution of Anti-Life... They're stripping the glimmer for Anti-Life?!" System is shocked.
"Kado kept track of the ingredients. The Phantom Ruby. The Throne. The T-Virus. The meme energy. Anti-memes. Crisis energy. Anti-Crisis. The Nothing. Dimension Fusion Charges. The rift energy. The sands of the Hourglass. The Dip, which destroys toon. All-Stars energy. CLULESS virus. Even the Last Stop. And so many more." Pam revealed. "Gathering all the ingredients to the Anti-Life, and then activate them using the modified Mobius Chair. That would break all versions of all existence across all timestreams!"
"And as for the Last Stop... the previous Oleander was killed by the same guys who killed an evil version of us." Panoa revealed. "Now the Order recruited two Oleanders: one victorious, and one not, both are crazed. Numina told us about both."
"Who recruited them?" System asked.
"Alpha. Now the false Ontos." Darya revealed. "The companion of false Pneima and false Logos."
"No... they found out O.R.A.C. joined us!" System realized! "We have to hurry!"
"Then get to the event horizon, where the Islands are!" Rune told the System. "Hurry, before either Oleander do anything to us or Kado, or any survivors!"
System disappears from the dream. She woke up.
"The event horizon... the ingredients... Alpha's back... I have to tell everyone about these!"
