Kronika, Liu Kang, Titan!Kitana, the couple's variant, Titan!Raiden, Titan!Lao, Hikari, the two commanders, pre-Zero Hour Parallax, Mugen, Harry (Thorson), Seinaru, D'Reema and Nix Uotan are meet with the apparent hybrids of Loopers and Last Reality's Husks in former Tilted Towers.
"Who corrupted Fortnite?" Nathan suspected something.
"This isn't what anyone remember this is." Titan!Raiden explained. "Something must have happened for it to well..."
"What? Corrupted?" D'Reema asked.
"More than corrupted! I can't use the right word to describe this!" Titan!Raiden scolded the non-canon daughter.
"You can't be serious." Harry facepalmed.
"Well... take it down, please. We're like you, fighters and hunters from interconnected realities." Titan!Lao tried to persuade the beings.
"Seriously? They're beyond corrupted." Titan!Raiden is exasperated.
Pre-0H Parallax slaps Titan!Lao for the stupidity, before threatening with the green energy constructs. "He's right. You dare befriend a forever monster?"
This aggravated the beings, causing them to attack the crew and forcing them to fight. Cue a brutal brawl, excepting Superjudge who simply walks to what used to be the Loot Lake.
"Nix Uotan! Why are you leaving?" Liu Kang dispatches a being.
"I'm more than powerful enough to deal with corrupted version of those normal men." Uotan just walked away.
A being crushed Uotan down, only for Superjudge to elastically bounce back up.
"Toon physics!" Uotan then shreds the being into pieces.
Not long afterwards, all those beings are destroyed.
"It's so hard... So much..." Hikari slumps down, exhausted. "They're too powerful... I could've died if..."
"These are godlike, and therefore mortal who cannot stand up against any god in fight... wouldn't stand a chance." Liu Kang commented. "Hikari, you're unfortunately not truly superpowered, enhanced or have reality warp. You're just a good ninja."
"Didn't you count Mangekyo Sharingan?" FnL!Liu Kang is confused.
"That's only the closest thing to godlike things we're getting right now, and it helps that the Uchiha had inherited Sharingan from their Indra ancestry." Liu Kang replied. "Also, when I suggest that she isn't godlike, I means her in general. Without aid, he can barely survive more than a few of these... corrupted beings at most."
The crew went to the lake, which is filled with blood and have the massive Chrome ball floating on top of its center now.
"Bloody stench. This shouldn't be widespread at all in this Island as it stood." Uotan inspects the lake.
"Why toon physics? You're not properly toon!" Seinaru asked. "Oh wait... I just said something I barely even knows of."
"Well... the rift powers allowed me to embrace other powers, such as toon physics." Uotan explained. "As for Loot Lake... oh goodness."
"I have a feeling... if we touch the ball, we'll..." Kronika stepped back.
Another being landed on the ball, and is melted as a result.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" The being drips down to the blood.
"Nobody deserves this. Holy glass." Kronika covered her eyes.
"My god!" Nathan is disgusted.
"I feel really sick!" Pre-0H Parallax stepped back.
"This is abomination!" D'Reema averted her sight.
The Chrome ball rings.
"Huh?" The crew opened their visions, and saw an image forming.
"I gave my all. I fought and I suffered for eternity upon ETERNITY!" A suspicious voice. "And all for what!?"
"It's... my words after I became... Gentrified." Uotan recognized the words.
"I endured cycles of eons of pain and disillusion. For yu ingrates?"
"Is that... Zero the spirit, an outfit from Fortnite!?" Nathan recognized the look.
"Unexpected. How can... what? Zero Point as a humanoid!?" Vivian is shocked.
"Well... now it's time for a new beginning..."
"My god... what's going on?!" Hikari is shocked.
"Kneel before everything and nothing!" Zero revealed to have been infected with the fused Anti-Life and Anti-Death. "Zero Point's at the door!"
In the meantime...
"One day... in real life, there's an influx of corruption, first taking the creators, writers, makers and those that be, and then the companies. The world panicked, as all their medias got defaced with cursed messages from across fictions' realities, including the entire Anti-Life Equation." A narrator. "I am Tempus Fuginaut. I am the one who stands at the brink, striding the line between the light and the Dark Multiverse. I am the bane of chaos, always searching the dark for a single spark of light. But I have only found death."
"Anti-Life! Anti-Death! Is at the door!" Grant Morrison, who has been corrupted into a reality warper, kills many of the readers of his comics.
"And now I have reached critical mass of the entire saga. As I narrate, the alliance of the omniverse's finest stands against an omniversal terrorist organization." Tempus on space. "Nowadays, with the advancement of the terrorism, the light and the Dark Multiverse is melding, melting and boiling into one twisted end. The terrorists combined Anti-Life and Anti-Death together with omniversal links that furthers the corruption. And they proceeded to weaponize it, so the Mobius Chair could be corrupted and used for the final end."
"It's over... Goodbye." Geoff Keighley is mortally shot by the corrupted police.
"And I am left only to watch as the real life loses its power. Not just this one reality, but all of the history, including every single alternative histories, across the real multiverse, timelines dies as the real world physics is corrupted against everything." Tempus is left to watch the Milky Way rot. "As they are bleached down. Worse than Deathwave. Worse than the one Who Laughs. Far worse than death alone. And it's fleeting yet persistent, alway refreshing and continually kill each universe, one by one, way before the heat death of each."
Several Earths from alternate history colors with each other thanks to corrupted rifts powered by the corrupted collective Equation.
"All will be consumed alongside fiction and meta, except the Order. I know it is now inevitable. A cosmic tragedy coming to pass." Tempus in front of the collison. "And yet... my eyes are drawn to everyone who still hopes."
Behind the rifts, at the Beach...
"So much power! I accept it!" Titan Shang Tsung accepted the Gentrification. "It has begun!"
He, the queen and the Anti-Life girl (who also underwent Gentrification) laughed with the full completion of the twisted and corrupted Equation. "From now on, we are collectively the successor of Anti-Life!"
"Congratulations!" Zerobreaker congratulated.
"You did it! Now we can initiate the Project Mobius!" Argimed laughed.
"Credit me for using the Anti-Death. Not even the Zero is safe." The Omni-Godmodder boasted. "Oh wait... there's The Multiversity... and Dark Knights?"
Pulling all eight issues of the crossover and the entire Dark Nights: Metal: Dark Knights Rising in pristine condition, the Omni-Godmodder facepalmed. "Not these comics again!"
"Ignore them. They're not relevant." The queen commanded.
The Omni-Godmodder used the godmodding to burn the comics down.
On Earth -52...
"You can't access the Speed Force this way!" Barry Allen, the Flash (that one from this world) begged Batman - Bruce Wayne - after the latter assaulted and attached the former. "You can't force it! It will rip is both apart!"
"I know." -52!Bruce pushes the throttle to the limit. "But now we can save the world... together."
"No! Bruce!" -52!Barry as he and his Bruce is torn to shreds (nigh-literally). "You can't give up like this, Bruce... There's always..."
"I'm sorry, Barry." -52!Bruce went critical.
"Please!" So did -52!Barry. "Th-There's hope..."
The forcing of the Speed Force forcibly fixed the two together, creating a new, eventually-twisted Bruce Wayne.
Gotham City's crime wave went down the worst ever in its history (as far as this Earth's concerned). Scarecrow was one of the criminals rampaging around, until...
"My name is Bruce Wayne." -52!Bruce, now the Red Death, blasts Scarecrow down with his own fist.
"No, Bruce!" -52!Barry, now the Flash soul, begged in grief.
"I am vengeance."
"Stop!"
"I am justice."
"Don't!"
"I am Batman: The Red Death!"
"Please!" -52!Barry, trapped in the mind of his Bruce, in despair.
The Red Death kills all of Batman's remaining Rouges, and stopped tons of crimes in Gotham at a moment's notice.
"I have saved Gotham. Now I will save our world. I finally have all the time I'll ever need..."-"Please... listen... to me..."
Then the speed bats landed in front of the Wayne Tower... Instead of the tower crumbling (like in the original variant), it's melting.
"Wayne Tower... is melting? What's... going on?"
Multiple purple rifts in on the sky, spewing reverse smokes. It was the Anti-Death Equation, corrupted and remade to break existence itself.
"Look like the physics is failing. I'm not fast enough to save the world." The Red Death looks up at the sky. "There is a part of me... something deep inside that still gives me hope that I can save the world..."
"Where there am I?" Another of the Red Death steps to the scene.
"What?" The Red Death looked at the symbol. "You're... another me?"
"Bruce! It's Barry! Help us!" -52!Barry briefly showed up.
"Barry, do you know I, or rather we, have an important matter to do?" -52!Bruce took back.
"You look suspicious. Same symbol, and same powers." The other Red Death commented.
"You're in my world. You must be... a parallel universe version of me." The Red Death deduced.
"I don't remember this world is. You're right. I'm not from your world at all." The other Red Death admitted.
"Where are you from?" The Red Death threatened the other. "Answer before I kill you!"
The vandalized Ultima Thule boat appeared in front of the two. Nix Uotan steps down and intervened the potential brawlb at the same time, Telos teleported to the scene.
"You! You must be... wait." Telos inspected the scene. "Oh my god. Not even the Dark Multiverse is safe."
"Superjudge declares... wait, what?" Uotan is confused. "Why do an anomaly arrive in front of the scene?"
"Nix Uotan, previously the Last of the Monitors." Telos recognized Superjudge. "Superjudge, why are you here, and so different?"
Superjudge explained that SMGX and Ultima vandalized the boat and killed the Justice (League) Incarnate, so he took revenge on both and vowed avenge the Leaguers and bring justice to his multiverse, for sake of his mission. He then explained how he met the Titans the Keepers of Time, and their recruits, all meeting others who was also rifted into the dark wasteland, the so-called omniversal bunker Retcon Incarnate.
"Oh... I see. So you met the Titans, who were recruiting everyone across reality. Across existence. Across everything." Telos got it. "You joined the Titans?"
"Technically, but it was for sake of the mission and the Multiversity." Uotan then turned to the Red Deaths. "If you're confused, enter the boat, I'll show you... Bruce Wayne with Barry Allen, from Earth -52, and Ryan Wilder of Speed Force.
Superjudge, the planet-machine and the Red Deaths entered the boat.
"Hello there." Hikari greeted everyone.
"This is Hikari Uchiha, the Uchiha weapon turned freedom woman. In her days as a living weapon, she was branded as Nanashi Uchiha." Uotan introduced each member of the crew. "D'Reema, the daughter of Darkseid that I never thought existed. There's the Gold Puer, Seinari Hikari, who ventured to save magical girls' worlds."
"You. Sorry. Looks like I'm just as threatened as you are." Pre-0H Parallax admitted. "I was too selfish in hindsight, even thought I knew that."
"Parallax, we're supposed to work together. Save reality. So you can do whatever you want." Telos replied. "Zero Hour is waiting for you, but the Order is chipping away. The Anti-Death has fixed with Anti-Life to complete the omniversal evolution, and Project Mobius is about to initiate!"
"I can finally trust you for now." Pre-0H Parallax shakes hands.
"Mr. Arak. You are a machine?" Nathan felt obscure on Telos.
"I became one. It's a really long story." Telos replied. "Why Dark Knights though?"
"I figured out if your party brings the Crises, I bring the Dark Knights." Uotan revealed the strategy-induced improvisation. "Murder Machine is next."
On Earth -44...
"Listen to me, Bruce." This world's Victor Stone, the Cyborg, tried to convince an assimilated Bruce Wayne. "I know you're still in there. I know you can still hear me."
The Murder Machine, powered by Alfred Protocol gone haywire, have already converted Batman. The Bat-machine is shot by -44!Victor, who still believed in humanity.
"The protocol is trying to shut me down, but I'm still alive because you want to listen to me. The best part of you is your humanity." -44!Victor continued. "We can stop it before it rewrites you entirely. You just have to want it. It will do what you want, Bruce. You can let go of Alfred and be yourself again. You don't have to let yourself become some kind of horrible murder machine!"
"Victor... I'm precisely who I want to be." -44!Bruce proves he's forcibly fixed with the protocol, and thus been brainwashed by 'Alfred', becoming the Murder Machine.
"Bruce... No..." -44!Victor despaired.
"My father will always be there for me. And I will always be there for him." -44!Bruce forcibly embraced his new form. "Everyone else is a weakness. A weakness I am ready to shed."
Cue the machine ripping -44!Victor's head.
After finishing the Justice Leagues, the Murder Machine saw the world decaying... except not by the Earth crumbling as the Dark Multiverse does, but instead, it's the real world physics that's crumbling.
"My world is being ruined. What can I do?"
Then the boat appeared, emerged from a rift vibrated.
"Come!" Uotan and Telos kidnaps the Murder Machine! "We don't work together, we don't survive! Your world is decaying the wrong way!"
To be continued through Dark Multiverse...
