So, I was just doing my thing, walking home hanging out with the boys last night, when this pink fucking dinosaur thing starts running down the street and away from Rune... Because that is just something that happens now? Since nothing was exploding I started recording the whole thing, what was the worst that could happen ya know?

Just found this thread, but to add to the whole thing my friend caught the pink dude jumping out of Max Anders' office in the Medhall building. He didn't get it on video, mainly cause he had no idea wtf was going on, but he got some pics atleast.

From the little we know, and I really mean little, the guy looks like one of these 'Digimon' things, and was able to jump into OP'S phone...

On April 3rd 2011 at 9:44AM Eastern Standard time a suspected Case 53 emerged from the American city known as Brockton Bay, causing a minor incident in his escape from his initial appearance within Empire/E88 territory. Initial speculation was that he was a Case 53 who had arrived in the area and fled due to hostilities within said area.

On April 4th 2011 at 2:09AM Eastern Standard time a member of the PHO community by the name of XxVoid_CowboyxX speculated that this new 'Case 53' was a 'Digimon', and provided evidence that supported the claim.

On April 4th 2011 at 1:43PM Eastern Standard time Dragon and the suspected 'Case 53/Digimon' made contact, engaging in a talk that confirmed many things, while also resulting in the 'Case 53/Digimon' to join The Guild under probation.

From this and the resulting talks/tests The Guild has confirmed that they have made contact with a genuine Rookie level Digital Monster by the name of Psychemon, who confirmed he was born within the internet of Earth Bet and fully appeared two days prior.
What does this mean for Earth Bet as a whole?

For Earth Bet this means another world may be open and open itself to us, which may also spread to Earth Aleph due to the Digital World's nature. Upon the first signs of any activity similar to Digimon or the Digital World, The Guild will be dispatched and aid provided to resolve the situation.

What can be done about this?

Firstly all offices government offices, no matter country, will be provided with methods to detect 'Digital Gates' that may spawn within the internet or real world in the event any other Digimon may potentially Digitize/Actualize into existence.
A Digital Codex that will contain information about any and all forms of Digimon that will be provided by Psychemon so other Digimon may be identified and subdued should it come to it,
A guideline to adhere to in the event a Digimon appears will be set up on PHO and other government sites.

Should anyone witness activity that can be attributed to Digimon they are to call the appropriate hotlines - xxx-xxx-xxxx

The Wards are all at school because it's not only a Monday, but despite being Heroes they're still teenagers.
As for the Heroes my sources told me about a pair of meetings around now and another one at 1:00PM, so this attack is going to see minimal response from the Heroes... Wait, I just saw New Wave. Looks like the older Heroes are doing some rescue work from where this whole thing started and making their way up from there.
The Empire is apparently doing it too... But I'm not going to thank a Nazi so that's tha... Well damn.
