Chapter 1317 Mamoru's son

Yoshiro was driving down the road and at the back seat was Natalia since he decided to take care of her.

Natalia was watching out the window seeing everything pass by.
"Well i'll be making a quick stop at a place." Yoshiro said.
They stopped at a car and he said: "I gotta see my brother's kid, he will be surprised."
The last time he saw his nephew was when he was a baby so he might not know.
"Does that mean I have a cousin daddy?" Natalia asks.
"Technically, you know how your uncle can't move because of his accident so i'll be visiting." He said.
They went towards the house and he knocks on the door before the parents came.
"Oh hey, mr and mrs Toko." He waves.
"Oh Yoshino nice to see you again." Mr. Toko said with a smile.
"I came for a visit." He said and he goes inside with Natalia following him.
"Oh who is this?" Mrs. Toko asks.
"Oh this is Natalia, my new adopted daughter." He said.
"Hi." She waves.
"Oh she is adorable." Mrs. Toko said with a smile.
They went inside and they sat at the table together.
"So I came to visit the little guy since it's been like what five years." Yoshiro said
"Yes it has. He's been like most children. Laughing, smiling, and playing." Mr. Toko said.
They kept talking before they heard they heard a woman come in.
They saw a woman with black hair come in and with her is a kid with white hair, being his nephew Choki.
"Dad. Welcome home!" He got excited seeing Yoshiro.
This caused everyone but his mother to be stunned.
"Are you done with work? Are you taking the day off?" Choki questions in excitement.
Everyone was speechless by his words and he expected Mitsumi to correct him.
"Its so good that your daddy came home." She said smiling.
The kid goes off and Yoshiro said: "What's with this me being called dad?!"
"Well since his father is dead he needs a father." Mitsumi said still smiling.
"What are you talking about me being the father without me knowing!" Yoshiro got mad.
"He needs a father. Plus don't have any kids as Med school will be expensive." Mitsumi said.
"Too late." Yoshiro leans back to show Natalia.
"W-what have you done?!" Mitsumi questions in anger.
"What do you mean?! I can adapt a child if I want to." Yoshiro said.
"You're supposed to remain childless as my son is more important! Get rid of her now!" Mitsumi demands.
Natalia gasped and was shocked.
Yoshiro got mas and stands up. "How dare you?! I am not forced to look after your kid and you want me to get rid of Natalia!"
"Just shut up and listen! Your brother is dead! My son needs a father!" Mitsumi yells.
"What are you talking about?!" Yoshiro said.
"He died in that accident remember?" Mitsumi said looking at him like he was stupid.
"No, he's not." Yoshiro said.
"What are you talking about? He is dead!" Mitsumi said.
"Oh yeah, then who was I living with for a long time." Yoshiro frowns.
"Nobody of course." Mitsumi said.
"Oh yeah. How about I Choki to see him." Yoshiro said.
"What to his grave?" Mitsumi questions confused.
"No, at my house. Why did you think he died, he's been sending child support all this time." Yoshiro said.
"What but that was you?" Mitsumi said in denial.
"No, why would I send childhood when it's not my job." He said.
"If your brother is still alive, why hasn't he come here?" Mr. Toko questions with a frown.
"Why, because he's completly burnt, he has to work from home since he can barely move. Do you know how hard it is to live life when you feel pain." Yoshiro said.
"That bad?" Mrs. Toko questions horrified.
"Yes, I thought come here, take Choki to see his real dad but then she started saying i'm the father, demanding me to get rid of my precious daughter and think i'm sending money like I chose to be the parent." He said.
"Considering your brother's condition, it would be better if you act as his father." Mr. Toko said smiling.
"You gotta be kidding me, i'm not going to do that." Yoshiro said.
"Don't be so heartless! Choki needs a father!" Mrs. Toko said with a disapproving frown.
"Oh yeah, what about her crazy request of getting rid of Natalia, it's more heartless getting rid of a girl with no family!" He said.
"Then take care of them both." Mr. Toko said.
"It's not my responsibility, plus Mamoru has been waiting to see his son, for so many years, and this is what he gets. I will not be the father, he already has a good father!" Yoshiro slams his fist down surprising Natalia.
Natalia looks at Mitsumi and her parents and frowns.
Choki came running crying. "Dad, what's wrong?"
Yoshiro sighs and kneels down. "I'm not your dad little buddy, i'm your uncle from your real dad's side."
"W-what?" Choki questions confused by his words.
"Your mother lied to you. I'm not your father, your father is at my house since he got into a accident that made him get hurt." Yoshiro said.
"H-he did?" Choki questions with a sad tone.
"Yes, I came to take you for a visit to him, but then these crazy people started to tell me to act like your father." Yoshiro looks at the others in rage.
"Don't you dare call us crazy!" Mitsumi yells at him.
"You are crazy since you believe Mamoru is dead, so i'll just end this and take Choki there." He said
"No you won't!" Mitsumi yells.
"Why not? Are you trying to go against him seeing his father, yet theres no law. In fact I could get a lawyer to solve this." He said.
"Go ahead." Mitsumi said with a glare.
"Alright, let's go Choki." Yoshiro said.
"K." Choki said as he wanted to see his dad.
He takes Choki to his car with Natalia following him
"Hey get back here!" Mitsumi yells as she follows them.
"You said go ahead." He closes the doors and starts the car.
"I was talking about the lawyer!" Mitsumi yells as she tries to open the door of the car.
"I'll do that too. Do you want to come Choki?" Yoshiro asked.
"Yes please." Choki said.
Yoshiro drives off leaving her there.
Yoshino was frowning while holding in his anger at Mitsumi and her parents.
He calms down since theres kids there.
They arrived at his house and he takes Choki inside.
"Choki." He heads towards a door. "This is your father."
He opens the door and inside was Mamoru who looks up from his bed.
"C-Choki." Mamoru said happy to finally see his son.
"Dad." He was surprised.
He raises a hand at his son.
Choki grabs it.
Mamoru rubs his head and Yoshiro told him what happened at the house.
This caused him to get mad and he said: "They're not getting away with it."
Later
Mitsumi and her family see the police coming to they're house.
"Huh what's going on?" Mr. Toko questions.
A chief of police came out and pointed at Mitsumi. "Her, she's charged for attempted murder."
"What are you talking about?!" Mrs. Toko demands.
They showed a footage of Mitsumi in Yoshiro's old house inside the kitchen, as she sets the place on fire by leaving the stove on.
"N-no way!" Mitsumi said in shock.
"The owner had his car in front of the window, so the dash cam recorded all of it." The Police said.
"Mitsumi what have you done?!" Mr. Toko yells.
"Well..." She was shaking.
Yoshiro came. "She tried to get rid of my brother so she could have me instead. You vile villain."
"T-there's no way she would do that!" Mr. Toko said in denial.
"The proof says otherwise, she's been planning to get rid of my brother because she thought I would better." Yoshiro said.
"Mitsumi he's lying right? You wouldn't have done this on purpose?" Mrs. Toko questions her daughter.
She was shaking in fear and that gave them the answer.
"H-how could you do this?!" Mr. Toko exclaims in horror.
"I wanted Yoshiro, but he never once looked at me! So if I got rid of his brother than he would be my husband because of Choki." She said.
"You were trying to use Choki to force me!" Yoshiro glared at her.
"Then why did you get married to Mamoru?" Mr. Toko questions confused.
"I just got bored of him." She said.
"What?!" Mrs. Toko questions in confusion.
"You got bored of him!" Yoshiro got mad. "Take this scum out of here!"
The Police places her in handcuffs and starts dragging her to the police car.
"Wait what about Choki?!" She tried to bargain.
"You lost your custody, he'll be going to his father." The chief said.
"No!" She yells.
She got dragged in and they saw Mamoru looking at her in a wheelchair with hate in his eyes.
She gains a horrified look on her face.
"You wanted me dead." He said.
"You hurt dad!" Choki said angrily.
"You don't have a family, you wanted to get rid of me, fine then i'll divorce you and you'll pay alimony after your out of jail." Mamoru points at Mitsumi.
"And child support instead, so you'll have to work!"
"Nooo!" Mitsumi yells as she was shoved into the back of the police car.
They took her away and Yoshiro and his brother glared the parents.
They see this and pales.
"You tried to make my brother take my son away from me." Mamoru points at them.
"T-that's because we were thinking of Choki." Mr. Toko said trying to defend himself and his wife.
"Choki said he wanted to see me, but you tricked him thinking that my brother was his father yet he had a child now. You won't ever see Choki as he will stay with me." Mamoru told then.
"What?! Please don't!" Mrs. Toko begs.
"After what you two did, theres no way you can take care of him, you don't have job, your pension is small and you think you have any right to take care of Choki, plus Choki chose to be with Mamoru." Yoshiro said.
"N-no way Choki would do that!" Mr. Toko said in denial.
"I want to go with dad!" Choki said.
"B-but Choki!" Mrs. Toko starts stuttering in surprise.
"The courts have decided theres no going back." Mamoru said.
"Don't take our grandson from us!" Mr. Toko yells in desperation.
"Well you tried to take my son away from me." Mamoru pointed it out.
"W-we were thinking about what was best for Choki." Mrs. Toko said trying to defend herself and her husband.
"Shut up! That would have only been worse once he found out the truth later on! You guys are terrible people." Yoshiro said.
"No we're not!" Mr. Toko yells wanting to throttle them.
"Yes you are. Now let's go." Mamoru said as Yoshiro pushes his brother away with Choki following them.
The grandparents tries to chase after them but they were stopped by the police.
The group went to the car and drove off.
"Theres nothing you people can do, the boy is now home." One of the officers said.
"But that's our grandson!" Mrs. Toko said as she starts crying in despair.
"A grandson that you were leaving with a killer, your no shape to raise him, that boy's father is the only one that can do it." He said.
"We didn't know our daughter was like that!" Mr. Toko said trying to defend himself and his wife.
"It's too late." He shakes his head.
"Let's talk to a lawyer." Mrs. Toko suggests to her husband.
"Don't waste your time, the court is not giving someone that would try to trick someones brother to be the father when his real dad is alive." The chief said.
But the grandparents look like they don't believe him.
"Hey do what you want, but the judge will just say no." He said before leaving.
Both grandparents goes back into their house in order to find a lawyer.
After that they tried to get a lawyer but they always told them they don't have a case making them feel shocked as they will never have they're grandson back, Mitsumi is going to stay in jail for many years for trying to kill Mamoru.
Meanwhile Mamoru was at the living room with Choko as he smiles while sitting down.
"I might not be able to move as much, but later on I can play with you more." Mamoru told his son.
"I'm happy I have you dad." Choki said smiling.
He smiles and rubs his head, he was so happy to have his son back.
Note: Heres a side story about Yoshiro and his brother Mamoru, the event is based on a Revenge Films vid as the woman this time gets punished.
