Chapter 1356 The Imperfects

At the mansion Shuri was making a introduction to everyone there.
"Okay, we got someone coming to assist us." She said.
Two guys came inside and the entire team saw Corvo and Manimal.
"Who are these guys?" Crow questions.
"They're Jonathan Chase and Corvo." Shuri said.
"So, what can you two do?" Megamind asks.
Manimal changed into a panther.
"A panther?" Crow questions.
Maninal changes back. "I can turn into animals."
"Impressive." Darkman said.
Corvo appears at the other side of the room. "I have many abilities."
"Teleportation is a good power." Darkwing said.
"I have more than that." Corvo said.
Then the Rocketeer came inside and they looked at him.
"Sup, the names Cliff, but i'm the Rocketeer." He said.
"Rocketeer?" Manimal questions.
"Because of this." He shows off the jet pack.
"Ah." Megamind said with a nod.
Then roof broke and they saw a big panda called Po crash through the ceiling and hit the ground.
"Ow." He said.
"A talking panda?" Peppino questions in surprise.
"Hey the names Po. The Dragon Warrior." He poses.
"Dragon Warrior?" Ryu questions.
"Yeah! It's really cool, Shuri told me about you guys and I came to help!" Po said.
"Wow we are really on a good roll for members." Megamind said with a smile.
"It seems we got enough, since Team Light's other members helped find them." Shuri said.
"So what now?" Darkman questions.
A explosion happened outside surprising them all.
"What was that?!" Megamind exclaims.
"Trouble." Darkman said as they went to the scene of the explosion.
They went outside to see many robotic aliens attacking the city.
"Robots?!" Darkwing Duck questions in surprise.
"We need to stop them, everyone stop those robots." Shuri said.
Ryu slashes some into pieces with his sword while Manimal uses the forms of a tigers to slash some.
Darkman charges foward and hits a big one down, he then lifted it up.
"Why are you doing this?" He said.
"You are not the one we're looking for." It said.
"What?" Darkman questions.
It then vanishes as more of the aliens attack.
"Who could it be?" He said.
Megamind was near the mansion before a woman came up from behind with claws and her body has darkness on it.
Then she was tackled by Minion.
"Master a enemy!" He said.
Megamind looks back as she teleports away.
"Who are you?!" Megamind takes out a blaster.
"I am Blink the hero who will replace you." She said as she tries to stab Minion.
But Megamind blasted at her.
She screams in pain
"Sorry but taking my place as a hero? I don't get it." Megamind said with a frown.
She teleports around making the two go back to back.
"So, she's a teleporter too." Minion said.
"Yes, but the thing about them..." Megamind said.
Blink comes up from behind but they turned into Holograms surprising her.
Two machines were above her.
"They're predictable." Megamind shoots her from behind.
She screams in pain.
"Let's get her." Minion said as they went to her spot.
She was still alive but in pain from the raygun.
"I will not be defeated." She teleports away.
"She escaped!" Minion said.
"We better tell the others." Megamind said.
Outside
Conan and Smiley fight against other aliens taking them down one by one.
"Where did they come from?" Conan questions.
"Somewhere from space though why they're here could be hard to find out." Smiley said.
Lightning came down and they avoided it, before they saw a guy with goggles come down with lightning around him.
"Who's this guy?" Smiley questions.
"Yo I'm Johnny and I'm here to kill one of you and take your place as a hero!" Johnny said.
"What kind of bullshit excuse is that." Star said.
"Eh? What do you mean?" Johnny questions.
"Since when do killing another means you get to replace them!" Star said.
"Hey it's mind over matter, I don't mind and you don't matter." He shoots at them.
Smiley and Conan dodges his attack.
He then charges up hitting them both back.
They grunted before they saw someone making them smile.
Johnny got confused as Ryu Hayabusa was behind him with his arms crossed.
Johnny looked back only to get smacked away.
"Ow." Johnny said in a pained tone.
He looks at Ryu as he poses.
"I won't allow to harm my allies." He said.
Johnny just glares before shooting at Ryu.
He then cuts the lightning with his sword.
"What?!" Johnny exclaims in shock, surprise, and disbelief that someone cut his lightning.
Ryu appeared in front of him striking Johnny in the chest.
Johnny cries out in pain before Ryu spin kicks him away.
Then Johnny charges up to shoot more lightning at him.
Ryu then cuts them down making Johnny growl.
Ryu charges up and summons a fire dragon to attack Johnny.
"What the hell?!" Johnny exclaims as he fires lightning at the dragon.
But ir eats it before sending Johnny flying away.
Johnny got some burns by the dragon making groan in pain.
He goes off and Ryu stares. "We won this battle but theres more."
"Do you think he is working with the aliens?" Smiley asks.
"Possibly." Ryu said.
With Po
He was hitting many of the robots. "Come on, show me what you got."
One robot tries to smash him but Po rolls out of the way before punching it.
"Ha, take that." He said.
Then Po was hit by a metal arm.
He got pushed back and he saw a metal arm guy.
"Who are you?" Po said.
"I am Brigade the one who will replace you as a hero by killing you." He said.
"Oh yeah, let me show you what I got." Po gets ready.
Brigade charges at Po who rolls out of the way.
Po attacks at him, Brigade punches but Po uses his fat to send the force right back at him with a double punch.
"What the hell?" Brigade questions on Po's fat sending him back.
Po charges at him and jumps on Brigade slamming him down with his fat.
Brigade growls at that and tries to get up.
He pushes Po back who then rolls around before getting up.
Then Po claps his hands sending a blinding light out of them.
"My eyes!" Brigade screams out covering his eyes as he was blinded by that.
Po charges up a chi blast and shoots it at Brigade.
"Gaahhh!" He screams as he was blown away.
"Yeah!" Po cheers.
"I'll be back!" Brigade said as he leaves.
"Who are these guys?" Po said.
With Black Web
The hero was moving around and he was on top of a building.
"With all of this chaos it can be hard to save many but we must try." He said.
Then several webs were fired at him making him dodge out of the way. When they hit some cars they were melting them.
"Acid webs!" Dark Web shouts in surprise.
He looks to see a green guy with a mask and claws.
"Another villain." Black Web frowns.
"Greetings. I am Hazmat the one who will kill you and take your place." Hazmat said.
"I won't be dying." He takes out his blades.
Hazmat fires more webs at him making him dodge and throw his own webs at Hazmat.
Hazmat counters it before Black Web jabs his blades at him.
Hazmat tries to dodge but he still got a slash on his side making him hold it in pain.
"It will take more than some acid to take me down copycat." Black Web said.
Hazmat then raises his claws and tries to slash Black Web.
Black Web blocks it with the stingers as he pushes him back, Jack-in-The-box came and shoots streamers at him.
Hazmat slashes the streamers down but then he was slashed in the back by Black Web making him scream in pain.
Then the two tie him up.
"Now your coming with us." Black Web said.
"Damn you!" Hazmat snarls.
"Why were you even trying to kill us? Killing us so you can take our place won't make you a hero." Black Web said.
"It's what we were made to be." He said.
"You don't have to be this way just because you were made to be like this." Black Web said.
He stares at them before someone teleported him away surprising the two.
"Where did he go?" Jack-in-The-box questions in surprise.
"It seems he got sent back." He said.
"We need to warn the others." Jack-in-The-box said making Black Web nod in agreement.
With Lady Luck
She helps many civilians while kicking a enemy away.
"Get to safety everyone!" She said before she had to move out of the way as someone tries to hit her.
She looks to see a dancer with metal arms and legs.
"Who are you?" She said.
"Time for you to die so I can be a hero. The name of your killer is Fault Zone." She said in a Russian Accent.
Lady Luck gets ready before Jenny came down.
"Then i'll take you on." Jenny smirks.
Fault Zone moves at high speed as she kicks out at Jenny who grabs her leg and throws her into some rumble.
"Nice try." Jenny charges at her.
Fault Zone throws rubble at Jenny who blasts it into pieces.
She then makes drill from her hair to attack her.
Fault Zone then tries to get out of the way.
But the shockwave knocks her back.
"Yeah." Jenny cheers.
Fault Zone growls before Lady Luck kicks her in the gut.
Then Jenny pins her down. "We won."
"Now why were you trying to kill me?" Lady Luck questions her.
"It's because it's what we were told to be true heroes." She said.
"Killing us won't make you true heroes. You can become one by doing even something simple like rescuing a kitten from a tree or helping an old lady across the street." Lady Luck said.
"Also stopping crime and saving people's lives." Jenny said next.
Fault Zone stared at them before she got teleported away.
"Someone took her back." Jenny said.
"Do you think there is more like her? People who are trying to kill us to become heroes?" Lady Luck asks Jenny with a concerned frown.
"Probably." Jenny said.
With Drake
He was shooting at many aliens and looks around.
"Where are these aliens could be coming from?" He said.
He then dodged a fire blast and sees a fire woman.
"Who are you?" He said.
"I'm Solara your killer and replacement." She said as she fires more blasts of fire at him.
He dodges and twirls his guns. "Well i'm Drake, the undying dragon."
"Undying Dragon? Then let's see if I can cook this dragon and prove that it can die." Solora said.
She shoots but Drake jumps to the side and opens fire on her.
She burns the bullets away leaving them goops of melted metal.
Then he uses a bullet time to shoot at her many times before time went back to normal.
She screams in pain from the many bullets that hit her.
Drake goes around as he kept shooting at her.
She shoots flames at the bullets but she was missing some and was keep getting hit.
She makes the building explode taking Drake out.
Solara smiles but then she got shot in the back.
"What?" She looks back to see Drake at another building.
"How?" She questions.
She noticed Drake's dead body was still there.
"The moment I die, I will come back." Drake said.
"This can't be possible!" She shouts.
She takes out a device and puts it on her neck to make her stronger.
"So your getting desperate." Drake said.
She then fires massive flames at Drake.
Drake goes around to avoid her even more, until Winged Victory came from the sky hitting Solara down.
She tries to get up but Winged Victory knocks off the device on Solara's neck.
Drake picks it up and he saw visions of a woman running down a forest making him hold his head.
"What's this?" He said.
The two subdue Solara and Winged Victory said: "Why even do this?"
"To become a hero." Solara said.
"A hero wouldn't try to kill someone for that, a hero would fight for the people." Winged Victory said.
"Fight for the people?" Solara questions.
She stares before someone teleported her away like the others.
"She's gone. Someone must have taken her." Drake said.
At another part
The Pitt punches many if the aliens as he roars.
One Alien tries to shoot him but Pitt punches it before it could.
"These things are so weak." He goes foward bashing many.
Then someone tries to punch him making him judo throw the person away revealing it was Brigade healed up and back in action.
"So your the guy that fought Po, well you better get ready." Pitt grins.
Brigade frowns as he gets up before he tries to blitz attack Pitt.
But he tanks punches and hits him away.
"I ain't giving up!" Brigade said as he charges at Pitt once more.
Then Toxie came to slam him down.
"Thanks." Pitt said making Toxie nod.
They subdue him and dragged the guy away.
While dragging him some aliens fires at them.
They dodged before Pitt punches them.
"Weaklings." Pitt said as he throws one into some rubble.
"Well we need to get him under arrest before he vanishes like the others of his team." Toxie said.
"Yeah." Pitt said with a sigh.
They took him away and a woman with a bug like armor runs off in a distance.
Delsin was taking out some aliens using his smoke powers to dodge some of their attacks while hitting them with concrete.
"Man these guys are annoying." Delsin said.
Then he sees the woman in bug armor running.
"Who is that?" He questions.
He goes after her but some aliens came making him shoot them back with neon.
"Out of my way!" He demands as he takes down a couple.
The woman Paragon went to a alley and hides inside of it.
She then clenches her head as she curls up into a ball.
Peppino rushes foward as he hits many aliens that came near him.
"Time to earn my paycheck." He said.
He punches many of them down and he saw Johnny come back.
Johnny fires bolts of lightning at him making him counter with neon.
"I don't think so." Delsin charges at him.
Johnny charges as well with lightning coating his body.
Delsin changes using Video as he gets wings and a sword.
"A sword and wings? Seriously?" Johnny questions.
Delsin hits against a building.
Johnny got bruised up with slightly bleeding scratches.
Delsin then traps him with concrete.
Johnny tries to break free but was having trouble doing so.
"Well your not getting away this time." Delsin said.
"Damn you!" Johnny said frustrated.
"Well you don't get much to get angry since your basically acting like a villain." Delsin said.
"I am not! I will be a hero!" Johnny yells.
"If you want to be a hero, why aren't you helping others?" Delsin said.
"What?" Johnny questions in confusion.
"We're in a alien invasion, and you are trying to kill us to replace us instead of... you know save the civilians." He said.
"But I was told I had to kill one of you to be a hero." Johnny said.
"Dude, I think they tricked you." Delsin said.
"Tricked me?" Johnny questions.
"You don't have to kill me to be a hero. You can do that by stopping crime and saving lives. Haven't you ever watched superhero cartoons as a kid?" Delsin questions.
Johnny thinks about it.
With Solara
She was back on the streets and she looks around.
She looks around and looks at the devastation with a frown as the words from Winged Victory echoed in her head.
"Am I really a hero?" She said.
"Hey." She looks back to see James Heller.
"Who are you?" She questions.
"The names James Heller, and you've attacked some of my friends." He said.
"I did." She said.
"So if you want a fight." He summons his claws.
"No not anymore." She said.
He got confused.
"Tell me. What is a hero exactly in your words?" She asks.
He thinks. "Well saving the day, like to protect the innocent."
"Saving the innocent." Solara said.
"Well yeah, what do you think being a hero is." He said.
"I don't know anymore." Solara said looking down.
He stares at her. "Do you know any armored bug women?"
"Her name is Paragon." She said.
"Is she important?" He said.
"Yes." Solara said.
"Well better get her." James goes after her.
Solara watches him go with a thinking frown on her face.
James looks back. "What's wrong?"
"I'll come with you. Maybe I can find the answer I'm need." Solara said.
"Then let's go." He said.
She nods as they went to go find Paragon.
The Crow goes around the city as he punches many of the robots.
"These things just keep coming."
"At least she must be happy that I found a new purpose." Crow said as he remembers his deceased fiancé.
He then saw Fault Zone as she landed in front of him.
"You." he said.
"Who's she?" Fault Zone questions.
"You were listening to me." He said.
"Yes. I was observing you." Fault Zone said.
"She is, my deceased fiance." He said.
"What happened?" Fault Zone asks.
"We were killed as she was violated before being murdered." He said.
Fault Zone gasps horrfied.
"So, I avenged her and joined the team to make her happy." He said.
"I see." Fault zone. "I am sorry for your lost and the pain she had to deal with."
"Why are you being nice? You tried to kill my team." He said.
"Something they said to me is making me rethink on what I was told." Fault Zone said.
"But why made you curious about my life?" The Crow said.
"I wasn't at first but when I remembered something from my past." Fault Zone said.
"What?" he said.
"I was once a ballerina." She said.
"Really?" Crow stares at her.
"Yes. I was the Prima Ballerina of Mother Russia." Fault Zone lost in memories.
"Then a car accident destroyed my future until my boss gave me these cybernetics." She told him.
"And because of that you decided to become a hero?" Crow questions.
"Yes, and he said to become one I needed to replace another." She said.
"Why would he say that? Killing a hero wouldn't make you a hero. In fact that would have made you a villain." Crow said with a frown.
She got surprised at those words.
"I think he's using you." He said.
"But he gave me these cybernetics and gave me a future." Fault Zone said.
"That's what all villains do, they do that to trick you." He said.
"So all this time we were the pawns of someone else." Fault Zone said upset.
"It seems so, but why did he need all of you guys, does he have another projecto?" He asked
"Paragon." She said.
"That might be the reason." The Crow said.
"She have many powers." Faul Zone said.
"What are they?" Crow questions.
"Near invulnerability, superhuman strength, stamina, and reflexes, limited teleportation, retractable blades, metal form, powerful energy blasts, and she can drain organic life." Fault Zone said.
"Wait a minute, that's all of you guys put together." The Crow said.
"Yes she is possibly the strongest of the Imperfects." Fault Zone said.
"We need to find her." He said.
"I'll help you find her." Fault Zone said.
The two went out together.
Black Web was dealing with a few aliens and saving some civilians.
"With the chaos happening we have to take out the source." He said.
Then a Alien was knocked out by Wink.
"Wait, your one of the attackers." He said.
"Yes. I want to know how to really become a hero." Wink said.
"Why?" He said.
"I was told to kill a hero in order to be a hero, but your teammates told me that wasn't the way." She said.
"I see, so you came to help me." He said.
"Yes." Wink said nodding.
He nodded at her and the two went foward together.
With Drake
He was going around shooting many of the aliens again.
Then some of the Aliens were hit by poison as Hazmat steps forward.
"You." Drake gets his guns ready.
"I'm not an enemy. For now." Hazmat said.
Drake raises an eyebrow. "How can I trust you?"
"Only thing I can give you is my word but considering what I did its isn't worth much." Hazmat said.
"How about I keep a gun at your head as we walk." He said.
"Fine." Hazmat said.
The two went foward as he still aimed his gun at him.
"What made you become like this?" Drake said.
"A lethal virus and merging with Alien tech." Hazmat said.
"Is it the aliens that are attacking?" Drake said.
"Yes the aliens that are attacking." Hazmat said.
"What's the idea of this invasion?" He said.
"I'm not sure. Could be for various reasons." Hazmat said.
"Then we will have to stop your boss." He said.
"He told us to be a hero we have to kill a hero." Hazmat said.
"Since when would that help, you'll just the people mad." Drake said.
"I don't know. I just want to be cured." Hazmat said.
"All we can do is what fix the pain." Drake said.
"Fix the pain?" Hazmat questions.
"They might not be able to fix your form, but just fix parts of it." Drake said.
"Even having some parts fixed would be fine." Hazmat said with some relief.
"But first, we need to save the city." Drake said.
"Very well." Hazmat said as they then fight against some aliens.
With Pitt
He goes foward as he bashes many of the enemy.
"These guys are weak but there are a lot of them." Pitt said before punching one in the chest.
He then saw Brigade. "Nice, I needed something to punch."
"Easy there I'm not here to fight you." Brigade said.
"What?" Pitt got confused.
"The members of your team I fought against said somethings that's been rattling in my head for a while." Brigade said.
"Which is?" He said.
"About what it means to be a hero." Brigade said.
"Oh now you understand it." Pitt Said.
"A lot better than I did before." Brigade said.
"Oh good, and here I was expecting to bash your brain in." Pitt said.
"We could have a match later." Brigade said.
A alien comes down but Pitt punches through him.
Another one came and Brigade caves in its skull.
The two went foward together.
With Shuri
She was walking around before she saw Paragon curled up in a alley.
"There you are." She said.
Paragon sees her and starts backing away in fear.
"It's alright." Shuri raises her arms.
Paragon was still scared of Shuri but was starting to calm down a bit.
Shuri helps her up and noticed a device on her neck. "What's this?"
She tampers it and Paragon saw flashes of her old life.
She holds her head in pain as the memories keep coming.
It then stops and Shuri asked: "Are you okay?"
"Memories." Paragon said still holding her head.
"You remember?" Shuri said.
"Yes." Paragon said with a slight nod.
"Then can you tell me where the leader is?" Shuri asked.
"I believe so." Paragon said.
"Then let's get everyone for a final stand." Shuri said.
Paragon nods in understanding at this.
At the base explosions happened as the Heroes charged foward together.
The base defense tries to hold the heroes back.
"Keep going." Megamind shoots at the aliens.
Minion was holding a large metal door as a shield for Megamind to shoot from.
The group managed to come through the main room and saw the main bad guy and he's wearing a power suit.
"So, you're the one responsible for us being attacked and almost killed." Megamind said with a frown.
"Yes. My name is Dr. Niles Van Roekel. It seems Paragon has joined you, she was one of my first as she was a cavewoman until I did experiments." He said.
"A cavewoman but that would mean she is from the ice age or something." Crow said.
"Close. But you stand no chance." He powers up his suit.
Drake fires at him with his guns while Megamind also fires at him as well.
He makes a energy barrier and shoots blasts at them.
They dodge his attack with Minion using his makeshift shield to tank it.
Roekel then flies off and shoots lightning.
Ryu cuts the lightning down as Corvo fires powerful blasts of wind at Roekel.
Roekel uses his energy barrier. "Did you expect that would work?"
He slams the ground making a shockwave.
Delsin uses his concrete power to try to shield him and his teammates.
Paragon then runs around and attacks Roekel from behind.
He grunts before he launches a punch at her.
Wink takes her away with the other Imperfects all rushing him.
Johnny fires lightning at him while Solara follows up with fire.
He makes a barrier and hits them back.
"I made you, so I know your weaknesses." Roekel said.
Fault Zone tries to kick him while Brigade tries to punch him.
He teleports out of the way.
"Well we would need assistance. Neutro." Megamind calls out.
The ceiling gets ripped off and they saw Neutro staring down at them.
Neutro fires lasers at Roekel who creates another barrier to tank it.
Paragon then charges at him stabbing Roekel through the chest.
Roekel coughs up some blood.
He then falls down to the ground defeated.
"You don't understand." Roekel said as he coughs.
"Understand what?" Megamind questions.
"When they landed on our planet we thought they were refugees." Roekel said as memories flashes through his mind.
"You see feeling compassion for others it is something that I had to unlearn in order to survive." Roekel said.
"Survive what?" Minion questions.
"The aliens that invaded my planet will come and your the last hope to take them out." He said.
"That's why you made them this way? Why did you even tell them to kill us to be heroes?" Shuri questions.
"To surpass you means they can be ready." He grunts in pain.
"Ready? You didn't even think to contact us to deal with the threat?" Drake questions.
"Your not strong enough, so I needed to surpass you, then the imperfects before to make Paragon to surpass them all." He said.
"We might not be strong by ourselves but we have numbers and allies we can call on." Shuri said.
"They are with they're worst enemies." He said.
"Who?" Crow questions.
Shuri got a bad feeling. "Team Dark."
"Now, they're your responsibility." Roekel then dies.
"Who is Team Dark?" Paragon questions.
"The enemies of our allies Team Light, they attacked his world." Shuri said.
"So we need to defeat them?" Brigade questions Shuri.
"That's going to be hard, Team Light are the only ones that can face them, all we can do now is fix the damage done to the world." She said.
"What about us?" Wink questions.
"If you wish, you could join us." Megamind said.
"But we tried to kill you." Johnny said surprised.
"I was a villain before so I wouldn't judge." He said.
"But what about the rest of you?" Wink questions.
"Just don't question it or i'll punch you." Pitt said.
"Ok." Wink said.
"Plus, you did the right thing instead of trying to after us again." Ryu said.
"Thanks." Solara said.
The group took Roekel out of the base and gave him a proper burial before all the members of the heroes stood together.
Note: Heres the first big event for Dynamic Saviors being the Rise of the Imperfects game, I decided to have them redeem themselves to fix the story with Gundam's help assisting in this long chapter.
