Chapter 1383 Sparky
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Shuri was on her tablet in her lab checking the news for anything before she sees something that catches her attention.
"Several criminals captured. When asked who stopped them they said it was a woman with lightning powers." Shuri reads.
She got curious about this and goes out. "Who could it be?"
She goes to the scene where the criminals were stopped to see if she can find any clues.
Shuri noticed burnt marks on the walls showing that lightning hit them most likely to scare the guys.
"Someone with powers of lightning control did this." Shuri said.
"Now where they could have gone?"
Shuri then leaves the scene after taking pictures of it.
She then hears sparks from a nearby machine and looks at it.
"Curious." Shuri said before she goes to it.
Then a person came out of it being a woman, she is Livewire. (Animated)
"I assume you are the one who captured those criminals last night." Shuri said.
"Yeah, the names Livewire." She smirks.
"Good name. Tell me have you consider joining a team?" Shuri asks.
"Me, not really, i'm not like those Justice League guys." She said.
"There is many benefits to joining a team. For example my team has a mansion for our home/base and we have funding." Shuri said.
"Well, I should tell you I was a Superman villain." She said.
"So? We have a former villain and former assassin on the team." Shuri said.
"You really want me to join. You must be crazy." Livewire said.
"We need as many people as we can get as there are threats out there too much for one person to handle." Shuri said.
"Well alright, I did want I retire the villain business." Livewire gave in.
"Great. Each member gets their own room complete with bathroom that they can stay in whenever they want to in case of emergencies or they can use it for storage or even stay there as a permanently resident." Shuri said.
"They don't tend to live there?" Livewire questions.
"Most of them have things in their private lives so they usually stay there for a night once in a while or use their room to store some equipment and other stuff." Shuri said.
"I see. Weird well i'm staying since don't have a place to stay." She said.
"That's good. Let's head to the mansion so we can get your room picked out. They have the basic stuff already so you just need to decorate it how you like." Shuri said.
Livewire follows her, she saw a guy kicking a vending machine.
"Hey this thing stole soda!"
Livewire sends a zap at the machine making cans hit him and she laughs.
"Seriously?" Shuri questions with a bit of disapproval.
"Come on, he was kicking it, and I didn't do anything that bad." She chuckles.
"Fine I will let it go for now." Shuri said.
Livewire kept going and Shuri blasted her with a sonic waves and laughs.
"No fair." Livewire pouts.
"That's what you get." Shuri said.
"Now let's go to the mansion now. We wasted enough time." Shuri said.
The two went to the mansion and arrived there.
"Its really big." Livewire said in suprise.
"Yes, since we have many members we made sure the house was big enough." She said.
"How many members do you have now?" Livewire asks.
"More than fourty." Shuri said.
"That's a lot." Livewire said.
"We have been getting new members and the more the better." Shuri said.
"How many are you aiming for?" Livewire questions.
"As many as we can get." Shuri said.
"Since theres many villains out there."
"True. Wasn't there like 10 or so villains per superhero?" Livewire questions.
"Theres more evil out there." She said
"True. So do I need to do anything like sign some paperwork?" Livewire asks.
Shuri gives her a card. "Use that."
"What's this?" Livewire questions looking at it.
"A card that let's you go out and come in." She said.
"Cool. Does it do anything else?" Livewire questions.
"A alarm to tell if your in trouble." She said.
"Cool." Livewire said.
"Well i'll show you to your room." Shuri said.
"Great. So how do I get stuff that I like?" Livewire said as they walk to her room.
"What you mean getting payed?" She said.
"Yeah or do I just need to make requests as long it doesn't go over budget?" Livewire questions.
"You'll get spending money at end of the month." Shuri said.
"Cool. How much?" Livewire asks.
"Just wait." She said.
Livewire sighs before she nods.
Jenny was lying down on a couch reading a magazine.
"Hey Jenny." Shuri said.
"Hey... Who's the new girl?"
"This is Livewire. She is trying to turn over a new leaf so I offer her a position on the team to help." Shuri said.
"Oh, well welcome." Jenny said.
"Hey. So you're a robot?" Livewire questions.
"What gave you that idea." Jenny smirks.
"Your appearance." Livewire said.
"That was sarcasm." Jenny said.
"I know." Livewire said.
"Anyway, Pixie is coming." Jenny said.
"Pixie?" Livewire questions.
Someone came inside a wheelchair and its Pixie from the X men. (Destiny)
"Hey Pixie!" Jenny said smiling.
She smiles at them, she was found like that a long time ago.
Flashback
Victor was looking around the city and he senses something.
He then goes to look for it.
Victor arrives and saw Pixie on the ground and her wings are broken.
His eye widen in shock and surprise as he quickly rushes to her side.
"Hey are you okay?" He lifted her up.
She groans painfully.
He checks her. "Oh no, her spine is broken."
He carefully picks her up.
Aimi, Grant and Adrian came and they gasped seeing her.
"That's Pixie of the X-Men." Aimi said horrified.
"I thought she died." Grant said.
"Well she's alive, but her spine is broken." Victor said.
"Her spine? That's not good." Adrian said.
"We need to take her to the mansion." He said.
"Right. Should we get a stretcher for her?" Aimi questions.
"No time, I'm faster without it." Victor runs.
The three followed after him.
He arrives at the mansion and sets her down in a medical bed.
Many gave her treatment and she was saved.
Leonidas goes to his side and said: "She's saved. But she won't be able to walk or fly for a long time."
"Oh no." Aimi said upset and sad for Pixie.
Pixie looks at them and sees the trio. "Hey I know you three."
"Hey do you need anything?" Aimi asks concerned.
"Why can't I feel my legs?" She said.
"Your spine got broken. Good news you didn't die but bad news it you won't be able to walk or fly for a long time." Leonidas said with sympathy.
She got sad hearing that. "Oh."
"I'll try to fix it, and make sure you'll be able to have both again." Leonidas said.
"Thank you." Pixie said trying to smile but she was still very sad.
Victor looks at her. "Don't worry, if you need something, ask."
"Thank you. I should call my friends." Pixie said.
"Pixie, your not in your world anymore." Adrian said.
"What do you mean?" Pixie questions confused with a sinking feeling in her stomach.
"You've been transported to another world without your friends." Victor said.
She becomes shocked by this before looking down as she starts crying.
Victor holds her and rubs her back.
She brawls into his chest.
Victor rubs her back since this is going to be hard for her.
"I'll try to find or make something to help accelerate her recovery." Leonidas said to Victor before leaving.
"Wait, maybe Orihime can help later." Victor said.
"True and I can't believe it slipped my mind but Asia can help too." Leonidas said feeling like a idiot for forgetting that.
"We have to try everything we know." Victor said. "It can take time but we have to try."
Pixie looks hopeful as she removes her face from Victor's chest.
Flashback ends
"Well i've been like this." Pixie said
"I hope you get better soon." Livewire said with some empathy.
"We've been helping her, Pixie can still use some of her powers." Shuri said.
"Some is better than none." Jenny said.
"Well let's go Livewire." Shuri shows her around.
"This place is really impressive." Livewire said halfway into the tour.
"Yes, and theres a lot more to show." Shuri said.
Pixie kept going down the halls but she'll keep going since she will help her new friends.
Note: Livewire joined the heroes as some versions did become good, I picked animated appearance because I like that one, also Pixie is here, in the game she died but here she survived that crash through a rift, but her spine got broken.
