Hey guys, it's time for another chapter! If you haven't noticed the story has a new cover art! The artist is MUCH_Manga, and she did a great job! We'll be getting to that part of the story fairly soon, so I'm excited about that! I'm trying to get this story done before I go to school in August because then I won't have enough time. I have another story I'm working on so we'll see how I manage that. Please review or comment on the story and let me know what you guys think so far! I hope you guys have liked the story so far, and here's the chapter!

Ch. 18: Ongoing Obstacles

(Luna's POV)

Cal and I made our way through the Dathomirian maze, taking down every one of that girl's Nightbrother minions. The maze was dark and narrow. I increasingly felt claustrophobic as we reached the next section. Behind every corner was a Nightbrother waiting to pounce on us. Unfortunately for them, we were cautious and faster than them.

"Jedi bastards!"

One of the Nightbrothers leaped at us with his spear pointing at our necks. Cal stopped the man with the Force and froze him in mid-air. Now frozen, I stabbed him through the chest with my lightsaber, and his body evaporated into flames. It was weird. The flames weren't even hot. I don't think I could even feel them.

"Nice one," Cal complimented me.

"You too!" I said back to him. We looked down the hallway, expecting another winding corner, but there was a large metal door instead. It was a good change of pace after exploring this maze for so long and fighting those undead warriors. We walked to the door and opened it to find a small village. Like everything else, it looked abandoned. There was something that caught Cal's eye, however. He seemed excited as he rushed to one side of the village.

"What is it, Cal?" I asked in confusion. He turned in place to face me and then presented his hands at a stone table with special-looking gadgets on it. I've seen them before, but that type of stuff wasn't my thing.

"A workbench?"

"Yep! This particular workbench has some exciting things on it too! Sorry, but I'm going to be a nerd for a second," he said, looking into the newly-found equipment. I chuckled and leaned on the wall next to the bench.

"I don't mind! You were a rigger on Bracca, so the fact that you love this isn't surprising," I laughed. He snorted at that comment.

"I'm pretty predictable, aren't I? You know, I could teach you how to build and fix some stuff if you want."

My eyebrows rose in interest, and I pushed myself off the wall.

"Oh yeah? Like what?"

"Well, I did use one of these benches to help fix BD-1's leg on Bogano. Each workbench has different materials, but for something like that, I always carry my tools with me. See, this one is for fixing damaged electrical lines, and this one's for…"

He stopped, and I looked at him. His eyes were wide, and he was staring at a metal part in his hands.

"What is it?"

"Sorry, I just didn't think I would find a piece like this!" he exclaimed with excitement. BD-1 started dancing in place while I was still unsure what the object even was.

"What's it for? Come on, don't leave me hanging!"

He looked at me and handed me the piece.

"It's something that Jedi used to use to connect two lightsabers. It's a piece needed to make a double-bladed lightsaber like the one the 9th Sister had. It's definitely a keeper. If we find an extra lightsaber down the line we can connect it with our own!" he explained.

"Oh! You're right, that's super cool!"

He smirked and put the part in his bag.

"We'll hold onto this in case something comes up."

I looked around the workbench some more to see if anything caught my eye. Of course, I wasn't sure what most of it was. Cal didn't seem too impressed by anything else on the bench. I asked him about it anyway.

"Is there anything else that's cool?"

He put his hand to his chin in thought and ended up shaking his head.

"No, the rest of the stuff on the bench are things I already have in my toolset. The part we did find is more than enough, though! Hmm…There's a voice echo next to the bench," he muttered, more to himself than anything, as he touched it.

"What did you see?" I asked once he regained himself. He sighed in response.

"There used to be a Nightbrother who worked at this bench every day for the village. I think he was slaughtered by the Sith Lord that took out most of the other people here. Everyone except that girl…"

"I wonder who she is. She looked like she was around our age. Maybe she'll be more willing to hear us out if that's the case. She did seem pretty pissed about us being here, though."

Cal appeared unconvinced.

"I don't blame her after what Cere told me. I just wish she knew we weren't going to hurt her. We might have to if she keeps attacking us with these minions," he said as we left the bench and walked out of the closed-off maze. We had reached the end of the endless hallways and were now in a more open area. I could actually see sunlight rather than the Dathomir darkness this planet was famous for. To the right of us was a bridge of some sort. Sections of the bridge were broken down from age, but we shouldn't have any problems crossing it.

We dropped down from the ledge we were on and then climbed on the bridge using the alien-like vines on the wall as support. I couldn't explain it, but something told me we were getting closer to finding Kujet's tomb. I couldn't tell by looking at anything because it all looked so abandoned.

"Fellow wanderers!"

We stopped and noticed an older man in a hooded robe standing on one side of the bridge. I seriously didn't see him until now. He was creepy, to say the least. Due to his robe, I could only see his face. He wasn't quite elderly, but he wasn't middle-aged either. His hair was a greyish-white, and he had a long goatee. I would describe the color of his eyes, but his hood cast a shadow over them. Upon seeing the man, Cal instinctively put himself in front of me. I appreciated the protective gesture.

"Oh, no need to be defensive! I'm merely a tourist!"

Cal looked at him skeptically.

"A tourist? In this place?"

The stranger cackled at the boy's cynicism and shook his head.

"You would be surprised by the wonders on this planet. I see that you two met the Nightsister…and lived to tell the tale! Ooh, is that a lightsaber?"

He was staring down at our waists, and we both backed up. This guy was giving off all the wrong vibes. Cal moved to cover his saber with his hand, but the man waved his hand.

"Oh no, don't hide it! You should be proud to be a wielder of such a weapon. Be assured, I am no one to fear," he told us. For some reason, I didn't believe him and I don't think Cal did either.

"Who are you?" I asked in curiosity.

"I already told you, a tourist!"

"Okay, why are you here then?"

I was growing impatient.

"I've come here to study extinct cultures and dead philosophies. I've even dabbled in the history of the Nightsisters on this planet. Fascinating stuff for sure!" he said excitedly.

"You studied the Nightsisters? Do you know anything about the one that attacked us earlier?" I asked. His face looked like it tried to be grim, but there was a joy to it I couldn't quite comprehend.

"Oh, yes. That one was just a kid when the Dark Lord came to her planet. She had to watch her entire family die at the hands of the Sith. Troubling stuff, troubling stuff," he told us. I looked at Cal and he was thinking the same thing as I. No wonder that girl didn't trust us. After everything that she's been through, I don't blame her. Cal chose to change the subject to our objective. He didn't like staying on a depressing topic like that for too long.

"Do you know anything about those ruins?" He questioned the man as he pointed ahead of us. Beyond the bridge was a large building that was equipped with two towers. The towers left a space in between them, which allowed us to see one of Dathomir's moons in the distance.

"Ancient beyond belief. I believe the Nightsisters entered the ruins and came out under the influence of its hidden powers. From there, their fate was sealed. You're not planning on going in there as well, are you? If you are, you will meet the same fate," he warned. Cal ignored the warning and proceeded along the bridge. The man hummed in thought and then glanced at me. I didn't like the way he was looking at me, so I quickly walked away from him. A faint chill ran down my spine, and I shivered involuntarily.

"I don't trust that guy," I whispered to Cal.

"Yeah, I don't either. You alright, you look a little shaken up," he said, a worried look appearing on his face. I nodded my head and rubbed my arms, trying to make the goosebumps disappear.

"Yeah, he just gave me a bad feeling, is all. Thanks for putting yourself in front of me like that when you first saw him."

His dark green eyes widened a bit, and he scratched his face.

"Did I do that? I hadn't even realized," he said with a chuckle. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah, you did. It was really thoughtful so…thank you.

"Heh, anything for you, Luna. It's funny that my body immediately went into protective mode. I guess that just shows how much I care about you," he said with a shrug. My face got warm all of a sudden.

"You said that so nonchalantly!"

He laughed again.

"It's true, though!"

Before I could spout off a smart remark, a bright green flame appeared a few feet away from us. Uh oh, it was that girl again. Her body pieced itself together with the flames until she was solidified once more. She looked even more pissed than before.

"Instead of flirting, you two Jedi should have left when you had the chance," she said in a monotone voice. Cal and I quickly glanced at each other and then back at her.

"We weren't flirting!" we yelled.

"It doesn't matter what it was. You will go no further."

"Ugh, why do you keep getting in our way?" Cal asked her. She scoffed at him in disgust.

"He was right about you two."

Cal didn't seem to know what she was talking about, and neither did I.

"Who? What are you talking about?"

The girl grimaced even more.

"Jedi are thieves and liars who bring nothing but death and destruction."

"What idiot told you that!?" I yelled at her. She extended her hand out, and another group of zombie-like warriors shot out from the ground and ceiling.

"My murdered sisters will force you out so I don't have to."

She then disappeared, her green flames vanishing after her.

"This is really frustrating. The next time we see her we cut her down, yeah?" Cal muttered to me as he readied himself. I sighed and nodded in agreement.

"I'm with you on that one. Fear or not, she's our enemy right now. I hate to impose on her planet, but we have a job to do."

"Exactly," he replied. BD-1 scanned the area and informed us that these warriors used to be Nightsisters. Instead of the fake Nightbrother soldiers, the Nightsister was creating earlier, these enemies were actual corpses brought to life. That's…unsettling. They were fast, but they didn't have much coordination. Their main attack was to flail their arms at us. I'm sure getting hit would hurt, but we had lightsabers. Every time their arms tried to hit us they hit the lightsaber instead and got their limbs cut off.

"Just block their attacks!" I said.

Cal and I blocked each attack carefully until we felt a rumbling under us. There were so many undead Nightsisters coming up from the ground that the floor was beginning to give away. Why is it always something!? I felt the ground crumble beneath us, and we fell to the story below. Cal landed on his feet, but I stumbled and fell like the clutz I am. The undead Nightsisters exploded into dark smoke when they hit the ground, and we were alone again. Thank the Force for that!

"You okay?"

Cal lent me a hand, and I took it gladly.

"Yeah, thanks."

His hands were always soft but strong at the same time. It was a nice balance compared to my relatively delicate ones. Why am I focusing on his hands…

"Where are we now?" I asked him quietly, in case there was another enemy nearby. It was dark and cool down here. The only light that was given to us was from above. Tilting my head up, it was too high to jump back to the top.

"I don't know, but I don't like it," Cal said back. We were underground directly under the ruins we were about to enter before that girl stopped us. The only option was to find a way back up. I took out the comm Cere gave us and started it up.

"I'm telling Cere about what happened."

Cal nodded and continued to look around. Like me, he was on edge.

"Cere, come in."

"Yes, what's going on, Luna?"

Her voice was mixed in with static, most likely because of how deep underground we were. I explained the situation to her, and she hummed.

"I see…Try to find your way back up and be careful. There's no telling what could be lurking down there. If you find yourself in trouble, get back to us, and we'll see what we can do."

"Will do. Thanks, Cere," I said before hanging up the comm.

"BD, can you pull up a map?" Cal said to the droid on his shoulder. BD-1 pulled up the holographic map, and it did show a path back toward the main floor. We were currently on a small trail that led into a large area, and then from there, we would just have to climb back up to the top.

"Seems easy enough, right?" Cal said enthusiastically. I narrowed my eyes at him, and he chuckled.

"What?"

"You know there's going to be something that we have to fight. There's always something!" I replied. He smiled and shrugged.

"That's part of the fun! Besides, what do I always say? As long as we're together, we'll be alright."

"You do always say that…" I grumbled with a growing smile, "Alright, well let's see what we'll be up against. Who knows, maybe it will be nothing! Let's hope…"

Yes, I know I wasn't exactly being the positive person that I usually am, but can you blame me!? There always had to be something that obstructed our progress. It was very discouraging. Luckily for me, Cal was an understanding guy. He was keeping me going while not letting himself get too irritated.

"I'll look in the room first to see if I see anything first. If there's a beast or something like that maybe we can sneak past it," he said. I crossed my arms and watched as he looked around the corner into the large room we saw on the map. He turned back to me with a smile.

"Don't see anything."

"Really?"

"Yep, the coast is clear."

I stepped into the large room and saw that it was a huge cave-like setting. The air was cool but felt fresh on my skin. It was a stark contrast to the warm and dusty environment of the planet above. Across from us looked like a wall of vines that we could climb. That must have been the way back up.

"There's the way up. Over there."

I pointed toward the vines, and Cal saw them too.

"Nice! Okay, let's go!"

We ran across the room to the wall of vines but stopped when we noticed a body laying at the foot of the wall. It looked like a Nightbrother. I didn't sense life in him. He likely got stranded down here and died of hunger. A bad way to go.

"There's something on his arm," Cal said to me. He grabbed the dead man's arm and gave it a pull, but the man was stuck to the wall. Cal tried again with a grunt, and still nothing happened.

"I don't think he's moving, Cal."

"Just a couple more tries."

He tried pulling the man off the wall again, and this time the entire cave rumbled. Cal let go and backed away from the man.

"There's no way I did that!" he yelled in a panic. I got a feeling that something was watching us and turned around. Looking up, there was a bat the size of a bus hanging from the stalagmites of the cave. It had bright white eyes and a red marking on its forehead. My body began to shake as I patted Cal on the arm.

"U-Umm…Look up behind you…"

Cal twisted around, and his throat ran dry as soon as he saw the monster staring at us.

"Hey, Luna?"

"Y-Yes?"

"I'm sorry that I said this room was going to be easy. That's on me…" he said in a shaky voice. I gripped his arm even tighter and took a deep breath.

"That's okay, I forgive you."

Screeeeeeeeeeeecchhhhhhhhhhhhh!

We both covered our ears as the bat screeched at us. The sound was deafening, and I felt my head throb afterward. The bat crawled on the ceiling for a bit and then decided to jump down to the floor in front of us. Okay, maybe it was the size of two buses!

"Okay, I'll get the front, you get the back! It's just an animal, we can outsmart it!" Cal yelled. I was so glad he was able to come up with a plan so quickly because I had nothing. I shook the fear off my body and clicked my lightsaber on. Going into a full sprint, I made my way around the creature while Cal focused on the front. The bat swung one of her wings at me, and I slid under it just in time. The beast was so big I couldn't see Cal in front of him, but I did hear him swinging his blade at the bat's abdomen. Those attacks were accompanied by the searing sounds of burning flesh the saber was causing once it made contact with the bat's skin. I did the same with the backside of the monster and found that its skin was tough! I was cutting into her but not as deeply as I would have liked.

"Duck!" Cal yelled. I ducked as the bat twirled around in place and then stopped when he was facing me.

"There goes our plan!" I yelled, dodging the bat's mouth.

"Just be careful of its mouth and wings! If you need a healing stim, I'll throw one to you!" I heard him say. I slashed at the bat's chest while dodging the multiple attempts of it trying to eat me. It was all happening so fast, but my mind felt hyper-focused. This was the Force helping me. What was seconds felt like hours. After a few more failed attempts, the bat screeched at us again and jumped up in the air.

"Luna!"

I looked down, and Cal ran to me. The bat stayed suspended in the air for a bit before he slammed down on the ground, creating a shockwave of sorts. The only thing about this attack was that the wave felt slowed as if the bat was controlling the speed at which it flowed at us. Cal and I jumped too early and were hit by the first shockwave.

"Argh!"

I hit the ground rolling and felt pain all over. It felt as if someone had punched me hard in the stomach. The taste of iron came to me, and I felt blood dripping down the side of my mouth. Cal didn't look much better. We helped each other up and prepared for the next shockwave. This time, we were ready, and we managed to stick the landing perfectly.

"Here!" BD-1 shot out a healing stim, and then he tossed it to me. I caught it and injected it into my stomach.

"O-Ow…"

I groaned in pain from the shot, but I could feel the pain subsiding. Does BD-1 have an unlimited amount of these stims? I looked at Cal, and he was flinching from his shot as well.

"Damn, that hurts! Hey! How about you stop jumping!" He yelled at the bat. He reached his hand out and pulled the bat to the ground with the Force. The beast slammed to the ground and cried out more in exasperation than anything. I expected it to keep fighting us, but it kept looking up at the ceiling of the cave. At one end of the corner, there was a crack where the only light that was in this place was coming from. The bat gave us one last glance before flying in the crack's direction. Her body was big, but she managed to fit through it and escape us. I blinked a few times, not sure if what just happened actually happened.

"That works too! I'm not complaining!" I said with a laugh to Cal, "Good job on that last attack, by the way!"

He was just as surprised as I was.

"Thanks! I thought we were in for a tougher fight, but I guess he wasn't up for it. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other!"

We high-fived for our quick victory and turned back to the body near the wall of vines.

"Now, back to you. What's this on your hand?" Cal wondered silently. He gripped the device on the dead man's hand and pulled extra hard this time. The device flew off, and I almost had to catch Cal from falling himself.

"My bad!" He apologized with embarrassment. I waved him off with a chuckle, and we analyzed the newly discovered device.

"They're…climbing claws…" Cal said slowly. He looked at the wall the body was leaning against and tried grabbing at the vines. His fingers couldn't find the right grip, and he just slid back down to the floor.

"These aren't the same vines as before. You have to use the climbing claws to climb these. Huh…Good thing this guy was here," he said. He put the climbing claws on, which were little metal claws that attached to the back of his hands, and jutted out over his knuckles. There was only one pair which meant…

"So…Should I like…?"

I didn't know how to say what I was trying to say.

"I don't mind if you hold on to me, Luna," Cal said softly. I smiled and nodded.

"Like a piggyback ride, I guess?"

"Yeah, something like that!"

He's so chill about everything, it's insane. As long as he was comfortable with it, I didn't mind holding on to him.

"Okay, sure! Just let me know if I'm holding on too tight," I joked. He made a humorous sound and crouched down on one knee. Holding his hands behind himself he gave me a nod.

"Ready?"

"Mhmm."

I wrapped my arms around his neck and chest, and he supported my legs as he stood back up. In the back of my mind, I was worried that I would be too heavy. It was a dumb thought, I know. He picked me up no problem and started climbing on the wall with the wall climbers.

"Let me know if you need a break, Cal," I said to him. He kept on climbing, and I could feel him smirk in his voice.

"Luna, trust me, you're light as a feather, so it's no problem. Plus, having BD-1 on my shoulder this whole time has basically been like practice."

I laughed at that, and BD-1 trilled beside us. It wasn't long before we were at the top. Rather than being near the ruins, however, it was more of an outside viewing area. That warm air hit my face, and I looked out over the edge of the cliff. In the distance were the ruins, and to the right sat The Mantis.

"I thought we would be at the ruins when we got back up!" I cried.

"Me too. Guess we have more walking to do," Cal said with a sigh. To our right was a winding path up that led to another climbing area.

"And more climbing, apparently."

I hopped on Cal's back again, and we climbed up the second tall tower of vines. I told myself not to look down so I looked to my side instead. The view of Dathomir was gorgeous. I bet with an actual population they could really fix this place up. During my sightseeing, a small figure appeared out of the corner of my eye.

That figure got bigger…and bigger…

"C-Cal?"

"Yeah?" Cal answered in between breaths.

"That bat's here again!" I screamed once she was close enough for me to distinguish her. Cal's eyes widened, and he looked to the left to see the bat headed straight for us.

"Shit, hold on!"

I locked my arms around Cal's neck as he made a powerful leap upward. We flew a few feet up the wall before the bat could hit us.

"She's below us now!" I yelled. The bat may have missed the first attack, but she was determined to get us. She used the claws on the tip of her wings to cling to the wall and now was following us up the wall. BD-1's scanner went off and then went away.

"Beep boop beep," he told us.

"What!?" I asked, too panicked to understand what he was saying.

"He said the bat is called 'Gorgara'," Cal informed me.

"BD-1, I'm so glad you're willing to learn new things even in difficult situations like this!" I said, petting him on the head. I mean, he might as well.

"Boop beep beep bop."

"What?"

"He said that the bat is otherwise known as 'the winged demon of the canyon'," Cal informed me again.

"Oh good!" I yelled back. Looking down, the bat was getting closer and closer to catching us. I tried to warn Cal, but I was too late. Gorgara made her own powerful leap and swiped one of her wings at us.

"I have an idea!" Cal yelled at me. In the next second, I felt the wind in my hair. Why? Well, that's because Cal jumped off the freaking wall! We flew past the bat's wing and landed on the fur of her back.

"You meant for that to happen!?" I questioned in shock.

"It was that or falling to our deaths!" he said with a laugh.

"Got another idea on how we come out of this alive?" I asked him as the bat screeched and flew around, trying to knock us off her back.

"Just give me a minute!"

The bat flew all around the area, getting dangerously close to sharp rock formations and mountain ranges that might make us fall. Every time she got close to one of these things we flattened our bodies and hoped for the best. Fortunately for Cal and I, we were relatively fit and thin people, so the objects just barely missed us every time. Greez would have been a goner! And no, that's not a hit on his weight, he's just a very wide person!

After a few minutes, we could tell the bat was losing her mind over us clinging to her. Her flying became sporadic and unbalanced. She was getting down to ground level now, and I had had enough.

"Alright, that's it!"

I ignited my lightsaber and plunged it into her back, the entire blade going into her body. Gorgara yelped in pain and did a nose dive toward the ground.

"Now's our chance, Luna!" Cal said to me. He grabbed my hand and forced both of us to jump off the bat before she crash-landed into the rocky terrain. We hit the ground hard and rolled to minimize the damage. I must have blacked out because the next thing I saw was Cal's face hovering over mine.

"Luna! You okay!?" he asked in concern. I slowly nodded, and he helped me up.

"How long was I out?"

"Only a few seconds. Does anything hurt? Do you need another healing stim?"

I brought my hand to my head to stop the spinning that was happening. Seeing that I was off balance, Cal put his hands on my arms to steady me.

"N-No, I think I'm okay. The adrenaline got to me, though. I have a massive headache now," I whined. I dropped my hand and looked at him. The look on his face was starting to become one of relief. "...What about you? Are you okay?"

"Me? Yeah, I'm good! I'm glad to see you're alright. That was insane!" he exclaimed loudly. I smiled a little and let out a giant huff of air.

"I know right? I thought we were done for! It looks like she wasn't as lucky," I said, seeing the bat a few yards away. Her body was motionless now, and her white pupils dilated.

"Hmm…Well, she's one with the Force now. Oh, I just remembered I brought this in my pack."

Cal rummaged through his pack and took out a small medicine bottle. It was headache medicine!

"This stuff was a lifesaver when I worked on Bracca. I used to get headaches all the time so I always kept a bottle on me."

"Cal, I love you so much," I said as he handed me the bottle. He smiled and looked at the ground bashfully. I took the medication and felt better immediately. What a relief. I handed him the bottle again, and he put it back in his pack.

"Remind me to never part ways with you or BD-1."

"Haha, okay," he said happily. Looking around we were back in the little village where we had fought all of those Nightbrothers. Nothing was attacking us this time. In fact, it was completely silent.

"This place is so creepy," I murmured.

"I agree…" Cal said back with a frown, "Let's try this again."

We walked to the bridge that led to the ruins and stopped at the beginning of it.

"That man's not here anymore. Do you think the Nightsister got him?" Cal asked me. He looked around the sides of the bridge, and the hooded man was nowhere to be seen.

"I'm not sure. I may not have liked him, but nobody deserves a death like that."

We walked across the bridge and entered the ruins once again. The giant pit where we fell was present, so we avoided it this time. In front of us was a huge metal door with two Zeffo statues sitting on each side of it. That was a good sign!

"This must be the tomb."

"I hope so," I replied. Cal opened the heavy door with a grunt, and we entered a room filled with more Zeffo-related artifacts. That and cobwebs. There were so many cobwebs.

I twirled the ends of my blonde hair with my finger as I looked around. It kind of felt like we were in a museum. BD-1 stopped at one of the artifacts, and his scanner came on automatically. It was another message from Eno Cordova.

"My friends, we've finally arrived at the tomb of Kujet in the search of an Astrium. I find that this tomb is more secluded than the other tombs we've visited in our pursuit of knowledge. However, be cautious. The Nightsisters of Dathomir granted me passage, but even they warned me of the dangers of these ruins. Something dark happened here - I can feel it."

The message ended, and I looked at Cal.

"The fact that Cordova was nervous about this place doesn't make me feel better."

"Yeah, he couldn't find the Astrium here either. But we will," he said with confidence. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah."

The main Zeffo door that led deeper into the tomb stood on the back wall. Passing the unique artifacts, we stopped at the door, and Cal raised his hand at the door.

"There's Force energy here. Not quite a Force echo."

He touched the door, and I waited for him to tell me what he saw. He turned to me with a confused look.

"Try touching the door. Do you feel anything?" he asked. I put my hand next to his and closed my eyes to focus. There was…a hint of something, but I didn't know what. I opened my eyes and shook my head.

"No, I don't."

"Whatever it was, it's gone now…"

"How do we get in?" I asked out loud, looking all around the door for a switch or grip. Cal did the same.

"I don't see one. To be honest, I'm getting kind of tired. I mean, after everything we went through today," he told me. He sounded tired too.

"Did you want to go back to the ship and rest?" I asked him. Honestly, that sounded like a great idea to me.

"Yeah, that way we can talk with Cere and figure out a plan on how to get into the tomb. A few hours of sleep doesn't sound bad either. Is that okay?"

I nodded at him.

"Yeah, I like that plan. I'm tired too…Let's head back before that girl shows up again," I said.

We turned around and intended to walk out of the room, but something peculiar happened. Instead of the artifact-filled room from before, I was standing in a Venator-Class Star Destroyer. Cal was nowhere to be found. I felt someone brush up against me, and I looked down to see a little girl. She had to be around twelve or thirteen years old. Her hair was blonde, and she was wearing padawan robes.

Hold on…Was this girl…me?

The girl was looking out the window at a green planet just outside the ship. I recognized it as soon as I saw it. I gasped and took a step back. It was Felucia. The planet that my master and I were in when-

"Are you ready, Luna? We have a job to do."

A woman walked in, and it was Master Secura. The realization hit me all at once, and I felt my eyes water. I was back on that day…

The day when Order 66 was executed.

And that is the end of the chapter! This was more of a "making progress" chapter, but I hope you guys liked it. The next chapter will be Luna's side of the story of Order 66. I'm excited to write about it! Again, I hope you guys like the new cover art for the story! I love it and can't wait to get to that part! Please review or comment on the story and let me know what you think! Finally, I'll see you guys next time!
