Pairing: Javier (OC) / Katarina

Verse: Tekken

Tension: Emotional & Anger

Rio De Janeiro:

Brazil's most populous city stood quiet on all ends despite the hustle and bustle throughout the inner town. Inclement weather had been prevalent the past few weeks, but not more so than tonight. The night became pitch black, brightened only by radical lightning strikes, raindrops pelting the earth with relentlessness.

A young man atop a hill on the outskirts of town leaned against a building wall, watching society go about their busy, daily lives. Much was on his mind this night, perhaps more than he could admit. This city held pleasant and unforgiving memories due to crime, poverty, and homelessness, all of which he had to endure. His rain jacket and cargo pants shielded him from heaven's tears.

For over an hour, Javier let the rain drench his body, though he never allowed it to dampen his spirit. Yet, he found conflict within his inner thoughts amidst seclusion. A decision so heavy and full of repercussions would occur this very night. Everyone of importance to him knew about this life-altering choice: His family, friends, work acquaintances, etc. - Except for one individual.

Javier's face scrunched at the mention of her. She wasn't around during the earlier announcements or his going away party. He figured it was either something she forgot or blew off altogether.

Their relationship, for lack of a better term, was... unpredictable.

Not once did he not think of her, an intoxicating plague if there ever was such a thing. She had a penchant for getting him into unnecessary trouble with the law though she was willing to teach him a few things as well. Even so, Javier wouldn't have it any other way. However, things will be different between them after tonight.

"Hey, stranger."

Turning around, Javier saw Katarina standing behind him, leaning against a nearby tree, an umbrella overhead. A dark trenchcoat was over her everyday clothing, but her sunglasses were gone from her face. Also absent was her usual cheerful, confident persona.

Gazes failed to waver though visibility grew difficult. Javier gestured to her to join him, to which she accepted as her voluptuous form made its way toward him. Despite her tomboy attitude and personality, he admired her elegance radiance. All stood quiet, only the sounds of rain audible.

"Why?" Katarina broke the silence.

"Why what?" Javier replied.

"Why are you leaving?" Her voice became uncharacteristically vulnerable.

Javier's eyes veered back toward the city. "There's... nothing left for me here."

Katarina moved closer to him and didn't stop until their hips made contact. He never flinched but craned his neck to meet her gaze, the meeting becoming more uncomfortable with each passing minute.

"So... you're just going to up and leave without telling me?" Katarina asked again.

Javier didn't betray his annoyed expression. "Wouldn't have to if you actually showed up for things on time."

"I had a bounty to collect," she defended.

He scoffed. "Seems to me that was more important to you."

"You know I have to find who killed my father and turned him into that freak!" Katarina shouted. "I'm sorry I missed your going away! What else do you want from me!?"

"Killing whoever did this to your father won't bring him back, Kat! Why waste away your life for something that won't change? Revenge won't solve anything and will leave you bitter and empty!"

"It will make me feel better to bring his murderer to justice! You and I both know the cops won't do shit! G Corp probably pays them off!"

"Like my sister after you sent her into the hospital!?"

Kat froze. "Javy... I didn't mean-"

"That's not an excuse!" Javier's explosion was visible as he got up in her face. "You're lucky she's not in a coma because of your stupidity!"

His acidic words held nothing but animosity. Javier went through many sleepless nights after Katarina unknowingly fractured Maria's skull during a drug bust both were involved with. She suffered internal bleeding and had to be rushed to the ER. Fortunately, the blow wasn't considered fatal though Maria would be bedridden for some time.

"I- I know you're upset, Javy," Katarina stuttered. "But I... had no idea that was Maria until her helmet came off."

Javier turned away. "Doesn't matter now. She'll recover with rest, thank god."

"Is that another reason why you're leaving?"

He did not answer. Instead, Javier turned around with his bag slung over his shoulder. Fearful that his mind was made up, Katarina impeded his path without the umbrella before reaching his car. It couldn't end like this, not when he was all she had left.

"Move," Javier ordered.

"Please, Javy! Don't leave! I'm deeply sorry for what I did to Maria! And for neglecting you all those times when I should've been there instead of chasing money! I promise I'll change!" Katarina begged before she began sobbing.

"Are you merely saying this now to get me to stay?" Javier questioned her sincerity. "Why should I even believe you?"

It wasn't a secret that Katarina often lied, fibbed, and wormed her way out of certain situations to get what she wanted. No one knew that better than Javier since he fell victim to it several times, often resulting in him paying for her actions. Yet, he still forgave her and kept supporting her as a friend. Perhaps this was one instance that couldn't be overlooked.

Sniffling, Katarina boldly approached him, rain intermixing with her own tears. She then moved to kiss his cheek, not moving away for the longest. Javier's expression didn't change, though his mind was going ballistic. He'd be lying if he expected that from her, knowing Kat has... been around. Yet, he didn't push her away and welcomed her advances. Not the kind of apology he saw coming.

Katarina finally moved away. "Because you're all I have left... Please stay..."

Javier stood speechless at what just happened. Katarina, the same girl who always got him in trouble, put his sister in the hospital, and who knew no modesty... had kissed his cheek. It's what she did next that left him questioning his sanity.

Boldly, Katarina came closer to his face, leaving almost no space between them. Javier found himself frozen, unable to move or even comprehend what was taking place beneath this torrential rain. All he could think about was all the times they shared, good and bad. Sure, most instances resulted in less than ideal situations. Still, even Javier had to admit that life would be dull without Kat, reckless as she can be.

Yet, this was something Javier haven't seen from her before, genuine care that didn't hold ulterior motives or a secret agenda. She wanted him to stay and repair their relationship, lest it becomes unfixable.

But could she be trusted?

Inching closer, Javier stopped short of meeting Katarina simultaneously, their lips separated by mere inches. It almost felt like a tease, though that was the farthest from his mind. There were no jokes or playfulness. He searched her eyes for any signs of deceit.

Seizing the opportunity, Katara pressed her lips against Javier's to engage in a long-awaited kiss, arms wrapping around his back to pull him closer. She deepened the kiss as a hand placed itself on the small of her back. Javier began returning her affections, much to Kat's relief as tears once again fell from her closed eyes.

This felt much different than any of her past flings. Other guys were merely 'smash and go' types, none of which were worth her time. Javy here was different and actually cared for her wellbeing, though he had every right not to.

'Perhaps I should give her the benefit of the doubt,' Javier thought to himself.

Lost in the moment, Javier leaned in to push Katarina against the car, trapping her to allow no escape. He felt no resistance as they surrendered to the building passion. Reluctantly, Javier broke away, searching his friend's eyes once again. Earlier, they held remorse, sadness, and guilt mixed with a tinge of uncertainty for where things stood between them. Now, shyness and hope appeared in their place.

Katarina went back to kiss him, burning with unhidden desire as she buried herself against Javier. It wasn't the most poetic, but the point was made. Would it be enough to entice Javier to stay was a different story altogether.

This time, Katarina pulled back. "Javy..."

"Kat..." Javy breathed.

"Take me home."

Katarina's apartment:

Abiding her wishes, Javier drove them to her apartment not far from the city in a luxurious neighborhood. Not as soon as the car stopped, the two reengaged their earlier activities. Her door was unlocked, allowing them to crash in during a wild kiss with Katarina in Javier's arms, legs around his waist. He carried her inside her bedroom before landing hard on the large mattress. Moans and groans sounded as the two began to tear at each other's clothes.

"I forgive you, Kat, not just because of this," Javier admitted, quickly discarding her coat.

Katarina did the same to his drenched shirt. "But I want to make sure it stays that way."

Gone were jackets and shirts as Javier started for the button securing her pants. Katarina's hands worked furiously to remove the belt fastening his jeans while smooching all over his neck region. Each was determined to put past misery behind and forgotten.

It didn't take long for either Javy or Kat to bear the rest of their clothes.

Javier fought the urge to let his mouth hang open, taking in the masterpiece that was Katarina's figure: Buxom chest, slender curves, toned midsection, and a plump backside. She had done the same, taking in his appearance with a genuine likeness. Javier wasn't a built mountain of muscle like some of the Tekken competitors she went up against, yet that did little to quell her lustful intentions.

Moving forward, Javier gained the advantage and pinned Katarina against the bed for a long kiss, descending downward before reaching her bosom. His hands massaged each of her large breasts before lashing her right nipple with his tongue. Katarina moaned wantonly, her back arching as she combed through Javier's hair. She moaned even louder as Javier began sucking her sensitive teat, taking his time to arouse it before switching to its twin.

"Mmm! Ahh! Javy, please!" Katarina begged.

Javier parted from her chest before kissing Katarina again, dueling against her tongue with a smile. He took it a step further, trailing a hand down her flat stomach until reaching her dripping vice. Two fingers moved in and out of Katarina, causing her to toss her head back with a small scream.

"Hah... hah... yes, Javy!" Katarina then stopped him and forced her friend on his back; a fire ignited in her eyes. "My turn."

A loud groan was heard, Javier surprised as Katarina stroke his now erect manhood. His eyes closed, hands gripping the sheets with each movement. Tucking her hair behind an ear, Katarina began licking the pulsating member, saliva covering the head down to its base. She then bobbed her head, inhaling most of him while playing with his lower accessories.

Javier ran his fingers through her hair as she continued pleasuring him. "Damn, Kat..."

Satisfied, Katarina sported a devious smirk as she straddled Javier, her ass behind his member. "Ready, baby?"

He nodded. "I am."

"Good."

Katarina maneuvered her lower body to slowly drop onto him, letting out a raspy moan and squeal. He was bigger than she anticipated, which left her distracted as Javier sat up to hold her in his arms. They kissed with ferocity, no longer worried about their inhibitions. Not that they would anyway. Moving together, the new couple felt all the pleasure and ecstasy, letting it fuel their energy to push further in their carnal dance.

"Kat... Ah, Kat," Javier moaned again before latching onto one of her breasts.

A lustful squeal escaped Katarina as she held him tighter against her chest. She went faster with his assistance, both hands underneath her thighs. Moans and groans filled the apartment, even drowning out two cell phones that were buzzing for the last ten minutes.

Slowing to a complete stop, Katarina dismounted Javier and got on all fours, throwing all caution to the wind. "Don't hold back. Give me everything you got."

Javier was a bit hesitant but instantly shook it off. "Alright, Kat. But tell me to stop if it's too much."

Nodding, Katarina brought him over her back for a tender kiss. This gave Javier the go-ahead to ease his way back in her sheath, groaning at the sheer tightness. He increased his pace from the start, relishing his woman's moans.

"Ohh! Yes! Yes! Oh, Javier!" Katarina pleaded.

He wasted little time granting her wish, adding to his speed with power. As they continued making love, both Brazilians made silent promises to one another. Javier promised to love Kat despite all her faults, and Katarina vowed never to take Javy for granted ever again. No words were needed, all of them spoken through actions and their physical connection. Javier pumped at a steady pace, bringing Katarina upward to sink his mouth into the hollow of her neck. Each huffed laboriously, nearing exhaustion.

Katarina let her feelings known. "Javy, baby! I'm cumming!"

"Shit, I feel it too, Kat!" Javier replied.

They collided in perfect sync, loins filled with warmth throughout their struggle. Javier released himself into Katarina's cavern with one last pump as both moaned loudly. (In Kat's case screaming) Carefully, Javier pulled out of the now filled vice and laid on his back, bringing his lover with him.

"So you were telling the truth all along?" Javier inquired.

Katarina nodded, her hand caressing his chest. "I've been running for too long and nearly drove you away. I would never forgive myself if you left because of me."

"I can't promise you that I'll stay, but you did give me something to think about."

She kissed him. "That's all I'm asking. We'll work through this together. Perhaps we can make something out of this."

Javier then smiled before kissing her forehead. "I would like that a lot, Kat."

They cuddled together before falling asleep, the rain rendered to a stop.
