Birth
Perhaps his choice was not the best one, perhaps it was meaningless, but Harry did not care if that was true or not. He enjoyed happiness purely due to happiness due to his choice.
When Harry chose to be trapped in a cycle of resurrection, he didn't expect to have so much fun. At first, he was resurrected as a child from a family of knights in Bosnia in the late fourteenth century and then he was born to a dying mother in Brazil during the twenty-third century. It was a bizarre experience and oh, it was fun.
In his third life, Harry was born in an interesting time. The reign of King Arthur had just started and Merlin had just entered his kingdom as a knowledgeable warlock. With Harry acting as a muggle peasant (he never lost his magic prowess in any life, he didn't use it so that he could get a genuine muggle experience), he watched as Morgana reigned in terror.
With him not using magic in that life, Harry unsurprisingly died and was reborn in cavemen times. That was not a fun life.
While his fourth life was not fun, Harry had an exciting fifth life. He lived in the era of Shakespeare and was the man's neighbour. He was a nice man, pretty open-minded and was content to observe his quiet surroundings. Unfortunately, Harry died before Shakespeare wrote his first play.
Harry's sixth life was a short affair. He was born and then his mother killed him. He didn't quite understand why but has learned to accept that humans can be cruel sometimes.
And now, onto his seventh life.
After every death, Harry met Death. Usually, it was for a second or so but this time, Death smiled at him before Harry was born again.
Harry did not like the smile at all.

Harry opened his eyes and saw blurs around him. He had gotten used to the fact that he couldn't see at all for the first month of his life, which isn't all that bad considering all facts.
According to his past life in the twenty-third century, babies take about 4 to 6 months to properly develop three-dimensional visualisation. Of course, because this data is probably of the future of this timeline since he can smell antiseptics in the hospital, babies would probably develop proper eyesight in about 5 to 8 months here due to their weaker genetic strength.
Thankfully, Harry can skip that due to being the Master of Death.
"Odd", Harry heard an old woman say, "He isn't crying."
Harry could understand that confusion. Since babies who don't cry have a higher chance of death, seeing a healthy baby not cry is a bit odd.
AN: Fun fact - I was one of those babies who did not cry upon birth.
Harry looked at a short man standing next to a woman in white robes, his father, and then at the woman beside him. Why is she wearing robes? Is this some kind of multiversal thing where this universe's doctors wear robes instead of coats?
The woman, probably the doctor, asked the man, "May I perform a test to confirm that he is healthy? He may require medical assistance."
At this point, Harry should have tried to cry like a normal baby but the problem is that he cannot just willingly cry. He cannot simply just think of crying and then do the action. Therefore, he just kept looking at his father and the doctor.
His father said, "Please, ma'am, I don't want my son to be unhealthy."
The doctor took out a stick from behind her and Harry quickly connected the dots. This is a witch. He can finally use magic again without feeling as if he is cheating.
The doctor waved her wand close to him and muttered some spells and then he felt weird for a second. She looked at his new father and said confusedly, "The baby is healthy."
His father looked at him and stated, "Weird."
Harry heard a third voice, a tired woman's, "Stop bothering my baby."
Seems like his new mother finally had the strength to talk. She ordered his father, "Give him to me."
The doctor, who was holding him, gave him to his new mother carefully. Harry had always hated the baby stage of his life, especially the beginning of it. He always felt so helpless and small but of course, he endured it.
Anyway, it doesn't traumatise him as much as it did the first time.
He looked at his mother. She was holding him carefully and tightly but it was clear that she was tired from giving birth. If he could speak, he would have suggested that she goes to sleep.
Apparently, his father had the same idea as the man said softly, "You should go to sleep, my love."
His mother ignored him and she said, "He will have to fight off witches and even wizards when he grows older, I am certain of it."
The old doctor let out a soft chuckle and asked his mother, "What would you like to name your son, Mrs Potter?"
Wait, did she say 'Potter'?
His mother let out a little laugh and yawned. She tiredly said, "We have already chosen his name, haven't we, Monty?"
As his father, Monty Potter, laughed, Harry was a bit flabbergasted and confused. How was he a Potter again? He knew he would be born to his family again, he had infinite reincarnations in front of him, but he never thought he would be a Potter so soon.
Secondly, who named their son 'Monty'?
That is just asking to be bullied.
Monty said, "Indeed, Mia, we did."
At least, his mother had a far better name, infinitely better than the name of his previous mother who had killed him, Fidusia Honeyblosssom with the triple 's' in the last name and all. On fifth thought, it was better that she killed him, he really did not want to be named in her universe.
His mother, Mia, looked at him and softly said, "Welcome to the family, Harry Zagreus Potter. We love you too much."
Hey, at least he wasn't named Python Potter in order to match his father.
