Well here we go the first proper route which is diverting to two halfs.

Makoto Naegi: Fleeing the Complex Chapter 1
Waiting for a Transfer Route
"Okay, I have decided." Makoto said with a nod
"What is it?" Nicole asked holding the Cupcake.
Makoto stands at the wall. "We will wait till we get a cell" he smiles at them
"I guess it is the simplest" Nicole said with a nod
"Cupcake" The Cupcake said
"I will meet you in your cell as soon as you're moved" Brass said and the other two nod at that.
The heroes wait for what seem like an hour, in that time the girl and the other robot were gone taken to their own cell. Makoto was sitting on the floor bored.
"Alright, let's go" Ginyu said coming over "Your cell is ready"
"Captain Ginyu, can I help get the prisoner settled, given his reputation?" Brass said saluting.
"Very well" Ginyu said grabbing Makoto and takes him to a cell down the hall. He removes the binder cuffs and opens the door and shoves him into the room "Enjoy your stay" Ginyu said and laugh as the door closes locking him and Brass in "Brass contact me when you want to come out" He then leaves.
"Okay, how do we break out?" Brass asked Makoto and Nicole
"Simple, Nicole what you got" Makoto said with a smile
"I have five items that could help" Nicole said and shows him the old faithful teleporter, a sonic pulse device, a laser plane, faking an illness and a cookie with 'Eat Me' on it
"Hmmmm" Makoto said thinking on it.
Fake Illness
"So, I just pretend to be sick and they will let me out of the cell?" Makoto asked concerned.
"Sure, they have to now get that fake cough going" Nicole said with a smile
"Errr...I should tell you..." Brass said but Nicole cuts her off
"Come on do it Makoto" Nicole said
"Alright" Makoto said and coughs a bit close to the door, when no one responds he coughs louder.
The eye hole slider opens and a guard known as Orlen peaks in, upon seeing Makoto acting sick "Oh another sick prisoner, can't have this. Stay there"
Makoto smiles this was going to work, suddenly he his short with a sleep dart and passes out. "Oh no..." Brass said worried as Makoto blacks out.
When he comes to her hears coughing and looks around and saw he was in a room with lot of people and they were all looking sick.
He sees a man named Ted who is just as sick as he said "Oh hello there, welcome new roommate" He smiles as his hand he is waving with falls off "Oh, wondered when that would happen."
We see that Makoto was moved to a Quaratine room and was locked in. Nicole and Brass looks at unease on the opposite end as all they hear was frantic banging on the door.
"What, you don't like your new friends?" Nicole said to lightened the mood
"No" Brass said Cupcake agreeing.
"Fair enough" She said and resets everything
Cookie
Makoto holds the cookie and says "Errr...I don't think I should trust something that says 'Eat me'...isn't this that one from Alice in Wonderland?"
"Yeah, come on let's see if it will help" Brass said with a nod
"Okay I guess" Makoto said holding it up and takes a bite. "Huh, not bad"
We then see outside the complex seeing Makoto's room of the window. He then grows massive and is not cramped in the room, one of his feet sticking out the wall
"Ah..cramped….do we have any of the drink me drink..." Makoto said in a bit of pain
"No... sorry" Brass said rubbing her head
"How Curious" Nicole said and resets.
Sonic Pulse
Makoto holds it and looks at it "So, this could be used to break the window?"
"Sure, I am unsure on the kind of material they used for the windows, but the highest setting should work" Brass said with a nod
"Okay, here goes" Makoto said and points the Sonic Pulse at the window and turns it on and with a loud screeching is head causing the group to squint and groan in pain, suddenly Makoto's head pops almost like a balloon and he falls over dead.
"Maybe that wasn't the best one to pick." Brass said.
"That hurt my ears!" Nicole yelled out and resets.
Teleporter
"Oh no..." Makoto said as he held the device in his hands, this thing has always except for one time messed and he can remember it, somehow.
"Okay this time I think I sorted out the problem." Nicole said with a nod trying to reassure him
"Alright..." Makoto said nervous and types in the coordinates and hits the red button and he and Brass are teleported.
They found themselves at the city of Theed on Naboo with an army of Rebel soldiers.
"Come on brothers!" A rebel said and they charge an AT-AT "For the…!" Was all he could say before him, Makoto, Brass and the whole Rebel group were blasted to dust.
All people said in a text "Leave Noob!" To Makoto
Nicole sighs and scratches that programming solution on the teleporter while saying "gg no re" she then resets.
Laser Plane
Makoto holds the small device and says "So, this will make a hole in the floor?"
"Yeah, that is what is says in the instructions" Nicole said with a nod
"But it's a prototype so only on the ground you're standing on."
"Well, got nothing else to try" Makoto said and turns it on and lets go.
The small device fires a laser at the ground and then zooms around Makoto making a rectangle in the floor and stops when finished
"Well...that was..." Makoto said before the ground falls below him "Ahhhhh!" He lets out and hits the ground with a thud he opens his eyes and looks around, then notices he landed on someone crushing them to death "Ooooo...killed someone" he said unease
Nicole and Brass enter and the robots look and said "It's okay, it was only Cui, he isn't important"
"Okay, hey my phone" Makoto said picking up the phone and smiles "I could call someone to help get us out of here"
"Good idea let's..." Nicole said when the world statics "Huh? Woah!" She said as she is pulled into a strange room with a red device "What the?"
She approaches the device and sees it is a panel with several buttons and saw two choices that should different realities. One was where Makoto helped the Republic, be it getting evidence on L.O.D or capturing Lex Luther and he could use his pull to contact a Republic contact to aid him
The other was one where Makoto betrayed the Republic to become the leader of the Legion of Doom and he decides to contact them to help him escape
"So...this is how I am able to cross dimensions….hmmm which one to see first..." She said thinking
