At the beginning Rocko and Patra are having soup together when suddenly Patra gets a sharp pain in her stomach Rocko's asks what wrong? And Patra says my stomach hurts then her stomach makes weird noses such as wobble hobble tingle jangle Rocko's takes Patra to the hospital and there they meet Shelia working as a nurse Shelia is happy to see both of them again Rocko asks her where's Dr Hutchinson? Shelia says she's transferred to another hospital on the mainland Patra then explains her problem to Nurse Shelia while her stomach makes more weird noises including gobble mumble tubule jingle Shelia escorts both of them to the nurse room after listening to her heartbeat and stomach Shelia gives Patra an X-ray of her stomach while waiting for the results to come in Rocko tells Patra about the time he had to go to the hospital to get his appendix removed.
Eventually Shelia comes back with the results saying that Patra has kooky mungo stomach syndrome a disease where someone is stomach makes weird noises causing sharp pains Shelia gives Patra some pills to take to stop the pain back at Rocko's house Patra drinks water to help her swallow the pill Rocko kindly let's her sleepover for the night the next morning Patra is feeling much better and thanks him for letting her sleepover Rocko is about to thank her when she presses her lips against his making him blush and return the kiss.
