First of all since Dylan from 101 Dalmatian Street had a cameo in the first story I think the judges should be characters from other media I'll you decide who they should be next I think each sport the Tiny Toons compete in should be in pairs those being.
Plucky and Hamton VS Margot and Danforth in Cricket.
Calamity and Little Beeper VS Hector and Edgar in Tennis.
Fifi and Shirley VS Giselle and Isabelle in Bowling.
Furrball and Sweetie VS Gabrielle and Chantelle in Basketball.
Buster and Babs VS Roderick and Rhubella in Soccer.
As for if you're wondering who Hector and Edgar I was reading the wiki while making this and it said there are two unnamed members from Perfecto Prep being an elephant and a horse and it said some fans refer to them as Hector and Edgar so I think you could use those unofficial names for them so those are my ideas I'm sure you were expecting more but this is what I could think of.
