I know I said I was going to do this on Friday but I decide to do it now just to get it done with anyways these are my thoughts on Season 3 of Just Dance 2023 before I get started I will say this season was a lot better than Season 2 anyways let's begin with the new songs they added.
Sunroof By Nicky Youre ft Dazy
I like this map it's got a very nice summer vibe to it the coach is pretty cool I think they added this one because it went viral on TikTok last year in fact I feel like most songs they add to Just Dance nowadays are ones that go viral on TikTok this might be my second favourite map from this season and a good way to start so I give this one an 8/10.
Bloody Mary by Lady Gaga
Speaking of songs going viral on TikTok we have this one and it might be my favourite even though the setting looks a bit out of place for a summer themed season the coach has a really awesome design and fun fact about this song it originally released on a Lady Gaga album back in 2011 but then eleven years later it was released as a single after going viral on TikTok overall this map is awesome and it gets a 9/10.
Sacrifice by The Weeknd
This one actually leaked a while back along with Sunroof and comparing to the final version it looks much better the coach's design is cool and I especially like the part where he tries to bite someone who randomly walks in but he stops at the last second I don't know much about this but I am familiar with The Weeknd in general anyways 8/10.
Dj Got Us Falling In Love by Usher
Well they did it again first Beggin now this overall it's cool they that reused the coaches from Familiar and Maneater I kinda wish they sued the version with Pitbull thought but at least the version without him is still as good I honestly thought we were going to another surprise song today as well but sadly we didn't if we did I was hoping it would be Love Again by Dua Lipa either the map has been scrapped entirely or it's being saved for Just Dance 2024 the latter of which I'm hoping is the case anyways this surprise map we got was really good it gets another 8/10.
Legacy Songs
For this season the legacy songs we got were pretty good Pop Stars Call Me Maybe ( Alt ) Get Low What Makes You Beautiful and Baby Zouk was taken out of the vault just like Why Oh Why in the last season now before I give my final rating for the season as a whole there is one more thing I want to talk about there was one song they added a few weeks back that wasn't part of the season it was more as a collaboration event or something it is.
Miraculous by Lou and Lenni Kim
First of all what do I think of this? Well I never watched or heard of this show basically it's about a teenage girl who is a ladybug superhero and her boyfriend is a cat superhero the map is fine I guess I mean the coaches look good and the songs is pretty catchy but why did they make this? It's not bad or anything it's all right I suppose but this is just something that just came out of nowhere I give this map a 6/10.
Final Thoughts
Overall I liked this season more than Season 2 but I still think Season 1 was the best one of the three if we're to rank them here they are.
