Chapter 13
Bella POV October
The days after Masen birthday flew by, quickly the days turned into weeks and then months and before I knew it we were entering into October and all the green in the rainy Washington was starting to turn into the beautiful fall colors that I so desperately loved. It was making it look like Arizona with all the grass dying away.
School started and I have been thoroughly enjoying getting to know my students and their parents. All the children in my class were wonderful and I haven't had any issues so far. Thankfully. I've become "friends" with one of the other teachers Tyler, he seems like a nice guy, but we come from different worlds so it's more of just a work relationship and that's it.
There is one other teacher here who is also a mother, but she's almost 30 years old and we just don't have a lot in common other then the fact we both have small children. Then there Maci. The world class bitch of the school. I think she though that WE were the one in high school. She's made all these cliques and was everyone to pick a spot and stay there. I feel like we should all be thriving to get along and show the kids how to act.
Other then her, work has been going quite well. Masen has not been doing well. He got pretty sick a week after his birthday and I swear he got something from that party place, it was not as clean as I would have hoped and definitely don't plan on having another party there.
He caught a stomach flu, which I found out when he woke up me at five in the morning saying his tummy hurt and wanted boobie. With him saying he wasn't feeling good, I didn't fight him on it and let him nurse this once. He had been doing so well with the weening but when he's sick, he wants one thing and one thing only. His mom and more specifically my boobs.
By nine that morning, Masen had thrown up all over my bed, himself and me. While I was putting my bedding in the wash, he had thrown up once again while he was playing in the shower. I got that mess cleaned up including my puked covered son and got him all tucked in on the couch with a movie and a trash can!
I was able to get a shower in once he fell asleep, but could hear him getting sick once again when I was getting dressed. By the next night I had to take him to the ER because he was so dehydrated and I knew he needed some fluids. Thankfully when your boyfriend father is doctors at the hospital it helps thing move quickly.
Carlisle got Masen his own private room and got him hooked up to an IV, which was probably the hardest thing I've gone through since becoming a mom. His little cries tore through my heart and I had the hardest time not yelling at Carlisle to stop poking my son. I knew Masen needed this, but it was just terrible to see my son in that much pain and not able to do a thing about it.
They finally got the IV in and gave Masen some nausea medication and a bag of fluids. Carlisle left and apparently called Edward, because 15 minutes later a very frazzled Edward came running into the room, freaking about Masen and if he was ok. How long he had been sick and why I didn't call him.
It was quite heartwarming to see how much he cared about Masen. He was frantic over the well being of his girlfriend son. Not even his own child, yet he was here at ten o'clock when he had to work the next day, making sure he was alright. Acting more like a father then ever before. Edward calm down some, once I explain what had happened in the last 48 hours and how I haven't had a second to pick up my phone and how sorry I was to have worried him. I just wasn't used to having another parent to report to. Even if Edward doesn't realize this, but he's Masen dad, 100%. Even my dad and brother could see how much Edward and Masen loved each other.
Edward stayed with us the rest of the week, and even took off the entire day on Friday so I could attend my parent teacher meeting that afternoon. He was so helpful and I couldn't have done it without him. Edward is the main reason I made it out alive, he was so quick to letting me sleep in and would jump up at any sound Masen made. Masen slept in between us, as neither of us wanted him to be very far.
Masen soon got better and was almost back to normal. The only problem. He hates daycare. Like hates it with a passion. He cried everyday time I have to drop him off and then will cry again when either me or Edward come to pick him up. This is the best rated daycare in Port Angeles and I'm not sure what I can do. Esme already has him three days a week, he has daycare on Thursday and Friday only.
I cannot work from home two days a week and Edward already does a half day on Friday so that's out of the question. I will not ask Esme to taken on another day and a half she needs her time. Alice works long hours at her store and she offered to have Masen come hangout at the store on Thursday and a few hours on Friday, but Masen would drive her crazy and he wouldn't stay in the back room or Al's office. Plus something is off with Alice. The girls is sick all the time and she hasn't been all bouncy like she usually, so I'm not gonna pawn my son off on her when she clearly has something going on.
So the last option I have is either find a new daycare or find a part time babysitter. I think Masen would do better with someone who is one on one and could just spend time with him without other kiddos running around and crying. I'm very picky about who watches my son and I have checked out a couple of in home daycare that were small no more then six kids at a time, but I just had off feelings about them, and so did Masen. Edward has a few coworkers that are married with children, so he has been asking about babysitters, but so far all of their kids are in the daycare Masen in now and the only babysitters they have are good for a date night, not a full day.
So now I'm back to square one, and Masen is still in the same daycare. I know nothing bad is happening or someone is harming him in anyway, he just doesn't like going to daycare. He doesn't like his teachers or his friends are annoying. He said that the food at the school is yucky so I started packing him a lunch and that worked for one week and then we were right back where we started. He's even allowed to call me on my lunch break. Mrs Cope is so upset that Masen is not enjoying coming to daycare and is willing to help in anyway she can, she even switched his class, but Masen is as stubborn as they come and if he's done then he's done.
I've got an appointment with a super sweet older lady who is a widow and enjoys to watch a couple of kids to keep her afloat. She used to be a schoolteacher, but retired due to older age. I'm very excited and have high hopes that it will go well and both me and Masen will just love her. But enough about my sons daycare issues. Tomorrow night I've got a hot date with my sexy ass boyfriend! We have needed time together and I'm very much looking forward to it.
It just kinda happened to work out, because Charlie called me yesterday and said he's got tickets to a monster truck race from work and wanted to have Masen join him and Seth. He even offered to buy another ticket for Edward, but I wanted to spend some time with him, without my son clinging to me the whole night. Plus me and Edward had been officially dating for five months so it was technically our anniversary!
Masen was of course excited to go see his Papa and uncle but he was pretty upset about the fact that I was not going and neither was Edward. "So I going by myself!" Masen cried throwing his arms into the air. "Masen, you not going alone. Papa and Uncle Seth are going to be with you the whole time. And then you get to stay the night with them and I'm sure Granny is going to bake something with you, she always does"
Sue was an amazing grandmother and always managed to do something fun with Masen and Leah's daughter Julia. "I don't know Mama. I wanna be with you" Masen frowned seeming to try and figure out what he wanted to do. "Masey, you see mom everyday and you see Eddie almost everyday, why not switch it up a bit and go see your Papa. It means you won't have daycare tomorrow and Eddie will pick you up on Friday just like he always does"
I was definitely nervous about Edward being alone with my father but Edward was adamant on it. "Really! I guess I can be a big boy and do it Mama, but only because you wants me to" I laughed, just thankful that he finally agreed to it. I wouldn't make Masen do anything he didn't feel comfortable with, but I knew he would love this and he loves his grandparents, who he hasn't been able to spend a lot of time with.
"Come on kid, let's go find something to eat for dinner" I was in desperate need of a grocery store trip, but I just haven't had the time. Maybe Edward will watch Masen so I could go to the market on Friday..hmm. Maybe.
I was stirring a pot of Macaroni and cheese when the front door opened and showing a very tried Alice. "Pixie I love ya girl, but you look like shit" she scoffed, hanging her bag on the hook and kicking off her heels. "Tell me about it!" She snapped. She looked so pale and was actually wearing jeans and a Dior top! I don't think I have ever seen my best friend wear leggings to work. "Alice are you ok?" She sighed, coming to sit at the bar.
"I am perfectly fine. I'm just..Tired. Listen I'm gonna go take a quick shower and then I wanna talk to you about something after you put Masen to bed" I felt a pit forming in my stomach and tried to stay calm when answered. "Yeah, um I can do that" I gave her a small smile, turning back to the food.
Masen ate probably a whole box of Mac and cheese by himself and a couple hand fulls of strawberry halves before he took his bath for the night. While he was taking his bath I called Edward for our nightly conversations.
Hey baby, I've missed you today. I felt my whole body relax at the sound of his voice. I knew that whatever Alice was about to tell me, Edward would help me get through it.
I've missed you too, Edward. So much. How's work going? Edward sighed on the other end, and I smiled imagining him taking his glasses off and tossing them onto his desk carelessly.
Fuckin long! The defendant on my client is making my life miserable! He is definitely one of the hardest people I have ever had to deal with. It's incredibly frustrating.
Damn, I'm sorry sweetheart.
It's alright. How our boy doing?
Good! He's in the bathtub right now. He just put away an entire box of macaroni and cheese and he also agreed to go stay with Charlie and Sue. Which means you are all mine Thursday night and Friday morning! He groaned.
I am your willing prisoner Isabella. I can't wait.
Me either.
Masen talked to Edward for a minute before he handed the phone back to me, so Edward and I could say our goodbyes. After I ended the call I washed up my son, putting him in fresh jammies and reading him a book before nursing him. "You know that you need to stop nursing baby. Your a big boy now" Masen looked up at me with his big brown eyes while he drank. He just shook his head and closed his eyes. "Yes Mase. When we go on our trip in a few weeks, I want you to be done with nursing son. I know you don't wanna, but it's time honey"
I watched as his eyes opened and filled with tears, it broke me to see his little face so sad, but it needed to be done! He was three years old and he had to be done. "Shhh baby. It will be ok. I will get you a new cup that will be just for milk before bed. You won't even miss your last boobie snack" Masen cried though the rest of his feed and ended up falling asleep on me, something he hasn't done in months maybe even a year. It definitely made me think about taking this last session away. I need to speak with his pediatrician and see what he thinks.
Me and Masen stayed in the chair just like that for another 30 minutes, before i finally put him into his bed. I tucked teddy under his arm and tucked his blanket around him. He didn't even stir when I put him down. I stood next to his bed for awhile, I knew Alice and possibly Jasper were waiting for me, but I was nervous and I'm a procrastinator.
Finally I left Masen room and walked out to the living room, where Alice and Jasper were at. They were cuddling on the couch, all cozy under the blankets. Allie looked a bit better after her shower, but she still looked so pale. "Don't you to look all cozy" I teased moving to sit on the other end of the couch turning on my side. "So what's up?"
Alice pushed herself off Jasper and gave me a smile. "Well me and Jazzy have been talking and we decided that we should get our own place" I gasped, not expecting that. Not at all. "What! Why? Have I done something? Is it Masen, I know he is kinda loud and has a lot of stuff" Alice shook her head and Jasper yelled out a no. "No Bella! Absolutely not. We loved loving with you and Masen, but there is just not enough room for two children in this house."
"Oh well I can understand that..." Wait what did she just say. Two children. Last time I checked it was just my son here. "Al. Are you saying?..." She smiled a huge smile spreading over her face. "I'm pregnant Bella!" I jumped up and wrapped my arms around both of them. "Oh my goodness Alice! This is huge. I thought you weren't able to have children" Alice was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age and has been told by a few doctors that she wouldn't be able to convince her own children because of an issue with her uterus.
"They were clearly wrong! We've never used birth control since I wasn't able to have children, but I'm pregnant! It's our little miracle baby, Bella. I am going to be 16 weeks tomorrow and everything is going great so far. I'm just sick as a dog!" I smiled. I was so happy for my best friend and I knew her and Jasper would be amazing parents. "My mom and you are the only ones who know. Jazz and I will be having a very small wedding ceremony in Chicago and I wanted to ask if you would be my maid of honor"
"Alice! Of course I will, this is so exciting a baby and a wedding. When are you guys moving out?" I definitely couldn't afford this place by myself and I needed to figure something out and I need to know how much time I have to do so.
"Not for a couple of months at least. We need to find another place and I was thinking that Edward could move in with you, I just know it's gonna be you two who gets hitched next, so why not take a little step towards that" I shrugged. Me and Edward haven't even been together for a year yet and now I should ask him to move in with me.
"Maybe, but let's not worry about that now. I want to hear all about my little niece or nephew" We spent the rest of the evening talking about little baby Whitlock and I got to see all the ultrasound pictures! The baby was already so beautiful, I am so excited for my best friend having a child is a lot of work, but it's also so rewarding in the end.
I tried to listen to what they were saying and focus on the subject at hand, but my mind wouldn't stop thinking about what I was going to do once they left. It was to soon for me and Edward to move in together. Right? That just seems so fast and that would be Edward would have to sell his Condo and I'm not sure if he's ready for that. He bought that place and seems to enjoy living there.
That will need to be figured out on another day, I've still got time left before they leave and I'm sure I will find a solution for this. Maybe I could ask around and see what's the most affordable option. I love this house and had hoped to stay here for awhile, but I never thought about Jasper and Alice. Of course they wouldn't want to stay living here for a long period of time, they were a couple and they needed space of their own. I can respect that. I have to respect that.

"Bells hush girl, we will be fine right Masen?" Masen nodded grinning up at his Papa. It was eight in the morning and Charlie was here to pick up my son. Who over night grew to love the idea of staying with his grandparents. Mase woke up early this morning wanting to finish packing before Charlie got here.
My work thankfully let me come in late so I could see Masen off. "Dad! I'm just making sure he has everything he'll need. You don't want to have to get back out here and make another hour drive just because Masen didn't bring everything" I explained to my impatient father. He was upset that I wanted to check Mase's bag one more time just to make sure he had everything.
"You be good Masen and listen to your Papa. Don't run off when you go to the race, you stay by uncle Seth or Papa at all times" Masen nodded, jumping into my arms and giving me a tight hug. "Tells Eddie that I miss him" he whispered in my ear. "I will baby, remember you get to spend the whole day with him tomorrow"
After one last hug and kiss I sent them on their way with the promise of lots and lots of pictures. Charlie had already got Masen's seat out of my car and had place it in his Chevy truck.
"Bye Alice, I'll see you later" I yelled out to Al, who had decided to stay home from work. This pregnancy was really taking it out of her and I hoped that her doctors knew how she was doing, I'm sure Jasper wouldn't let that slide tho.
Work went by painfully slow, my head was spinning with everything I had going on. First a babysitter for Masen and a new house and a trip coming up in two week, where I was going to met the love of my life's family and have them all met my son, and now I'm a maid of honor! What even comes along with that, I'm sure I would have to do something. In Emmett and Rose's wedding her Sister Raelynn was her maid of honor and I was just a bridesmaid.
My therapist is who I needed in that moment, sometimes I wish I could just carry her around in my pocket for whenever I panic. The last students left the in the classroom have left for the day so I started packing up my things when my phone pinged.
Edward: Hey beautiful, can't wait to see you tonight. Is 6:00 good with you? Xoxo
Bella: Six is fine with me, sweetheart. I can't wait to see you. And hold you and kiss you. Xxx
Edward: I can be at your place in 30 minutes!!
Bella: patience is virtue my love. I will see you at six.
I tossed my iPhone into my purse and closed up my class. Walking out to my car I noticed one of the high school girls leaning against my car. She looked exhausted and was very jumpy at anything that passed by. "Excuse me, can I help you?" The girls eyes jumped to mine, showing the dark circles under her eyes. "Ohh I'm just waiting for my friend" I nodded, still wondering why she was leaning against my car.
"Ok, we'll do you guys need a ride or something? All the buses have left for the day" She sighed, looking at her sneakers, and pulled at the strands of her hair. "You are the new teacher right? Miss Swan" I nodded, moving to sit my things in the car, which seemed to help her see that this was in fact my car.
"That's me. And what's your name honey?" I took in more of her appearance. She looked clean and her clothes were not dirty. Her shoes had definitely seen better days, but haven't most sneakers? "I'm Madison, but everyone calls me Maddie" I smiled and shook her hand. "Nice to met you Maddie. Now would you like to tell me what you are doing here? This is the 1st to 5th graders lot, shouldn't you be across the way"
Maddie's eyes went wide and she looked away quickly. "I've heard some rumors about you" She said quietly, not answering my question. "I'm sure you have. Can I ask what?" I was starting to see where this was going. "Well everyone has been saying you were a teen mom and that you shouldn't be teaching little kids" I laughed, rolling my eyes. I had a good guess of who was spreading these "rumors"
"Well the teen mom part is true. I had my son when I was 18. I was in college and worked hard to be a good mom and go to school to teach children. Yes I am a bit young for a teacher but I know I do a damn good job at my work" I snapped and immediately felt bad about it. "Sorry, that's not your fault. Is there any question that you have about my past?"
"I'm pregnant too. No one knows. Not my parents or my boyfriend. Well I think he's my Ex boyfriend because he's been seen making out with Brooklyn in the halls" Her blue eyes filled with tears as she fought to keep her sob inside. "Oh Maddie, everything will be alright! Honey you need to tell your parents. How long have you know that your pregnant?"
"like four months, and I don't know how big the baby is. I haven't been taking care of myself and I'm worried something is wrong with the baby" I gasped. She had to be five months along at least. "Maddison have you been the doctor once?" She shook her head, really starting to cry. "Maddie you need to go home and talk to your mother! She will help you and she will make sure that you and the baby are doing good. You need to be taking care of yourself young lady"
I gave Maddie my phone number and made sure she had a ride home before I left the school. How could a mother not know her daughter was pregnant! Especially one so far into her pregnancy. If I ever get blessed with a daughter, I hope she would always feel comfortable to come and talk to be, not a stranger that she's never met before. I'm thankful that Maddison felt comfortable enough to come and ask me what to do. I will need to find out who her teacher is and make sure to follow up with how she's doing.
Alice was ready for me when I got home and ushered me into her bathroom the second I step in the door. She had everything ready to play her favorite game. Bella Barbie. I hate this game, but now that I have a boyfriend it actually really helps having Alice help me get ready. Plus I'm truly lost without my bestie.
"So I have decided on creams and nudes for the wedding! And on Tuesday i really want you to go dress shopping with me! I need a dress and you will need a dress. Jazz is gonna go and find a tuxedo and since Edward is his best man he is going with him, so I was thinking that Masen could tag along with them, because I want him to be in the wedding as well! Can you imagine how cute he would be in a little tux!" I smiled, imagining both my boys in tuxedo. So freaking adorable.
"I would need to speak with Edward first, but if he's down then I'm down. Masen will be so excited to hear about the wedding! Are you guys going to announce your pregnancy before or after the wedding?" Alice shrugged, keeping her attention on curling my hair into lose pretty curls. "I'm not sure. I'm already 16 weeks and I'll have a bump sooner rather than later. We will probably tell our close friends and families after the wedding and see how that goes, before making a post on social media or letting coworkers know"
I understand that for sure. I was careful about who I told I was pregnant, and I kept things quiet till I was pretty big and pregnant. I made a Facebook post when Masen was born and added all my pregnancy photos I had taken though the months. It wasn't that I was ashamed to share Masen, it was I just didn't need anyone opinion when they had no idea what was going on. In the end I think I made the right decision not making a huge deal about it. I had a good pregnancy and didn't have to hear what everyone thought about it.
"That's probably smart. I will help and support whatever you and Jasper decide" I told Alice about the young girl at my school and my thoughts on it. I was worried for her, but she was not my student and I didn't have much say or action on what happens to her. I just need to trust that she will talk to her parents and get the help she needed.
"Damn Baby bell. My brother is not going to be able to keep his paws off you!" Alice said as she looked at me though the mirror. I was wearing a short black pencil shirt and a cute puffy green blouse that reminded me of the color of Edward's eyes. "Alice you did amazing as always! I actually look sexy!" Alice had done a darker makeup look tonight and pinned up some pieces of my hair to reveal more of my face.
The door bell rang and I rushed to open the door and came face to face with my Edward. My breath caught in my throat as I took him in. My handsome Edward was wearing a black suit and he looked like pure sin in it. I could feel my panties dampen just at the site of this beautiful man! And the best part is he was all mine and mine alone.
"Edward! You look fantastic! You have blown me away baby" his cheeks reddened and he headed me a beautiful bouquet of wildflowers. "Thank you, Bella. But I am nothing compared to you! You are gorgeous Bella. And that doesn't even cover it, my love." Now it was my turn to blush as I grabbed the flowers and held them to my nose. "Thanks for these"
I got me a quick kiss and moved to the kitchen and put them in a glass with some water hopefully that would have to work for now, because I don't own a vase. "You ready?" I asked him. Edward pulled his hand from behind his back and handed me a velvet Square box about the size of a notebook. "Edward! I know you are about to take me to a very fancy and expensive restaurant and I couldn't possibly accept any more"
Edward scoffed and he opened the box to show me. Inside was a beautiful necklace. It was simple just had three stones at the bottom with a small gold chain. "Edward" I breathed my finger carefully traced the stones. "These are Peridot stones. It's Masen's birth stone and I knew you loved the color green" he said with a wink. I loved the color green but only the beautiful green that was Edwards eyes.
Very gently he took the necklace and indicated for me to turn around. Pulling my hair out of the way, Edward clasped the necklace around my neck and place a kiss there. The necklace was not long, it ended at my collarbone and looked so elegant. "Thank you Edward. That was so thoughtful. I love it" Since he already gave me my gift, I handed him the gift bag with his name on it. "It's nothing crazy but I wanted to at least get you something for our first anniversary"
Edward pulled out the pocket watch that had a picture of Me, Masen and Edward from our first trip to the zoo. "Bella. This is perfect. I can't believe you remembered that I wanted a pocket watch" Edward grandpa carried a pocket watch when Edward was little and he always wanted to get one like it to carry with him as soon as he told me that I started looking for the best watch I could find.
"Thank you baby" We gave each other a sweet kiss and pulled away before it got to steamy. "Love you" We said at the same time and laughed at each other. I never knew you could love someone so much. Sometime it felt like my heart hurt I loved Edward that much.
Edward held my hand and we walked out to his car. Edward opened my door and closed it before jogging over to his side and getting in. We didn't talk much on the drive just listened to the radio and enjoying the quietness. Every few minutes we would find ourselves talking about my son and if he was having a good time.
We pulled up to a pack restaurant called. Canlis, Edward told me he had read the reviews and seemed like a good place and it looked like the food was really good. Edward once again held the door open for me and I breath in the amazing smell of the restaurant.
It was a bit loud and I was worried we would not get a table. "Reservations for Cullen" Edward told the women who's tagged read Nina. She was honestly to busy staring at my man to get our reservation pulled up. "Yes sir, right this way Mr Cullen" She lead us to the back of the restaurant and to a more quiet and reserved part of the busy restaurant. Her hips were moving from side to side trying to look sexy but she looked like she was just going to fall.
"Here you go. Can I help you with anything else, Mr Cullen" she never once looked at me or even acknowledge that I was standing there, the little hoe just had eyes for my Edward and it was starting to piss me off. I looked up to Edward to see if he noticed her behavior. But my sweet man only had his eyes on me. Focusing on pulling out my chair and making sure I was comfortable. "Yes actually you can" he told the girl. She batted her eyes giving him what was probably her best smile. "Anything! Just name it" she purred, fluttering her eyelashes.
Edward smirked and I could see him trying not to laugh at this chick. "Can you get the manger please. And let him know it's Edward Cullen that's asking" her face paled and she handed us our menus before scurrying off. Once she was out of eyesight me and Edward burst into laughter and tried to get ourselves in control as we were in a very nice restaurant and people were starting to stare.
We calmed down and took a look at the menu. Everything seemed so freaking expensive! I mean this is crazy. I was about to speak up when a bigger man with a red face came to our table. "Edward! So good to see you boy" Edward stood shaking the man's hand who ended up pulling him into a hug. "Thank you uncle Eleazar. You are looking well. This is my girlfriend Bella Swan" my eyes went wide! His uncle owns the restaurant, but honestly why am I even surprised.
I shook off the unease feeling and shook his hand giving him a smile. "What seemed to be the problem Ed?" Edward tensed up. Not liking when people called him Ed. "Well you see. I'm here with my girlfriend and your host seems to have an eye problem but she was flirting with me and my poor Bella was right in front of her!"
Eleazar shook his head and apologize, telling us she had been getting lots of complaints. "Please enjoy your meal and don't let her running your evening. Tonight's meal is on me son" Edward tried to talk him out of it saying it was nothing that he couldn't handle. "Edward we are family! We must take care of each other. Don't try and steal my blessing boy" he patted Edward on the back and smiled at me telling us to enjoy the rest of our night.
We ended up getting a male waiter who also seemed like he would fuck my boyfriend right on this table in front of everyone, but he at least he was respectful and very nice. And he kept his eyes and hands to himself!
This restaurant did a 5 course meal with a dessert, I was a little nervous about some of the items but was excited to try at least everything even if it was just a bite. The first course was Chawanmushi. Still not sure what it was. Edward said it was smoked maitake and lions mane mushrooms.
I took a small bite as Edward laughed at me. "What! I've never heard of anything of this crap" I told him with a glare. "I know baby. Your face is just so funny when you try something new" I ignored him taking another smallish bite. It was actually really good. A bit on the salty side but I liked it and to make Edward happy I took a normal big person bite.
The second course was canlis salad, I was a lot less nervous about this one because It actually looked really good. It had chopped romaine with bacon and croutons and cherry tomatoes, all cloaked in a thick, lemony dressing that kinda tasted like Caesar dressing.
I really liked it but Edward wasn't a fan and let me eat his bowl as well. He said that the lemon dressing was throwing him off. "Do you not like lemon things, Edward?" He shook his head, making a face. "No I don't really enjoy it. I like my moms lemon bars, but other than that it's a no" I giggles shoving another bite into my mouth, I'm sure looking very lady like. "More for me then!"
The third and fourth course were a Sea bream which was a fish that was cooked in a ginger dressing that was absolutely divine! I was never one for fish but it was surprisingly delicious. I ate all of mine and so did Edward. "This is one of my favorite. They don't make it very often" I nodded taking a sip of wine almost moaning at the taste. "I can see why. It's delicious"
Our fourth course was bought out. It was ikura, dungeness crab with a plum consommés. I really did not like that one and neither did Edward. It was just way to fishy and the plum did not help.Edward and I just picked at it, not wishing for it to go to waste, but ugh! That was one nasty dish.
For the final dish they brought out a dry aged striploin with steamed asparagus and some very fancy dressed up mashed potatoes. Edward seemed to enjoy this one best. Apparently it was his uncle recipe and he would bring it to family gatherings, so it was sorta, nostalgic to him.
By the end of the meal we were both stuffed and opt out to just shared one dessert. It was crème brûlée and so stinking rich and I'm glad we decided to shared because we barley finished the dessert. We pulled our fat asses up and went to say goodbye to his uncle and left.
Edward really wanted to take me dancing but I was so tried and way to full to dance. "Besides Edward I've got two left feet and I can't dance. Can't we just go to your place? I am ready" I whispered looking up at him, hoping he understood that I wasn't saying that I was ready to go. I am ready to fully give myself to Edward. I trust him with my whole life and I'm so ready.
Edward eyes met mine making me gasp. He clearly understood what I was mean. His usual light green eyes were now dark and hooded as he stared down at me. "Really! Bella are you sure. Like sure, sure. This is a big thing baby" I nodded leaning on my tip toes and kissed him. "I'm sure, sure" Edward didn't say another word, he just grasped my hand and pulled me to his car. He kept his hand on my thigh the entire ride there, his hand slowing inches close to where I needed him, but never actually touching me.
When Edward opened his door he slammed it shut pushing me against. "I love you so much Bella. If this becomes to much you have to tell me. Don't wait till the second time you are feeling wrong you tell me right away. Ok" I nodded pulling him closer, I needed more! I need his lips on mine. Now.
Edward crossed my ankles around his waist and walked us to his bedroom. He stood by the bed not breaking our kiss till our lungs were burning. Pulling back I gasped as I took in the room. He had rose petals all over the room with candles and had even done a big heart on the bed. "I wasn't expecting us to do anything tonight. I just wanted to make you feel loved for our anniversary"
"Edward! You have done way to much!" He shrugged letting me slide down his body. His boot covered foot kicking the carpet. "Thank you. No one has ever spoiled me like this" he wrapped his arms around me and gave me a big kiss. "Well you better get used to it Swan. Because I love spoiling you."
My eyes kept straying to the big bed in the center of the room. Feeling more nervous with each quiet second that passed. "Would you like to take a bath with me?" Edward velvet voice cut though the quiet, making me focus on him again. "That would be nice" Edward kissed my forehead and left the room, going to his bathroom. I heard the water come on and felt the butterflies fill my stomach again.
You can do this Bella! You are strong. Your stronger then James, you defeated him. You came out the other end stronger and better. You have a son who you love and loves you. Edward is not James. He's kind and loving and loyal, just perfect and he loves you. He knows you Bella. You can do this. "I can do this" I whispered aloud. I walked with my head held high to the bathroom before I lose my nerve once again.

Edward was standing next to the bathtub watching the water run. He had unbuttoned his shirt and removed his jacket tossing it over the counter top. He had also toed off his boots leaving them by the shower. It was like he sensed my presence and turned around to look at me with that crooked smile.
"Come here, baby" He reached his hand out and I grasped it pressing myself against him. His arm stretched over me resting on the swell of my bum. The smell of lavender filled my nose and we watched the tub fill, not saying anything. Once the tub was filled, Edward slowly undressed me, placing kisses on the skin he revealed. "You skin so always so soft, smells so good. Like strawberries and cream. Makes me want to eat you up" I giggled at him, seeing that he had to many clothes on, I moved my hands to his shirt, pushing it off his shoulders.
Edward climbed in first then helped me in settling me in between his open legs. His hands covered my stomach, his thumb rubbed soothing circles there. "Wonder what Masen is up too" Edward said trying to talk about something, breaking the thickness in the air. "Hopefully he's sleeping! It's already nine pm, but knowing Charlie he's still up playing" My dad was a night owl. He stayed up late and always let Mase decide when he was ready for bed.
Soon Edward hands covered my breast lifting them slightly. My nipples hard and puckered at the coolness of his hands, Edward's lips barely touched my neck just letting me feel his breathing. "Edward" I whined. "Stop teasing me" as soon as the words left my lips, his press to my neck and his fingers pulled at my nipple. "Ohh" I gasped, each pull of his fingers went straight to my core. Edwards hands went down my sides to my legs and wounded around my knee hitching my legs over his waist and grinding into me. "You feel so good, my love" We looked into each other eyes, feeling like I was looking into his very soul. "Kiss me please" I asked and he gladly accepted my request and pushed his lips to mine, his tongue was insistent against my lips asking me to open my mouth. Our tongue tied together in a sealing kiss.
Edward reached over to his night table, but I grabbed his arm stopping him. "I'm on the shot, Edward. Please just let me feel you. All of you" his eyes pierced into mine, silently asking me if I was sure. "Please Edward...I need you. Make your yours" I pulled him back down to me, wanting his lips back on mine.
He reached between us and rubbed his swollen head over my slit, coating himself in my wetness. "I'm scared Bella. I don't want to hurt you" his whole body stilled, not even breathing. "Baby" I sighed, grabbing his face, I kissed both his cheeks then his nose and his eyelids before I finally kissed his lips.
"You won't hurt me Edward. You could never hurt me. Never." He tucked his face into my neck and ever so slowly pushed inside of my tight opening, stretching me more then ever before. Edward was not small by any means and I was definitely thankful for the slowness.
Edward pushed till he couldn't go any further and stayed still, letting me adjust to his size. "Are you ok?" He asked, his face coming out of his hiding to look at me. "Yes, thank you. I'm very ok" I rocked my hips into his letting him know that he could move. Edward very hesitantly rocked his hips against mine, each time he pulled out he would push in a little bit hard and a bit faster than before.
"Bella...fuck..You feel so good...My love" Edwards words were all over the place, his breath coming out in pants. He looked at my lips for a moment before devouring them. I could seem to get enough air in my lungs, my stomach was tightening to an almost painful degree and I could get my hips to move fast enough.
"Edward! Ohh god...Hard please..I'm so...cl..close" His hips pumped faster pounding into me. Finally the tightness exploded making me arch into Edward, my nails digging into his back. "Yessss" as I was coming down from my high I felt Edward release inside me moaning in my ear. His whole relaxed and pressed into mine. I kept my arms and legs wrapped tightly around him, placing kisses on his shoulders and hair.
"I love you so much, Edward. Thank you" He looked at me, his green eyes bright and shiny. "You don't have to thank me Bella! I should be thanking you, your so amazing and I'm so thankful that you gave me something so special. I love you too, so damn much" his lips covered mine again, keeping me quiet for awhile.
We made love again and again till we passed out watching the sunrise. Our arms around each other, legs tangled together and with matching smiles on our faces. I couldn't have been happier, I did it! I actually did it. I couldn't have done it with anyone but Edward. He's my everything and he's right. I'm gonna marry him one day.
Ok where can I go hide! Lol. Hope you guys liked this chapter and was everything you hoped for. I'm so happy for our little Eddie and belly. Next chapter will actually be the dress shopping and I will have Edward's POV for his day with Jasper and Masey!
