A Kingdom to defend. All the while preparing for the biggest challenge they'll ever face that is soon to come. (A sequel to The Princess And The Maverick: What If?)

7. Whos Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf Part III

WE'RE BACK FOLKS! 🎉🎉🎉

"I hope you all enjoyed the Super Bowl and raiding the fridge for all of those poor defenseless cans of bud light." Maverick quipped. 😏

"And I hope you all enjoyed going to go see Ant Man And The Wasp Quantummania. And not bitch about it's plot issues like a bunch of basement trolls." Maveress quipped. 😏

7 out of 10 for Ant Man And The Wasp Quantumania. Can't explain what it is. Best go see it for yourselves. It's a fun film. But it has some issues. I'm still glad I saw it. I just like the first two better. Go watch the IGN review if you wanna know my thoughts.

Also did everyone see the new Flash Trailer.

"YES! MOTHER OF GOD THEY FINALLY DID IT!" Maverick screamed in high amounts of dramatic joy. 😆

"I'm more of a Superman kinda gal. But I am so pumped for Flash! That and Transformers Rise Of No Bay. Please get it right!" Maveress humorously begged the makers of the film.🙏

We can all hope. Anyhow. This is now the conclusion of the Big Bad Wolf episode. And I repeat. If you've seen the episode, you know how this will end. Only I'm gonna twist the ending just a tad bit to make it different but still close to him.

But before we get started. Let's answer some comments.

Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf Part III

Early morning at the castle courtyard...

While the sun rose over the horizon over the Kingdom of Corona. Some people had already woken up to start their day while others remained in bed to get a few more snoozes before their day began.

But some people wake up early because they can't sleep. Either because they're having a bad day or having a time of uncertainty. Due to trouble coming or has come. Or because they're not sure how to carry on. Speak up or stand up to express themselves.

The little girl is named Catalina. Or Red as everyone calls her, she was having one of those early mornings. As the sister of Angry was leaning against the balcony rails of the castle main entrance. Looking out as Red seemed lost and sad.

Rapunzel, who was also awake, saw her and came out to see what was wrong with Pascal on her shoulder.

"Red?" Rapunzel said once she was standing at Red's side, getting her attention as she put a gentle hand on her cheek. "What's wrong? You seem so sad since you got here."

"No. No. I like it here." Red said with a reassuring smile before frowning, she threw a brief glance the castle behind her. "But this... This is not me. I mean, Angry says it's what's best and..."

"Does she know you feel this way?" Rapunzel asked gently.

"I tried. But, she doesn't want to hear it." Red said with a sigh before looking down as she rested her arms on the hand rail.

"I know it's not easy. But you have to find a way to get through to your sister." Rapunzel said with a soft smile.

"Squeak!" Pascal squeaked before climbing off Rapunzel's left shoulder and on to Red's right shoulder, where he put a small purple flower in her hair to cheer her up, which earned a small smile and a pat on the head from Red.

"In the meantime, we've got to find out a way to find this Werewolf." Rapunzel said with a signature smile before throwing her head back. "Wow! That's something I never imagined myself saying."

This almost earned a giggle from Red as the two walked off to get ready for the day ahead of them.

As they were walking into the main hall of the castle. T'challa the Black Panther came over wearing his Wakanda royal attire and in his arms was Creighton's Lycanthrope book on the Werewolf. Everyone down at the Mav Club was doing their part in trying to find the Werewolf host before Captain Creighton does. Or before the Wulver or the Werewolf hurts anyone in Corona.

"Wi ku an." T'challa greeted both of them.

"He told me and Angry that it's Wakandan for good morning." Red whispered to Rapunzel.

"Oh, uh... Wa… ke…..ena….to you too, T'Challa." Rapunzel said with a smile as she was trying to say good morning in Wakandan, then she cleared her throat and asked. "What's that book you got there?"

"It is Creighton's book on the wolf. Rocket and the others are still searching for possible hosts. But I found something here that I believe you should see first." T'challa answered as he handed Rapunzel the book.

"Okay. What am I looking at?" Rapunzel asked as she set her gaze to the pages.

"You will find it through pages 34 and 35. I will advise that you go somewhere common and less suspicious to read it. The Maveress and I believe that sharing this info with the rest of the team would put them on edge and start a panic. Or worse a fight." T'challa recommended.

"That's probably a good idea." Rapunzel said before cringing slightly. "Especially since Rocket seems ready to blow up the first thing he sees."

"Glad we're in agreement. Also Valkyrie has just returned from Asgard. As per your request. She and Thor were able to convince Odin to lend the Destroyer. It is in the armory awaiting for Yozora's return." T'challa provided some additional info.

Orion told Rapunzel last night to see if Valkyrie could convince Odin to lend them the Destroyer Armor. Turns out it worked.

"That's great. Now we have what we need when it comes time to deal with the Wulver." Rapunzel said with a happy tone.

"That's what we all are hoping. But Valkyrie is concerned that the longer we wait to destroy it. The more it will feed on darkness and become stronger. Probably bigger. Read those pages when you can." T'Challa advised Rapunzel to do.

"I will. Thank you." Rapunzel said, giving a grateful nod of her head.

While they were talking. Red was being quiet as she felt nervous hearing the details. It's as if the subject concerning the wolf was too sensitive to her. In fact she and Angry haven't been involved in the uunt for the wolf lately. They've been mostly focused on settling in Corona.

But what if it's something else that's bothering Red? Either way it would have to wait. Rapunzel and her friends needed to find the wolf host soon.

Later in the middle of the town square...

Rapunzel found a comfortable outdoor table to sit at next to Monty's Sweet Shop. Where she could read without distractions while being close to where she wasn't out of sight for the public to know their Princess is still around.

That way it wouldn't seem like Rapunzel is hiding anything. If anything she's just reading and interesting book.

"It's called the 'Mark of the Wolf'. And Creighton's book says that a werewolf in its human form has this blue paw-shaped blemish somewhere on the person's hands, arms, or face." Rapunzel read aloud as she studied the pages.

"Squeak!" Pascal squeaked and jumped onto the book and used his color changing abilities to change his colors to the same as the mark on the page. He had blue paw prints all over his body, which made Rapunzel giggle at his antics before looking back at the book.

"The only other clue is that Creighton said the curse feeds on someone with a repressed rage?" Rapunzel read before a contemplative look graced her face. "Well that shouldn't be so hard. Everyone in Corona is so sweet."

She looked around her after she said this.

"You call these plumbeous?!" Old Lady Crowley snapped at a florist and threw some flowers to the ground.

In another part of town square, Stan and Pete were slapping at each other while looking away.

And then there was her favorite mime, Ulf performing for a couple, but they were not impressed.

"Oh, Yes. The invisible wall. Let's go." The man said in a pompous tone before he and his wife walked away, prompting Ulf to run after them in anger, only to hit his invisible wall and fall to the ground.

"Okay. This is gonna be harder than I thought." Rapunzel said with an exasperated sigh.

As if things weren't being difficult enough. Captain Creighton was leaning up against a barrel near an ally in side view of Rapunzel's table. The Vanir game hunter admired how Rapunzel has made no progress in finding the wolf's host.

"I hope you all enjoyed your cruise yesterday. Because it's gonna be a full moon out tonight." Captain Creighton smirked mischievously as she hinted. "Better hope you find your little wolf friend. Before I do."

Rapunzel glared as was about to get up and say something. Before Monty, the sweet shop keeper and formal rival of Rapunzel came over to speak with her.

"Um, excuse me. I'm sorry. Princess Rapunzel? Listen, I know we've had our differences. But I've really come to appreciate how much you do for our Kingdom. And I thought I'd bring you an olive branch." Monty said to Rapunzel, putting a plate down with what looked like an olive branch but was candy shaped like it. "It's made of licorice."

Rapunzel smiled in appreciation at the gesture before she and Pascal let out a sad silent gasp when they saw a blue paw-shaped mark on Monty's neck which made them both believe he was the Werewolf, but had to act and speak carefully to not tip Creighton off.

"Actually, I don't like licorice." Rapunzel said to Monty after glancing at Creighton before standing up from her seat with a stern look. "In fact, no one likes licorice, Monty."

Monty stumbled with his words as Rapunzel pushed Monty back into his candy shop and away from Creighton's gaze.

Rapunzel slammed his door shut before leaning against it and gave a nervous smile at Creighton, only to see her walking away into a group of several people following her.

Rapunzel sagged with relief and exasperation at all this before recoiling as Monty yelled at her from the window on his door.

"I was a fool to reconcile!" Monty shouted and glared before disappearing from the door window, making Rapunzel look through it for him, only for him to reappear in the display window. "A fool, I tell you!"

Then Monty shut the blinds. Just her luck. The one person in Corona that didn't like Rapunzel was starting to change his tune. And Rapunzel had to keep the dislike going to protect Monty. But if Monty really is the wolf. She had to warn the others.

And fast. Before Captain Creighton finds out.

Later at the Castle Meeting Room…..

Rapunzel was there with Creighton's book on the exact page with the wolf mark as she was trying to confirm to her friends that Monty is the wolf.

Eugene and Lance were standing next to Rapunzel as she stood near the war table. Maximus the horse as on her other end while Pascal remained on her shoulder.

Rocket, Groot and Drax were standing on the other end of the table as Rocket was using a digital handle device to calculate Rapunzel's confession. Danielle was standing next to the Raccoon while he stood on the table, as Orion's counterpart was helping Rocket.

Claire and her little sister Sarah were there in the room sitting by the window slurping on some green apple ice cream on waffle cones. Which they had just got from Monty's shop after Rapunzel left to warn anyone.

Irony.

"Uncle Monty?! The Werewolf?! No way." Eugene chuckled.

"Forgive me, Princess. But that's... Haha!" Lance started but broke into a chuckle. "I mean that's... Hahaha! That's just crazy talk."

But Rapunzel's skepticism and probably negative-ish history with Monty was keeping her from backing down on this. And the fact that she saw the mark on him.

"Come on, you've never once suspected Monty had a darker side?" Rapunzel asked Eugene and Lance as she slammed her book down.

The two shook their heads at her question, making Rapunzel groan and slump her head in annoyance.

"Okay, fine! But he has the mark. We should at least investigate that!" Rapunzel reasoned as she looked down at the book.

"Still for a Werewolf to be a commoner and candy man that everyone sees and greets to make purchases. It seems to be as the Maverick would say. It fetches very far." Drax stated as he found it difficult to believe.

Eugene gave Drax a look. "You mean it's very 'far fetched'. Right?" He deadpanned.

"That is what I said." Drax nodded as he was still not good with saying expressions.

But then a result popped up on Rocket's handheld device.

"Actually not quite. I just ran the numbers-" Rocket almost said.

"We ran the numbers?" Danielle inquired with a grin.

"Ugh! Fine. 'We' ran the numbers. Apparently everyone's uncle sugar packed Monty. He fits the profile." Rocket showed the results.

After using the results and calculations and the pieces and info, they collected from the pirate world. It was easier for them to get a result. Monty fits the description.

"See? Even Rocket and Dani gets it." Rapunzel said before giving a sigh. "Look. I know some of you are a bit skeptical about this. But he's our only lead right now and we're running out of time. So the sooner we see for sure whether or not Monty's our werewolf, the better."

"If he is. Then crap. Claire and Sarah were lucky to get out of there alive." Danielle humorously gestured to her girlfriend and her sister who were both enjoying the ice cream.

"I didn't see any wolves there. I only saw gummy bears." Claire shrugged as she kept licking.

"You're not gonna hurt Uncle Monty, are you?" Sarah asked Rapunzel cutely, looking concerned for a friend she just made.

Monty is all the children's friend.

"No, of course not, Sweetie." Rapunzel said to Sarah with a reassuring smile as she leaned down to her level. "We're just trying to help him, so he doesn't get hurt."

Sarah looked worried if Monty might get hurt or if any of her friends might later. But Rapunzel's warm look always had the power to ease a child's tension.

"It's gonna be okay, Gumdrop. I promise." Claire held Sarah's hand while using her favorite pet name for her baby sister.

The same girl that had been in a decade ageless coma while her big sister was a Nobody. And yet when she woke up. She was still as sweet and beautiful as ever. Like gumdrops. They never spoil or rot as time passes.

"Do you need us to help you secure Monty?" Danielle walked over and asked Rapunzel.

"That won't be necessary, Dani. Eugene, Lance, and I will take care of Monty." Rapunzel said, gesturing to herself and Eugene and Lance before addressing the rest of the team. "The rest of you will have to stand by and remain alert in case the Wulver decides to attack. Especially since the full moon draws closer."

"I'll go let Black Panther and Valkyrie know." Danielle nodded and touched Rapunzel's shoulder. "Be careful, Zel. It's the home stretch."

"We'll be just fine. You just make sure to stay safe yourself." Rapunzel responded back with a smile.

"I have a healing factor. You guys don't." Danielle winked as she smirked back.

"Uh...We don't!" Rocket exclaimed in response from behind.

"Yes. It is the thrill of battle. Knowing that the possibility of death draws near." Drax stated as a proud warrior. But not with the right words.

"I am Groot." Groot facepalmed himself in response to Drax's words.

And on that note. Everyone went out to prepare for the Warewolf and Wulver's arrival. While Rapunzel went out with Eugene. Lance and Maximus to go find Monty.

Later that night in Corona...

Monty had just locked up his shop and closed it for the night. And while he was getting in his horse drawn carriage ready to head home.

Rapunzel. Eugene and Lance were all in dark hooded cloaks hiding behind some barrels as they watched him from the other side of the street.

"Alright, it's closing time." Rapunzel whispered to Eugene and Lance before they lowered themselves a little more to hide but watch Monty.

Monty just stepped out of his shop and closed and locked the door while hoisting a beg over his shoulder.

As he did, his eyes landed on the reflection of the window, making the trio duck behind the barrels.

"Hmmm." Monty hummed and looked towards the barrels with a suspicious look, knowing he was being watched, before throwing his bag onto his carriage and getting on himself.

"Hya!" Monty snapped the reins, making the horse run, pulling the carriage away as quickly as possible.

Rapunzel, Eugene, and Lance ran out of their hiding spot and into the street.

"He's trying to get away!" Rapunzel stressed.

Then she whistled which signaled for Maximus and Fidella to run from their own hiding places. The two horses kept running, even as Eugene and Maximus grabbed onto Maximus to climb on his back to ride him, while Lance did the same with Fidella.

They raced to catch up to Monty, who turned his gaze behind him before reaching into his sack. The guy wasn't much for weapons but he knew what to use in his stock to defend himself. He always came prepared.

"Alright, let's see how you like Cinnamon Taffy!" Monty exclaimed before throwing taffy behind him, causing Maximus to stumble. "Sour balls, away!"

Then Monty threw dozens of sour balls at Lance and Fidella, the two catching one in their mouths. Which made Lance hum at how good it tasted.

"So good... But sour." Lance said with a slight cringe.

Monty then threw dozens of gumballs at Lance and Fidella.

"Oh no! Not the gumballs! Not the gumballs! Nooooo!" Lance exclaimed dramatically as Fidella was tripped by the gumballs.

It was as if everything was in slow motion as they tripped. sending Fidella and Lance to the ground. But that didn't stop Lance from grabbing the gumballs in front of him and shoving them into his mouth like a hungry soul in need of his favorite treat. Then Maximus with Rapunzel and Eugene on his back ran past him and kept going after Monty.

"Tell my story!" Lance called to them with a full mouth as he continued shoving gumballs into his mouth.

Meanwhile, Monty kept going, still trying to lose his pursuers.

Monty was thinking he was being pursued by robbers. Bandits. Just random criminals. Or worse. What if it's the Warewolf everyone's been hearing rumors about recently. Still, not everyone in Corona believes in the Wolf since the Maverick protects them.

Either way. Monty had no idea it was Rapunzel and her friends chasing him.

Speaking of Rapunzel. Just as Monty seemed to have gotten away. Rapunzel was riding Maximus as she dashed on the other end of the trees as she rode him. And then as Monty was about to finally escape. His eyes widened as he stopped his carriage as he could clearly now see it was Rapunzel on her horse Maximus.

"What? Wait hold...Princess?!" Monty gawked as he instantly recognized her as Rapunzel's stepped off Max and stood on her bare feet looking serious.

Eugene came off the horse as it turns out he was riding Max with her. They both approached the candy shop owner as he was extremely confused and not happy.

"What is wrong with you?!" Monty exclaimed at them.

"I know your secret." Rapunzel said with a firm voice,

Which made Monty look panicked before putting his hands up.

"Alright! Alright fine!" Monty acclaimed as he hopped down from his carriage and to his knees like someone confessing a crime. "I found a bunch of stale licorice in my back room! I was just trying to get rid of it! Lock me up! It's wrong! It was wrong!"

"No... Wait, what?!" Rapunzel exclaimed in shock at that bit of information while Eugene looked befuddled, until Rapunzel shook her head and got serious again, she and Eugene circling around Monty with Max doing the same. "No, I'm talking about the wolf's curse!"

"The wolf's curse... Hold on!" Monty stumbled in disbelief. "Wait, you think I'm the Werewolf?"

"I saw the wolf's mark on your neck." Rapunzel said, pointing to Monty's neck while Eugene looked stern.

Monty rubbed the spot she was talking about.

"What, this? No! This is paint!" Monty exclaimed, holding his hand out to the two, who were now shocked while Lance joined them. "Paint from the renovations this morning!"

*Pop!*

Lance blew a bubble that popped right after they were told this as Pascal squeaked in shock.

"But... Why did you run away from us?" Rapunzel asked, greatly confused.

"Well, three people hopped out of the shadows and came after me. What would you have done?" Monty said, making the three and Pascal share looks that read 'he's got a point' . "Besides, if I were the wolf, shouldn't I be sprouting fur and fangs about now?"

Monty gestured to the full moon in the sky behind him.

"Oh no. The full moon." Rapunzel said with a grim tone as she stepped forward.

*Hooooooowl!*

They all heard a loud wolf howl, making them recoil in shock and fear.

This told them it was happening. All this time they were chasing the wrong person. And yet they weren't the only one's alerted. The sounds of bullet fire and the flashes of neon and lighting coming down in Old Corona told Rapunzel that the Guardians were handling the situation.

But Rapunzel was still needed and she knew it.

Down in Old Corona...

Rapunzel. Lance and Eugene ran down into the middle of thr village as people were screaming an running all over. The air around Old Corona village was covered in a thick fog all over the town. It was hard to see what the Guardians were fighting.

"Lance! Help these people out of here!" Rapunzel suggested.

Lance nodded and ran off to help lead the villagers away from the action. Suddenly they heard a loud smack.

***SMACK!***

It came from inside the fog around an open field of grass. Then they saw someone flying out of the fog after being smacked out. It was Rocket!

"Flaaaaaaaark!" Rocket yelled as he fell out of the fog .

Then he landed hard on the ground in front of Rapunzel who gasped in concern.

"Ugh. We may have been slightly below or above a few digits, about the candy man being the wolf man." Rocket groaned and winced in pain while on the ground.

"Yeah. I figured that out for myself." Rapunzel said as she rushed over to help him stand. "Are you ok?"

"Ow. Yeah, like half a million units despite being bitch slapped by a man puppy." Rocket winced as he stood up on his racoon legs.

"Ride!" Eugene yelled as he covered Rapunzel and Rocket protectively.

Because there a carriage falling out of the fog towards them. But then Black Panther came and lept into the air and knocked it aside with a spinning air kick before he landed next to Rapunzel.

"The Wulver and Warewolf are fighting each other." Black Panther informed as he stood up.

"Woah. I barely saw that twist coming." Eugene looked surprised as Rapunzel.

"But we need to separate them. They're conflict is causing more Unversed to spawn all over the fields." Black Panther insisted.

Then the fog cleared a little for them to see Drax and Valkyrie standing together as they fight and take down a bunch of Wild Bruiser Unversed. The kind that look like brown or yellows wild apes with big hands.

Maveress was seen flying around the air. Having a dogfight as she was fighting and shooting neon beams at a group of Glidewinder Univered and Archraven Unversed. Maveress shot yhe Archravens down with lightning but they kept spawning as she kept flying around in circles.

Then the fog cleared even more for them to see Claire in her Lightning armor, who was slashing her keyblade at two Bruiser Unversed on the ground as she flipped and lunched kicked one into the chin to knock it down. And delivered a hard slam into ground.

Groot came and smacked the second Bruiser Unversed multiple times with his wooden hammer hands. As he was assisting Lightning.

But that's not what was shocking. As Rapunzel and Eugene was about to run in and help their friends. They saw the Wulver getting knocked into the house next to them. As suddenly another figure land in front and roar ferociously. Then the figure growled as it saw Rapunzel and Eugene. And slowly approached them from out of the fog.

Rapunzel and Eugene backed away knowing that it's the Werewolf.

The couple held each other close with Pascal hiding behind Rapunzel's shoulder as the Werewolf stepped out of the fog, it being twice their size.

"You know? Old Corona should really consider enforcing leash laws." Eugene quipped in fear.

The Werewolf took a couple steps towards them, only to stop when an arrow barely missed it, and embedded itself into a nearby barrel.

The Werewolf sniffed the arrow before growling and started running as Creighton fired more arrows at it from the rooftops. But all of them missed as the Werewolf started running on all fours out of Old Corona and onto the open fields towards the woods.

"Eugene, you keep Creighton busy. I'm going after that wolf." Rapunzel with a hard tone before running off to catch up with the Werewolf, while Eugene narrowed eyes towards Creighton.

Meanwhile, Rapunzel continued running across the fields, as her bare feet splashed across a puddle, she ran into the foggy woods with dead spooky leafless trees with no life in them, before she stopped and a terrible feeling overtook her as the Werewolf howled.

"Uh, something tells me that we're not chasing it anymore, Pascal." Rapunzel said to Pascal in a slightly scared tone. And she resumed running as the Werewolf started to follow from the fog.

Rapunzel tripped and fell to the ground, before getting back up and hiding behind a bunch of large rocks.

A second later, the Werewolf walked past on its hind legs.

After it walked past, Rapunzel and Pascal peered from behind the rocks, thinking that they were safe, until they heard a growl, and saw the shadow of a dripping maw cast over the rocks to their right, making them gasp and turn around quickly, Rapunzel was pressing her back to the rock, as she and Pascal gazed up at the werewolf, scared as it stared them down.

The Werewolf unlike the Wulver wasn't a total nightmare to look at. With its gray torso that blended in with its black furry forearms and dark gray collar-like fur around its neck. Sharp front fangs and red eyes.

It looked vicious and dangerous as it growled and drooled a bit down at Rapunzel.

Not only that. But this brings us back to where we started at Part 1's beginning middle sequence.

"My! What big teeth you have." Rapunzel said nervously.

See?

Meanwhile back over at the village. Because Captain Creighton is Vanir and not Asgardian. She doesn't possess any of the strength or magic that Asgardians are known for. Which makes Eugene match her well enough.

As they were running. Charging at each other. With the Guardians busy with the Wulver and Unversed and Lance busy protecting and leading the townsfolk to safety. It was up to Eugene to stop the game hunter from killing the Werewolf.

"Raaaaagh!" Creighton roared as she ran in with her crossbow and

"Raaargh!" Eugene mocked her roar humorously as he ran in with his sword.

Then they clashed only once as Eugene blocked her crossbow with his sword looking smugly.

"Oooh. Tisk tisk, Captain. Never bring a crossbow to a sword fight." Eugene quipped with his charming wit.

Then Creighton pushed back as they clashed their weapons only a few times. Only for Eugene to knock the crossbow out of her hands.

"UUUUGH! YOU'RE STILL A MILKSOP!" Creighton groaned and whined as she ran off.

Eugene smirked feeling good about himself as he spun his sword a bit.

"Well it's no frying pan, but there's nothing like a classic to get the job done." Eugene mused about his sword.

Meanwhile back over with Rapunzel. She was still cornered by the Werewolf. But for some reason the Wolf wasn't attacking her or doing anything. As if it was holding herself back.

But that didn't stop Rapunzel and Pascal from closing their eyes and pressing themselves more against the rock as the Werewolf brought its snout closer to them and started to Sniff at Rapunzel.

Rapunzel, realizing she wasn't being attacked, opened her eyes slightly and saw something hidden underneath a bunch of fur. She reached out and brushed the fur away and revealed a bronze leaf necklace. One she was very familiar with.

"No, it can't be." Rapunzel gasped and looked up at the Werewolf

The Wolf gasped when it realized Rapunzel discovered its, or in this case her, identity, she let out a gasp and ran off as fast as she could.

"The wolf..." Rapunzel muttered in shocked horror and realization as she took a few steps away from the rock behind her. "It's Red."

Just then. Eugene and Drax came in as they were riding on Maximus and Lance came in riding on Fidella. While Groot came in on his long wooden legs. And Maveress and Lighting flew in and landed in front of Rapunzel who was still shocked.

"Rapunzel!" Eugene quickly got off and ran to his girlfriend and hugged her before he checked on her. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah…I'm fine But the wolf... Eugene, the Werewolf is Red." Rapunzel said to Eugene, making his eyes widen at the reveal.

"The wolf's color is actually gray with a few shades of black. Not red." Drax responded as he took it literally.

"No, Drax. I don't mean Red the Color. I mean Red the little girl, Angry's sister." Rapunzel explained to him with urgency. "She's the Werewolf."

The entire team looked shocked to hear this.

"Her?! But that's..." Rocket almost said before he looked at his handheld device and his eyes widened. "Fits?"

"Holy shit. All this time we were looking for some generic wide eyed extra or a bland lead with artificial sympathy. Who would've thought it was a little girl?" Maveress said in shock while looking at Lighting who was just a shocked.

"Well...crap! We gotta find her!" Lance said as he looked worried for Red.

"Any idea where she might be?" Maveress asked.

"I don't know where... Wait, where's Valkyrie and Black Panther?" Rapunzel asked cutting off her earlier sentence after realizing the two were absent at the moment.

"They'll be fine. Dani and I used a spell to close off the Wulver's dark portal ability." Lighting explained.

"And now those two are chasing that thing across the woods like the deleted dog star from the Fugitive." Maveress explained.

Black Panther and Valkyrie ran after the Wulver so it couldn't escape this time. Knowing those two. It won't get far.

"I am Groot." Groot suggested to Rapunzel.

Rapunzel's eyes widened her eyes as she understood what Groot meant. If anyone knew where Red was. It's her sister. With the Wulver out being hunted and Creighton still out there hunting for Red. They have to find her and fast.

Back down at one of the castle guest rooms...

Angry was still sound asleep in her bed. When suddenly Rapunzel. Eugene and Lance barged in with haste. Her sister was in trouble and Angry didn't know it yet.

Hearing them come in, Angry woke up and turned to them as Rapunzel came to her side.

"Angry. Where's Red?" Rapunzel asked with urgency as she sat on the bed.

"What... What's wrong?" Angry asked with concern as she sat up.

"Okay. Oh, how do I say this?" Rapunzel muttered before speaking carefully. Um, Red... Red has been hiding something."

"Let me guess, she doesn't want to settle down in Corona?" Angry guessed with annoyed look.

"No... Well, yes. Yes she is hiding that." Rapunzel admitted, still frantic. "But this is something else."

"Okay. I'll take you to her." Angry said to Rapunzel.

Later down at Red and Angry's tree house...

Everyone went down to the location where Angry lead them. As they came down in the middle of the woods just a mile or two out from Old Corona. It was still nightfall and the full moon was out shining across the sky.

Black Panther and Valkyrie had not returned yet. But Rapunzel and her friends remained together as they came up on a small makeshift brown wooded tree house. Which looked small and sturdy. But mildly beat up. Not a great place but it had a decent location. Something which would be perfect for two children who are separated from society. It would make sense that the Wolf would return there. Because it's where Red was more comfortable.

Danielle. Lance. Eugene and Rapunzel followed Angry up the latter steps to the tree house. With the Princess in front.

"If Red's anywhere, this is where she'd be." Angry gestured to the inside of the tree House as Rapunzel and Danielle stepped inside, both wearing looks of concern.

Rapunzel pulled back a torn curtain and looked around with Danielle, Angry walking close behind.

The place was cluttered and damaged, but then they turned their gaze towards a set of stairs, where light was coming from the top of the few steps in another room.

The three walked towards the light and found themselves looking into a small room, where Red was sitting on the floor with a blanket wrapped around her body and over her head. The experience of nearly being killed and everyone finding out about her curse was traumatizing to her.

"I'm not the monster." Red whimpered when she saw them at the doorway.

"No one said you were a monster." Rapunzel said softly as she slid into the room and sat by her side with a look of concern.

Rapunzel gently pulled the blanket from off Red's head, and gently brushed her hand over the girl's girl's left cheek, crushing away her usual face paint to reveal a blue paw-shaped mark on her left cheek.

"I... I'm sorry." Red whimpered out with some tears streaming down her eyes.

Danielle knelt down next to Rapunzel and gave her a tender look as she placed a hand on Red's shoulder.

"It's alright. The damage done was never on you. If anything. A lot of people are alive because of you. That opposite wolf with overkill need for a manicure. He could've killed someone. And you defended the villagers. Not one was killed because you fought back." Danielle pointed out with a smile.

Red regarded her words, but looked down still.

"I only had control for a brief moment. Most of the time, I'm not sure if I'm even myself." Red responded softly. "But..."

Red didn't want to admit that despite not being im control most of the time. She felt free as the Wolf. After all a wild untamed animal has no limits or chains to hold them back from being open and expressive.

"Red...How did this happen?" Angry asked as she knelt in front of her sister.

"Last month. When you decided we needed to settle down, I wanted to tell you that I liked it out here. I wasn't ready to move, but...you wouldn't hear me. I went for a walk that night, and...that was when it found me." Red recalled everything the day she went out walking and met up with the Wolf Spirit. "It told me it could help me be heard, that it could use all of my angered feelings and give me what I want. All I had to was...let it."

Danielle understood this feeling. Back when she was Stormur. Despite being a puppet of the Syndicate's strings. She felt open and free to express her anger and hatred back when she spread chaos across the stars trying to kill the Maverick.

Angry on the other hand felt shocked and distraught to know her sister was suffering. And she didn't do anything to stop it. She instead she shut Red out from ever speaking her thoughts.

"You should've told me, Red," Angry said looking heartbroken as Red looked guilty for not speaking up.

But then Rapunzel spoke up.

"Guys, the important thing is there's a way out of this." Rapunzel spoke up positively as she held Creighton's book in her hands. "This has a ritual that can get rid of the wolf, but...we can only do it on the final night of the full moon."

Rapunzel read about this ritual in between her times of going over clues with Danielle and Rocket while trying to find loopholes. This was the one she could find.

"Reading the last pages first, huh? I taught you well." Danielle grinned as Rapunzel gave her a smile back.

Those were actually Orion's words. Rapunzel knew this was her brother's Nobody. And no don't go back a few chapters to find where he said that, you won't find it. Because he said that during the time Orion taught Rapunzel how to cook a

"The final night is tonight though." They heard Lance say as he came in looking serious with Eugene who came in next to him.

"Now here's the tricky part..." Rapunzel said as she stood up to look at everyone. "It has to be done on mystical ground...and the only place like that around this world is..."

"Janis point." Eugene realized.

"Where?" Danielle asked looking curious.

"It's sort of our personal rip off of Stonehenge. But it involved an art instructor and Rapunzel's PTSD." Eugene stated with mild wit as he had a sore spot for that place.

A good number of Rapunzel's friends did as well.

"Yeah...It happened after the snow storm when..." Rapunzel hesitated talking about that time. When Corona almost fell under a severe snow storm.

And Orion left to get a cure for his rare disease. And the painful torture and experiments that followed.

"Right." Danielle nodded in understanding.

She heard about what Orion and Rapunzel were both going through that day.

"Well then. Let's get going. My sister needs us." Angry said while standing up looking serious.

Later down at Janis Point...

Janis Point still stood next the edge of the cliff off of the east end of the woods in between Old Corona and Castle Corona. A place over a dozen of standing stone structures that stood exactly like Stonehenge.

This was a place of great evil where some of Corona's darkness acts were performed. But tonight as the owls hooted in the background. It was needed to end a great evil.

Once Rapunzel and the team made it to Janis Point. Danielle and Claire assisted Eugene in lighting up all of the torches around the stone columns of the ancient grounds. All of the stones on top had sections with the symbol of Zhan Tiri.

Danielle narrowed her eyes briefly at the symbols. Because it also belonged to her former master. Zhan Triix the Nobody of Zhan Tiri.

Eugene. Lance and Fidella stood together watching from behind while the rest of the team stood with Rapunzel, Red and Angry.

"Hey, remember that art teacher who brought us out here for her painting class?" Lance asked casually with a chuckle. "Whatever happened to her?"

"Well, she turned out to be a hideous she-demon who tried to steal your very soul." Eugene reminded nonchalant sounding with a glare.

"Oh, right. Right..." Lance muttered as he looked towards the ground. Feeling awkward for mentioning that.

As the team looked around. Danielle was in her Maveress form while Claire was in her Lighting form. And Maveress felt the repetition of this place. Before she gave the metal altar-like platform in the middle a one eyebrow look. Then she looked at the readers.

"If Neil Tyson was here. He'd say that aliens built this place. But we all know it wasn't. It was built by the leftover inspiration of HBO." Maveress quipped as she broke the forth wall.

"Did the ancient mystical hobos who built this place thought building a roof was a sin?" Rocket remarked as he looked around.

"Well, if there was a roof, it would've blocked their view of the sky." Rapunzel replied back as she looked through the book for the ritual. "I was told that many rituals involving places like this require unobstructed view of the sky, because they involved the alignment of the stars, and in this case, the phases of the moon."

"In my home world of Katath. Most of our rituals involved running. Climbing. Or progressive combat. We believed in building warriors rather than obstructive formation of rocks and stone." Drax stated as they stood.

"Well that and tattoos." Rocket gestured the red permanent ink marks all over Drax's teal skin.

"Indeed. But we required the sun, and the day sky to dry them, because the light is our ally. If these people believed the darkness can be an ally. That would explain why they are now extinct." Drax pointed out.

"I am Groot." Groot nodded as he believed there was merit in what Drax was saying.

"Yeah, Drax does have a point." Rapunzel agreed as she continued reading the book. "Darkness is as much a part of our reality as light. But that doesn't mean it's a good idea to go mess around with it."

Danielle was pondering a few things about the ritual they were about to performed. Something felt off. Claire could tell.

"Something on you're mind, Honey?" Claire asked as she noticed Danielle's expression.

"Something feels off about this. We've read up on the dozens of past canine hosts on record. And not one of them ever mentioned this ritual." Danielle said as she seemed skeptical about this.

"Well, maybe it's just we're the first people to find the ritual." Rapunzel guessed with a shrug. "I mean, Valkyrie did say Creighton got this book from an Asgardian Library."

Danielle was still not sure about all of this. At first she figured if it was a lost in translation or if that ritual being put there was way too convenient. But then she figured it wouldn't hurt to try.

Once Rapunzel found the ritual pages. Rapunzel stood in front of the group as Red and Angry were in between the group and the Princess while they faced the Princess.

"Okay Red," Rapunzel looked to the red headed girl. "All you have to do now is repeat what I say."

Angry held Red's hand and gave her an encouraging smile. Red looked nervous at first, but she nodded as she was going to maybe co-operate.

"I swear this wolf away." Rapunzel read.

"I... I swear this wolf away." Red repeated with hesitation.

"Not to give in to its rage." Rapunzel read the next line. Wolf, begon!"

"Not to give in to its rage. Wolf, be..." Red started, but stopped with narrowed eyes, making Rapunzel look up from the book at her with a worried look.

"Red, you can do it." Rapunzel said, trying to encourage her. "Just say it."

"It's okay, kid." Eugene said to her from behind, making her turn towards him. "You're almost there."

"Come on, Red, you have to." Angry said to Red.

But said girl became wide eyed before backing up with a frustrated look. All the times Red was forced to be silent. Forced to give in to what others want. And never feeling important. Always changed to what her sister wanted. She had enough.

"I don't want to! Maybe I like being the wolf!" Red exclaimed, as she climbed onto the altar in the middle, as she was now starting to vent her frustrations and anger. "Maybe... Maybe I'm tired of everyone telling me what to do! And... I'm sick of people assuming I'm okay just because I won't say I'm not! And another thing, I don't even like the name Red! I only went along with it because everyone expected me to!"

"Told you not to give them nicknames." Lance muttered to Eugene, who narrowed his eyes at him in annoyance.

"What if I wanted to be the angry one?! Just once, I wanted to be the one to call the shots! Being the wolf lets me do that!" Red yelled as she vented to everyone there.

Even the Guardians were uneased by the girl's lashing out.

"Wow. She's got teeth without the fur." Rocket whispered.

But then Danielle stepped up looking like she understood but was not disturbed.

"Catalina. Is that you're real name? I know what this is like. You wanna break the chains. Run through the shadows. And act like nothing will hold you back or bring you down." Danielle spoke encouragingly and seriously. "But you're not gonna be free like this."

Red who's real name is Catalina. Faltered a bit but kept her glare as she growled just a bit. The wolf inside her.

"How would you know?" Catalina seethed.

"Because I was a monster too. I was the same way when I was created. And I have a lot of blood in my hands. Back when I was just an empty shell meant to kill." Danielle stated firmly as she sounded strict. "This wolf. It doesn't want you free. It wants to be free. Through you. And if you let it go. You will never get it back."

"I wasn't free before!" Catalina snapped as her voice broke looking at Angry. "No one would let me. Kiera…..Won't….."

But Red couldn't say it. She didn't want to shame her sister in front of everyone. But she was tired.

"Who is Kiera?" Drax whispered to Rocket.

"She's Angry." Rocket hissed.

"That is concerning. But who is she?" Drax whispered again as she took it literally.

Rocket groaned and facepalmed himself.

"I'm sorry. I, I didn't mean to be so bossy." Angry, or Kiera, tried to apologize, ashamed of her previous actions. "We can figure this out, together. But let's finish this."

"It doesn't matter if you finish." Everyone heard, and turned to see Creighton climbing down one of the stone constructs with her crossbow armed, approaching the group with a smirk. "This whole 'ritual' is bunk. I added it to the book so I'd know when and where the wolf would be. Thanks, Princess."

"Called it." Danielle glared as she summoned her keyblades.

"Yeah okay. Question, Pocket Knife. you're gonna collect the girl's head with you and what army?" Rocket scoffed as he pointed two space pistols at her as the team stood ready to kick Creighton's ass.

The problem is this fight is not gonna be a short as they expected.

"Oh, just this army?" Creighton said with an evil smirk before snapping her fingers, and four figures leaped from their hiding spots to stand in front of her.

One guy wore a purple mask, gloves, boots, and belt, and green jacket and pants, and wielded a crowbar for a weapon. This was Wrecker.

Another guy had black skin, and wore a green suit with a yellow mask, and carried a wrecking ball on a chain. This was Thunderball.

Another was a blonde man wearing a white shirt, red mask and pants, and a blue belt. This was Piledriver.

And the last guy wore a yellow suit, a metal helmet, and had large fists. This was Bulldozer.

These four were known as the Wrecking Crew.

Everyone was staggered at first seeing the Wrecking Crew. Before Danielle and Claire instantly shifted into Maveress and Lightning. And held their hands out to shoot out bolts of lightning at the enemies. But then Thunderball spun his ball chain to deflect the bolts.

"Rapunzel! Get the girls to safety!" Lighting yelled for the Princess to run with Kiera and Catalina.

"Come on, you two! We have to go!"

Rapunzel yelled as she grabbed Kiera's hand then ran to Catalina.

Then the fight began as Drax charged as he drew his knives. "RAAAAAGH!" He screamed as he rammed into Piledriver.

Maveress and Lighting ran towards Wrecker as they clashed their keyblades with his crowbar. Wrecker was laughing as he blocked their attacks with ease.

Piledriver charged his chain ball as he spun it and grinned at Eugene and Lance. Who widened their eyes.

"Run?" Lance squeaked.

"What else?!" Eugene nervously exclaimed.

Then they jumped and rolled behind a stone construct and slide away as Piledriver smashed it with his chain ball.

"Where ya goin, Marry Men?!" Piledriver laughed as he chased them.

Meanwhile Creighton nearly tried to chase Rapunzel and the girls. But then she was bound suddenly by two strong wooden vines.

"What the?!" Captain Creighton gawked.

Creighton turned and glared to see Groot who smugly suspended her by her wooden restraints from a tree like a piñata.

"Ggrrrh! When I get out of these I'll chop you like used matches!" Captain Creighton growled.

"I am Groot." Groot smugly wagged his finger at her.

Rocket began to fly around Bulldozer using a jetpack as he flew around in circles while shooting at the Wrecking Crew's hardest member who kept grunting and yelling as he kept getting zapped. While the shots didn't break Bulldozer's suit or skin. They did hurt still.

"Ggggrrrh!" Bulldozer yelled angrily and painfully at Rocket and began to rip into the ground and toss rocks at Rocket. But Rocket kept expertly dodging the rocks.

Woah now! Come on! What did I ever do to you?! Besides try to drill you with lasers?!" Rocket mocked as he kept shooting and dodging.

Just then as Rapunzel and the girls finally hid behind a fallen tree. They both crouched down to catched their breathes. Before they looked over to see Drax who slammed Piledriver into a boulder and slammed his fists multiple times into the villain's face. At first it seemed like Drax was winning. Since he got s few bruises in Piledriver's face.

But Piledriver soon turned from grunting to laughing as he grabbed Drax's fist and landed a lucky shot as he kicked Drax's knee cap making him yell as he tripped.

Then Piledriver slammed his fist into Drax's face four times and kicked him down. Then Piledriver grabbed Drax and slammed his head into the rock which shattered it.

"AGH!" Drax grunted in pain as he collapsed.

" Drax!" Rapunzel gasped as she watched Drax fall to the ground.

Piledriver chuckled and smirked evilly over at Rapunzel and the girls. Catalina groaned a bit as she was trying to hold the Warewolf transformation back. Ad she didn't want to hurt anyone or get anyone hurt.

Piledriver kicked a tree. Causing Captain Creighton fall out and land on her feet next to Piledriver as she laughed a bit while tearing off the restraints.

"Sorry ladies. But can't have a party without money." Piledriver mused as he smacked his fists.

"Oh sure. But you know there is one thing you can argue with?" Captain Creighton declared while smirking at Piledriver.

"What's that?" Piledriver inquired.

Then...

***FIRE BLAST!***

"WOAAAAAAAAH!" Piledriver screamed as he was send across the field from a blast of a firebeam.

A firebeam that Captain Creighton shot which shocked Rapunzel. Kiera and Catalina. But then Creighton did a drop da douche gesture before she turned off her holo-disguise. Revealing herself to not be Captain Creighton.

But...THE MAVERICK!

"You can't have a party without the lights on." Maverick quipped at Rapunzel.

"Ryan!" Rapunzel exclaimed with joy, happy to see her brother was home.

Maverick then teleported over to Rapunzel and the girls stand up from the log they were hiding from

"Sorry I'm late. Star Command ship traffic laws are a bitch. That you can't argue with a good old deus ex machina." Maverick quipped and broke the forth wall as he was finally hear.

Rapunzel just laughed and hugged her armored brother.

"Well awful traffic or not, you couldn't pick a better time to show up." Rapunzel said while embracing her brother. "Where's Friday?

"Raaagh!" Piledriver came in charging Rapunzel and Maverick from behind as they turned to see...

Shift land up in front as Piledriver comes running towards her. She glares before she charges before she reels her metallic boot back and slammed it hard into Piledriver's nuts where it hurts.

***BAM!***

"OOOF!" Piledriver squeaked.

Everyone even Pascal winced at the sight.

"Right in the batteries." Maverick muttered about the nutcracker special move.

Then as Piledriver was about to collapse on the ground as his legs felt like jelly.

***HARD PUNCH!***

Drax came over and delivered a hard punch to Piledriver's jaw which send him crashing into five trees.

"Kay now that's just animal abuse." Shift mused.

"He is not an animal. But an imbecile in a suit." Drax replied as he seemed fine. A few cuts and bruises but he was otherwise still standing.

"Are you okay, Drax?" Rapunzel asked out of concern as she approached Shift.

"I am fine, Princess. I've taken worse from more worthy foes who wore very little." Drax assured.

"I'm glad to hear." Rapunzel replied before she smiled at Shift and pulled her into a hug. "I'm so happy to see you, Thunder Sis."

"Same to you, Zel. Rocket send us a message and told us everything." Shift said as they finished their hug.

Maverick knelt down and looked at Catalina who seemed nervous and mildly anxious from the fighting going on.

"We haven't officially met earlier. I'm the one and only male and O.G. Maverick. And you two are...I'm gonna say you're Tia and Tamera's Caucasian variants?" Maverick humorously introduced himself to Kiera and Catalina.

"Wow, you're almost as funny as Eugene." Kiera said sarcastically. "The names Kiera."

"H-hi. I'm Catalina." Catalina introduced herself timidly while hesitantly gesturing to the paw-shaped mark on her cheek. "And…. I'm the Werewolf."

"I know. Rocket's been texting us and I've been doing double readings on scripts I don't own. Look. I'm gonna level with you. Keeping this thing a secret was understandable but dangerous. The good news is you won't lose this power. Just Sparky the untamed ghost living inside you. Once the Wulver is killed. The wolf spirit is history and you can keep the power and wolf form on speed dial, without any risk of going savage." Maverick answered Catalina as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Do, do really mean that?" Catalina asked timidly, hope shining in her eyes.

"I do. Really." Maverick assured before looking at Kiera. "And also I'm way funnier, here's proof. Euegene's humor is so bad. His diary has a restraining order."

Kiera snorted before breaking down into laughter.

"Hahahahahaha! Classic." Kiera said through her laughter.

"See that. I gave the Goth a soul." Maverick said to the readers before he stood up and got back into the fight.

Then Eugene and Lance were still running and avoiding Thunderball's attack. They were screaming and nearly tumbling down before Lightning came in from the air as she pointed her keyblade casted a gravity spell to toss Thunderball's wrecking ball into the air. Then Shift came in and gripped it with her arms and yanked the chain to drag Thunderball a bit. But it was still planted into the ground. Then Lightning came in and slashed at Thunderball which made him stagger. But he stood straight to block Shift's incoming electric slash as both her and Lightning were double teaming on Thunderball. Delivering combos of punches. Kicks and slashes.

Meanwhile Lance and Eugene huffed as they finally managed to get away from Thunderball. Who was occupied with fighting Shift and Lightning. The two lovers of both Mavs.

Lance and Eugene huffed and took their time to catch their breathes as they walked over to Rapunzel and Maverick.

"Guess who's home, Blues Brothers?" Maverick mused as he greeted Eugene and Lance.

"That's great. But... Couldn't you have shown up... A little earlier... Before those overdressed psychos tried to... Kill us?!" Eugene asked while panting, trying to catch his breath as he and Lance were tired from all that running.

"I will never... Understand how you all... Can fight villains like at... And not even look out of breath!" Lance panted out, hunched over slightly as he tried to catch his breath.

"Jesus. Do you dudes needs some gatorade or something?" Maverick figured from how out of breathe and sweaty they were.

"Do not underestimate yourselves. For leading the felon with the chain ball over to better less scrawnier fighters was brave and noble. You two would make find warriors if you weren't so fragile." Drax complemented Eugene and Lance with a little too much honestly as he patted their shoulders making them wince.

"Actually we were trying to stay alive, we didn't pla-mmmph!" Lance almost admitted before Eugene slapped his hand over his mouth.

"Oh yeah! Totally! We planned that whole chase out! No need to thank us." Eugene lied and bragged.

"Very well. I won't thank you." Drax nodded, acting like he understood before he walked back into the fight.

Which made Eugene look exasperated.

"Mmkay. If you're both wondering. Spike is still trying to fit his tuxedo on. The one with the shoulder nails and lasers we borrowed from Odin's vault. Hint hint." Maverick hinted about Yozora and the Destroyer armor. Before he held his phone out to Rapunzel. "How about you pick out a fast loaded track for us? Every epic expensive ass whoopin needs one."

"Okay. Let me see." Rapunzel as she looked through her options before pointing to one. "How about Back in Black? Since you're back and ready for a fight."

"Alright. Let's turn the AC on even though we're Marvel and not DC." Maverick quipped as he started it up.

(BACK IN BLACK - AC DC)

Then suddenly as the music was playing from the neon speakers. More Unversed Flood and Scrapers began to spawn around Janis Point.

"Kay I guess they're the ones that are back in black." Maverick gestured to the Unversed.

"They won't be for long." Rapunzel said, summoning her frying pan and spinning it a few times to activate it's electric mode. "Let's take em down."

Then Rapunzel ran off to fight. Eugene stood up straight with Lance as they finally caught their breaths and then unsheathed their swords and ran to assist her.

"Cool cool." Maverick nodded and sighed. "Good to be back."

Then Maverick leapt into the air and flew over to join one of the fights. He saw Maveress having a clash with Wrecker as she kept spinning and flipping while clashing her keyblades with Wrecker's crowbar. But Wrecker kept blocking as if his reflex anticipated her attacks.

So Maverick zoomed in and shot a fireball at Wrecker's kneecap, making him scream and stumble before Maveress slashed her spinning electric keyblades into him. Knocking the Wrecking Crew leader into a stone column which collapsed.

Then several Unversed Bruisers spawned around Maveress as she stood. And Maverick landed next to her as the two independent keyblade warriors stood ready for a fight.

"Miss me, Miss Mav?" Maverick smirked at her.

"Redundancy much redundant?" Maveress quipped back at his statement since he said 'miss' twice.

"I'll take that as a 'maybe'." Maverick shrugged.

Then Maverick shifted his keyblades into assault rifles and began to shoot rounds of fire bullets five of at the Bruisers, which finished them off, while behind him, Maveress was flipping and spinning as she slashed at four or five Bruisers as they kept spawning. Both of them kept switching and turned to take out more Bruisers. Maverick even used a neon burst to send two Bruisers into the air and Maveress lept and slashed at them.

Meanwhile Rapunzel. Eugene and Lance were using their weapons to take out the Scrapper Unversed. But Rapunzel was taking out more due to her flying pan having the ability to chain shock six more Unversed each time she struck one. Rapunzel would even spin and whiplash a strand of her hair to take them out.

Just then as Rocket was still dog fighting Bulldozer. He was laughing as he kept shooting missiles at him.

Bulldozer was getting tired before he picked up a column and tossed it at Rocket. Who barely missed as he dodged. Unfortunately the side of Rocket's jetpack got scraped by the incoming stone. Which caused him to fall.

"Woooooaaaah FLARK!" Rocket yelled before he tumbled into the grass to break his fall.

Then as Bulldozer chuckled and approached Rocket who was slowly getting up. Bulldozer raised his foot to stump on Rocket, whose back was to him. But before Rocket could turn around and before Bulldozer could stump him.

***Bash!***

"UGH!" Bulldozer grunted as he was knocked five feet away when Rocket turned to see it was Valkyrie who was holding a uru mace in her hands.

Then Rocket looked over to see the Wulver crash in front of the metal altar in the middle. And it collapsed while growling. Only for Black Panther to land on top of it with his suit's claws out. Ready to finish it.

It seems they finally managed to catch the beast while catching up with the others

"Alright! Let's finish that Dast Mutt!" Rocket cheered as he stood up.

Then when Black Panther slashed the Wulver's throat open.

***SLASH!***

The Wulver began choking on its own blood. As Black Panther jumped off as the monster got on its knees and gripped its throat.

"Ggggrh! ggggrrrrrrrrrr..." The Wulver growled angrily as it bared its teeth. And it's throat began to heal as the open cuts on its neck closed up.

"HOLY SCUT! THAT THING CAN HEAL?!" Rocket exclaimed in shock.

"It's like I said! Only a true Keyblade Master can kill it!" Valkyrie reminded them as she, Black Panther and Rocket backed up.

Because not only did the Wulver stand straight. But it began to growl as its muscles grew. And it began to growl twelve feet tall. Way bigger than what they were facing. Even Groot who ran it stopped halfway as he looked shocked.

Meanwhile Maverick and Maveress had just finished off the Bruisers when they turned to see the Beast growing.

Lightning and Shift who both had Thunderball grinding into the dirt. As they had just finished him off. They turned to see the monster growing.

Rapunzel, Eugene and Lance who had finished off their spawns of Unversed turned around and were shocked to see the Wulver growing big.

"Okay. Things just got more difficult." Rapunzel muttered as she took a step back.

"Can I start running now?" Lance muttered very nervously.

"Yeah, we're definitely going to need a bigger muzzle." Eugene quipped with a nervous smile.

Then the Wulver stood head to toe taller than before. At least twelve to thirteen feet tall. As it held and extended its claws. And through its head out to howl.

"AWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!" The Wulver roared as the ground shook.

Maverick teleported over to say some humorous statements and to alert the readers of the second Deus Ex Machina.

"Don't worry. He's about to get his shots from the better version of...What was the name of that mech from 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' again?" Maverick pondered as he forgot.

Then Maveress teleported next to Maverick while giving him a one eyebrow look.

"It was Gort. Now can we move on before the Readers go back to Kindle." Maveress answered and insisted.

"BRING THE NOISE!" Maverick spazzed as explosions went off from the sky.

***LASER EYE BLAST!***

The Wulver was suddenly blasted from behind by an energy blast from the eyes of a certain enchanted armor. The Wulver howled in pain as it was knocked down and sent crashing into five stone columns.

Then suddenly The sounds of wind began to blow as everyone turned to see as a large metal began to materialize from the Mav Club's teleporter.

The wind blew hard as the figure appeared from the edge of the cliff. Everyone covered their eyes and looked in total shock to see...Verum Rex. Or rather his Astral Form inside the Destroyer Armor.

In this state, he was known as Destroyer Rex.

He stood at almost twenty feet tall. His armor was black with spikes all over his shoulders, arms, and legs, and his head had flat horns on his head. His left eye was red. And his right eye was blue. In his hand was his keyblade, which was enlarged to fit in his hands.

"Woah! Amazing!" Rapunzel exclaimed in awe at the sight of Destroyer Rex before them.

"Okay. At this point, I think both the mutt and key chucker are just overcompensating at this point." Eugene quipped at how big both were.

Then Destroyer Rex took loud steps towards the Wulver got back up he barked loudly at him.

"Bad dog." Destroyer Rex said in a deep metallic voice.

"RAGH!" The Wulver charged at Destroyer Rex.

Then Destroyer Rex slashed his keyblade into the Wulver's jaw. Causing it to stagger. But then the Wulver slashed his claws into the Destroyer causing it to stagger instead. Showing that maybe they're evenly matched. But the fact that Destroyer Rex backhanded the Wulver to fall onto a stone column told the others that he's got this.

"If anyone needs me I'll be taking five." Maverick walked by.

"Same here." Maveress walked by as well.

"No flarkin way I'm going in between those atom bombs! No way no how!" Rocket agreed as he walked off and followed them.

"My knives aren't enchanted or big enough anyway." Drax said as he walked off.

The ones that walked off didn't really leave. They all just sat at a safe distance while everyone else stood where they were to see the fight up close. Rapunzel was staying quiet while she was thrilled at the fight going on.

Destroyer Rex then gripped the back of the Wulver's head and rammed it into the altar pedestal in the middle of Janis Point and tossed it into the ground. Before the Wulver growled and raged, it charged to thrust its fists into the front of Destroyer Rex. Causing him to fall and roll back up before it took more mighty blows from the Wulver's claws.

As the fight went on. The Wulver knocked Destroyer Rex aside and began to pulse some kind of magic energy. Before Destroyer Rex tackled the Wulver and the fight resumed. Only Catalina felt it. The girl began to struggle to stand as she held her head, feeling like she had a major headache.

Kiera noticed and immediately looked worried.

"Catalina? Are you...Okay?" Kiera asked.

Then Catalina felt her heart and rage connect with the Wulver as it was growling. Then she jerked her head up and growled which started Kiera. Her teeth turned sharp and her eyes turned a glowing red.

Then Catalina turned to look at Captain Creighton who had finally managed to break out of Groot's roots using an Uru dagger in her pocket. She felt her anger only get bigger seeing the hunter. As she could only remember all of this was happening because Creighton tried to kill her. Which finally made her transformed. Rapunzel and the others except Destroyer Rex turned and they widened their eyes to see Catalina grow big and furry as she tore through her clothes. And stood tall as the Werewolf.

But then her focus turned to Creighton who got up. Gasped in fear and ran off into the fog with her crossbow. The Werewolf growled angrily and dashed after Captain Creighton on all fours.

Kiera gasped at the sight and ran to go get Rapunzel before Catalina ended up killing Creighton. Or worse, Creighton hurts her.

Meanwhile in the middle of the foggy forest. Creighton was in the foggy area, looking around for Catalina as the Werewolf. While she points her crossbow around like a mercenary hunting for a fugitive with a bounty.

"The hunt is on..." Captain Creighton murmured to herself. As she closed an eye and looked around.

Creighton heard a noise and turned behind her and fired! However, it wasn't the Wolf. It was just a wolf-shaped tree. Creighton scoffed and kept her crossbow ready as she stepped around, on alert in all directions. With the Wrecking Crew down. She didn't have backup. But with the Guardians distracted. She had an opportunity.

Then the Werewolf slipped right past her, and she turned in that direction. The Werewolf moved again from behind. As it proved how fast it was.

Creighton smirked and she figured how clever Catalina was. Before she looked towards the bushes.

"Gotcha." Creighton snarled.

The bushed rustled as she pointed her weapon at it...and a bunny came out while hopping away. Which made Creighton gawk and groan in frustration.

"Ugh, false alarm. Dumb bunny." Creighton grumbled.

Then...

"Raaagh!" The Werewolf roared from behind.

She swiped her paw and tossed Creighton onto the ground.

Creighton looked back as the Werewolf jumped out of the fog. Showing how agile she was before the Wolf landed in front of the Vanir tracker.

The Werewolf knocked the crossbow out of the tracker's hands with her claws, and roared right in her face. She swiped in front of Creighton's strap causing her arrows to fall onto the floor.

Creighton panicked finally and began to back up before she hit the back of a tree.

"Aaaaah!" Creighton screamed as she ran and tripped onto the grassing ground and landed on her back.

Then the Werewolf loomed over her, glaring hard and growling in her face again.

There was no escape now.

"RAAAAAGH!" The Werewolf roared directly into Creighton's face as she had the tracker pinned.

"Please! I, I wasn't gonna hurt you! I, I'm actually a dog person! And I... I love dogs!" Creighton pleaded with the werewolf as she drooled over the hunter with her maw open, ready to take a bite out of her.

"Catalina! Stop!" Catalina heard Kiera shout to her , making the werewolf turn her gaze towards the fog to see Kiera walking towards her. "It's me. Kiera. Please don't hurt her. She may be a jerk. But, you're not a monster. I'm sorry I didn't listen to you better. I promise I'll try harder. Please, let her go."

Catalina was panting, trying to decide what to do, until Rapunzel stepped out of the fog to stand by Kiera.

"It's okay to be angry and frustrated. But this? This is not the way you deal with those feelings." Rapunzel said out of compassion and concern to Catalina, trying to help her see reason.

Then, Lance and Eugene stepped out of the fog as well.

"We'll all help, Catalina. I promise." Lance said to her.

"Please. I love you." Kiera said with a tear falling down her cheek.

This made Catalina's eyes widen before she grabbed her head as she regained her senses, letting out a whimper.

Catalina's heart was starting to speak louder than the Wolf's spirit. When her heart perked up on some rumbling.

Catalina gasped as the Werewolf and ran towards Kiera and the group which surprised them as she grabbed them and jumped out of the way. On time for the Wulver to land on the ground as it tried to slash and smash Kiera and the others.

The Wolf Spirit could detect that Catalina's sister and friends was diminishing her rage. And it wouldn't allow that. So as The Wulver snarled at Catalina and the group. Catalina glared and growled back. As she was prepared to defend her friends and sister from the real monster.

Creighton stood on the ground frozen with fear seeing that thing up close on the other side.

But then...

Destroyer Rex landed in between the Wulver and the others as it stood face to face with the Wulver.

Then the Wulver charged only for Destroyer Rex to spin his keyblade and slam it into the Wulver's left arm. Breaking it instantly. Then it grabbed the Wulver's right arm and snapped it out of place as well, making the Wulver howl in pain before it tried to bite at Destroyer Rex's head.

But then Destroyer Rex grabbed the Wulver's jaw with both hands as its muzzle was large. Large enough to either chop large portions. Or get grabbed by something stronger.

"You've picked the wrong planet!" Destroyer Rex yelled as he tackled the Wulver to the ground and gripped both ends of its jaw with his metallic hands. And began to pry it open.

"Oh, he's not gonna do what I think he is." Lance muttered as they watched the fight.

"He is, and my jaw is hurting just thinking about it." Eugene muttered as he rubbed his jaw.

The Wulver struggled to get out of Destroyer Rex's grip. Rex punched the Wulver's face to stagger it. As it got out of his grip a few times. But then Destroyer Rex slammed his metal foot down on the Wulver's torso and as Kiera covered her ears to look away while Catalina as the Wolf did the same.

"Give me your face." Destroyer Rex snarled in his grip and finally pulled the top jaw up and pushed the bottom jaw. And pulled until...

****CRAAACK!***

"HHEEEEEIGH!" The Wulver cried out as its jaw was broken and then Destroyer Rex snapped its neck.

***SNAAP!***

Then the Wulver collapsed on the ground as it died instantly. Everyone winced at the sight. But they were glad that the fight was over.

"I'm both awed and traumatized at the same time." Eugene commented as the fight ended.

"I'm just glad that Rex and that armor are on our side." Lance commented.

"It's not over yet." Destroyer Rex informed the group.

"What do you mean?" Rapunzel asked as she slowly approached the Destroyer as he stood up.

"Watch. This one is less brutal." Destroyer Rex declared.

Then Destroyer Rex stood tall as he held his keyblade with both hands while the tip was pointed to the Wulver's chest as he then looked up and nodded to someone.

Suddenly as the Guardians of the Unknown. Valkyrie and everyone came around the Wulver.

Another figure appeared behind Valkyrie as she turned and bowed to the figure.

"All-Father." Valkyrie greeted out of respect for her king.

Odin. The All-Father. The King Of Asgard. Standing in his golden armored attire with his famous golden spear Gunrir at his hand as he stood looking at the Wulver with both eyes.

The Guardians gave a bow of respect on one knee like true warriors. Even Black Panther did the same.

And standing at his side. Was none other. Than the Mighty Thor. The God of Thunder. Father and son of Asgard's glory standing before the fallen Wulver. And the true Keyblade Warrior who has slade it.

Rapunzel looked absolutely shocked, letting out a silent gasp with Pascal doing the same. Eugene and Lance's jaws dropped to the floor upon seeing the God of Thunder.

And his father.

Odin looked nobility over at Rapunzel who was frozen as she and the others followed the team's lead and bowed to the King of Asgard.

"Rapunzel. Princess of Corona. Sister of the Maverick. Your act in chasing the accursed dark spirit of a war long passed. Was brave and selfless beyond words. You played a big part in undoing the damage that has been done." Odin spoke in a deep god-like voice as he complemented Rapunzel's valor.

Since she persevered in finding this curse. And was the one who help take the lead on the hunt.

Rapunzel's eyes were wide at being addressed by the all-father, before giving him a respectful bow.

"I thank you for your kind words, Odin of Asgard, um…Sir. I would do anything to protect the innocent. And my kingdom." Rapunzel replied back politely.

Odin nodded as he understood Rapunzel's heart before he turned over at the fallen Wulver. And then. He stumped his spear to the ground. Causing an echo as the Wulver emitted a light blue spiritual energy.

"Fallen spawn of Fenris. You are no longer prisoner of this chaotic form. By my command and the key of a true warrior. We release you! May the hatred that formed you. Beget hatred no more." Odin declared.

Then Destroyer Rex slammed his keyblade into the Wulver's chest. Causing a light to flash out of it. As the energy of both the Wulver corpse and then Catalina in her wolf form began to glow as well. She looked at her hands in wonder and amazement.

Then the energy from both began to form the wolf spirit itself. Then the Wulver began to fade into oblivion.

The Wolf Spirit looked like a ghost wolf that stood on its legs as it looked around. The spawn of Fenris wrong by the Dark Elves, nodded to everyone as it began to fade up into the clouds. And head towards the open gates of Valhalla.

"Go now. To the fate you so yearned and deserve." Odin declared.

"What's...happened?" Catalina spoke in her normal child voice. While in her Wolf form.

"You may still hold the power of the wolf, Little One. But you are no longer a Werewolf. The spirit that hosted your heart is no more. You are free to use this power as you choose." Thor answered as he smiled at Catalina.

This surprised Catalina and Kiera.

"You mean, I can now transform at will?" Catalina asked with awe.

"That's actually pretty cool." Kiera said with a small smile.

"And it means you won't lose control anymore. You're the one in control of your wolf form now." Rapunzel said, giving an encouraging smile.

"And you can turn it on and off, unlike liberal approval ratings." Maveress said as she walked by them. "Excuse me one sec."

As Captain Creighton stood up and wiped the drool off her face. She saw Maveress approach her while looking serious. While Creighton looked relieved with a grin.

"Hey there! Tell your friends I said thanks. Getting eaten by a Werewolf would've been a heavy blow. Know what I me-" Captain Creighton almost mused before...

***SUCKER PUNCH!***

Maveress sucker punched Creighton in the face.

"Ugh!" Captain Creighton was sent into the dirt. Face first from the punch. And some gifts left behind from the bunnies. Ew!

*'About time.'* PRICE mused.

*'Me likey!'* LIZ beamed.

"Damn I've been waiting to do that." Maveress smirked as she walked back over to join the others.

"I would've done that myself, but I'm sure you all would've pinged me as being a symbol of pro-domestic violence if I did." Maverick said to the readers.

"Normally, I would not condone such violence." Rapunzel said with a frown before it turned into a big grin as she gave Maveress a pat on the shoulder. "But nice swing, girl."

"You're not so far behind yourself." Maveress remarked about her frying pan.

Rapunzel could help but gush a little as she enthusiastically spun her flying pan a bit.

While this was going on. Valkyrie, Black Panther and Thor were busy gathering up the members of the Wrecking Crew and piling them up together in front of the group.

Once Thor dropped Bulldozer on top of the group of enhanced crooks Rocket looked at the big guy and shook his head before looking at Thor.

"Is there some kind of prison penalty for breaking jetpacks?" Rocket asked Thor as he gestured his broken jet back.

The one Bulldozer broke.

"Nay. But I assure you noble Rabbit. He'll answer for it anyway." Thor grinned down at him.

"Good good. That's all I ask for..." Rocket smirked as he felt content until it dawned on him. "Wait...Rabbit?"

Then Valkyrie dropped an out cold Creighton on top. Odin gave the game tracker a disapproving look.

"Normally dealing the Vanir Hunt for mythical creatures is beyond my legal jurisdiction among the nine realms. But. Since Captain Creighton allied herself with true enemies of Asgard and tried to murder a child." Odin stated as he turned to look at the team and Rapunzel. "I assure you all. She and the Wrecking Crew will answer for their crimes."

"I thought they were the Frightful Four?" Lance whispered to Eugene.

"You need to read more." Eugene whispered in a hiss.

"I'm glad to hear that." Rapunzel said before bowing her head. "And thank you, for allowing us the use of your destroyer armor."

"I will go with the All-Father to assist in processing these criminals." Valkyrie spoke up as she stood with Thor while gesturing to the Wrecking Crew and Creighton.

"And I shall take my leave with the Asgardians. I will assist them with prisoners before returning to Wakanda." Black Panther stated as he turned to look at Rapunzel as he removed his mask to smile. "You are everything and more than what Orion said you were, Princess Rapunzel. It has been an honor to fight alongside you and your family."

"The pleasure was all mine, your Majesty." Rapunzel said with a big smile.

"Yeah. We should really do this again, sometime." Eugene said with a smirk.

"Us working together. Not nearly getting killed by a giant wolf or supervillains." Lance quickly added.

"Of course." T'Challa chuckled a bit before he and Rapunzel nodded.

Of course Maverick who stood next to Rapunzel made the Wakanda Forever X gestured with his arms. Rapunzel mimicked the same. Everyone else with her did the same. Even Groot. T'challa smiled at all of them and returned the X gesture.

"Wakanda Forever." T'Challa said the honorable motto of his people.

"Wakanda Forever." Maverick and Rapunzel replied with a smile.

"Farewell friends!" Thor waved at them.

"You mortals shall be honored in the halls of Asgard." Valkyrie added with a smile.

"Indeed. However, We do need the Destroyer Armor to return to my vault." Odin grinned at the armor.

"No problem." Verum Rex came from behind the group.

Which made some of them gasp in surprise when it was revealed he was never inside the armor.

"WHAT THE WHAT?!" Rocket exclaimed in total shock.

"Yozora?! Butbu- weren't you inside..." Rapunzel baffled in confusion as she pointed at the Destroyer Armor.

"Did they ever read enough comics?" Maveress inquired at Maverick.

"Not this one apparently." Maverick remarked.

Verum Rex shifted back into Yozora who explained how the Destroyer works.

"I was inside the Destroyer. Just not the way you think. My astral form was operating the suit, while my body was left back at the Mav Club. Pretty cool right? In the action while taking a seat?" Yozora explained with a grin.

"So. You basically controlled it with your heart while not even being here. That's pretty cool." Rapunzel said with an impressed look.

"I prefer fighting in person though." Yozora clasped his hands together as he admitted.

With that said. Odin. Thor. Valkyrie and Black Panther all stood together as Odin raised his spear and looked to the sky as it began to thunder. As Odin signaled for the rainbow bridge to open.

"Heimdall?! Open the Bifrost!" Odin commanded.

And in a flash of a large multicolored beam. That shot out of the sky much to everyone's amazement at the spectacle of the Bifrost. And everyone inside of it. Odin. Thor. Valkyrie. Black Panther and the Wrecking Crew with Creighton were all warping up into the sky. And just like that, the Bifrost vanished.

Maverick and Maveress stood together as they felt the need to break the fourth wall again.

"When are they gonna make a Disney Ride of that?" Maveress asked.

"As soon as Disney and Florida's gets straight with a different rainbow ride." Maverick quipped while making a political reference.

With the Wulver gone and the Wolf curse finally over. Catalina was free. And she got through to her sister despite the drama. Catalina, while in her wolf form, walked over to her sister. And Kiera smiled up at her. She finally threw herself in for a hug.

Which made Catalina feel so emotionally happy as Rapunzel. Eugene and Lance happened to be standing next to them. Catalina grabbed them all into a group hug. Making them all wince from Catalina's big fury hug.

"Best...Hug...Ever!" Rapunzel winced as she grit her teeth from how strong Catalina is.

"Now you know the feeling." Maverick smirked at Rapunzel as he watched them.

He was referring to all of the times he got caught in a strong bare hug from his sister. Not that it will ever stop. But it's satisfying to see.

The next day somewhere near Old Corona...

Ever since Orion moved his mansion behind the Castle in Corona. The space it used to live in was empty and unoccupied. Which gave him a perfect idea.

After Kiera and Catalina spoke together. They both decided to meet each other halfway with Catalina getting the bigger end after all she went through. And they decided to stay at their tree house.

However, Catalina accepted some advice from both Danielle and Orion to cooperate with what her sister desires in terms of being a part of civilization. But in a more private and peaceful secluded surroundings.

And thus. With the help of the Guardians and Rapunzel with her friends. They moved the tree house to where Orion's mansion used to be at the address Regnum Lucis'

Complete with green surroundings. Trees and flowers of every kind. A lot of space. And best of all. A beach way out back with just a short walk to get to and a wonderful ocean side few.

As for the tree house. It was getting some much needed updates. As Groot and several friends from the Snuggly Duckling were fixing it up and expanding it.

As Drax. Groot. Orion. Danielle. Yozora. Hoshi. Friday, Claire and her little sister Sarah. All stood outside with Rapunzel with Pascal on her shoulder. And Eugene who stood beside her and Catalina who was currently in her human form. And with her other cheek's face pain was put back, since the wolf spirit was finally gone, the wolf mark was gone too. But she's got the power without any repercussions.

They all admired how Catalina and Kiera's tree house looked more like an actual house with white bricks and an actual light brown roof. Which was a typical style for a Coronian home.

"You sure they won't need any outside improvements?" Rocket asked as he was also standing with them.

"That depends. Do any of those improvements involve explosives and bullets?" Orion inquired with a knowing grin.

"Meh. Good point. If anyone needs me. I'll be counting my paycheck." Rocket shrugged and walked off.

"Thank God he didn't ask for a raise." Orion whispered to the Readers.

It even had its own make-shift elevator, which was currently being operated by Ulf. Kiera exited part of the updated treehouse and stepped onto the elevator.

"Ground floor please, Ulf." Kiera called to Ulf, who then turned the lever in front of him, lowering the elevator to the ground, where Kiera stepped off to meet with the others.

Just then, Lance walked up to the group with a box of paintings.

"I brought some of the Princess' old paintings from the castle. Thought they might spruce the place up." Lance said to them as he set the box down before picking up one painting of him, looking dashing. "Best one in the bunch. Look at that. Hoo! So handsome."

Danielle rolled her eyes as Lance was too busy admiring the painting to not notice as Danielle projected a neon wall to block the sound from Lance so he wouldn't hear her remark.

"Fun Fact. We tried to put that in a museum this morning. And when we did, we got a fine for littering." Danielle quipped mischievously about Lance's painting.

Then she dropped the Neon wall.

"What was that? I didn't hear." Lance looked confused since he really didn't hear that.

"Hahahahahaha!" Everyone broke into laughter.

"She shoots, she burns." Orion snickered as everyone laughed.

"Thank you so much for fixing this place up for us, Rapunzel." Kiera thanked Rapunzel before looking at Orion. "You too, Orion."

"Awe... I'm just glad we found a way for you guys to stay close by, after all." Rapunzel said to them, leaning down slightly and giving them a warm smile.

"Yeah, not quite civilized, not quite the wild, I'd say it's picture perfect." Eugene said before kneeling down to the two. "Just promise me if you ever need anything , you know, like help managing the... Grrr, that you're gonna ask for it."

Eugene gestured the wolf with his hands when he grr'ed just now.

"I promise." Catalina said with a grateful smile.

"Because the last thing we want is for you to bury your anger again." Rapunzel said before eyes widened at seeing an old painting of her and Cassandra, making her frown sadly as she picked it up for a moment. "That never helped anyone."

Rapunzel set the painting down back into the box right after saying that. Orion was the only one that noticed. As he gave Rapunzel a look of concern.

"I hope you don't mind. But I left a couple of dinner table decorations inside. You can choose which ones you like." Sarah said sweetly to Kiera and Catalina.

Since they were just a few years older than Sarah, it seemed pretty civil for them. Thus instant friends.

"That's really nice of you. Thank you." Catalina said with a grateful smile.

"We really appreciate it." Kiera said with her own smile.

"You're welcome. Oh and if you're ever in the neighborhood. I can so you both around Twilight Town. We have a really big place called the mall and a-" Sarah got a little excited.

"Alright, Nitro Fueled Bubblegum. At ease. Let's give these girls time to settle in and we can start talking about play dates. Until then. You've got some homework to catch up on when we get back home." Claire gently eased her sister with a hand on her shoulder.

"Awe..." Sarah crooned and sighed as she dropped a bit. Which looked adorable.

Then Danielle approached Rapunzel as she wanted to give her a proper 'see you later'.

"Whelp. I guess that wraps up my understudy roll. It's high time me and my ladies return home." Danielle said with a sincere smile.

"Is she smiling? How did that happen?" Orion teased which made Danielle scratch her chin with a middle finger.

Which was meant for him.

Rapunzel gave Danielle a hug.

"Thank you so much, for everything." Rapunzel said before ending the hug. "You know, we have quite a bit of space, if you, Claire, and Sarah wanted to come live here with us, if you want."

Danielle smiled as she returned the hug. And when they separated she spoke.

"I appreciate it. But I think we'll pass. We have a good life in Twilight Town. And Sarah will mount our asses on her scooter if we make her move out of her best friends' neighborhood." Danielle said honestly before she took hold of Rapunzel's hand. "But don't worry. We're right next door. And just a call away. And when the time comes. Can I expect you to be at me and Claire's wedding?"

"Not even the end of the Multiverse could stop me from being there." Rapunzel said with a big smile.

"Speaking of which. We've wanted to ask you girls something." Yozora said as he knelt down to Kiera and Catalina's height.

"Yes?" Catalina answered as she was curious. Kiera was too.

"The Guardians are getting ready for something big. Something that will possibly happen later, and it will require the help of many. We're putting together a list of friends around the Multiverse who've volunteered to join us and fight when the time comes." Yozora explained and looked at Catalina. "Catalina? Can we count on you to help us protect everyone and your sister when that time comes?"

Yozora was referring to when and if the Demon arrives. Normally Catalina would be too timid or afraid to speak or sign up for anything dangerous. But thanks to her sister and her friends. She now has a new found confidence in herself.

"I'll be ready." Catalina nodded.

"Count me in too." Kiera nodded as she held her sister's hand.

Yozora and the Guardians were glad to hear it.

"Swell, you're both hired. Whenever you're ready for training. The Mav Club is just a coach ride away." Orion stated as he was about to walk off. Then he turned and gave Catalina a grin. "Also we'll need to come up with a new name. Because calling you a 'Werewolf' is so 2010."

"Yeah...we'll get back to you on that." Kiera said with her arms crossed.

"Yeah I'm gonna sleep on it. Us and Nicknames haven't been a strong suit." Catalina said with a shrug.

"Not a nickname. A hero's name." Yozora clarified.

"The average hero of the Multiverse normally names themselves after colors. Animals, homelands, elements. Or random gibberish. That's why I am known by my real name and what I do." Drax pointed out with a grin.

"Maybe I should give myself a super hero title. Eugene the Dasher!" Eugene declared witty like.

"Bland." Danielle deadpanned.

"Eugene the Day Dasher!" Eugene declared as Rapunzel giggled in the background.

"And you made it worse. If anyone needs me. I'll be at the nearest Applebee's for Happy Hour." Danielle sighed as she walked away to join up with Claire and Sarah.

"I'll be unpacking my bags." Orion added as he walked away.

It's been a long vacation for him. But don't worry, even though Maverick has returned. This isn't the last we've seen of the Maveress and Lighting. They'll be back sooner than you think.

As for Catalina and Kiera. In addition to the tree house being updated into an actual nice house on a tree. Orion managed to give them a device inside that will send them to the Mav Club at will should they ever wanna visit. Especially since Catalina will be receiving some much needed training for her new found wolf powers.

And Rapunzel. Every passing day whenever she fights side by side with new friends. The Guardians and her brother.

The Princess feels hope that one day, things will get better. For her and Cassandra. For her 'hairy' situation. Restoring her parents' memories. And giving hope for her Kingdom.

But for now. Everything around Rapunzel already is looking better. Especially with her brother Orion Forge, the Maverick by her side.

And Danielle the Maveress just a couple of cosmic blocks away.

I hope everyone will forgive me for the Revenge Of The Fallen reference. I really wanted to use those lines 'Give me your face' because in different circumstances. That was actually a cool line. 😅.

Also I hope everyone is glad to see that Catalina is no longer cursed with the wolf spirit while she still has the wolf transformation abilities. I know she still had it in the show and learned to adjust. But I think the different result made the Guardians' journey more interesting.

"Besides Werewolf by Night was way better. OW! Who threw that?!" Maverick exclaimed. 😖

"Hehehehehe." Maveress stickered. 😁

Anyhow. Yes. This isn't the last we've seen of Danielle the Maveress or Claire Farron the Lightning. In fact they will regularly visit Rapunzel as if they're close neighbors. And given that Twilight Town is an easy instant travel like in Aiden's Mirrorverse. It's the same here. So don't worry. Maveress is an official neighboring Guardian. 😉

And let me know if anyone has come up with a decent hero name for Catalina in her wolf form.

Whelp. Now that we've done a little Supernatural stuff. The next chapter will be an original space adventure for Rapunzel. As we blast off to infinity. And beyond. Hint hint. 😉😉😉😉
