April 12th
Happy Easter! This might be one of the first times people are staying home on Easter Sunday in a long time. They might just be going out for Easter meal takeouts, or whatever.
Steve, Hayley, Jeff, and Roger did an Easter egg hunt this year. Francine hid all of the eggs, even a couple in my bowl! Even though the kids haven't done this in a long time, Francine thought this'll be a great thing since we're all cooped up in the house anyways. Stan thought it was stupid at first, and said they're all too old for it. He eventually caved in at the last minute though, and even ate some candy. I snuck some in me too. Shh; don't tell!
They all even got a few gifts, like a couple DVDs and stuff. Steve got the new Star Wars, even though it's on Disney Plus. We also got Knives Out.
We even had church at our house! Francine looked up what to say, and said it! We even sat in chairs all around as if they were pews. I sat in a chair in my bowl. Francine said it was stupid, but I wanted to precipitate because why not? We haven't gone to church in a long time, but boy did it ever lift our spirits up in these hard times!
Steve wants to do this next year, but Stan said that this was a one time thong because of the quarantine thing. But he remains hopeful!
Also, Steve has been playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons today for the Nintendo Switch today. Today is Bunny Day, so from April 1st to today, there are a lot of eggs to be found. They can be crafted to make a lot of stuff, and today, Zipper T. Bunny has some more for you today.
It also collided with the Cherry Blossom festival which ended on he tenth. They were supposed to be 14 of those to make, but because of too many eggs, he only found a few. Maybe next year.
Well, that's all for today. It would've been better if we could go out on special days like today, but, sadly no. Hopefully, Easter 2021 will be better. It has to, right?
