Chapter Six: A Couple of Dates?

Kodachi watched as the Furinken High School Rhythmic Gymnastics Team practiced in the yard just outside of the school. "Some of them seem to be good but none are any match for Kodachi Kuno, the Black Rose of St. Bacchus School for Girls."
"Did you hear something?" asked Sayuri, the Captain of the Gymnastics team.
"No, Sayuri, I didn't hear a thing," answered Yuki.
"I could have sworn I heard something or someone speaking just now." Thought Sayuri.
Kodachi observed them from the distance measuring her prowess against theirs. She did not really see any competition for herself. However, she knew some of her other teammates would have some trouble with them. They had to be eliminated.
"I shall teach you girls what it means to be the best in Rhythmic Gymnastics."
Sayuri, and Yuki both turned when they heard her speak. "Who are you?" they asked.
Smiling coyly, "I am Kodachi Kuno, The Black Rose of St. Bacchus School for Girls, and your rival this coming week."
"We've heard about you," mentioned Sayuri.
The rest of the team stood and encircled Kodachi. She watched the girls assemble around her. "You like to ambush other teams before the matches so you can win by forfeit. That's not going to happen this time."
Kodachi smiled again as the girls with their various implements approached her. She slowly reached into the back of her skirt and pulled out a club and a ribbon. Quick as a flash, she snapped the ribbon and threw the club. She disarmed both the captain and the co-captain of their weapons. Both were surprised at how fast she was able to disarm them. They both yelped when the tip of the whip cracked on their backsides as she quickly whipped them.
"Son of a – that hurts." Yelled Sayuri.
Yuki was on the floor whimpering as she held her body tightly as the ribbon slashed at her arms and legs mercilessly. The rest of the team advanced and was quickly felled with a few slashes for good measure.
Through gritted teeth, Sayuri sneered, "You can't win a match without cheating, can't you?"
"I don't have to cheat, when you forfeit, there's no cheating, it was your decision." Smiled Kodachi as she raised her ribbon and prepared to slash Sayuri for the last time.
She noticed when she swung the ribbon over her head and brought it forward, it stopped. Kodachi followed her ribbon behind her and noticed a red-haired girl was holding the end of the ribbon. "How the hell, did you catch my ribbon, that, had never been done before." Asked Kodachi with a puzzled look on her face.
Ranma still holding the ribbon asked, "Haven't you made your point?" calmly releasing the ribbon.
Kodachi noticed and quickly recoiled the ribbon and lashed at Ranma. She was surprised when Ranma was not where she had been aiming and was a few meters to the left of her previous position. "She's fast, very fast." Thought Kodachi thinking quickly. "Your quick, but not quick enough."
She threw her club at Ranma, but she caught it and launched it back at her. Kodachi quickly backflipped and landed on her feet as the club sailed harmlessly over her chest as she flipped.
"You are no ordinary girl, are you?" asked Kodachi sizing Ranma up.
"You could say that." Retorted Ranma.
"Well, I look forward to beating you in our Rhythmic Gymnastics match next week, so sayeth the Black Rose." Cackled Kodachi throwing a Black Rose at Ranma which she deftly caught.
"Who the hell is the Black Rose?" Thought Ranma.
"I have no idea bro. I will ask Akane if she knows who the Black Rose is. Hang on a sec." Ranma nearly jumped out of his skin when Sakura entered his mind.
Ranma studied the rose as he waited for Sakura to get back with him. This was one of the benefits of being able to talk to his sister without having to be around her. "She stated that Kodachi Kuno is called Black Rose and is a student at St. Bacchus School for Girls. She is also the Captain of the Rhythmic Gymnastics team. She has been known to attack teams before their matches."
Ranma thought for a moment. "That's why she attacked the team and mentioned the match next week." Ranma thought as he walked back to the Tendo Hall.
********** Tendo Practice Hall **********
"Who the hell is the Black Rose?" said Sakura.
Akane's eyes flashed when she heard the moniker. "The Black Rose, that's Kodachi Kuno. She goes to St. Bacchus School for Girls. She is the Captain of the Rhythmic Gymnastics team. She is known to attack the other teams before they meet causing the other teams to forfeit the match." Finished Akane. Sakura said everything Akane was saying for Ranma's benefit.
"That explains why she attacked the girls that had been practicing, they must be part of the team." Thought Ranma.
"Akane says that they were practicing just outside of the school."
"That's where I just was when this Kodachi person attacked the team and beat the hell out of them before I stopped her." Ranma thought again.
"How did you stop her?" Wondered Sakura.
"I caught her ribbon and club and threw the club back at her before she ran off." Reasoned Ranma as he walked towards the Tendo house.
"Akane wants to talk to you about her. How soon can you get here?" asked Sakura.
"I'll be there in a few moments." Urged Ranma as he broke into a run and then started roof hopping.
"Ranma's on his way, is there anything else you want me to tell or ask him?"
"No thank you, I'll let you both know when he gets here." Akane shrugged as she looked towards the front door.
Ranma calmly walked in, "Hi guys. So, what's with the crazy girl from St. Bacchus?"
"Her name as I've already told you is Kodachi Kuno. Her brother is the "dumbass I have been dealing with the last few days." Akane shrugged as she regaled them about Kodachi.
"You mean the one I kicked his nuts into his chest?" Laughed Sakura, and Ranma. Akane could not help herself, she joined them in laughing at Kuno's misfortune.
"I have never seen a man hit the floor so quickly-." Akane began.
"I have, it's happened to me when someone we both know kicked me. You should have seen when I kicked her back."
"Why would that hurt her?" asked Akane.
Ranma smiled before he said. "It was a couple of weeks ago when she changed to a guy for the first time."
Sakura winced as she remembered kicking him and then getting kicked back herself. "I remember, that really hurt."
Akane smiled slightly before saying, "I am glad I have never felt that I can't imagine what that must have felt like."
"Back to Kodachi, what can we do about her, and the fact that she attacked the team and injured a few of them." Remarked Ranma as he watched Akane. She thought about this for a few moments.
They all heard a knock on the door. Soun opened the door and bade the girls in and directed them to the family room. Akane was thinking when she and the Saotomes noticed them.
"Sayuri, what are you doing here? Ranma just mentioned you were attacked by Kodachi from St. Bacchus." Akane noticed a puzzled look on Sayuri's face.
"Where was Ranma? I did not see him there. The redhead from the other day was there, she stopped Kodachi and nearly beat her had she not run away."
"I forgot, they don't know about my transformations, and have never seen it happen." Thought Ranma.
Sakura thought, "Go change so you can talk to them."
"Okay sis, but you have to go with me since you'll change as well."
"Excuse me a moment, I have to use the bathroom." Sakura left the room and Ranma went into the garden.
He walked near the koi pond and splashed his head triggering the change. When he walked back, the girls that had been talking to Akane quickly surrounded her and thanked her for helping them with Kodachi, and they were grateful she went to their school. With her hand behind her head, she remarked, "It was nothing, I just don't like bullies, that's all."
Sayuri quieted the rest of the team and asked, "Thank you for saving us, Kodachi was quite a handful for us, uh, um. I am so sorry I don't know your name."
Thinking quickly, she turned and mouthed that her name was Mayuka to Akane before turning back to Sayuri and the rest of the team.
Akane watching this was grateful Ranma was there to help them out. "This is Mayuka, one of Ranma and Sakura's cousins, she just stopped by to visit since she had heard Ranma, and Sakura arrived in town from China."
The girls formally bowed to Mayuka, and again congratulated her for helping them. Mayuka bowed as well, she was also thinking, "Sakura you are going to need a name, we are now visiting cousins"
"Okay give me a minute."
"Mayuka, were you looking for Ranma since you were at the school?" asked Sayuri.
"Not just Ranma, I was also looking for Sakura. When you are looking for one of them, you'll usually find the other either with them or nearby." Smiled Mayuka.
"Teyo. My name is Teyo." Stated Sakura nearly scaring the crap out of Mayuka. "Hey everyone, would you like to meet my brother, he is also here, his name is Teyo?" asked Mayuka.
Akane's eyes nearly bugged out of her head when Mayuka said this. "Mayuka, you didn't tell me Teyo was coming too. I thought you had come alone."
"No, he decided to tag along since it had been a while since he had last seen them too. Last I saw him he was upstairs." Stated Mayuka covering for themselves.
Teyo walked into the room. Sayuri and Yuki both turned, and their eyes lit up as they took in the sight before them. Sakura, now Teyo was "dressed in Chinese clothing like usual.
Akane and Mayuka noticed their change in demeanor. "Ranma, what the hell just happened, they seem to be checking out your sister, now brother," Akane stated before covering her mouth.
"You are good, they are too busy noticing Teyo, so they did not hear what you just said." Assured Mayuka as Akane took a quiet breath of relief at her mistake.
Akane gathered herself, walked over and got in front of the girls, and introduced Teyo. "Sayuri, Yuki, and every one, this is Teyo, Mayuka's brother."
Neither girl's eyes moved from taking in Teyo as he stood before them. "Hello, Sayuri and Yuki, it's very nice to meet you," Teyo stated bowing to the girls.
Sayuri and Yuki kept staring and from their non-action did not hear a word he had said. Akane walked up to them and waved her hand in front of them. Neither changed their expression or what they were looking at.
"Oh boy, this is going to be good." thought Ranma.
"If you laugh at this, I'll beat your ass Ranma." Pointedly thought Sakura.
"Sis, I think they have the hots for you."
"You think I haven't noticed that they haven't said a word since I came into the room." Akane noticed them talking to each other and again wished she could hear them.
Akane snapped her fingers in front of Sayuri and Yuki, bringing them both back to reality. "Huh, what happened." Asked Sayuri looking away from Teyo and back to Akane.
"You left earth, and were in your own world, accompanied by Suki." Blushing Sayuri looked from Akane to Suki. Suki also averted her eyes as her blush deepened.
Remembering themselves, both bowed to Teyo, "Nice to make your acquaintance, Teyo" stated Sayuri.
"Will you be in town long, Teyo?" asked Yuki, with a glint in her eye.
Akane saw this and nearly reached out and strangled Yuki.
Teyo extended his hand and both girls reached for it at the same time. Their hands collided and they both pulled back laughing at their simultaneous action. Teyo managed to keep a straight face as the girls acted like teens usually do when they were smitten with someone. Unfortunately, in this case, that someone was him.
"I'll risk the beatdown, sis, this is really funny." Mayuka thought.
Teyo turned from the smitten girls and stared bloody murder at Mayuka.
"I hate you right now." Thought Teyo as Mayuka quickly turned away and laughed as silently as she could.
As Mayuka turned and laughed at the situation, she watched as Soun entered the family room. "A letter just came for both of you ladies." He held out a letter for both Akane and Mayuka. Akane accepted the note and noticed the one Mayuka had had was similar.
Mayuka placed hers in her pocket and seeing this, Akane did the same thing. "I will read this after the girls leave."
"Me too, I think I will wait until then." Added Akane.
"Okay, what are we going to do about the Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition Sayuri?" Asked Akane.
"I was hoping Mayuka would compete against Kodachi since she demonstrated she could take her on." Sayuri pleaded with Mayuka and Akane.
"I have no idea about rhythmic gymnastics, I would not know what to do." Mentioned Mayuka.
Akane smiled and told her, "I can help with that since I used to be on the team."
"Yes!" yelled Sayuri and Yuki.
"She definitely knows about our routines and what would be needed to win the competition." Added Yuki.
"Thank you Akane and thank you for stepping in Mayuka." Said Sayuri. Both bowed to them afterward.
Watching the girls pleading with Mayuka and Akane, Teyo turned to leave the room. "Teyo, are you doing anything after your visit with Ranma and Sakura?" asked Sayuri batting her eyes. Yuki looked at her best friend and was a little angry because she also wanted to ask him out.
Teyo taken by surprise looked at Sayuri and blushed furiously. "I, um, uh." For the first time in quite a while, Ranma watched as his sister was actually speechless.
"I would love to have dinner with you tomorrow if you'd like and you're not too busy visiting. If you would like, Ranma, Sakura, and your sister can come too." Blushed Sayuri at her boldness.
Teyo thinking quickly blurted out, "I have already talked to Ranma, and Sakura, they have some schoolwork they need to finish and won't be able to join us." Mentioned Teyo.
"Good, then I will be here tomorrow afternoon after school so we can go to dinner. I show you around Nerima." Said Sayuri almost jumping for joy. "Did you want to join us, Mayuka?" asked Sayuri.
"Um, no, I have to prepare for the competition, you two have a nice time." Teyo nearly deadpanned upon hearing Mayuka give her blessing. Akane watched as Mayuka smiled as she was looking at Teyo.
"You are a dead man when they leave, do you hear me Ranma? A dead man." Thought Sakura angrily.
"You two kids have fun on your date."
Teyo's eyes bugged out when he heard Mayuka call their outing a date. "A date?" asked Teyo.
"Oh, a date that would be so nice, thanks for the offer, Teyo. See you then." Smiled Sayuri.
"Again, thanks for helping us out, Mayuka, and nice meeting you Teyo. I will see you tomorrow afternoon." Cooed Sayuri as Yuki and Sayuri got up and left the Tendo house.
"See you then Sayuri." Remarked Teyo. Sakura quickly turned and was about to berate her brother when she noticed he was nowhere to be found.
"I will find you, you son of a bitch that was not funny calling it a date like that." Sakura then noticed that Akane was stifling a grin as she was turning and laughing at the situation.
"I know you will eventually find me, but for now you may need to get ready for your date tomorrow. I have just the thing you can wear. I will show it to you tomorrow just before she arrives." Sakura cursed her luck to no one in particular.
"What the hell just happened?" Screamed Sakura and Ranma and Akane.
Ranma laughed as he reached into his pocket and read the note Soun had given him.
Dear Female Saotome:
I will be picking you up for our date this Friday at 6:00 pm.
The Blue Thunder of Furinken High."
Ranma's eyes nearly bugged out of his head.
Turning away from Teyo as she stifled her laughter, she pulled out the note her father had given her.
"Dear Akane Tendo:
I will be picking you up for our date this Friday at 6:00 pm.
The Blue Thunder of Furinken High."
Akane's aura flared as she stared at the note not believing what she had just read.
"What the hell just happened?" Screamed Akane, Sakura and Ranma.
Up in the bedroom, Ranma was staring at the note not believing that Kuno had the gall to say they were going out on a date. "He did not even ask, he just stated that we had a date tomorrow." Thought Mayuka.
"I was thinking the same thing except, Sayuri did ask me, I just forgot to say something before she left.
"What the hell am I supposed to do Sakura?"
"I have just the thing you can wear. I will show it to you tomorrow before he arrives. Karma's a bitch isn't it Ranma?" laughed Teyo.
"Yes, she is, now that I have a name for her." Teyo stopped laughing.
"When I find you, I just might end up being an only child after all." Sneered Teyo. He looked over and saw Akane fuming as well in an aura bubble that was about to explode. "Akane what does the note say?"
Akane looked over and speechlessly handed over the note. Teyo read the note and his jaw nearly hit the floor. "Mayuka received the same note then since you were both asked on a date for tomorrow. Actually, he mentioned me in the note but Mayuka said she'd go in my place."
"She was, how did she take it?"
"About like you did, except without almost blowing up the house." Stated Teyo. "I have a feeling all three of us are going on a date tomorrow. The only problem is Mayuka, and I are going as a different gender." Fumed Teyo.
"Yeah, this is going to suck." Said Akane.
"Oh boy, this is really going to be interesting." All three of them sighed. Teyo and Mayuka laughed slightly as they heard each other.
********** Friday Afternoon in Nerima, Tokyo, Japan **********
"Mayuka you'll look great in that dress." stated Teyo
"Yes, it's so modern." Cooed Akane. Mayuka just stared bloody murder at both Akane and Sakura.
"I am so glad you two are enjoying yourselves." Mayuka fumed. "Just remember that I get to dress you after this, so you are ready for your date as well." Teyo's smile waned when she heard Mayuka say that.
"Actually bro, your clothes are on the bed in our room."
Teyo turned and left the room. Akane helped Mayuka to place the dress, so it fits properly and covered the right places.
"See this isn't so bad at all, I get to play dress-up with you."
"Again Akane, I am glad you're enjoying yourself because we are both in for a world of hell on this date." Mentioned Mayuka.
"I know, I am trying not to think about it." Groaned Akane.
A few moments later Teyo came into the room wearing a formal Cheongsam. A pair of Chinese pants and a shirt that was very form-fitting. "How the hell am I supposed to move in this thing, it's fairly tight."
Mayuka looked over and noticed Teyo trying to stretch the collar. "No, don't stretch the collar it is supposed to be tight and stiff. It is supposed to accentuate the man's muscular structure you have now inherited." Admonished Mayuka.
"Mayuka, you need to put these on as well." Mayuka turned and just stared at the pair of panties Akane was holding.
"You have got to be crazy I am not wearing those." Refused Mayuka.
"You can't walk around wearing boxers, people will see them since they are longer than the dress." Pleaded Akane.
"No way, I wouldn't be caught dead wearing those," Mayuka started turning her head away.
"Mayuka, If I have to wear this tight thing, you have to wear those tight things. If I must suffer, you must suffer." Mentioned Teyo.
"For your information, we are all going to be suffering. You at least are dating a fine young girl, we on the other hand are dating, I mean going out with, I mean forced to be seen with Kuno!" Remarked Mayuka breathing heavily.
"I agree with Mayuka, we have the raw end of the deal here." Tapping Mayuka on the shoulders and handing her the underwear.
"Huh, I am only wearing these things so as not to embarrass either of us."
Akane smiled and stated sarcastically, "Yes, you wearing the proper underwear will spare both of us from embarrassment." Akane mentioned shaking her head.
Mayuka grimaced as she donned the underwear. Both Teyo and Akane smiled once she had them on.
"See, don't you feel more feminine now that you have completed the look." Mayuka stared at them like they had grown an extra head each.
"Why haven't you both exploded by now, my look should have disintegrated you by now. Also, for the record, you have balls Teyo-"
"Actually, yes I do," as he adjusted his pants.
Mayuka just looked to the heavens. Not receiving an answer, she just looked around as Akane finished getting dressed.
"Now the fun part, Make-up." Intoned Akane.
Mayuka stopped instantly and turned from facing Teyo who was trying his best not to laugh in his sister's face, to facing Akane. Akane and Teyo then actually burst out laughing when Mayuka turned towards her with a surprised look on her face.
"What, you can't just look good wearing clothes, you need to look the part as well."
"I am going to kill you bro," Thought Mayuka.
"I am so glad men don't usually have to wear make-up. That is one part of the whole getting dressed up thing that I miss since I like wearing make-up." Admitted Teyo.
Akane and Teyo smiling the whole time walked Mayuka to the vanity and sat her down. Mayuka looked at the vanity and noticed the different shades of lipstick, powder and nail polish, and hair accessories. "I am not wearing any of this stuff. I am a guy, not a girl." Stated Mayuka.
"You sure look like a girl," Teyo stated snapping the strap of Mayuka's bra.
"Ouch, that really hurts." Mayuka nearly screamed.
"Welcome to our world." Smiled Teyo evilly.
When Mayuka reached back to rub where the strap had hit her. When she did Akane deftly applied a thin layer of powder on her face. Shocked by what had just happened, Teyo applied a shade of lipstick to Mayuka's lips which were a shade lighter than the red hair she sported. Reaching up, she started to wipe the lipstick off—, "Don't! You will smear it and I'll have to clean you up and apply more." Admonished Akane.
Resigned to her fate she sat there like a doll and allowed Teyo and Akane to make her up. Teyo smiled as the myriad of curses and death threats entered his mind from his sister who was not a happy camper.
Teyo finished Mayuka's hair and finished tying the final ribbon. Akane at the same time was completing her make-up. "See don't you both just look adorable?" Cooed Teyo.
Akane smiled while Mayuka stuck her tongue out at her brother. "For a girl who says she's a guy, you sure act like a girl." Akane tripped as she adjusted her heels as Mayuka stared a hole through her head.
"Last thing Mayuka, which pair of heels would you like to wear?" asked Akane.
The look Mayuka gave indicated that she had no idea this was coming. "Uh, um?" was all she could say.
"Okay, since your hair, lips and dress are red, the red pumps should be nice and compliment the outfit. You really don't look like you can manage anything above floor level." Mused Akane.
"Say what!" deadpanned Mayuka. "I can manage just about anything."
Teyo smirked as Mayuka took the bait hook, line, and sinker. "Okay then, here's a pair of two-inch heels that should make the dress you're wearing really stand out." Indicated Akane.
Mayuka looked at the heels and realized she may have bitten off more than she could chew when it came to wearing them. Grudgingly she put them on and secured the strap,
Mayuka stood and evaluated her balance. Mayuka was thinking to herself, "Good thing I can walk on the fence without a problem, this will be a snap."
"Let's hope so because if not you will definitely embarrass yourself, sister dear." Laughed Teyo.
A soft knock prevented a retort from Mayuka. "Come in." bade Akane.
Her father poked his head into the room. "A limousine is outside and Teyo, Sayuri is in the foyer awaiting you."
"Thank Daddy, okay let us get this freaking date over with." Akane stood and walked out of the door.
Mayuka also stood and started to walk out when Teyo stopped her. "You need to carry this with you." Offering her a small clutch handbag.
"What the hell am I supposed to do with that?" asked Mayuka.
"Carry it dumbass, girls always carry extra necessities when out on a date."
Mayuka rolled her eyes. "Like what?"
Well," started Teyo. "You need to have extra make-up in case it smears or runs off your face, lipstick to refresh your lip as the evening wears on, and last but not least feminine products in case you might need them." Mayuka nearly choked when Teyo mentioned that last item.
"I don't believe I'll be needing that item, it is not the right time for that." Chortled Mayuka.
"You never know, you might. Better to be safe than sorry. Besides, it is a liner, nothing invasive" Stated Teyo offering the handbag already full.
"You are so lucky we're running a little behind. Otherwise, I have half a mind to call this whole thing off."
Teyo shook his head and mentioned, "Again sister dear, if I must suffer, you must suffer. Your welcome and I love you too."
"Thanks." Said Mayuka taking the bag and walking out of the door.
Akane and Mayuka and Teyo all walked into the foyer and found Tatewaki Kuno standing near Sayuri. Sayuri was standing away from Kuno mostly because his sister had attacked them the day before. As soon as she looked up and noticed Teyo, she walked over and stood beside him and cuddled his arm as she leaned into him. Mayuka stifled her laughter when she saw how uncomfortable her sister was with Sayuri. Teyo saw the stifled grin but nearly burst out laughing himself when Kuno surprised Mayuka and Akane by grabbing their hands and kissing them.
Besides having disgusted looks on their faces, they both wiped their hands on their dresses. Soun asked, "Where are you taking the girls, Tatewaki? Where are you taking Sayuri, Teyo?"
"Tendo-San I am taking these ladies to the Okonomiyaki restaurant; I have a reservation. One of the best restaurants in Nerima." Bowed Tatewaki.
"I am also going to the Okonomiyaki restaurant; I made a reservation yesterday." Mentioned Teyo. Kuno looked at Teyo sizing him up.
Mayuka watched as Akane allowed Kuno to take her arm. Not paying attention, Akane cleared her throat and motioned for Mayuka to allow Kuno to take hers. Grudgingly, she allowed Kuno to take her arm in his. "Have a good evening, everyone." Mentioned Soun.
The girls rolled their eyes and prayed to the Gods that they would strike down Kuno. Teyo smiled and waved back as he lead Sayuri down the street toward the heart of Nerima. "I can not afford a limo-like Kuno can."
Sayuri smiled, "I know, he is just showing off that he has money. Money does not mean anything we can have a good time without showing off."
As the girls were led towards the limousine, Sasuke opened the door for all of them. "You rented a limousine for tonight?" asked Mayuka.
"Rented?" No, my little pig-tailed girl, my family owns several of them." Casually mentioned Kuno.
Sasuke offered his hand to help the ladies enter the limo. Akane taking the lead placed her hand in his as she stepped into the limo. He then turned and offered the same courtesy to Mayuka. She followed Akane and placed her hand in his as she entered the limo as well.
Once the girls entered the limo Mayuka saw that Akane was sitting on the side. She started to sit next to her, but Akane quickly shook her head and pointed to the other side. Taking the hint, she sat on the opposite side. Kuno entered the limo and noticed that the girls were sitting on opposite sides. He then sat in the middle, and watched as the ladies got more comfortable.
Akane made sure her hair was not in her eyes and placed her purse next to her. She then looked at Mayuka and nearly screamed at her. Mayuka heard her almost make a sound and looked at her. She noticed that Akane pointed at her legs and pulled them closed and crossed her ankles. Mayuka not paying attention realized she was sitting like a guy and closed her legs and followed Akane's example and crossed her ankles. Once Mayuka was properly situated, Akane placed her hand on the bridge of her nose and shook her head.
Kuno watched the whole exchange and was fascinated by how Mayuka was sitting until Akane corrected her. "Damn, I was enjoying the show my little pig-tailed girl was giving me. That dress is really short." Thought Kuno as they approached the center of Nerima.
********** Meanwhile in Another Part of Nerima **********
"Are you still in school?" inquired Sayuri.
"Yes, I go to school in another part of Tokyo with my sister. Just like Ranma and Sakura, we are twins. It seems to run in our family." Smiled Teyo.
"I have only known Ranma and Sakura for a few days now, which one is older and who is older you or Mayuka?" Sayuri blushed. "I am sorry for asking so many questions."
Teyo waved it off and remarked, "No worries, it is hard to get to know someone if you don't talk to them and ask questions." Smiled Teyo. "I am older than Mayuka and Ranma is older than Sakura."
"Nice, I really like the casual walk and talk we are having. I feel like I have known you for some time even though we just met yesterday." Sayuri softly said.
"I am sure we will learn a whole lot more before the evening's done." Said Teyo. "I just hope it's not too much." Thought Teyo.
"Too much what? Asked Mayuka nearly causing Teyo to jump while holding Sayuri's arm in his.
"What's wrong? Did something scare you?" asked Sayuri looking around them as they were walking.
"No, I thought I had forgotten my wallet and I realize I have it right here."
"Oh good, from the way you jumped I thought you had seen a ghost or something like that." Laughed Sayuri.
"No, Sayuri everything's fine," Teyo stated with a relieved voice. "Warn somebody you are going to do that, you scared the shit out of me, and Sayuri almost caught on."
"Sorry bro, but you need to be more alert and ready since I can hear your thoughts now. I ask again too much what?"
"I was thinking that I hope Sayuri doesn't try to learn too much about us in our current gender."
"Oh, yeah, that might be awkward." Agreed Mayuka.
"We'll talk at the restaurant okay sis" concluded Teyo.
"Sure bro, have fun until then." Sayuri watched as Teyo was staring ahead of them as they walked towards Downtown Nerima.
"A Yen for your thoughts." Smiled Sayuri as she asked Teyo.
"I was just wondering about why Kuno was showing off before. He knows Mayuka and I aren't rich."
Sayuri's smile broadened and she tightened her grip on his arm leaning on it as she spoke, "I don't care about the money as you had said earlier. I am enjoying the time we are spending before we get to the restaurant." Cooed Sayuri, rubbing his arm. Teyo was too focused on what was going on with Kuno he did not notice that Sayuri was acting bolder and bolder as time went on.
********** Downtown Nerima **********
Mayuka was watching Akane for any other subtle hints she might have needed before they arrived at the restaurant. Akane was watching Kuno and was trying to anticipate any stupid moves he might try either before they arrived or when they got there.
Kuno had his mind racing, "Which girl would like to be held close to me at the restaurant? I hope it is the pig-tailed girl, but I also want Akane Tendo. How is the Blue Thunder supposed to choose?"
Since each of them was lost in their own thoughts, none of them noticed that they had arrived at the restaurant. When the limo came to a stop, Mayuka never having worn a dress before realized that the material was very slippery. She almost slid to the front of the limo before putting both feet and arms up to avoid hitting the privacy window.
Akane gasped when she saw Mayuka sliding forward and barely got her feet under her before Mayuka stopped herself from hitting the window. "Are you okay Mayuka?"
"Son of a bitch, yes I'm fine Akane." Fumed Mayuka as she straightened her dress and put her heel that had fallen off her foot back on.
Kuno observed Mayuka as she slid and then caught herself before plowing into the privacy window in front of the limo. He watched closely as she cursed and then got herself situated again before scooting forward to the side door getting ready to exit. Sasuke opened the door and again offered his arm first to Akane and then to Mayuka as they exited the limousine in front of the Okonomiyaki restaurant.
"Have you ever eaten here before Akane?" asked Mayuka looking around.
"Yes, a couple of times with my friends and once with my family. It is a genuinely nice place. You'll see." Replied Akane.
"Nice place, I hope the food is good enough to make having to deal with dumbass worth it." Ruminated Mayuka.
"Me too, but thankfully I am not dealing with dumbass, you are." Added Teyo.
Mayuka admired the look of the restaurant and noticed that not only were there places inside to eat there was a patio outside for al fresco cooking and dining. Akane cleared her throat and brought Mayuka out of her reverie and back to reality. "Hmm, yes Akane?" impugned Mayuka.
She noticed that Akane had her arm wrapped in Kuno's arm, and he was offering her his other one. Reluctantly she accepted the proffered arm and allowed herself to be escorted into the restaurant.
Once inside the host walked up to the group, "Your usual table Kuno-San?"
"Yes, please." Said Kuno. The host walked into the restaurant and led them past the tables in the front of the restaurant and entered a room with just a single table. "Kuno-San your server will be around shortly. Would you like your usual drink Kuno-San?" The host asked.
"Yes, please, and bring three glasses as well." Added Kuno. "Yes, Kuno-San." Fawned the host.
"Kuno, while we are waiting for our drinks, Mayuka and I need to freshen up."
"By all means fair maidens." Acquiesced Kuno.
Taking Mayuka's hand, Akane walked to the back of the restaurant and opened the door to the lady's room. Mayuka hesitated and this brought Akane up short. Through gritted teeth she calmly said, "You are a girl right now, get in here." Seeing that Akane was serious, she walked in.
Walking over to the vanity, Akane pulled Mayuka next to her and calmly said to her. "I wish we could talk mind to mind, that would help me to keep you from making a fool of yourself." Mayuka silently agreed with her. "For now, just follow my lead and try not to sit and act like a guy, when you are obviously not one at the moment, okay?" asked Akane. Mayuka nodded and remained where Akane had led her.
"Thank you, Mayuka." Mentioned Akane turning around.
"Where are you going?" asked Mayuka.
"I did not just come in here to talk to you." Added Akane opening the stall.
"Oh," was all Mayuka could say. A few moments later Akane emerged and returned to the sink and washed and dried her hands and then touched up her make-up.
"Akane you still look good."
"Thanks, Mayuka, it is just a habit, I always check or touch up my make-up when I am in the bathroom."
As she checked her lipstick and her face, she looked at Mayuka and let her know she needed to add some more powder to her cheeks since some had worn off on the ride to the restaurant. Dutifully, Mayuka opened the purse she had been carrying and pulled out the compact, and opened it. She stared at the mirror and just watched as Akane mimed what she wanted Mayuka to do. She followed her lead again and applied a thin film of powder on the high spots indicated by Akane. "Thanks again Akane, you are a lifesaver."
"You are welcome, now we just need someone to save us from the soon-to-be octopus." Grimaced Akane. Once the make-up check was finished, they both exited the washroom and walked back to the table where Kuno was filling his glass. Noticing the ladies, Kuno stood and allowed the ladies to sit down in the booth.
"I have already ordered for you ladies I think you will like the seafood okonomiyaki. It is a house special and my favorite." Kuno mentioned as the girls were sitting down.
"Sounds great Kuno." Said Akane.
"Please drop the formality, we are not in school anymore, this a date. Call me Tatewaki."
Mayuka nearly spits out her drink of wine she had been trying for the first time when Kuno asked them to call him by his first name. She was also indignant about this gathering being called a date.
"Okay, Tatewaki, thanks for inviting us. Isn't that right Mayuka?" Mayuka looked over the glass at Akane and imperceptibly shook her head.
Akane turned her head slightly and nodded toward Kuno. Realizing she was going to have to play along, "Yes Tatewaki, thanks for the invitation."
"You are most welcome my fair Akane Tendo, and ravishing Mayuka Saotome." Smiled Tatewaki.
"I have no idea how much more of this I can take." Thought Mayuka.
"I am sure you can manage this and then some." Thought Teyo.
"You want to trade places?" thought Mayuka.
"Oh. Hell. No." thought Teyo.
********** Outside the Okonomiyaki Restaurant**********
"Why are you shaking your head Teyo?" asked Sayuri as they slowed down in front of the restaurant.
Noticing he had reacted to his sister's questions Teyo had to think fast to cover the oversight.
"I was just thinking I was really lucky to get the reservation and I am not sure you will like it here. Since it is not that fancy a place." Added Teyo.
"Oh Teyo, I am happy just being here with you." Smiled Sayuri holding him closer and placing her head on his shoulder as they stood outside. "Where we eat is really not that important. It is the company that makes the date." Added Sayuri kissing Teyo on the cheek. Teyo blushed as she placed the kiss on his cheek and smiled. Sayuri thought to herself, "I cannot believe hold bold I am, just being with Teyo. I wonder how long this will go on. I wonder if I can't go out with him again?"
"Since it is a nice evening, do you want to eat inside or outside? Asked Teyo. Sayuri thought for a moment before taking his hand and leading him to the door where the host was standing.
"Do you have a reservation?" asked the host.
"Yes sir, Saotome-San." Mentioned Sayuri.
Looking at his pad for a moment, he looked up and smiled and then grabbed a couple of menus and started to lead them inside. "Sir, would it be okay if we dined outside al fresco?" demurely asked Sayuri batting her eyes. Without missing a beat, he instantly turned on his heel and lead them to the outside where the patio was and the sight of the Nerima skyline as the backdrop.
"Is this suitable?" asked the host.
"Yes sir, thank you." Bowed Sayuri and Teyo.
"Your server will be with you in just a moment." Bowed the host as he went back inside.
"Sayuri, have you ever eaten here before?" asked Teyo looking around the patio and admiring the scenery.
"No, I have not, I have always wanted to and now that I am here with you, I can tell people that I have." Smiled Sayuri.
Teyo noticed that she was sitting right next to him. "I hope she does not get too close."
"Why not?" asked Mayuka.
"I am just concerned she might get the wrong idea about me." Expressed Teyo.
"I am sure she won't go too far; this is the first date." Added Mayuka.
"Do you think there will be a second date?" asked Teyo loudly.
"I would love to have a second date. Thanks for asking." Declared Sayuri with a broad smile.
"Oh, crap." Thought Teyo.
"Now what happened?" asked Mayuka.
"I said that aloud what I meant to say to you."
"What were you trying to say to me?" added Mayuka.
"I asked do you think there will be a second date. She heard me ask that and said she would love another date."
There was a pause, Teyo heard some laughter and realized that Mayuka was laughing at him. "You really did it this time Teyo, open your mouth, insert your foot." Laughed Mayuka. "Have a good date. Bye, bro."
Teyo nearly screamed when Mayuka broke contact. "I will have to see when we can go out again Sayuri since I do have to get back home to school after my visit." He told Sayuri.
"I would be looking forward to it, but for now I don't really want this one to end just yet." Sayuri intoned grasping his arm and rubbing on it as she leaned her head on his shoulder.
********** Back Inside the Okonomiyaki Restaurant **********
Akane watched as Mayuka appeared to be lost in thought but was really talking to Teyo. "Well, that's one way to leave here without actually leaving your seat" Thought Akane as she slowly ate her food.
Kuno watched as Akane was delicately eating slowly just taking her time. He was on his third glass of wine and the girls had not really touched theirs. "Do you not like the vintage? I can acquire another type of bottle for you ladies if you would like." Offered Tatewaki.
Breaking her reverie, Akane looked up and promptly picked up her glass and tried a little of the sweet wine. It had a slight sting to it when she tasted it, but she then put her glass down. "No, this one is fine, thank you," Akane noted.
"Are you enjoying yourself, my little pig-tailed girl?" Mayuka leveled a glance at Kuno and neatly knot her eyebrows but instead picked up the glass and downed it in one shot.
"I wonder if this dumbass knows that I have a name." thought Mayuka.
"I am well aware you have a name I am just not sure which you would prefer at the moment, Mayuka or Ranma?" Laughed Teyo.
"You remember that Karma comment from earlier, you have three names Teyo, Sakura, and bitch."
Akane watched as Mayuka downed her glass like she had been drinking all her life. Clearing her throat, Mayuka placed the glass down and looked at Akane. She watched as Akane mouthed the words "Slow down."
She then looked at Kuno and stated, "I am indeed enjoying being in the restaurant. Thank you again."
Kuno accepted this as a compliment. "You are most welcome."
Mayuka just shook her head. "Dumbass."
Teyo smiled hearing her sister calling Kuno a dumbass again. "That was directed at you as well." Stated Mayuka. Teyo stopped smiling.
Akane and Mayuka then spent the next few minutes enjoying their meal and talking about nothing in particular. Kuno just watched as the ladies bantered back and forth as women are ought to do. "Considering the evening is still young ladies. I have arranged for us to go to the marina and dance or would you like a movie instead?"
Mayuka had absolutely no intentions of being close to him so in her mind dancing is out of the question. Akane pondered, "I have absolutely no intention of being in a dark room with him at all that is strictly out of the question."
"Dancing." Said Akane.
"Movies." Said Mayuka.
Kuno smiled at the girls, they glared at each other when they each pronounced what the other despised. "Oh boy, this is going to get ugly," Thought Mayuka.
"Why, are you going to kiss him?" intoned Teyo.
Before she could catch herself, she blurted out. "Kiss Kuno?!" Before covering her mouth and looking from Akane to Kuno.
"Later my little pig-tailed, let's save that for when I take you home." Said Kuno.
Akane nearly choked on her salmon when Mayuka blurted that out. Kuno seeing her distress patted her on the back and "dislodged" the food that had caught in Akane's throat. "Thanks, Tatewaki."
"You are most welcome, fair Akane Tendo." Smiled Kuno. Akane looked from Kuno, and then to Mayuka.
She then mouthed "Are you crazy."
Mayuka mouthed back, "My sister said it not me."
Tatewaki was lost in his own world where he was gracefully holding the fair Akane Tendo in his arms and planting a sensual yet lingering kiss on her lips. He then imagined the same scenario with the Pig-tailed girl as well receiving his manly prowess in the form of a deep kiss as his hands roamed along her body down to her ample backside.
Both girls watched as Kuno was drooling slightly as he dreamt of the possibilities. "I wonder what he's thinking of?" thought Mayuka.
"He is probably undressing you as we speak," Teyo mentioned.
"I hope not because I will find some hot water and then kick his ass if he tried." Akane watched as Mayuka focused on her mind and conversed with his sister.
"I wish I could join them or hear them when they talk." Wished Akane. Both having watched Kuno nearly cream himself because of his perverted dream snapped their fingers in front of his face a few times. After a few moments, he snapped out of it and rejoined them in the Okonomiyaki restaurant.
"Yes, my fair ladies, what were we talking about?" asked Kuno just now dialing into the reality of things.
"You asked us if we wanted to see a movie or dance." Mentioned Akane.
"We each picked one and have not decided which to go with since we each want a different thing." Added Mayuka.
"Since there exists an impasse, I shall make it easy for you ladies." They both wondered how he was going to do that.
"How he's going to do what?" asked Teyo.
"Shut up." Thought Mayuka.
Kuno continued since there had been no interjection by either Akane or Mayuka. "I shall take you dancing tomorrow evening my fair Akane Tendo, and I'll take you to the movies the day afterward, my pig-tailed girl." Smiled Kuno.
Akane and Mayuka held the same looks on their faces. Seeing that each was staring with their mouths open Kuno reached up and closed their mouths gently. Each broke their reverie and pulled away from his touch.
"Take me dancing?" asked Akane.
"Take me to the movies?" Asked and thought Mayuka.
Kuno not realizing that they were asking a question accepted their exclamations as an agreement to his pronouncement. "Then it is settled, the fair Akane Tendo will go dancing with me tomorrow and the pig-tailed will end the weekend as my guest at the theatre."
Mayuka heard her sister say, "Oh boy," She could not help but agree.
They were both too stunned to say anything and Kuno accepted their silence. "Well since we are in agreement, we'll end the evening here and I can take you both home since your father stated he wanted you home early."
Akane absentmindedly picked up her purse and started to walk out of the booth. Mayuka in a similar state mimicked Akane and in a daze walked out as well. The host makes a note to charge their dinner to the Kuno family account and bid them farewell.
Sasuke had the limo running and waiting for them when they exited the restaurant a few moments later. Akane and Mayuka again allowed Sasuke to assist them into the limo. Kuno resumed his place in the middle so he could watch the two ladies he now favored sitting alone with him.
********** Meanwhile Back Inside the Restaurant **********
Teyo smiled as he heard his sister dealing with her conundrum.
"What is so funny Teyo?" Asked Sayuri smiling as well.
"I was just thinking about how much fun my sister and Akane are having with Kuno."
Sayuri stopped smiling and grimaced. "I am not sure they would be having fun with him if his sister's any indication of personality." Murmured Sayuri. "However, I am having fun here with you," Sayuri mentioned reaching over and kissing Teyo on the cheek.
Teyo blushed and nearly pulled away from the kiss. "I am sorry Teyo, I hope I was not too bold in kissing you. You have just been fun to be with and I am enjoying the time we are spending together. I thought I would show my appreciation." Smiled Sayuri.
"No, you are fine, I just was not expecting it." Declared Teyo.
"Oh, well you can expect more of that later then. Since I do not want you to be surprised when I kiss you," added Sayuri. Teyo blushed even deeper red when Sayuri promised that there would be more kisses to come later in the evening.
"You both ordered the Okonomiyaki Specials, correct?" asked their server.
"Yes, we did, thank you." Said Sayuri.
Teyo had not heard a single word that was being spoken. He just happened to look down and the food was there in front of him. Absently he picked up his fork and started eating. Sayuri joined him, picking up her fork as well and enjoying the food that had been brought to them.
While eating she reached under the table and grasped Teyo's hand and held onto it for the rest of the time they were eating. Teyo's wished he had been right-handed instead of left-handed since Sayuri was holding his right hand. They sat there and enjoyed their food for a little while longer.
Teyo nearly jumped out of his seat when Mayuka screamed into his mind "Take me to the movies?"
Unfortunately, Teyo changed the pronoun and repeated the sentence but this time it was aloud for Sayuri to hear. "Take you to the movies."
"That's a great idea Teyo, I would love to go out to a movie." Gushed Sayuri.
Teyo turned abruptly and noticed as she held his hand tighter, she was smiling the biggest smile he had ever seen on a person. "I am glad you would like that."
"Oh boy," Thought Teyo.
"Oh boy," Thought Mayuka.
********** Back in the Limo **********
Kuno watched as the girls looked like they were staring into space. "What are you thinking about fair Akane Tendo?" asked Kuno.
Akane turned her head and just looked at Kuno. Mayuka also looked at Kuno with a blank stare on her face. "I would also like to know what is on your mind Pig-tailed girl?"
Her rage hitting the forefront Mayuka through gritted teeth mentioned, "I would like to thank you for dinner it was nice, Secondly, I have a name and my name is Mayuka, not the pig-tailed girl. Would you like it if I called you names?"
Kuno taken aback quickly deployed damage control. "I humbly apologize for that oversight, my pig- um, Mayuka."
Mayuka deflated a bit since he had apologized, "Apology accepted, please just take us home."
Akane could only nod at Mayuka's pronouncement. Kuno reached over and pressed an intercom button which they had assumed went to the front of the limo and their driver. "Sasuke, please take us to the Tendo home, thank you."
"Yes, sir," was all they heard come through the intercom a moment later.
Akane and Mayuka relaxed when they felt the limo turning around from the direction it had been going and now going towards their home.
About 10 minutes later they arrived at the Tendo residence. Kuno exited the limo first. He then offered his hand to Akane as she exited the vehicle. She gave him her hand and stepped out onto the sidewalk. He deftly kissed her hand again and wished her a well-meant "good night." He repeated that action to Mayuka, also wishing her a "good night." Each could only look at their hands and then back at Kuno.
"I shall see you two ladies over the weekend, I will be here at 7 pm for you, my fair Akane Tendo. On Sunday, I will see you at 3 pm, my ravishing Mayuka." For some unknown reason Akane fumed when she was called Fair, and Mayuka was called Ravishing.
Kuno then reentered the limo and they drove off into the night as the fall cool night air wafted over them. "I really need to either burn my hand or wash it at least thirty times before I can trust using it again." Said Mayuka.
"I agree." Said Akane.
They both walked into the house and walked upstairs to Akane's room. Mayuka quickly walked over to the vanity and grabbed her make-up removal pads and started scrubbing her face with them. Akane smiled and then laughed, "Wearing the make-up wasn't that bad now, was it?"
Mayuka responded by reaching for more pads as she continued to scour her face. "The make-up will come off better in the bath. I have soaps that can remove it." Mayuka promptly turned and walked out of the room and down the hall to the bathroom.
Akane followed her into the inner room, Akane watched as Mayuka started stripping before noticing that Akane was standing there. "Are you going to take a bath first?" asked Mayuka as she began to unbutton her shirt.
Akane thought a moment. "Actually, I wasn't, I just wanted to see how far you would go before noticing that I was still in the room." Laughed Akane.
Mayuka turned bright red before unbuttoning the shirt and placing it in the hamper. She then slid the dress down her hips and placed them in the hamper as well. Next came the stockings, which she balled up and placed on the shelf. "Before you remove the underwear and bra, I need to tell you that they need to be hand-washed."
The look Mayuka was giving Akane was priceless. "Huh, why?"
Akane shook her head and explained, "They are delicate and cannot be put into the wash because it would destroy them."
"You have got to be kidding me, right?" asked Mayuka.
Akane again shook her head and told her how she was supposed to wash them before returning them to her sister.
Exasperated she grasped the bra and turned it around on her chest and tried to remove the clasps while looking at them. Akane saw the shocked look on Mayuka's face when she turned it and realized she had scraped the soft flesh of his breasts with the stiff fabric the bra was made of. Akane could not help but laugh again at her predicament.
"Do you need help, Mayuka?"
Mayuka, lifted her head and just stared bloody murder at Akane, "I am fine, thanks."
Trying to undo the clasps was proving frustrating, Mayuka then just pulled the damn thing over her head and placed it on the shelf with the stockings she had been forced to wear earlier. "Mayuka, you know you are half-naked with me here."
"At the moment we are both girls, so I don't care." Stated Mayuka as she whipped off her underwear and placed it on the shelf as well.
"It is in here that you will get a surprise, so unless you want to see more of me, I am going to take a bath," Mayuka mentioned as she opened the door and stepped in closing the door behind her.
Watching Mayuka storm away was funny and Akane could not help but laugh again. "Kuno is an ass, but Mayuka made it a memorable evening for sure. I wonder what will happen on Sunday when I am not there?" Thought Akane as she turned and went to her room to get her clothes for her bath when Mayuka / Ranma was finished.
While soaping up she was running the evening through her mind. "Yummy, foot." Entered her mind as she was rinsing her hair and body.
"What the hell?" asked Mayuka aloud.
********** Okonomiyaki Restaurant **********
"Oh Teyo, I knew you were enjoying this date. Yuki mentioned that I was too bold and should not have asked for this date. I am glad you said yes, and now you have asked me to go to the movies. This is turning out better than I thought it would." Quickly mentioned Sayuri.
Teyo wondered how things progressed from this accidental date to asking for another one. "Yummy, foot." Thought Teyo. Sayuri was too happily distracted to hear Teyo say that.
