October 2nd
Donald J. Trump, the President of the United States, has tested positive for the dreadful coronavirus. Hate him or not, we should all be respectful adults about this and wish him and his wife, swift recoveries. And because of that, I won't say anything too negative towards him in this blog, not even about the headache- inducing (can fish even get headaches?) debate that took place Tuesday. It may be unsurprising that he got it, but nobody, nobody, deserves this awful disease.
Earlier this morning and I mean, really early, Trump and his wife, has both tested positive. Donald had postponed his campaign trail for the time being. He is currently at the hospital, getting treatment. I don't know what'll happen at the next Presidential debates.
Donald is the eighth and the oldest (at 74) world leader to get the virus. Like I said before, since he attended rallies with lots of people without masks on, himself included, it's not surprising one bit that he contacted it. He has tested before in the past and has tested negative on all of them. So it just took a matter of time like this one, that he tested positive. I'm a bit shocked that he never caught it before this.
Some people say it's a hoax and he's well and just lying to us again. They say he's doing it to get votes. I don't know exactly if he's doing this to get our sympathies or not. But just for the time being, because we don't know for sure, let's all be kind and respectful. After all, we all our human (well, the majority of us).
I admit I told Stan that I wished he would die from time to time. I wished that on normally everybody that mistreated me over the years. But just because I say it doesn't mean I actually want them to. I just get worked up and say what I'm feeling at the time. They might act like jerks to us, but we'd be far worse then them if we actually want death or harm to come to them. So I'm asking all of you, please, rather or not you're Democrats, or Republicans, or anyone around the world, to do the right thing and to forget all of your differences and wish him and Melania the very best.
I'm still planning on the RNC blog when I see all of the speeches for it, but for now until he's out of the hospital and well, I don't want to do it. It just wouldn't seem like the appropriate time to say anything bad towards him. Hopefully before the election, I'll do it. I might also do a blog on all of the debates too, including the Vice President one after the last one wraps up. I don't know what'll happen in the future, but Mr. President, I and the rest of the family, hope you, Melania, and everyone that has it, gets well soon.
