Chapter Fifteen: Good Run of Bad Luck
Black eyes watched as the middle Tendo girl and her companion walked from the dojo in the direction of downtown Nerima. Turning her eyes, she focused on the house. Seeing the upper light near the side of the house on, she moved along the top of the fence so she could see in that direction.
Not seeing much, she quickly looked around for a higher vantage point. Noticing a tree about 50 meters away, she deftly traversed the fence and made her way to the tree and jumped into the branches.
Her view was now clear and what she saw made her eyes bulge slightly. She saw the tops of the heads of Akane and Ranma in what looked like Akane's room. It also seemed like they were both on the floor.
"I need to get closer." She thought as she jumped from the tree as silently as she climbed it.
Vaulting the fence, she walked over to the shed on the south side of the estate and jumped onto it. From here, her view was still lower than the windowsill. "I guess the roof will have to do." She thought.
Running to the side of the house she quickly jumped up and caught the windowsill and using her gymnastics prowess proceeded to the roof. She slowly walked to the side of the house where Akane's room was. She laid down on the roof and looked over the edge into the room.
Her eye's nearly bugged out of her head and her anger skyrocketed into orbit at what she was witnessing. "What the fuck is she doing? That bitch has the nerve to try to seduce my Ranma with her anorexic body and flat chest." Furiously thought Kodachi.
"We'll see how she feels when she gets bested by the Black Rose." Kodachi laughed quietly as she reached into her leotard and pulled out an ampule.
Akane reveled as a now encouraged Ranma accepted where Akane had placed his hand. He slowly started to move his hand over the fabric but stopped. "Why did we come up here Akane? I am fairly curious." Asked Ranma halting his hand movements.
Looking at him, she smiled again, "I want to have another Q&A session, I have more I would like to ask you." Akane answered.
"Okay, what do you want to know?" Ranma asked as he slowly and hesitantly moved his fingers over the silky fabric of her bra. He noticed that as he thought to move them, Akane slightly arched her back and waited.
"Since you and I are formally engaged, do you think that bitch will be back and try to claim you since she gave you that kiss of marriage?" Akane asked as she waited for Ranma to move his hand.
"I had no idea she was going to come here and try to kill me. I also did not expect to be kissed in the middle of the fight just because I punched her ribs and stomach." Ranma answered as he began to feel her nipples hardening as he caressed her.
"I figured out you didn't have feelings for her since you were definitely surprised when she first tried to kill you and then when you prevented her from entering the house and she kissed you." Akane stated turning her head upward and also pulling Ranma in for a kiss.
A few seconds later, Akane watched as Ranma smiled at her once the kiss broke. "I bet that was better than what she gave you." Akane mentioned smiling widely.
"I can honestly say that was leaps and bounds better than what the Amazon laid on me earlier." Smiled Ranma.
Both turned their heads and pressed their foreheads together and enjoyed their mutual satisfaction of each other. "A moonlight stroll around the neighborhood would be nice, what do you think Akane?" Asked Ranma.
"Who'll go with me, since I can't go out by my lonesome, right Ranma? Smiled Akane in response. Pressing their heads together they kissed a couple of times quickly.
"I have no problem accompanying you my love." Smiled Ranma.
Her smile broadened as she heard Ranma say the words she had been learning to enjoy coming from him. "I think the moon is out tonight." Stated Akane.
Together they both turned towards the window. Akane was taken aback when she saw that the top of the window was open.
"I don't remember leaving that open, Ranma give me a second." Akane stood and walked over to the window. She reached up to close the window when something fell inside of the room and burst once it hit the floor.
Without thinking, she turned around, grabbed Ranma and ran for the door. "I recognize what just hit the floor, it's from Kodachi. She is either trying to poison us or has something else in mind." Screamed Akane unlocking the door.
Ranma grabbed their clothes and exited the room. Handing Akane her clothes, "Get dressed, the family can't see us like this." Akane quickly whipped off her nightgown and put her skirt, and shirt on.
Ranma looking into the room and seeing it fill with smoke leaped up and in a second had his pants back on. Looking at Akane he pointed to his head.
Seeing his motion as she was tucking in her shirt she nodded. "Sakura, I think Kodachi just tried to ambush Akane and me as we were talking, can you please help search outside for her?"
"You know Nabiki and I are still at the hardware supply store. She's there?" Asked Sakura.
"I am not sure if she's still here but the room is full of the same kind of smoke she tried to use at the competition when we first got here." Ranma thought furiously.
"I just told Nabiki that Kodachi is at her house. I am on my way. Keep me posted." Sakura ended.
"You got it sis," answered Ranma running down the stairs and out the front door followed closely by Akane.
They both looked up to the roof just in time to see Kodachi jumping from the roof onto the shed and then the garden near the Koi pond.
They both watched as she stood and glared at Akane. "How dare you try to seduce my Ranma. You are not worthy of him Akane Tendo. The Black Rose with make sure you can never poison his mind with your ideas or contaminate his pure form with your boyish body." Kodachi stated as she ran her hands over her breasts and the sides of her hips.
"Does she need a room? She is almost masturbating right in front of us." Thought Ranma.
"What do you mean by almost?" Thought asked Sakura.
"I'll explain later, once this is taken care of." Ranma chimed in.
At the same time. Akane's eyes narrowed as she heard Kodachi call her body boyish. Self-consciously she looked down and didn't understand how she could call her body boyish.
She had very perky breasts and her hips clearly showed definition. She smiled to herself, "I am definitely worthy of Ranma and this bitch is just as delusional as her brother." Thought Akane.
"You tell her Akane." Chimed Sakura.
"I agree with you Akane." Ranma added reaching for her hand and holding it as they faced Kodachi.
She couldn't help but smile as she realized that they were both in this together. "Give it up, Kodachi. We will not let you interfere with our betrothal." Yelled Akane.
"You dare to proclaim your betrothal to my Ranma. He would much rather prefer someone that can satisfy him" Kodachi laughed evilly as she posed, openly showing off her breasts, hips, and ass as she slowly spun around for Ranma to see and admire.
"You, my dear are nothing more than a passing fancy for him to discard, once he learns about love from a real woman." Cackled Kodachi.
"Keep distracting her, I am almost in position." Akane and Ranma heard in their minds. Instinctively they released each other's hand in case they were being watched by someone other than Sakura at the moment.
"He already has a real woman, and you are nothing but a shameless hussy." Added Akane also turning around slowly. Ranma watched as she was caressing her breasts, hips and showing off het butt.
Glancing at Ranma and looking down, she noticed that she was definitely getting his attention. She then smiled as she turned back to facing Kodachi again.
From her vantage point, she noticed that Ranma was indeed getting aroused as he looked at Akane. "He is only smitten with you because you are close to him. Had I been that close to him he would have passed out from excitement instead of just getting mildly aroused looking at your meager offering." Kodachi huffed.
Hearing this, Ranma desperately wanted to tell Kodachi off.
Sakura interrupted him, "I am behind her, make like you are going to attack her." Thought Sakura.
Akane and Ranma both nodded and feigned like they were going to jump at Kodachi. She quickly jumped back, reached behind herself. She was fairly surprised when she couldn't find what she was looking for.
At that moment, her pink ribbon wrapped around her torso and pinned her arms to her sides. She felt the ribbon being pulled cutting into her skin as she screamed.
"How is this possible? Who has the audacity to attack the Black Rose of St. Bacchus?" Kodachi muttered out loud as she hit the grass with a thud.
"That would be me, Kodachi. What the hell are you doing here? To me it looks like you are bothering my brother and his fiancé?" asked Sakura holding the ribbon's handle.
Sneering at Sakura, "My business is none of yours bitch. I will see whomever the Black Rose wants to, and no one is of high enough position to question me about it."
"Ok, since I am not of high enough position to question the Black Rose as you put it. I wonder how high the Black Rose can fly?" Asked Sakura tugging the ribbon.
Kodachi's eyes bugged out as she realized what was about to happen. "We can work this out, you don't need to do anything, I can leave." Pleaded Kodachi as she was whirled around Sakura a few times before Sakura released the ribbon.
"You will pay for besmirching the Black Rose of St. Bacchus." Yelled Kodachi as she flew through the air in the direction of the Kuno mansion.
After she disappeared into orbit, Sakura clapped her hands together and turned to her brother and Akane. "What happened? Why was she here?" asked Sakura quickly.
"No idea, she tried to put some kind of potion into the room when Akane and I were talking." Ranma mentioned looking from Sakura to Akane.
"Once she heard me mention that Ranma was my fiancé, she went ballistic. Thanks to you getting here and surprising her, she wasn't able to do anything to us, but my room now needs to be disinfected because of her." Smiled Akane.
"I'll get back to Nabiki, since we will be needing more supplies since your room will be added to the growing list of things that need to be cleaned, repaired, and now fumigated. Bye." Waved Sakura vaulting the fence and returning to the store.
"Are you still up for that walk now that Kodachi is basically out of our hair, thanks to Sakura? Asked Ranma looking at Akane from head to toe.
Reaching for his hand, she casually rubbed it up her thigh and sides, watching for his reaction. "That would be lovely." Smiled Akane.
Looking him up and down, her smile broadened as his body again reacted.
********** Kuno Mansion, District of Nerima **********
"I have no idea why he wears such clothes. They are not traditional." Kuno wondered. "He is so strange. He is incredibly lucky that I was not prepared for the last time we faced off. The ladies helped him and accidentally kneed me in the jewels." Stated Kuno adjusting himself as he thought about the ladies again.
"Thank the gods, that my order came in." Snickered Kuno as he finished placing the new Chinese clothes onto his new dummy. Stepping back, he admired the resemblance of the attack dummy to Ranma.
"Foul sorcerer, I shall vanquish thee and liberate the women you have under your control. The fair Akane, Mayuka, and your sister Sakura. I do not believe you are capable of using your spell on your sister but who knows what other deviltry of which you are capable." Concluded Kuno walking back and picking up his bokken.
Assuming an offensive stance, he extended his bokken pointing to the attack dummy. "I will show you why I am the Blue Thunder of Furinken High School. No one has been able to defeat me in fair combat. Our recent battle have been anything but fair!" Screamed Kuno frothing at the mouth.
With one swipe the head of the attack dummy flew to the right bouncing around on the newly mown grass. Finally stopping facing upward looking towards the sky.
His next swipe hit the shoulder of the dummy and thudded against the wooden post holding the dummy upright. He turned the bokken to the left side and struck the other shoulder hearing that satisfying thud again.
A few minutes of sparring left Kuno panting as he rested before his next bout against the dummy of Ranma. "My prowess is impeccable; the sorcerer will be vanquished in but a moment." Kuno stated wiping his brow.
As he rested a faint sound assaulted his ear. Looking around he noticed that the sound was getting louder. He looked around again, and then decided to look up.
"Look out!" Screamed Kodachi as she descended from the sky.
"What the fu-!" Tatewaki dropped his bokken, and raised his arms and caught Kodachi as they both imbedded into the ground.
Kodachi tried again to try to remove the ribbon from around her torso. After a few moments of struggling the ribbon finally loosened allowing her to move her arms. She reached down and pulled the ribbon over her head and was able to take a deep breath.
"That bitch had no business interfering with the Black Rose. She will pay for this outrage." Kodachi snapped as she flung the ribbon out of the hole.
Noticing the depth of the recess she occupied, she looked under her and noticed she was sitting on her brother. "Oh, Tatewaki broke my fall, how nice of him, I need to repay him for saving me from hitting the ground." She murmured.
"Thanks for catching me, are you hurt brother dear?" Kodachi asked.
"Hmmmfff," Came from the heap she was sitting on.
Pushing off, she tried to stand without hurting him. Balancing on him she tried to exit the depression they were in. Unfortunately, she slipped and fell back onto Tatewaki, hearing the air exiting him as she fell on her knees.
Seeing where she fell, she realized why the air exited his body. "I am sorry, hopefully you'll still be able to have kids." Apologized Kodachi leaping up and exiting the recess, bouncing off his tenderized giblets.
"Hmmmmffff" Tatewaki repeated as he tried and again failed to raise up from the reclined position he was currently occupying.
********** District of Nerima **********
Akane looked ahead of them as they walked in the park of Nerima. "I know you and Sakura have been on training trips since you both were young. Have you ever been to the zoo?"
"You may be surprised by this, but Sakura and I have been to the zoo. We went when we first arrived here." Ranma answered.
"Oh, you did." Akane smiled slightly looking down. She released his hand and held his arm and leaned against him as they walked.
"Akane?" Ranma asked.
She picked her head up and looked at him, still with a disappointed smile on her face. "We can go. When we went our dumbass father was in panda form and was stealing bamboo from the panda in residence."
Akane instantly perked up hearing that they went to the zoo, but not for sightseeing purposes but to deal with their dumbass father.
"Would you like to go with me?" She asked batting her eyes.
Ranma smiled widely, "You want me to be male or female as we enjoy the zoo."
Ranma watched as Akane smiled wryly. "Female, you want to warn Sakura or just surprise her?"
The evil grin that appeared on his face, mirrored the one on Akane's face. "It's a good thing I like her, we'll warn her before we go tomorrow." Added Akane.
"Will this be considered a date since you nor I have been on a date since Sakura and I had arrived? Ranma asked.
"Do you consider when you and I went out with Kuno a date? Asked Akane watching Ranma for his response.
"Oh. Hell. No. I have no idea what the hell that was, but definitely not a date. I will show you what I think a real date should be." Added Ranma.
"I am looking forward to seeing how you will handle yourself as we are at the zoo on our date." Akane smiled as she leaned onto his arm, kissing his exposed bicep.
"Can it still be considered a date if we're both female Ranma? Asked Akane walking in step with him.
"Since you put it that way, I guess I'll have to be male so you'll have a proper date." Ranma amended.
Akane smiled as they continued strolling as the sky began to dim.
Ranma smiled as he felt her kissing his arm. Feeling bold, he stopped suddenly and Akane took the extra step and Ranma pulled her around, turning her and pulling her close and kissing her deeply.
Akane caught off-guard stiffened but then quickly melted into the kiss wrapping her arms around his shoulders and lifting her leg and running it up and down Ranma's leg.
Ranma feeling her rubbing his leg easily picked her up and held her against him. Akane could feel that he was getting into the kissing and now the cuddling. Enjoying the sensation, she leaned her head onto his shoulder as he held her aloft.
"Ranma?" asked Akane.
"Yes, my love" He answered still walking with her.
Akane smiled, "I am really enjoying this, but since we are in public, this is going to look bad, unless we get a room. Could you please put me down?"
He shifted his balance and placed her on his hip and pulled out his wallet and looked inside. He slowly counted how much money he had as Akane turned her head and watched him.
A moment later he dropped his wallet as Akane smacked his chest. "You will not pay for a room, when I have one at the house." Admonished Akane with feigned anger.
Squatting he picked up his wallet and stood again still holding Akane. "Do this mean we can go back to your room? Coyly smiled Ranma turning and heading back to the Tendo home.
"As much as I would love that, Our families are there and we promised to keep this a secret until we are ready to let them know we have progressed in the relationship." Akane reminded him.
"Also, my room is still covered in whatever the hell Kodachi had thrown into the room earlier. Once cleaned and disinfected we can go back." Added Akane leaning onto his shoulder.
"Ranma?" called Akane.
"Hmm." She heard.
"Again, I'm really enjoying this, but-" Akane began again.
"I know, I can feel that you are getting into this since you are rubbing against my thigh as I am holding you." Smiled Ranma.
Akane blushed majorly. "I didn't know you could feel that."
"Yes my love, I can feel the heat and slight wetness." Ranma stated placing Akane back down onto her feet.
Akane squirmed slightly adjusting herself. Ranma admired her as she took care of her "problem." She then reached for his hand and held it again as they walked back to the house.
"You're just as excited as I am, except I am not trying to hide it. Mostly because I can't. See what you did?" Ranma beamed.
Akane turned her head and looked down and saw what Ranma was talking about.
"I noticed," added Akane.
"You know that makes me happy, right Ranma?" asked Akane swinging their hands and arms as they got closer to home.
"How so Akane?" Puzzled Ranma.
"It shows that you do like me and how I look, unlike the description Kodachi had given earlier. I am glad you think more of me, than Kodachi did." Akane mentioned smiling.
"Um, Akane?" asked Ranma.
"Hmmmmmm, yes Ranma." Akane answered as she pulled their hands to her mouth and kissed them.
"Can I plan the date for tomorrow? I think I can do a better job than Kuno did, but unlike him, you know I don't have his kind of money." Ranma admitted patting his pocket where he kept his wallet.
"First thing Ranma, I would never compare you to Kuno. Second, I prefer to spend time with you over Kuno. Whereas you and I were tricked into that outing. Finally, you and I are betrothed and I would love the "us time" we will have." Akane countered.
"I hope she enjoys what I am planning." Thought Ranma.
"What do you have in mind?" Asked Sakura.
Akane heard his thought in her mind. She knew that Sakura heard it as well. "I asked him about going to the zoo. He had told me that you both went there when you first got here thanks to your father." Akane answered as they neared the dojo.
"Yep, dumbass, I mean our father stole food from the panda enclosure and we had to get him out of there. We were on our way to your place when we detoured to the zoo." Thought Sakura.
"That's the plan for tomorrow sis, What are you doing?" asked Ranma as Akane released his hand to open the gate.
"Right now, Nabiki and I are fumigating the room. Akane you cannot stay here for the night, so you need to sleep somewhere else." Added Sakura.
"No problem, I have somewhere in mind, can I enter and get some clothes?" Akane thought as they walked up to the front door.
"Getting clothes should not be a problem, just don't linger, the sprays we're using can be pretty strong if you stay too long. See you in a bit." Ended Sakura,
Ranma pointed to his head shaking it. Akane immediately understood.
"I love you Akane Tendo, Despite this being thrust upon us, I hope to make our time together better with each passing day." Ranma shyly stated.
Hearing him loud and clear, she stood on her toes and kissed him. A few seconds passed as they reveled in the kiss.
"Ranma, this may sound weird coming from me, but I had always hoped for a good man despite what Kuno had me going through at school." Akane mentioned as tears began to flow down her face.
"It was because of him and his stupid declaration that I had to deal with the boys at school. That was when I started hating men." Akane sniffed.
Seeing her tears, he reached up and gently wiped them away. "Love, happiness, and comfort are what you deserve. I hope to provide that for you." Ranma ensured her, as he again kissed her deeply.
"I am looking forward to it." Akane smiled returning the kiss.
Once the kiss broke, Ranma waited as Akane composed herself. When she nodded, they both reached for the doorknob, and opened the door. "We're home."
********** Kuno Residence Nerima, Japan **********
"Tell me again, how you ended up airborne, and landing on me in the courtyard?" asked Tatewaki as he held an icepack against his groin.
"Like I said before, brother dear. I was ambushed by the Saotomes and Akane Tendo. I was observing them when I witnessed Akane taking advantage of my Ranma with her boyish body."
Once he heard the name Akane his libido heightened. "Son of a -" Cried Tatewaki.
Kodachi watched as he dropped the ice pack and clutched his groin again. "If you had been wearing that cup I gave you earlier, this would not have happened." Admonished Kodachi.
"I was not expecting my sister to land on me and tap dance on my genitals." Tatewaki murmured.
Her eyes flashed when he finished talking. "I apologized for that Tatewaki, there is no need to mention it again."
"Did you say that Ranma was taking advantage of the fair Akane?" Tatewaki asked.
"Not exactly, but she was trying to lure my Ranma while in her room." Corrected Kodachi.
A crazed look overcame his normally manic expression and he started frothing at the mouth. "I shall liberate her from the grasp of that vile sorcerer." He exclaimed.
"I need to get my Ranma back from that shameless harlot before she taints his innocence." Kodachi cried, as she walked from the living room towards her room.
"I shall have you, Akane will pay for trying to steal you from me" Thought Kodachi entering her room and changing her clothes.
"I shall have you, Ranma will pay for trying to steal you from me." Thought Tatewaki gingerly walking to his room.
********** Marketing District Nerima *********
Xian Pu adjusted the wrap covering her bruised ribs. "I am glad the doctor knew Chinese, using Japanese was hard." She thought as she fastened the clips to her ace bandage.
"I need to learn more words or go back to China where I don't need to talk in this annoying language." Xian Pu ruminated as she packed her bag.
On the bed next to her bag was a collection of Japanese Yen. After a few moments of counting, she realized that she had about 68,366 yen. "I need go home or get job." She thought putting the money back onto the bed.
"I have no idea who that guy was that hit, Xian Pu. I would like to meet him again. He good husband material." Thought Xian Pu.
"Maybe next time, he kiss back. Grandmother says need husband." Xian Pu remembered as she wrapped up the money and stuffed the bundle into the bag.
Thinking back, she thought about all of the things her grandmother, one of the elders of her village had told her before she came to Japan.
"Xian Pu, you need to bring proof that you had killed the girl that bested you the other day." Ko Lon told her granddaughter as she was counting out the money she would be needing for the trip.
"I know grandmother. I am still angry about hussy and panda eating the prize I had rightfully won. I was not expecting to be hit when they were eating. I'll make things right; I'll bring back her head." Xian Pu promised, as she was putting her Jian into the duffle bag.
"Do you think you're going to need all of those weapons to kill one person?" Ko Lon asked.
"I like being prepared; she will not surprise me again. I will get her this time. She won't know what hit her until just before the moment I cave her skull in and watch her life end." Xian Pu thought evilly as she closed the bag and placed it by the front door.
"Didn't go exactly as expected." She thought.
"Next time, I'll get her when no one else is around to help her. Hopefully Airen would not be around, I would not want to hurt him. The way he hit me he would make a great sparring partner." Xian Pu smiled thinking about him as she again winced from the pain in her ribs.
**********Tendo Dojo *********
Nabiki and Sakura were coming down the stairs as Ranma and Akane were entering the house. "When you go upstairs remember what we used was strong Imouto." Began Nabiki.
"She used a sleeping gas, and I think we got most of it. Just be careful and don't linger should you need to go in there, okay Akane?" Sakura included.
"We left the window open so the place can air out." Added Nabiki.
"Thank you Oneechan, and Sakura. Because of this I'll sleep in the dojo, so as not to disturb anyone else's comfort." Concluded Akane.
"Nonsense, you can sleep in my room." Kasumi mentioned as she passed them with a load of laundry.
Akane smiled and shook her head, "No need oneechan, I will be quite comfortable in the dojo, thanks for offering."
"Well, it's always available should you need space, and I don't mind the company." Smiled Kasumi as she mounted the stairs.
"I'm going to bathe and get this sweat and stuff off of me." Stated Nabiki, as she also went up the stairs.
"Mind if I join you Nabiki? Asked Sakura.
"I don't mind but could you go first and once your Sakura again, then let me know I can come in." Pleaded Nabiki.
"Don't like surprises oneechan? Laughed Akane.
"Be careful, Imouto, I would watch what you say to me, otherwise some things may come to light that would be best kept secret." Nabiki scolded wagging her finger at Akane.
Ranma and Sakura watched as Akane bristled and just stared at Nabiki.
"What the hell is she talking about sis." Thought Ranma to Sakura.
"I have no idea, bro" Sakura answered.
"I have no idea, Ranma." Akane answered.
Akane and Sakura both looked at each other and then at Ranma as Nabiki disappeared up the steps.
Once Nabiki was gone, Akane quickly turned to Ranma and beckoned him to follow her.
"Hey bro, don't be surprised if you change for a few minutes when I am washing my hair and body before soaking okay." Thought Sakura as she walked up the stairs to their room.
"No worries, I'll know you're done when I become male again. Thanks for the warning." Ranma thought back.
Akane smiled as she heard their entire conversation. Once he had finished. Akane pointed to her head and slashed across her throat.
He understood that this meant no thinking and only speaking out loud.
Passing the dining room, they noticed that their fathers were in a heated game of Shoji, and noticed the go board also nearby.
"They seem to like playing their board games. Don't they?" asked Akane.
"Pop never played such games when we were growing up, this must be something they did when they were younger." Ranma answered.
"Ranma can you go to my room and get the nightgown from earlier, slippers and robe please?" Asked Akane as she walked into the dojo.
"Sure, I can do that, I can get in and out without the gas affecting me or the other chemicals our sisters used." He mentioned as he turned and left the dojo.
"Thanks, Konyakusha." Akane answered as Ranma went back inside the house.
She entered the dojo. Then went to the back of the dojo where the partition was kept. Behind it additional futons, blankets, and pillows were stored. These were for guests and for relaxing when a person didn't want to go upstairs to their room.
She placed a futon just like she had done when her and Ranma had their first Q&A session a couple of days earlier. Once it was placed where she wanted it, she returned to the partition, acquired another set, and placed it next to the first set.
Ranma was returning back to the dojo when he changed from male to female. He stared at the ceiling once it happened. A moment later she entered the dojo and noticed what Akane had done. He raised an eyebrow but didn't think a thing and just handed her the clothes.
Akane looked up from the futons and smiled when she had seen that Ranma was in female form. Mayuka smiled and stared at the futons. Before she could think or ask anything Akane placed her hand on Mayuka's shoulder and leaned forward and kissed her.
Caught by surprise Mayuka almost pulled away but suddenly stopped herself as she then changed back into his male form. Akane meanwhile managed to maintain the kiss as his height changed.
"Akane? Why did you kiss me in female form, I was not expecting you to ever do that? I thought you told your sister you would nev-" Akane interrupted him by kissing him again.
Realizing she wanted him to shut up, he returned the kiss and enjoyed the sensations running through his body as the kiss lingered like it had earlier before Kodachi nearly put them to sleep earlier.
Akane broke the kiss and admired her handiwork as Ranma was thoroughly excited because of the closeness as well as the kiss.
"Sayuri told me to try it and see which I liked better. Now that I have tried it, I can now say with certainty that Ranma is a much better kisser than Mayuka." Concluded Akane.
"Okay?" Ranma questioned.
"However," Akane began again.
"You were surprised by the kiss, so we may need to compare them again since you were not kissing me back when you were Mayuka." Akane stated looking into his eyes.
"Yes, I believe you may be right, when I change the next time, we'll have to compare them properly." Smiled Ranma holding her tightly.
"No better time like the present." Akane smiled as she pulled Ranma to the koi pond. Once there, she used her hands to throw some water onto Ranma.
As the water cascaded down Ranma's head, her smile waned when she noticed that he didn't change into Mayuka. Ranma watched as her smile changed into a look of confusion.
She looked at him with her confused look for a few moments longer. "Why didn't you change. How is that possible? What the hell happened?" Asked a completely perplexed fiancée.
With his hand behind his head, he looked at her with a sheepish manner. "I won't change because Sakura is still in the tub soaking. As long as she is in the water I won't change until she gets out of the tub." Ranma answered.
Akane's mouth dropped as she listened to him. "We tested this a few weeks ago and realized that when one of us is in either hot or cold water, the other won't change regardless of the temperature of the water." Ranma concluded.
Akane's expression changed and her smile returned once he finished explaining why he and Sakura never changed genders. "Are you telling me that as long as Sakura is in either cold or hot water, neither of you will ever change until the other leaves the water?"
"Yes, that is exactly what I am saying. Why?" asked Ranma.
"I am just thinking if there will ever be a time when you and I can go swimming in our current genders and not as both girls." Akane wondered out loud.
"That would be good if it could ever happen, but since neither of us can remain in water for that long. I guess it'll never happen." Ranma softly stated.
Ranma walked to her and reached for her hands. She placed them into his hands. He picked her up and walked closer to the pond and held her over the water.
Akane quickly panicked and held onto him really hard. "Ranma, please don't throw me into the pond. I just wanted to kiss you again, that was all." Pleaded Akane.
Ranma looked upwards, Akane expected him to project a thought to her and Sakura's minds. She was caught off guard when he pulled close and kissed her deeply.
Enjoying the kiss, she placed her arms around him and leaned into the kiss. "Hmm, hmm, cute. Don't you think so Sakura?"
They broke the kiss and noticed that both Nabiki and Sakura were looking out of the second-floor window by the stairs watching them.
"I would say get a room but it seems that the dojo will do just fine, won't it Imouto?" Nabiki mentioned.
Akane smiled sheepishly until Ranma placed a hand behind his head in embarrassment and accidentally dropped Akane into the pond as he knew they had seen them kissing.
Akane splashed into the pond, looked down at herself, and saw that she was drenched from head to toe. Ranma quickly looked down and quickly moved to pick her up, but stopped when he saw she was moving her hands to splash him.
"Oh sh—" Ranma cried.
"Oh sh—" Nabiki cried.
