A lot of people didn't like 2017's The Boss Baby and didn't think it deserved the Oscar nomination that it got, so what about The Boss Baby: Family Business? Well, I'm happy to tell you that I thought the sequel was much more entertaining! It's not a masterpiece, but was that really expected? It has what the trailer promised, more action. And it's funnier, and Whizzie is back and funnier than ever!

Years have passed since the last film and now Tim and his brother are both grown adults. Tim has a family and Ted Jr. (Boss Baby) is a successful businessman who works a lot and has no time for Tim and his family anymore. And so, the brothers are growing apart.

But that is when Tim's baby daughter, Tina starts talking! She forms a plan to get Tim's brother to come to the house and the two reunite after so long. They then turn into a baby again and Tim turns into his seven-year-old self. It's weird because Tim doesn't have a child voice when he's his kid self like you would expect, but his same adult voice. And Ted Jr? Adult voice, but you knew that. Tina has an adult voice too.

Tim's eldest daughter is getting ready for her holiday pageant at school. She wants her dad to be there. Tim promises, but will he go through with it? The daughter's school also has some shady stuff going on that Tim is unaware of until he gets there and poses as one of her new classmates, while his brother gets stuck with the babies because, well, because he is a baby!

So as always, if you liked the last film, you should be able to enjoy this one too. If you didn't, well, you might be surprised and find this as an improvement. Oh and just be glad that our (as in America's) real life version of the boss baby isn't in charge anymore (sorry, Trump fans, couldn't resist).
