Penelope was suddenly awaken by the sound of a knock coming from her apartment door. She rolled over on to her back and looked over at the clock that was sitting on her night stand. When she saw it was only eight in the morning, Penelope groans softly as she pulled the covers over her head." Who ever it is, go away." Penelope mumbled.

" Baby girl, it's Derek. Let me in." Derek said as he knocked on her door again. For almost a month now Penelope has been avoiding Derek and Derek is not sure why. But he knows that it doesn't sound like his baby girl. He also know ever since Penelope had ended her relationship with Kevin, She's been kinda distant lately and he's been worried about her.

" Derek?" Penelope asked as she threw the covers back and crawled out of bed. When she reached for her door and opens it, she sighs as she gave him a small smile." What are you doing here?" She asked as she walked away from the door and let's him in as she walked over to the couch and sat down.

" I wanted to come over and check on you." Derek said as he walked in and closed the door behind him.

" I appreciate that handsome, but you didn't have to check on me at eight in the morning. Besides I highly doubt that you actually get up this early on a Saturday morning." Penelope responded with a small chuckle.

" No, you're right I usually don't. I sometimes like to sleep in on Saturdays. But this morning I decided to come by and see you. Plus I bought you coffee as well." Derek said as he handed a go cup over to her.

" You are an God sent." Penelope said with a smile as she grabs the cup from him and took a drink from it. She hums softly as she felt the warm liquid sliding down her throat." I definitely needed that." She said with a soft laugh.

" Yeah, I can tell." Derek said as he nods his head and smirks slightly." Hey, can I ask you something?"

" Sure, what's on your mind?" Penelope asked as she took another drink of her coffee.

" Is everything okay between us?"

" Yeah, Why?"

" Oh I don't know, maybe it's because you've been avoiding me for almost a month now." Derek answered as he shrugged his shoulders.

" I kinda have been avoiding you a lot lately, huh?" Penelope asked with a small chuckle.

" Yeah, you have. What's going on? Did I do something wrong? Because if I did, you gotta let me know baby girl. Cause I'm at a lost here." Derek said with concern and worry.

" Oh, my sweet sweet Derek." Penelope said as she softly sighs. She set her cup down as she took a deep breath and turns her body towards him and looks straight at him." There's something I should tell you, but I'm afraid if I do tell you. That it might change everything for us including our friendship and I am not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing." Penelope was hoping to avoid this conversation just a little longer, but now that Derek is sitting on her couch at eight in the morning. She might as well tell him now.

" Penelope, what ever it is. Just tell me." Derek said softly as he reaches over and placed his hand over hers.

" Okay, well first you know how much I love you and how much I have value our friendship. We've been best friends since the first day we've met. We have always been there for each other no matter what and of course, you know how much I love our little flirting as well." Penelope said as she smiles warmly.

" Are you breaking up with me or something?" Derek asked jokingly as he chuckled.

" What?!" Penelope asked with a snort as she shook her head." No of course not. I am just trying to find the right words to tell you and it's not that easy to do right now, I mean your like the most easiest person to talk to. That's what I love the most about our friendship."

" Just spit it out woman."

" I love you Derek." Penelope blurted out.

" Well, I love you too baby girl. Now would you please tell me what's going on here." Derek said as he was still trying to figure what Penelope was trying to tell him.

" No, you don't understand. What I mean is that I really love you Derek Morgan, I always have. I just couldn't tell you before, but I'm telling you now." Penelope said softly.

" How long have you felt this way?" Derek asked as he was little shocked and surprised that Penelope actually felt this way about him.

" Since we've met, I always had felt this way about you." Penelope answered honestly. As far as Penelope could remember, she always felt this about him. She always had very deep feelings for Derek, she just couldn't tell him until now.

" Why did you take so long to say anything?"

" I don't know, maybe it's because we've been friends for so long and even though we flirt with each other, we always never let it change our friendship. Not to mention I've seen the girls you've dated and I look absolutely nothing like them." Penelope answered with a chuckle.

" And I never expected you to be . Yeah, I may have dated a lot of girls. But none of them are you and you're definitely not one of them." Derek said as he gently lifts her chin with his index finger and thumb." Is this why you've been avoiding me, this whole time?" Derek asked softly.

" Yeah, and I was afraid if I were to tell you how I truly felt about you. That it would totally change everything for us and our friendship. I was also afraid that you wouldn't feel the same way about me." Penelope answered softly.

" So, do you feel the same way I do?" Penelope asked as she looked down for a moment as she was afraid to look at him right now. Penelope was never afraid to look at him, but this time she was. She feels if she didn't have to look at him then maybe she wouldn't have her heart broken.

Derek lifts her face up again forcing her to look at him. " Baby girl, you are my Garcia. You're my savior, my light at the end of my dark tunnel. You've always made me laugh especially when I didn't want to." Derek said with a soft chuckle. He then slowly moved his hand further up and places his hand against her cheek as he gently caress her cheek with his thumb.

" Wanna know how I truly feel about you? I feel that I can tell you everything. Especially things I can't tell the team. Every time I see you walk into a room, my heart starts to beat faster and of course, I have always ignore it." Derek said with a smirk." The way you smile and the way you brighten up a room, brings a huge grin on my face. I absolutely love everything about you, and I love you baby girl."

" What? Really, you.. love me?" Penelope asked as she couldn't believe what she was hearing. She heard every word he was saying but she couldn't believe it, or maybe she was too shock to believe it.

" Does this answer your question?" Derek asked as he moved in closer to her and drew her lips towards his. Without saying another word, Derek pressed his lips against her soft lips. He starts to kiss her softly and tenderly. Derek then slowly wrap his arm around her waist and pulls Penelope closer to him and on to his lap as he kisses her more deeply and passionately. Her lips felt so soft and smooth against his. He always had imagined what it would feel like to actually kiss her, and now that he has. He never wants to stop, Her lips felt intoxicating and her kiss was like a drug to him. He was very addicted.

Penelope groans softly as she slowly pulls back and gasps for air. Penelope places both hands against his chest as she catches her breath." That was... wow." Penelope started to say with a small laugh and smiles softly." That felt amazing, Nobody has ever kissed me like that before." Penelope confessed.

" Seriously? Not even Kevin?"

Penelope shook her head." Nope, nobody and I never want anyone else to ever kiss me that way, but you." Penelope breath softly as she placed her fingers against his beard." By the way, that definitely answered my question." Penelope giggles softly as she leans in and kisses him more deeply and passionately. She moans softly against his lips as she wrapped both arms around his neck.

Penelope never really expected for this to happen yet. She knew she was going to tell him how she truly felt about him sooner or later, but she never thought she would be spending her Saturday morning making out with Derek Morgan on her couch. But here she is and for the first time in a very long time, She's truly happy and it's because of her Derek Morgan. Who she truly loves.

Penelope groans in frustration when they were suddenly interrupted by the sound of their work cells." I knew our peaceful moment was too good to be true." Penelope said softly as she got up from his lap and walked over to desk to answer her cell.

" What's going on JJ?" Penelope asked once she answered. She couldn't help but smile when she felt Derek's lips against his shoulder.

" We got case. Hotch wants us all at the Bau in twenty minutes." JJ answered.

" Damn and here I was hoping to actually enjoy my Saturday."

" Sorry Garcia." JJ said with a small smile.

" It's okay, I will see you soon JJ." Penelope hangs up and turns around as she placed both hands against his chest once more." Well, looks like our team needs us baby boy. Why don't you go back home and get ready. I will meet you at Quantico." Penelope said as she smiles softly.

Derek nods his head as he kisses her forehead softly." I will see you soon baby girl." Derek said as he grabbed her hand and kisses it softly before walking out of her apartment.

Penelope sighs softly as she watches him leave. God she didn't want to leave, feeling her lips with her fingertips, Penelope grins even bigger as she can't wait to feel his lips again. She then closed her eyes for a moment as the thought of Kevin popped into her head. She groans as she starts to wonder if she should tell Kevin about her and Derek or should she keep it to herself.
