AN: Quick note. Just wanna say how truly sorry I am for not updating this story. I've been working on my other stories as well. But I'm coming back to this story. Hopefully I still got some readers for this story.

Penelope had just walked into her chambers as she noticed a vase of bouquet flowers sitting on her desk beside her computer. She couldn't help but smile even bigger as she knew they were from Derek. She then gently bit her bottom lip as she noticed the little card. She flips it ooen as she read the message.

Meet me at Bistro Castananova. Tonight at seven and make sure you wear that dress I like..

After Penelope read the card she couldn't help but smirk as she leans down and gave them a sniff."Hmm," She hums softly as she walked out of her chambers and went to look for her hot stuff so she can thank him in person. Never once has Kevin ever sent her flowers. So getting flowers from Derek Morgan has Penelope feel all giddy inside. Penelope placed the note back into the flowers when she heard her door open, she looked over as she noticed it was JJ popping her head in.

" Hey JJ, what's up?" Penelope asked.

" Hey, Hotch wants us at the table." JJ said as she then noticed the flowers sitting on Penelope's desk." Wow, beautiful flowers." JJ said as she walked into Penelope's chambers to get a better look at them." Who are they from?" She asked with a friendly smile.

Penelope looks at JJ for a moment as her smiles grew even bigger." Isn't it obvious? They are from Derek." Penelope answers as she leans down and gives them another whiff." Aren't they beautiful?" She asked as she giggles softly.

JJ nods her head in agreement." Yeah, they are. Come on Hotch is waiting for us." She said as she turns around and walked out with Penelope following right behind her.

" So what is this case about this time?" Penelope asked as her and JJ walked up the stairs that leads to the conference room and the rest of their team.

" It's another murder case." JJ simply answered as they walked in. As JJ took her position up front by the screen and as soon Penelope sat between Emily and Spencer also across from Derek. JJ grabbed the remote and showed the first image of an female victim who was brutally murdered in her own home.

" The female victim name was Holly Combs, age forty three years old. She was attacked and brutal murdered in her own kitchen." JJ started to explain as she pulled up another image of the deceased." It happened on a Friday night around one am."

" Was there anyone else in house?" Rossi asked as he was going the files and the police reports.

" No, her husband Mr. Combs was out of town for a few days on business and I do believe their daughter was spending the weekend over a friends house." JJ answered." Their next door neighbor was the one who called in 911 and filed the police report."

" It also says that there was no sexual assault. Which means our unsub either has no desire to rape their victims or he has no desire in their victims at all, which is also very rare." Reid said as he looked up from the police reports.

" Alright team, they are waiting for us in Dallas. So wheels up in fifteen minutes. " Hotch announced as he got up from his seat and gathered his folder of the files and walked out of the conference room. As he walked towards his office to grab his go bag, he noticed Haley heading his way with their son Jack in her arms.

" Is everything okay?" Hotch asked as he took Jack from Haley and gave him a kiss on his.

" Yeah, we just got done with Jack's doctor's appointment, and I wanted to come by your office, to let you know how everything went." Haley explains with a smile. She then noticed JJ and Reid coming towards them with their go bags." What's going on? " She asked as she looks over at Aaron.

" We got another murder case." Hotch explained as he handed Jack back to Haley.

" And, where exactly is this case taking you guys?"

" New York. "

Haley sighs for a moment as she wasn't pleased with that answer." Aaron, my parents are coming in for dinner tonight. Remember? We've talked about this a couple of weeks ago." Haley's parents made plans to fly in from Utah tonight for dinner and to spend some quality time with their grandson.

Aaron closed his eyes as he sighs deeply as he shook his head." I completely forgotten all about it. I will make it up to you, I promise." He said as he kisses her quickly and gave Jack a kiss on the cheek before joining with the rest of his team.

Penelope went to Derek's office as she wanted to say goodbye before they took off. Knock knock." She said with a smile as she walked into his office." Are you all pack and ready to go?" She asked as she walked up to him.

Derek nods his head as he wrapped his arm around her waist and pulls her closer to him." Just about ready." He said as he leans in and kisses her passionately and deeply as he nibbles on her bottom lip before pulling away." Are you gonna be okay without me for awhile? " Derek asked as he rest his forehead against hers.

Penelope wraps her arms around his neck as she nods her head." I will be fine, handsome. Oh by the way, thanks for my flowers and don't worry I will wear that dress that you love so much." Penelope said as she kisses him back more deeply and passionately as she groans softly against his lips. " I will see you later tonight handsome." She said softly as she winks at him as she walked out of his office as soon as Emily walked in.

" Did you really give Garcia flowers?" Emily asked with a smirk.

Derek just shook his head no." I haven't had the chance to yet really." Derek answered honestly as he was very confused right now. Normally if Derek was gonna give his baby girl flowers, she would know about it and of course he would make sure to add a box of chocolate to go with the flowers as well.

" Then... who...?" Emily asked as she was confused as hell right now.

Derek just shrugs his shoulders." I got no clue. But I will deal with that situation when we get back from New York. " Derek might have an idea of who sent his Garcia flowers and he's not liking it one bit. But unfortunately there's nothing he could do about it, not until they get back later tonight.

Around six thirty Penelope just got done putting the final touches of her makeup as she was finishing getting ready for her dinner date with Derek. Making sure the dress was fitting just right and there was no wrinkles, Penelope grabbed her purse along with her car keys and cell phone as she walked out of the front door of her apartment. Getting into the driver's seat, Penelope quickly sent Derek a text message, to let him know that she's on her way and to order her a martini with two olives.

Placing her cell into her purse, Garcia started her car as she got buckled in. She then turned the wheel away from the curb and drove towards Bistro Castananova.

Twenty minutes later, Penelope walked into the restaurant and up to the hostess." Good evening, I'm Penelope Garcia and I do believe my date is waiting for me." Penelope said with a huge grin on her face as she was anxious to see her Derek Morgan.

The hostess nods her head as she grabbed another menu." Right this way ma'am. " She said as she leads Penelope to the table." Here you are ma'am, when the hostess brought Penelope to the table. But when she noticed that Penelope just stood there with a confused look on her face, she raised her brow for a moment.

" Is everything okay ma'am? "

Penelope shook her head as she started to back up. " He's not my date, sorry but there was a mistake. " She said as she started to walk away from Kevin. But Kevin quickly grabbed Penelope's wrist as he looks over at the hostess.

" Don't mind her, she just got done with work. Just leave the menu and make sure to send a waiter once we are ready to order dinner." Kevin said as he smirks as he felt Penelope pulling her wrist from his grasp as soon as the hostess walked away from them.

" Wow, Penelope you look beautiful tonight. Please sit. Our waiter will be here soon." He said as he took a drink of his wine. I ordered you a martini liked you had requested. " He said with a smirk.

"Where's Derek? What the hell did you do to him?" Penelope asked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

Kevin sighs as he rolled his eyes with annoyance." Can't you forget about Derek Morgan? and for once just focus on us?"

Penelope shook her head as she scoffed." New flash Kevin, it's over between us. There's no us. Not anymore. What did you do to Derek Kevin?"

Kevin just shrugged his shoulders as he took a drink of his wine." Nothing, but I'm sure Savannah is with him right now." He answered with a smirk.

" Savannah? Why would she be with him?" Penelope asked in confusing. Her eyes then went wide as she realized what was going on.

" Oh, my God. You set this up? Didn't you? You're the one who sent me those flowers and told me to meet you here." Penelope said as she scoffed in anger as she quickly grabbed the drink and threw it in his face before slamming the glass on the table.

" Go to hell Kevin." Penelope said as she storms out of the restaurant before Kevin could say or do anything to stop her.

After Penelope got back into her car quickly she grabbed her cell and called Derek in hopes that everything was fine and nothing happened between him and Savannah. But when she only got his voice mail instead, she quickly hung up and drove straight to his place instead.

AN: First I wanna say I truly apologize for taking forever to update this story. I haven't forgotten about it. I just haven't had the chance to update because I was without Wifi for awhile. But I'm back now and I do plan on updating more often. Second of all I hope I still got readers for this story and hopefully you all will enjoy this new chapter.
