" Hey Reid." Derek greeted him as he headed up towards his office to put his stuff away and gets ready for the next case briefing. His weekend with Garcia has been amazing. So amazing that he wishes that it didn't have to end so soon. Being with Penelope has completely changed his life. Derek has been with a lot of other women before. But with Penelope it's different. It's real and down the road Derek Morgan can see himself marrying his baby girl.

All his life, Derek never really saw himself as the marrying type. Marriage has never really crossed his mind. But now it has and he can't stop thinking about it. He wants to ask Penelope to marry him. But he's gotta find the right time and the right moment to ask her.

Sitting back against his chair, he heard a knock coming through his office door." ,Come in.",He said as he sat up straight as he heard his office door opening." Oh hey Kevin, what you need?"

Kevin stepped into Derek's office and closed the door behind him. He didn't want anyone listening in on his conversation with Derek that he's about to have." I need you to stay the hell away from Penelope." He said as he placed both hands into his pockets.

Derek shrugs his shoulders." Sorry man, but I can't do that."

" Why not?"

" You know why I can't."

" You really think you love her don't you? Well let me tell you something Derek Morgan. You don't love Garcia, you can't love her. Because I love her and once she sees that and realizes that I'm the only man she needs in her life. She's going to leave you and come back to me."

Derek snickers as he shook his head." Yeah, you can keep telling yourself that Lynch. But we both know that it would never happen, wanna why? Because she's with me now and you can't stand it. You can't stand the fact Penelope Garcia traded in Vanilla for Chocolate." Derek said with a smirk as he saw the look on Kevin's face.

" Penelope doesn't belong to you. She never did, she belongs to, me." Kevin spat out as he balled his fists as he exhales deeply as he got right in Derek's face." I will get her back Morgan and when I do, I want you to stay the hell away from her." Kevin threatens as he turned around and walked out of the office.

At the bottom of the stairs Both Emily and Penelope watched Kevin walk out of Derek's office. Emily looks over at Penelope." Do you know what that was all about?"

Penelope sighs as she nods her head." Yeah, I think I do." She answered as she walked upstairs and walked towards his office. " Are you okay?" She asked him as Penelope walked in and closed the door behind her.

Derek nods his head. " Yeah, I am fine."

" What did he say?" Penelope asked as she crossed her arms over her chest as she looks at Derek with concern even though she was feeling furious inside at Kevin right now.

Derek shrugs his shoulders." He basically said he wants you back and that you belong to him."

Penelope sighs exasperatedly as she rolled her eyes." First that would never happen. I will never go back to Kevin Lynch, not even the last man on earth. I will never go back to him. Second I don't belong to anyone really, I belong to myself."

Derek smirks as he grabs Penelope by the waist and pulls her closer to him." Oh, I beg to differ. Because you belong to me Garcia. Your my baby girl. You always have been my baby girl, and always will be. That I would never change. I love you." Derek said softly as he rest his forehead against hers.

Penelope breathes deeply as she wrapped her arms around his neck." I love you too and don't worry about Kevin, he's still bitter about the fact I dumped him the night I walked in on him and his towel friend." Penelope chuckles little as she sighs softly as she pulls back a little as she locked her eyes with his.

" Kevin Lynch is my past a past that I plan on keeping behind me. However you Derek Morgan are my future. A future that I see myself in with you. No matter what Kevin does or tries to do to get between us. I'm always gonna love you and I'm always gonna be with you." Penelope explains as she grins at him.

The moment Derek heard those words, he pulled Penelope flushed against him as he crashed his lips against hers and kisses her passionately and deeply as he groans against her lips as he slides his hands under her shirt and starts to caress her soft and smooth skin against his hands as he pressed himself between her legs.

" Mhmmmm, you definitely know how to turn a man on." Derek chuckles softly as he smirks against her lips." We should get going. Hotch and the rest of the team are probably wondering what's taking so long." He said as he kisses her quickly.

Penelope pouts a little as she was starting to feel the lost of his body pressed against hers and the warm feeling of his hands against her own skin." Alright, I guess we should get going then. Before we both end up getting fired. But I wanna continue where we left off... tonight." She said with a wink and giggles softly.

Derek smirks as he leans forward and kisses her passionately once more." Mmmm, don't worry baby girl. This ain't over." He whispers against her lips.

After the briefing of the case and after the team went to the jet to get started on the case. Penelope walked down the hall towards her chamber, as she was about to open her door Penelope exhales deeply as she turned around and walked straight up to Kevin's office door and starts to knock on it.

" Hey Pene, what are you do...?" Kevin try a ask but he was suddenly cut off by the sudden sting of Penelope's slap across his face." Ow! What the hell was that for?" Kevin asked as he rubs his face.

" You're an asshole Kevin Lynch, you do know that right? Why in the hell would you tell Derek that I'll leave him and go back to you? " Penelope asked angrily as she crossed her arms over her chest as she glares at him.

" Because we both know that you will, I mean come on Garcia, Morgan doesn't love you. He loves perfect women with perfect bodies. Derek loves a woman who knows how to satisfy him in and out of bed, and I'm sorry plump sauce but it's the truth. Before you know it, he's gonna find some model and move on. So you might as well come back to me."

Penelope suddenly saw red as she raised her hand up and slaps Kevin across the face once more as she groans angrily" Derek Morgan does love me and I love him. It doesn't make no difference in what you do Kevin Lynch, because I will never go back to you. I don't love you anymore, hell I'm not even in love with you anymore, and if you can't accept that and move on. Then that's your problem not mine."

" Penelope..." Kevin started to say but Penelope cut him off.

" I don't want to hear it. Stop trying to come between Derek and me. Stop trying to get me back, because it would never happen. I'm in love with Derek Morgan and I always have been. It's always Derek Morgan Kevin. I think it's time you finally accept it and move on."

" I don't think I can do that Penelope, because I love you and I refuse to let you go."

" then I'm going to make your life a living hell Kevin Lynch. This will be the last time you mess with Penelope Garcia. " Penelope warned him before she turned around and storms into her office and slams the door shut. Penelope inhales and exhales deeply as she walked towards her computers and sat down as she huffs out.

Penelope can't believe Kevin would say those things about her, because she knows it's not true. Penelope knows that Derek would never leave her for someone else, even if they're a model. Derek loves her and she's loves him. Nothing will ever cha that.

" But why haven't you guys done it yet? " Penelope's inner voice in her head asked. She groans softly as she already knew the answer. Of course Penelope wants to go all the way with Derek. It's the only thing thing she's thinking about and dreaming about every time she's sleeping in his arms at night. She even think about being intimate with him when she's alone.

But there's a part of her that still afraid that Derek might not like the way she looks. She's afraid that the moment he sees her body for the first time, he's gonna get turned off and won't find her attractive, and run away from her.

Penelope pinch the bridge of her nose as she closed her eyes for a moment as she took a deep breath and shook those thoughts out of her head. This is crazy. Penelope thought to herself. "Kevin is just putting doubts in your head Garcia." Penelope said to herself.

Derek Morgan does find her attractive and he does get turned on by her, which he already shown her twenty minutes ago. Penelope giggles softly as she could feel her face getting red as she couldn't get the feeling of his hard on being pressed against her. Penelope honestly never thought she would actually have that kind of affection on him. She smirks slightly as she love the thought of being able to turn Derek Morgan on.

Penelope then bit her bottom lip as she thought of something that would totally turn Derek on and find her very attractive tonight. Penelope quickly grabbed her cell phone and quickly sent JJ and Emily a text. Asking them to go shopping tonight before she goes sees Derek later tonight.

Penelope wants to make her first time with Derek special, and tonight will be the perfect night. Tonight Penelope Garcia and Derek Morgan will finally make love and show how much they truly love each other.

AN: Well looks like Kevin still can't let this go and move on. But sooner or later he will. Penelope and Morgan will finally make love soon, very soon like in the next chapter so make sure you keep a look out for it. Happy reading and as always leave reviews.
