It has been over a month since Penelope and Derek slept together, and since then the couple have become much closer. They have spent most of their weekends together, and most evenings after work. Sometimes Penelope would spend her nights at Derek's place, and other nights Derek would spend his nights at her place. Everything was going great between them, and Penelope couldn't be happier.

Unfortunately this weekend Derek is having some guy time with, Reid and Rossi with Gideon up at Gideon's cabin. Even Hotch is there with them, so Penelope is haveing a girl weekend with JJ and Emily. Of course she loves her best friends and it has been like forever since all three of them have actually hung together. She's just missing Derek so much already. This is the first time they have been apart since they got together.

"Hey Garcia," Emily said as she snapped her fingers in front of Penelope's face, attempting to get Penelope's attention.

Penelope jumps for a moment." Huh?" She asked as she then realized that she sorta zoned out for a moment." Sorry, I guessed I spaced out for a minute there." She chuckled softly as she took a drink of her wine.

JJ snickered." Try more like ten minutes."

Yeah, what were you thinking about over there? Morgan perhaps?" Emily asked as she smirked slightly and wiggled her eyebrows as she teased Penelope a little.

"Maybe," Penelope answered as she smiled sheepishly, feeling her face grow red from blushing.

Emily snorts with a grin." Of course you were. You miss him, don't you?" She asked as she took another drink of her wine.

Penelope nods her head." I really do, this is the first time that we've been apart, since we've gotten together." Penelope doesn't want to sound like she isn't having any fun with her two best friends, because she is is having so much fun with them. She just can't help but miss her chocolate thunder even more.

JJ got up from her chair and walked into her kitchen. A few seconds later, she returned with her cordless phone in her hand. Standing right in front of Penelope, she held it out towards her. "Here, call him," she said, handing the phone over to Penelope.

Penelope asked in confusion, looking at the phone and then back at JJ. "What?"

Call Derek," JJ answered as she nodded her head slightly.

Oh, JJ... I don't know. I mean Derek is up at Gideon's cabin with the guys, and I don't want to disturb him while he's having fun. Besides, I don't want him to think that I'm being too needy or that I am not having any fun. I can't call him." Penelope said as she shook her head.

JJ smiles at her best friend as she nods her head once again." Trust me, Derek will never think that. I'm pretty sure that misses you just as much. Take it from me Garcia, when Will I first started dating, there were nights when we were still on a case out of town and I would call Will because I missed him so much, and I just wanted to hear his voice." JJ knows how Garcia is feeling because it's the same feeling she gets every time her and Will are apart.

Penelope smiles even wider as she took the phone out of JJ's hand as she stood up and gave JJ a hug." Thank you."

JJ chuckled as she hugged Penelope back. "You're welcome."

"Oh, may I use your room?" Penelope asked as soon as she released JJ.

"Sure, go ahead," JJ replies, nodding her head.

Penelope smiled as she picked up her glass of wine and walked down the hall towards JJ's room. Penelope then closed the bedroom door as soon as she walked in. Penelope had the two most amazing best friends ever and she was very lucky and blessed to have JJ and Emily in her life. She honestly didn't know what she would do without them. They were truly the best.

Derek, Spencer, Aaron, Jason and David were all sitting around Jason's table playing poker. They were having a good time, telling Jason about all of their cases that they had solved, and some they hadn't been able to solve because they couldn't catch the Unsub. It was just five men playing cards and talking over a glass of whiskey. Derek hadn't felt this relaxed and stress-free in a long time.

"So, Gideon, how has retirement been treating you?" Derek asked as he took a drink of his whiskey while watching Jason shuffle the cards as they prepared to play another game of poker.

Retirement has been treating me very well," Jason answered as he started to pass out the cards. "I don't have to worry about late night phone calls from Quantico, nor do I have to worry about where the next victim or when the next unsub is going to strike. All I have is this cabin and my birds, and I am a happy man." He said with a chuckle.

Spencer asked as he picked up his cards and started to spread them out in his hands. "Do you miss us?"

Of course I do Reid, I just don't miss the cases. Jason will always miss his team, there's no doubt about that. He even misses being a profiler and saving lives. But after what happened to Sarah, Jason just couldn't do the job anymore, so he took an early retirement.

Derek was about to say something when he heard his cell ringing. Pulling it out of his pocket he noticed JJ's home number across the screen." It's JJ." He said as soon as he got up from his chair.

" Is everything alright?" Spencer asked out of concern.

" I'm not sure. I'll be right back." Derek answered as he walked away from the table and stepped out of the cabin for a moment and closed the door before finally answering JJ's call.

" JJ? is everything alright? Is it Garcia?" Derek asked as soon as he answered and placed the cell against his ear.

Penelope couldn't help but giggle as she could hear how worry Derek sounded as she thought it was kinda cute that he seems to be worried about her, especially when there's no need to be." Everything is fine hot stuff. I'm calling because I miss you and I just wanted to hear your voice." She answered as she smiles against the phone.

Derek sighs in realif as he heard Penelope's sweet wonderful voice over the phone. God he has missed hearing that voice of her's this weekend, most of all he has been missing her even more. He can't wait to get home to her.

" Oh, I miss you too baby girl. So much. Are you girls having fun?" I hope JJ isn't letting you getting to drunk." He said with a chuckle as he smirks slightly.

Penelope laughs little as she shook her head even though Derek couldn't see her right now." I am not drunk... just little buzzed that's all." She said as she picked up her wine glass off of JJ's nightstand and took another drink.

Derek chuckled as he shook his head." Well maybe you should stop before you do end up getting to drunk. I don't you drive home and end up in jail, or worse end up in a hospital. I want you safe momma, I love you." He said with a grin.

" Don't worry about me my chocolate thunder, I will be fine. Besides if I do end up getting drunk, I'll just crash on JJ's couch tonight." She said as she giggles softly." Hey, hurry home I miss seeing that handsome face of yours." She pouted softly.

Derek chuckled as he love hearing the way she giggle and could hear the pout in her voice." I will be home soon beautiful. Have fun with the girls and no more drinking or I am gonna have to spank you." He teases her as he smirks.

" Mhmmm, Can't wait." Penelope teases back as she could hear Derek laughing through the phone." I love you Derek. Good night."

" Love you too baby girl. Good night beautiful." Derek said as he pulled his cell away from his ear and ended the call. He placed his cell back into his pocket with a grin on his face as he was happy to hear from his baby girl. Derek then took a deep breath as he opened the door and walked back into the cabin and joined the guys for another game of poker.

AN: Here's another chapter, and yes I've added Jason Gideon into this chapter and story. I wanted to keep him alive also even though he retired, he was still apart of the team. Part of their family. More to come. Leave reviews XD.
