With The Dragon Riders
Astrid rode ahead reading over a letter that was giving to her by one of Mala fighters that have been spying on Dagur and reported back saying Dagur left late last night and returned this morning with another dragon an two people with him, Heather flew to her side "do you really think he go back to her" Heather asked, she and Dagur had been getting to know to each other better as brother and sister but if he has gone back to his own ways.
"who knows but if has there we got no choice to lock away since he knows our plans" Astrid replied looking at Heather who looked really worried "perhaps something happened an he needed to go there" Fishlegs says catching up with them "Maybe Fishlegs is right" Heather mumbles "no something is not right, the spy said Dagur was on another dragon holding someone close to him" Astrid said to the two.
"l personally think Dagur has go crawling back to that hot bitch who rides that nightfury, she would come to a real man mainly me" Snotlout says with a smirk "gross!" both twins said at the same time an the other three just looked at him in disgust "that's fucking disgusting Snoutlout" Astrid snaps at him as the heir to Berk looked dead confused "what she is hot" the heir says.
They kept flying until they spotted Berserker island but things seem peaceful an too quiet, Heathen landed first on the ground, most of the villages that were around stared or glared at the dragon riders before walking away, Astrid landed beside Heathen "what's with them" the blonde head mumbles "from l guessing the night fury rider used to come here to visit my brother before Dagur betrayed her" Heather mumbles.
The others landed as well before they all spotted Berserker warriors walking over with Dagur leading them and he didn't look happy one bit as he walked over to them "he doesn't look happy one bit" Fishlegs mumbles "no kidding" one of the twins says "l think something has happened or we didn't send a message to tell him we were coming" Heather said.
As now Dagur stood in front of Heather "what are you doing here" he says almost growling "Dagur we were told that you were seem leaving last night an came back this morning with two other people" Astrid says standing beside her friend and Dagur glared at her "you have been spying on me!" he yells making both girls step back "you never trusted me from the start l want you off my island now!" Dagur yells.
The Berserkers warriors pointed their weapons at the dragon riders, Fishlegs, Snoutlout with the twins were already on there dragons and up in the air, both Astrid and Heather did the say "and don't come back never including you dear sister!" Dagur yells pointing his sword in the air as some of the Berserkers using crossbows shot arrows at the dragon riders as they went higher in the sky avoiding the arrows.
They all began to fly away on their dragons " we shouldn't have said that" Fishlegs says looking at Astrid but he looked at the ground see something black walking to Dagur and he gasped "what is Fishbrains did you sallow a bug again" Snotlout says looking at the husky boy who looked back at the heir "Night fury" he replied.
Astrid looked back seeing the night fury walking beside Dagur before she looked back at the others "we come back tonight to found out the truth" she says with Heather nodded in agreement but the other four were not so sure on it knowing it was stupid and dangerous knowing one thing if Dagur found them they would be doomed but if that night fury founds them they are killed on the spot, worse if she is there.
Later that Night
Astrid took the lead that night as they flew high in the night sky, in some what way they were lucky there was no moon tonight so there dragons wouldn't be spotted or them, Astrid looked down seeing guards every where holding touches 'this maybe more harder then it looks' she thought to herself looking at the other riders who were looking at her of what to do next.
Despite the dark with no moon Astrid kept leading the others to a spot that the dragons could hide until they came back, Heather took the lead this time threw the village avoiding warriors and random resting dragons, stopping she looked around seeing warriors wondering around away or past nearby, but what was strange was there were barely any guards near the house where Dagur lived in.
Astrid stood beside Heather "what's the problem?" she asked in a very quiet voice "guards everywhere but they are avoiding Dagur house for some reason" Heather replied back "probably trying to avoid any scent, especially if that night fury is there, it would be able to smell us coming" Fishlegs mumbles.
"so how do we get in" Astrid asks "front door will most likely guard and so we need to make some kinder destruction to get threw the back door" they looked at the twins and the heir "what why us" Snoutlout says "because you are the loudest" Fishlegs says with a straight face with Heather and Astrid nodded in agreement.
The twins and Snoutlout looked at each other before they looked at the other three "fine but we better get something in return for this" Ruffnut says and they left going back to their dragons, Astrid sighed and looked back at the house before Heathen lead them away to the back away of the house.
Giving a few minutes there was yelling from the guards, taking this chance they moved the back door hearing the front door slammed open an by the sound of it a dragon went out of the house, taking another chance Heather opened the back door and they went in shutting the door behind being very quiet.
They could hear talking in another room, Heather looked around corner and her eyes widen when she saw the night fury laying in the hall way in front of a door, Heather looked back as the night fury looked at her way.
"we got a problem, night fury is in the house" Heather hand sighed to Astrid and Fishlegs "we should get out of here" Fishlegs sighs as the two girls nodded and they went threw the back door again but this time it creaked making a loud enough noise, they heard heavily footsteps of the dragon they knew it was the night fury.
They got outside but didn't get far when they felt something fly over them an standing in front was they night fury who growled, the three noticed the fury wasn't wearing the normal gear they usual see it wearing, Astrid turned around when she heard footsteps behind them, her eyes widen she saw the night fury rider standing there looking at them.
"well its been awhile hasn't it" the night fury rider says giving them a soft smile as Heather an Fishlegs turned around as well, Hiccup made a signal and Toothless went back to her side as she patted his head gently "either your here to talk or see what Dagur was hiding from you" Hiccup mutters as she kept patting Toothless head.
"you could say that" Fishlegs says "well they won't be back for awhile so ask away" Hiccup says as the three dragon riders looked at her confused "your not gonna make the night fury kill us?" Fishlegs asks, Hiccup laughs softly "no he is a giant softer almost like a cat" Hiccup tells them an Toothless grumbles at his rider.
"just remember who feeds you fishes an gives you belly rubs" Hiccup mutterers and Toothless laid down "so are you gonna to ask about anything or stand there" "first what happened you disappeared for a long time and are you the leader for this whole thing" Astrid asked "oh asking big questions, l was being held in a prison cell, l was betrayed by two people that were working for me an my boss" Hiccup tells the three.
'so she is not the leader but in second command of the dragon hunters' Astrid thought "second why did Dagur save you and who is that other person that was with you when you come back" Heather asked this time "ah that second person is someone who didn't betrayed me or my boss" "that doesn't answer the question" Astrid snaps.
"no it doesn't but your gonna have to find out yourself" Hiccup smirks then yawns "anymore questions I' am rather tired" the three dragon riders looked at each other then shook their heads, Toothless head looked up at the night sky "you better get going by the sounds of it Dagur has come back, better get back to your dragons" Hiccup says turning her back to them, she heard the footsteps of the three leaving.
Hiccup sighed and walked back inside, going back to the room that she was meant to stay in but just as she was about to get in bed she heard the front door open and footsteps coming in, Hiccup stopped and looked at the door seeing Dagur at the door frame staring at her "what are you doing out of bed" he asked and leaned against the frame as green eyes look back at him.
"I wanted to get up and move around" Hiccup lied walked over to the Bersekers Chief as he stood up straight and wrapped his arms around Hiccup as she leaned against his body for the warmth he gave to her small cold body, Dagur noticed but didn't say anything about it "you hungry?" he asked and Hiccup nodded then looked at him.
"I missed your cooking" Dagur smiled and they both shared a kiss but they parted away when they heard a grumble from Toothless and Viggo "awe is some dragon jealous" Hiccup looked Toothless who rolled his eyes and walked away before laying down near the fire curling up like a cat, Viggo shook his head and sat down a chair that was covered in furs.
Much later on Hiccup ate some warm food an was now curled up with Dagur in front of the fire as it began to hail outside "do you fear they will come back again" Viggo asked "without a doubt a mind they will come back, but it was only three of them" Dagur replied keeping his arms around "who knows they will or not come back" she said.
"why say that" Viggo asked looking at Hiccup who kept her eyes on the fire "just a feeling beside they not the problem, Johann and Krogan are the real threat" then she looked at the two "I know of there plans and what's gonna happen within a month" both of the Viking men looked at Hiccup surprise "how do you know that" Viggo says "not everyone dragon hunter betrayed me" Hiccup grins "they are loyal to me and my father" she curled up to Dagur more "only to you my dragon queen" Dagur kissed her forehead.
Two Weeks Later
Hiccup fully fitted with her gear grab her new helmet in her "still couldn't get the paint right" she mumbles "all that work to make your armor and you couldn't get the paint right" Dagur says as he walked to Hiccup side wrapping his arm around her waist as she leaned against him.
"are you sure you are ready for this" Dagur asks and Hiccup looked at him "yes I am ready beside I want to get this over an done with" Hiccup replies back kissing Dagur cheek who smiled like a proud dragon which made Hiccup laugh softly "come on lets get going" Hiccup says as Dagur let her go.
"yeah lets go and crash this meeting" Dagur almost yells, Hiccup smiles and got on Toothless seeing Dagur doing the same thing then looking to see Viggo on a deadly nadder "got a new dragon friend did we Viggo" Hiccup said trying not to smirk or laugh at the sight "laugh I dare you, beside it be probably this one time" Viggo replied back.
"if you say so" Hiccup mutters and nudge Toothless fly, the night fury took off into the sky with Dagur and Viggo following behind them on their dragons, for weeks Hiccup and Dagur had been reading the dragon riders letters to the other villages and found out they were having a secret meeting on Defenders of the wings island knowing the other villages that worked with dragons would be there.
The three kept flying for a good hour before the island came into sight "alright no boys we are here to talk to them, so no killing that goes especially for you Dagur!" Hiccup snaps looking at him who looked disappointed "no fun, kill joy" Dagur mumbles under his breath as Hiccup looked away at the island.
On the Defenders of the Wing Island
The dragon riders as well the defends of the wing and Wing Maidens sat all around a table that was in the open talking about a plan of an attack but stopped when their dragons stood up growling then the warning bells went off, warriors ran around getting ready for the attack but they were all shocked when they heard someone yelling.
"its the night fury rider!" Astrid eyes widen "I thought the rider was wounded or dead!" Mala yells as they stood up from their chairs when the night fury flew over them with two other dragons with riders on their back "and she bought back up" Heather said and Atali the leader of the wing maidens look at the dragon rider "did you say she?" she asked and Heather nodded.
More warriors appeared by Mala side their crossbows pointing at the rider as the night fury flap its wings to land on the ground, the other two dragons did the same "lower your weapons its seems they won't attack just yet" Mala said as her warriors lower their crossbows as the three dragons landed on the ground.
Heather looked the Triple Stryke seeing her brother Dagur getting down from the dragon and looked at her "hello little sister" the chief of the Berserkers grins like a pure mad man and the rider of the night fury looks at him "Dagur dear what did I say" the rider says then looked back at them as they began to remove their helmet, most of the riders knew what the night rider looked like but for everyone else they didn't.
The helmet was removed and there standing was a girl with auburn hair and bright green eyes "what do you want" Mala asks taking in the sight of the night fury rider who grinned which was a lot a more scary then Dagur "I am not here to fight, rather I am here to talk" Hiccup replies back.
