"I am not here to fight, rather I am here to talk" Hiccup replies back as the warriors that stood Mala kept their weapons pointed at the Night Fury rider "now this isn't nice, especially when I want to rid of Johann and Krogan as well since they took my hunters" the Night Fury rider says to them as the dragon riders went to Mala side.
"and why should we believe you" Mala says crossing her arms behind her as the warriors kept beside her with still their weapons up "because she is the leader of the dragon hunters not those two drop heads" Viggo says walking a bit closer to Hiccup side feeling eyes on him, but then Mala looked at the green eye girl, who looked around at the same age with Astrid and yet she is the leader of the entire dragon hunters.
"so they either betrayal you or they took over cause you did something stupid" Snotlout snaps as Astrid snacked the back of his head who needed up falling to the ground holding the back of his head "shut up you idiot" Astrid snaps at him and kicks him the back as Snotlout laid the ground "continue" the night fury just looks at her before clearing her voice.
"yes I am the leader of the dragon hunters, what Viggo said before those two did betray me an locked me away in a cell for the past five months an want answers on the dragon eye" Hiccup tells them as Fishlegs looks at her "why is that dragon eye so important to you" he asked as the other riders looked at him as did the leaders of the tribes before looking at the young leader of the dragon hunters.
Hiccup sighs "I hope to take this to my death bed if I was never to find it, the dragon eye with those lens help it with a rare dragon breath make a map to a dragon called the King Of The Dragons" Hiccup told them as they looked shocked "that can't be true" Fishlegs mumbles "yes it's true, the dragon king can control other dragon, much like a queen bee with a hive" they kept their eyes on her, Mala knew she was telling the truth from her body language, she looked at the other two Dagur was the same as well Viggo.
"Well your not lying but do you need our help to take back over the dragon hunters" the leader of the Wing Maidens Atali says and the night fury rider looked at her "cause if he gets the dragon king he will use it and take all of the dragons away from us then kill anyone who gets in his way" the night fury rider says with a deadly tone in her voice meaning she was serious about it in fact the whole thing.
"then what, if we help you what do we get for return" Astrid asked taking a step forward "I leave with the dragon hunters forever" Hiccup tells them as Dagur looked shocked at her "your joking about that are you?" he says as Hiccup looks at him "no I am not joking Dagur, but we talk about it more once we go back" she says to Dagur who sighed but didn't say anything back.
"how do we knew you want go back on your word?" Heather speaks taking a step forward near Astrid "you don't, but once they back under my control they never come back here" the night fury rider says crossing her arms "Then we can't help you" Mala says "now wait a minute, surely then can be a deal" Fishlegs says "a deal, how do we know she will keep it" Atali says looking at the others "she has nothing but cause us trouble for the past year and how do expect us to help her reclaim the dragon hunters".
"cause if I get back the dragon hunters we will leave this part of the north forever" Hiccup tells them again "but it also means getting rid Johann and Krogan for good" the night rider says "you mean killing them" Heather reply "oh no, what they will be something way worse then death" Hiccup grins like a pure mad woman giving the dragon riders a shiver down their spine and some of the fighters.
"well shall we discuss of plans?" Mala puts her hands together, another table and chairs were added as they all sat down as food and drinks were served to keep it as peace as they started to plan of action to defeat Johann and Krogan and before they get their hands on the dragon king and use the dragon.
They planned all day and into the night, many plans were formed in case they change or something happens, but once they were done Hiccup, Dagur and Viggo left on their dragons flying back to where they came from, standing on the ground Astrid watched as they completely disappeared from sight as Mala came to her side "should we trust their words?" she asked Astrid who looked at the chief "we got no choice especially since they shared information with us" the leader of the dragon riders replied.
Mala sighed crossing her arms "agree, but for now we have to keep our guard up in case they betrayed us" "I don't think that will be happening any time, the way she spoke and told us what happened I think she really needs our help" Atali walked to Astrid other side her hands behind her back "if you believe so then we must trust her until the end" Mala says before turning around and walks away with Astrid and Atali following behind.
One Month Later
The hunt for the Dragon King had began when Johann and Krogan attacked a huge dragon that the dragon riders thought it was the dragon rider and took it to Mala to save the dragon life after they find it in the sea cold and wounded, but during when they were treating the huge dragon Fishlegs had discover something in his notes and the size of the dragon that they saved was not the dragon king.
They went over back and forward and half way of finding of where the real Dragon king was Heather left on her dragon and headed to Berserker island to warn her brother Dagur, she pushed her dragon hard to get there before the hunters would praying to Odin, it was only sometime after Heather left the others had noticed and needed everyone to get ready to head to Berserker island.
Heather pushed Windshear harder at flying to get to Berserker island faster before the dragon hunters did, eyeing the open sea Heather didn't see any the dragon hunters but then again they could be taking a different way to still getting prepare for a fight of life an death for this so call dragon king.
On Berserker Island things were too quiet for Hiccup's liking, looking around the village was quiet so were the dragons beside Toothless and Sleuther playing together, Hiccup shook her head before hearing footsteps walking towards her knowing it is Dagur "something is wrong" Dagur spoke as he reached Hiccup side.
"agreed, it's too quiet for a oncoming storm" Hiccup replied crossing her arms looking at Dagur "or it could just be a peaceful day with nothing happening" he speaks an the dragon hunter leader glares at him before uncrossing her arms and flicked Dagur forehead "you just had to say that now something will happen to us" she mumbles as Dagur wrapped his arms around her "but it could be fun" "no it won't beside with what is going on it could make it a lot worse".
"true but we get to kill people" Dagur says "we do that all the time and you even in your dreams dear Dagur" Hiccup kisses his cheek and Dagur hums leaning down to kiss his future wife but didn't when Toothless and Sleuther run past staring at the open sky "what do you see boys" Hiccup spoke as she walked over to the dragons staring at the open sky, the Berserker chief went to her side also looking at the sky before grabbing the spy glass "it's Heather.." he says.
"your sister? why is she here" Hiccup speaks confused as took the spy glass an looked seeing Dagur sister Heather on her dragon flying rather fast towards them "something is up she is pushing that dragon rather hard" Hiccup says giving Dagur the spy glass back "she is, like you said something is wrong or either they got information" Dagur mutters.
"no she wouldn't be pushing that dragon too hard if those riders have got information" Hiccup says as Heather an her dragon into sight getting closer to land, the two watched as the dragon collapse onto the ground instead of landed, they both ran to Heather and her dragon "what is the matter sister" Dagur spoke helping Heather out of the saddle why Hiccup treaded to the exhausted dragon.
"dragon hunters, find a dragon breath that shows the lens better to find the dragon king, they are coming here!" Heather tells them as Hiccup eyes widen in shock the dragon king has been here the whole time under her nose "are you telling the truth" Dagur spoke and Heather just nodded "I am not lying brother" Heather spoke standing up "did you seen them" Hiccup asked "no they could be anywhere or still getting ready" she told them.
"I must ready the men for a battle then" Dagur says then ran off, Hiccup looked at the dragon who got up on it's feet and Heather went to her side "do the other riders know" Hiccup asked "yeah it was Fishlegs who find out" "the husky boy hmm too smart for my likely, take your dragon to the sables she be useless in a fight on the grounds" Hiccup tells her as Heather nodded and two began to head to the stables while Hiccup went to get her gear.
Getting to the house Hiccup walked to the spare room seeing her gear and began to put it on as Viggo entered the room grabbing his gear as well, Hiccup explain as best she could of what could happen and Viggo nodded seeing Hiccup leaving the room with all of her gear on and with her helmet in her hands as the dragon hunter leader walked out of the house seeing the Berserker warriors getting everything ready fast.
Hiccup moved to one of the many outpost and using her spy glass scanning the ocean until she spotted a huge ship that belongs to dragon hunters moving the spy glass away Hiccup moved to the edge and whistled loud making most warriors flinch from the high sound but Dagur looked at the directions that the loud whistle came from to one of the outpost seeing Hiccup near the edge of it and Dagur knew she has no doubt spotted the hunters ships.
The dragon riders rode at full speed towards Berserker island praying to Odin that they get there before the dragon hunters get there but the feeling of dread come over them when their was black smoke coming from the island, they all looked along each other and kept flying bracing for the fight up ahead, getting closer they could see the hunters ships an another odd thing was their was fighting on the ground but with no dragons they were all in the air as their riders try to force them to the land but they wouldn't go down.
They flew straight into the mess, Astrid flying around on Stormfly back she knocked the enemy riders of the dragons back with her axe, the other dragon hunters noticed this and began to fly to attack but stopped when they heard a piercing sound that only belong to one dragon, the hunters froze in fear as a black dragon came into sight with the rider in the saddle, to each an every one of them they felt like they were being stared to death by their once leader.
The night fury stopped flapping its wings "if you valve your life get off those dragons an get back ships by swimming or you will become dragon food" Hiccup growls as the hunters flew away, this even made Astrid shivered in fear "head down and help but you have to leave the dragon at the stables they are useless where the battle is" Hiccup said as the other riders came flying over "why is that" Fishlegs spoke.
"cause the king of dragons have the ability to control dragons and it seems it wants to keep these dragons away" Hiccup reply and flew away towards the ground at high speed, the riders watched in shock as the night fury tucked its wings in headed to the ships where Krogan an Johann are "she is insane" Tuffnut yells watching as did the others hearing that piercing sound once again then before reaching the sea the night fury opened it's wings and flew closer to the water at a high speed, this made Fishlegs take notes in his head.
Krogan wasn't a fool when he heard that piercing noise at the direction it coming from moving his head he saw the night fury an Hiccup flying at high speed to the ships, Hiccup tap once on Toothless giving the night fury a sigh as he opened his mouth and Krogan saw this his eyes widen in fear as he whipped the dragon to move before the blast hits them.
Toothless made the shot hitting a random ship as Krogan flew away in the smoke headed to land to find Johann before Hiccup finds them, reaching the land he ditched the dragon and ran to a cave that lead down a path an he spotted Johann not too far ahead of him, Krogan kept moving catching up to Johann who looked at him "we must fast before Hiccup catches us" he told Johann "thought she been too busy fighting but its seems we have underestimated her in this fight" Johann replied as the both men kept moving.
They reached to a end of the cave that drop into pitch darkness but what else they saw shocked them to the core was a huge white dragon bigger then they ever thought "we gonna need a bigger cage" Johann speaks as a blue eye opened looking at them both of the men took a step back and the dragon king kept glaring at them before it's eye moved to the back cave that's when Krogan and Johann heard footsteps and a sword, both turning they Hiccup with her flame sword out.
"this is the end of the line boys" she spoke with venom in her voice as Krogan grab his weapon an changed at her, Johann stayed where he was not sure of what to do until he spotted something nearby, slowly he moved over to it feeling at the king of the dragons eye on him but upon getting closer it was nest and in it was a one single egg, Johann smiles and reached to grab the egg but the dragon growled at him before it sent a sudden ice breath at him and Krogan cried out.
Hiccup and Krogan stopped fighting and looked to see Johann completely covered in ice not moving, taking this chance Hiccup disarmed Krogan of his weapon then pointed the flame sword at his neck "I should kill you right now but I am not because I will let father deal you" Hiccup smirked as Krogan made a run for it and Hiccup knew he would be stopped at the entrance by Toothless.
Looking at the dragon Hiccup walked over slowly and saw the nest with the egg and smiled softly "I won't be reporting this" she looked at the queen of dragons "take care and look after this future little one" Hiccup gave a bow to the queen who blew a gentle breeze with a little bit of snow covering her hair making Hiccup laugh "thank you" and she turned around and began to walk away up the cave.
Reaching the entrance she saw Toothless pinning down Krogan who was trying to escape but failed walking over she patted the night fury head "good boy" and Toothless purred happily then he looked up an so did Hiccup as Dagur and the dragon riders came into sight with their dragons meaning the fight no doubt over.
Landing on the ground Dagur got out of the saddle and ran to Hiccup "are you hurt anywhere" he spoke checking over his love "I am fine Dagur, what about your self" she asked then got a kiss on her cheek "I am alright the battle is over" he replied "with help of course" he looked at the dragon riders who got off their dragons "thank you so much for stopping and putting your life at risk" Hiccup says as Dagur wrapped an arm around her.
"that's what we do" Astrid replied crossing her arms "but what are you going to do about him" Heather asked pointing at the struggling Krogan "oh he will be punished for betraying me and my father" Hiccup replied as Krogan looked at her with complete fear in his eyes and the dragon hunter grins sending a shiver down everyone body "wait you said father but you said your the leader of the dragon hunters" Fishlegs says.
"yeah I am but this small part the other remain under my father control" Hiccup told them "which remains me I best be moving with the remaining men and ships back to him sooner then later" Hiccup sighs knowing this was gonna be a headache to explain to her father and possibly worse, the dragon riders saw the look of worry in her eyes but didn't question it.
It took more then five hours to prepare for sail before the dragon hunters had left for the last time, the dragon riders plus Dagur stood at the top of a hill as the ships disappeared from sight "I hope she comes back soo" he mumbles "it can't be bad could it?" Heather asked her brother "you haven't met her father then anything can happen" he replied as they all looked at him "I am not saying anything else then will be a day you will met him an won't be able to stop his army" with that Dagur walked over to his dragon getting onto the saddle the dragon flew away.
Krogan dropped in front of Drago bludvist with his hands chained behind him, the man looked in complete fear "sir, I can explain" he yells his voice filled with panic "I don't want Excuses! I want the king of Dragons!" Drago snaps "I found one, Drago! I did, hiding under an island in a caven of ice" Krogan replied "get to the point!" Drago yells getting more angry as Hiccup leaned against a pole in the background watching as this unfolds.
"it killed Johann.." Krogan mumbles and Drago frowned "get him out of my sight!" Drago yelled "Drago please, I will not you again" as he was pulled away by two hunters "no one fails me twice" Drago says as Kragon began to repeat no over and over, turning around he looks up at one of his warriors "bring me my maps! I'll find another king of dragon myself" then he looked at Hiccup "you have a lot of explaining to do dear daughter" as Hiccup sighs and straightens her self knowing this was gonna be a long time.
