On September 28th, Luna had a gig for Colleen's birthday.
"Finally, another gig!" Luna says, excited.
"I'm excited!" Sam says.
"Me, too!" Luna says.
Luke was home, sick. He had collapsed at a figure skating practice due to the fact that he barely eats anymore. Lynn saw this.
Lucy had been worried sick about Luke.
Lynn goes to get him food.
"B-but…but…" Luke passed out.
"Damn it, Luke, why did you do this?" Lucy sniffed as Luke was kinda stubborn when Leni or Lucy offered him cake or meat or anything other than healthy stuff.
Just then, Lynn fainted, having copied Luke's training methods and diet.
"Lynn!" Leni says, picking her up.
Later, Leni and Lucy had gotten them some decent food. Luke felt a little weak upon waking up.
"Get better…" Lucy sniffed.
Luna and Luke's friends came. "Luke, are you okay?" Luna asked.
"I guess…" Luke says.
"Phew…" Stephen and Colleen say as they cancelled their birthday parties for Luke.
"Stephen, your birthday has already passed, remember?" Colleen says. "We had the party at your family's bakery."
"Oh, yeah…" Stephen says.
"But I share a birthday with her…" Garrett says, remembering last year.
"Why did you leave your birthday party?" Luke asked.
"For you." Garrett says. "It wasn't much fun without you there, Luke."
Haiku came. "Lucy, I guess I can forgive you, but this is your last chance. No more grudges, got it?" Haiku says as Lucy nods.
Leni was feeding Luke some pizza. Luke was no longer pale.
"Can you stand?" Colleen asked.
Luke stood up, and he wasn't wobbly for once.
"Great!" Leni says.
"Don't do that again." Leni begged. "That diet was hurting you more than it was helping you."
Luke nods.
Cynthia sighed and texted Oliver to come to her birthday party as it was now October 6th.
"Also my birthday is on the 13th." Cynthia says. "The unluckiest day ever. My sister loves scaring me. She's a total jerk."
"I'll try to come, okay?" Oliver says.
"Thanks." Cynthia says and lays on her bed. Moving to Paris and away from her friends was a rough move, but she made it work.
Meanwhile, the Adventure Kids were planning Cynthia's birthday.
"Okay, why don't we let Savannah and Tina perform?" Kali says
"No, Luke!" Ann says.
"Do you have a crush on him?" Kali asked as Ann nodded.
"Oh, wow…and I thought you were just joking." Kali says.
Oliver goes to tell Luke about this.
"Hey, Luke, I need you to plan Cynthia's birthday." Oliver says.
"Oh?" Luke asked.
"I honestly just want her to be happy on her birthday for once." Oliver says.
"Oh, she has a twin." Luke says.
"I know. But she's a jerk to her." Oliver says. "So, my plan is to make sure that she isn't anywhere close to her sister."
"How?" Luke asked.
"I can help." Lucy says. "Cecilia is a goth, right?"
Oliver nodded.
"I can do something to get her away." Lucy says.
"You're a saint, Lucy Huntington." Oliver says.
"Huh?" Lucy asked, looking confused.
"That means he's grateful." Luke says.
Leni was working on Luke's birthday suit, using a music theme. She already did Luke's Boy Scout-style outfit for his camping theme and his "Element King" Halloween costume.
Lola came in. "I need a costume for my new movie." Lola says, but saw Leni was busy. Lola looks annoyed.
"I'll do it, please be patient." Leni says.
Charity came upstairs and saw this.
"Okay, I'll be patient." Lola says.
On the 13th, Cynthia woke up, scared knowing her sister was planning something. But to her surprise, nothing happened.
"Huh?" Cynthia asked. Instead, she saw Oliver with her breakfast.
"Oh, hey…" Cynthia says.
"How old are you today, my love?" Oliver asked, smiling.
"11." Cynthia says. Oliver doesn't even know he's dating someone much younger than him. But that was okay.
Oliver then gives Cynthia her breakfast and goes off to practice his magic act.
With Luke, he threw his party book into a box. He then hisses at it and kicks the box under his bed.
"Don't ask me to plan again!" Luke shouted.
"What's wrong?" Leni asked.
"Just…just leave me alone!" Luke cried.
"Talk to me…" Leni says.
"Luke will never plan again!" Luke hissed.
"Why?" Leni asked.
"Because! My last party fell apart!" Luke screamed.
"What party?" Leni asked.
"The one I was asked to plan!" Luke shouted.
"For who?" Leni asked. Luke sighed angrily and explained to Leni. He then screamed more, frustrated. She holds him.
"I will never plan again!" Luke hissed.
Charity came in. "Luke, sweetheart…why are you angry?" She asked him.
"NO MORE PLANNING!" Luke screamed.
"Everyone hates the way I plan parties! From now on, you're. On. Your. OWN!" Luke shouted before storming out of the house.
Leni was confused. Charity explained what really happened in a way Leni would understand.
Cecilia wakes up and sees Lucy and Haiku. They take her to a goth clubhouse.
Luke was storming through town. He hissed as he was summoning a hurricane of rage.
Luna called Brandy, knowing Brandy was the only one who could save the day.
Luke hissed and screamed as he flew around.
"No way!" Angry Luigi says as the earth shakes. "Fine…" He says and gets in his go kart and starts driving there. He used a golden mushroom to boost over. He shot crystals, trapping Luke in a crystal ball.
He then caught Luke.
"Now calm down and use your words." Angry Luigi says to Luke.
Luke cried and felt angry and stressed. Luke then grabbed the box with his party book in it and threw it. He was upset. He just wanted someone who got why he was mad. But it was obvious nobody cared. So he grabbed the box and threw it again, feeling stressed out.
"NO ONE WILL LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND!" Luke screamed.
"Then talk to people. What happened?" Luna asked.
Luke finally broke down in tears and told Luna what happened.
"Oliver didn't tell you anything…" Luna asked.
Luke shook his head and cried. He got stressed and screamed more.
"LUKE WILL NEVER PLAN AGAIN!" He screamed.
Luna tries to calm him down. Luke reduced his screams to sobs.
Luke soon calmed down. He was throwing his party book away at home. He threw each page into his trash can as Luna and Luan watched him.
Oliver took Cynthia out. He was unaware of Luke and the fact he wasn't planning the party anymore.
"You told Luke what I like and how I hate losing my spotlight, right?" Cynthia asked. Oliver froze. He knew he forgot to do something.
Meanwhile
"I need to scare my sister." Cecilia says.
"Why?" Lucy asked.
"Come on, don't you two wanna join me and have some fun? Yes, I see it now, a trio of goths…" Cecilia says.
Luke hissed as he tore his book apart more.
Leni tries to stop him.
"Just wait until they come back and see NO party!" Luke hissed. "I quit!"
"Okay, why don't you go ice skating?" Leni suggested. "Go practice for the upcoming school competition?"
Luke smiled at that and left the house with his skates.
With Oliver, he was quiet. Very quiet.
His father came in and saw this. Oliver knew he screwed up.
Cynthia later showed up to see no party. "Gee, nice to know you can count on your boyfriend…" Cynthia says, disappointed, and walks off.
Meanwhile, Lola was packing her bags.
"Goodbye, family, I will be leaving to film a new movie. I'll see you all again soon." Lola said and entered a limo as she hugged Lana the longest.
"I'm going to miss you." Lana says.
"Same…" Lola says.
"Hey, you kids are good." Adrien says as the Adventure Kids helped set up a party for Cynthia.
Oliver tried to talk to Luke at skating practice, but Luke was mad at him.
"You made him tear his book apart." Luna says. "You made him quit! All because you wouldn't tell him anything about the party he was planning. He eventually got mad and gave up!"
"Some friend you are!" Luke shouted at Oliver. "Don't ask me to help you ever again!"
Oliver looks down. Luke sobbed.
"Why couldn't you just tell me what the guest of honor was into? Why wouldn't you give me any details?! I don't know this guest of honor like you do!" Luke sobbed.
"Well, she loves fashion, spas…" Oliver began.
Luke just kept tearing up. "If you had told me earlier, I would have prepared! But instead, you flaked and forgot to do that!" He tosses the torn book at Oliver. "I hope Cynthia gets a horrible birthday!"
Luke skates off in tears. Oliver looks ashamed.
Cynthia walked alone. She really wanted a parfait and an epic entrance. And only Luke could put that type of entrance together. But since Oliver forgot to tell him, that wasn't happening. At this point, she didn't even want to celebrate her birthday anymore. She sat at a park alone and sobbed and threw off her necklace that Oliver gave her.
Meanwhile
"If anyone knows Cynthia, it's us, now let's go find that sarcastic beauty queen." Kali says.
"Yeah!" David says.
David finds Cynthia. "Hey, Cyn, I got a surprise for you." He says
"Ugh, what now?!" She asked. "Can't you see I'm mad right now?!"
"What, you chipped a nail?" He asked.
Cynthia sighed and followed him. He wouldn't even understand why she was angry, even if she told him. She forced a smile.
"Ladies and gentlemen, get ready, the lady of the hour is arriving." Kali says. "Her name is Cynthia Widdlestine!"
Cynthia was surprised.
"You guys planned a party for me?" Cynthia asked.
"We care for you." Ann says.
"Well, it's not as good as Luke's parties are, but ugh, I guess it will do." Cynthia says.
Luke felt very useless now. He felt empty as he took off his skates and trudged home. He shed tears the whole way. Leni hugged him.
"No one wants me to plan for them anymore!" He sobbed.
"Well, without you, they had to try and do something." Leni says. Luke just sobbed.
"Just forget it." Luke sniffed. "No one even wants me to do anything for them! I hope the party isn't successful!" Luke sobbed. "Let's see how it feels when they don't have my help!"
"Would you be mad if it turns out good?" Leni asked.
"You don't understand at all!" Luke shouted. "They never needed me! No one needed me! Nobody wants me to help them put it all together! They just want to do it themselves!" Luke snapped. "Well, they got their wish! They did it themselves! No one appreciates my work because they hate it!"
"That's not true. They wanted you, Luke, but when you quit early, they probably had no choice." Luna says.
"It's true, all right!" Luke says, angry. "Let them have the credit, because I don't need it!"
Leni tries to calm him down. But Luke felt very useless inside and out.
"They don't need me…nobody needs me…" Luke sniffed.
He flew up. "So I'll destroy it instead!" He says.
"What goths are you?" Cecilia asked.
"We dig graves." Lucy says.
"Keep talking…" Cecilia says.
"We watch horror movies." Bertrand says.
Oliver was doing a magic act and was in the middle of it when Luke shot flames at Oliver's hat.
Hawk Moth sees this "A boy as powerful as him will surely do it." Hawk Moth says and sends an akuma to akumatize Luke.
Luke looked around him.
"Hello, Luke, I am Hawk Moth. I can grant you the powers to make sure your siblings or anyone won't mess with you anymore. All I ask in return is the Miraculous of Ladybug and Cat Noir." Hawk Moth says through his head.
"Indeed. It shall be done." Luke says as he transforms into Party Un-Planner. He was dressed head to toe in a blue suit and black tie and wore a silver masquerade mask that showed his eyes well. He was also wearing a navy top hat and held a silver wand that had a crystal star on it.
Marinette hid.
"I knew it was only a matter of time before Luke got akumatized. Even if we save Luke, it may happen a couple more times." Tikki says.
"Yeah. Tikki, spots on!" Marinette says and turned into Ladybug and leaped into action.
"Okay, Luke, you need to calm down. I'm not sure what your family is like, but I'm sure we can talk this out…" Ladybug says as Party Un-Planner shot lightning at Ladybug, who dodged.
"Lightning?!" she says.
Cynthia hid. "Hoola, I don't really have to do this on my birthday, do I?" Cynthina asked
"Yes, you do" Hoola says.
"Fine. Hoola, wings up!" Cynthia says, turning into Ara Ecarette.
She came in and tries kicking Party Un-Planner, but he teleports.
"Of course he teleports!" She says.
Lisa arrived and shot darts at Party Un-Planner who dodged
"Oops…" Lisa says as he flew in and kicked her.
Suddenly Cat Noir came.
"I hope I'm not late to the party." He joked.
"No one needed me, but now I'll destroy you all!" he says.
"Okay, that's not true. I'm sure some people need you…" Ladybug says, using her yo-yo to deflect the lightning blasts. Cat Noir tries hitting him, but Party Un-Planner kicked Cat Noir, sending him flying.
Kali watches and gets confused. Where was Cynthia?
She called the cosmic buddies for help.
Emila came though a portal as Cat Noir's jaw dropped.
"Okay, let's end this" Cat Noir says.
"Any idea where the Akuma is?" Ladybug asked Lisa
"It's his book he's holding." Lisa says.
Suddenly, Alem tuber kicked Luke and Oliver caught him in a magic hold.
Ara Ecarette used her healing wings to heal Lisa.
"Okay." Ladybug says as she used her yo-yo to take the book, tearing it.
"Bye-bye, evil Akuma." She says and used her powers, fixing everything, even Luke's book.
Lisa was tracing the energy which leads up to Adrien's house, then Lisa figured it out. Gabriel Agreste is Hawk Moth.
Cynthia hides and changes back, seeing the party restored due to Ladybug's powers.
As for Luke, he was sniffling and hiding from everyone.
"Luke, hey, it's okay…" Kali says
"Yeah, it's not your fault. We've all been akumatized." Cynthia says.
Luke looks away, unwanted, useless, and unloved.
"Luke, we do want you." Cynthia says.
"Sure you do…" Luke says sadly.
"I mean, my party doesn't have your flair, Luke." Cynthia says.
"It's Oliver's fault for forgetting to tell me anything!" Luke snapped as he looked away from the group.
"Oliver, apologize." Lisa says as everyone looks on.
Luke had his back turned on Oliver.
"I'm sorry, Luke." Oliver says.
"Gee…Apologize to him and don't apologize to the girl that had her birthday party ruined." Cynthia says.
"Calm down!" Marinette says.
"Oh, I'm loving this…" Chloe says, watching from above. "It's only natural her party went down and I didn't have to do anything."
Meanwhile, the goths were eating snacks and drinking blood orange juice.
"You goths aren't half bad." Cecilia says.
"You aren't half good, either." Haiku says.
"Touche." Cecilia says.
Luke looked away from the group.
"You all broke me. You never once appreciated the work I've done!" Luke finally cried.
"Okay, that's not true, Luke. You're just going to say Lucy and your friends and your mother all were ungrateful to you. I'm grateful, Luke. We do appreciate what you do for us." Lisa says.
"Let's take a deep breath." Marinette says.
"Ha, ha, I'm surprised Luke hangs around you losers. A star like him should hang out with me." Chloe says.
"When can I throw her in a river?" Alem tuber asked.
"Under. Appreciated!" Luke hissed.
"Luke, we do appreciate you…" Lisa says "You're not listening to me. You're too angry to see the positive in people, so before you go out of control, I'm putting you to bed." Lisa says, holding a dart gun, not wanting Luke akumatized again.
"Yeah, we even made appreciation letters each year which have been washed away by your meltdown tears whenever Lori hurts you. Yes, some people don't appreciate what you do. It happens to everyone, but there are people who do." Luna says to Luke.
Cynthia turned her back.
"I Wanted one good birthday but someone ruined it. Oliver, you had one job, tell him what I'm like!" she says.
"Why couldn't you?!" Oliver screamed.
"Because I'm too busy with designs, getting dragged on adventures, and stuff like that!" Cynthia screamed.
Everyone else backed off. Luke was gone at this point.
"I guess you and Luke got what you wanted. I'm going home!" Cynthia says, steamed.
"Hey, Cynthia…" Kali says, but sees fire in her eyes.
"She's mad." Ann says, scared.
Meanwhile, Lucy was taking Cecilia home.
Cecilia got ready to prank and scare her twin sister. She got on a spooky costume and snuck up on her.
"Boo!" She says as Cynthia collapses, mainly from stress.
"Sis?" Cecilia asked and actually looked concerned "Get up…"
"She's out cold." Deeders says as Oliver looks guilty.
Meanwhile, Lucy was humming as Charity noticed Lucy planning Luke's birthday parties.
Luke came home in a terrible mood and slammed his door.
Lucy caught the vase in time.
"I'm not getting grounded because a vase got broken." Lucy says.
Luke was up in his room, looking at the pictures from his successful parties. He then frowned. The siblings were concerned.
"Luke, we heard what happened. We're so sorry that happened." Lori says.
"Yeah, we do appreciate it." Lucy says.
"It doesn't matter." Luke says coldly. "None of it matters anymore."
"What do you mean?" Lynn asked.
"Please tell us!" Lori says.
"I quit!" Luke sobbed. "No one likes my parties or even appreciates my work anymore! I'm unneeded, unwanted, useless…the list goes on and on. No one needs me, wants me, or even considers my ideas useful!"
"That's not true, Luke…" Lucy says.
"How do you even know that?!" Luke sniffed.
"We consider you useful." Lucy says. "You inspired me."
Luke sniffed and looked around him. They all hug him.
"I feel under-appreciated and very unhappy…" Luke sniffed. "Nobody wants me to plan for them anymore…"
"That's not true, honey." Charity says. "I want you to plan my birthday. Not Lucy, just you. I think you're the perfect person for the job, my sweet treasure."
"How old w-will you be?" Luke sniffed.
"I will be 51 in two months." Charity says with a smile.
"What about me?" Lucy asked.
"What about you?" Luke sniffed.
Lucy looked offended and walked off. Luke just looked away.
"I was already planning her frickin' birthday!" Luke snapped as he just left the house.
