In the enchanted forest one of the guards grabbed Snow White's head and bashed against a tree. She grunted. Snow tried to escape but the guard had a tight hold on her. Another guard walked up to her and pulled out a knife. "Well what do we have here" a voice said from behind them. They all turned and saw the king standing there. "My lord we caught the bandit Snow White" one of the guards said. James smiled. "I can see that. Good job" he said to his guards. He walked up to Snow. "Snow White it's great to see you where you belong. Captured by my guards. There's nowhere to run anymore" James said. Snow looked around. "Where's Regina? I'm sure she'd be upset she missed this" Snow said. "My beautiful queen is getting ready for tonight. Tell me Snow White do you know what tonight is" James asked. Snow didn't answer instead she just glared at James. "Tonight my dear Snow is mine and Regina's anniversary. The anniversary of that faithful night that you and my brother ruined our lives" James said.

"What did David do to you" Snow asked hoping to stale long enough for her to figure something out. James looked at her surprised. "You know his name. So that much mean you two met. Tell me where is my infuriating baby brother" James asked. This was her opportunity. "If I tell you you'll let me go" Snow asked. James looked at her for a minute and bust out laughing. "Your funny princess. No you see there will be a double execution tonight. You guys took something from us now you both must pay with your lives" James said. Snow struggled and tried to escape but it was no use. "Last chance. Where is David" James asked. Snow looked at James and spit at him. "Go to hell" Snow said. James wiped off his cheek and looked at Snow with anger in his eyes. He slapped her hard across the face. "I was going to wait until tonight to execute you but today is as good a day as any. Looks like Regina will be getting your heart as a gift" James said. He looked to his guard. "Do it" he said.

"Hold her still" the guard said to the other guard as he raised his knife above his head. All of a sudden James and the other guards heard a loud thud. They turned and looked and saw a knife sticking out of the guards back. He fell to the floor dead. They turned around and saw David standing there. David ran toward them pulling out his sword. The guard holding Snow let her go and charged after him. James stood there glaring at his brother. Snow saw the knife in the guard's back and got an idea. David yelled as he ran at the guard. The guard and David got into an intense swordfight. Another guard charged at David but David waved his hand and vines wrapped around the guard and tied him to a tree. He never lost focus of the swordfight he was in. Snow looked at James who was watching David fight his guard. She took the knife out of the guards back and stabbed James in the leg. He fell to his knees and yelled out. Snow ran to an empty horse. She had to get out of here.

Snow almost reached the horse but a guard on a horse grabbed her and rode off with her. "No" Snow said. James pulled the knife out of his leg and glared over to where the guard took Snow. David used his magic to blast the guard across the forest. He turned around and was surprised by what he saw. "James" David said stunned. He didn't think he would ever see his brother again after what happened. James turned and looked at David. They stared at each for a moment before James used his magic to disappear. David saw the guard riding away with Snow. He sheathed his sword and saw a bow and arrows on an empty horse which he took. He ran into the forest his eyes never leaving the rider. He stopped when he was high enough and used his dragon senses to shoot the arrow so it would hit the rider. The arrow hit the rider and he fell off the horse. David ran to catch up with the horse. Snow was able to stop the horse as it neighed.

Snow got off the horse and was grabbed from behind. It was James who glared at her. "I am going to enjoy this" he said as he raised the knife above his head. He felt a force and the knife fell out of his hand. He looked and saw David who was standing with his arm outstretched. He rolled his eyes. "Of course" he said. "James let her go" David said. James shook his head. "Me and Snow here have some unfinished business we need to take care of. Don't worry David your next" James said. David unsheathed his sword. "James I'm serious. Let her go" David said. "Or what? You'll kill me. You don't have it in you, little brother. Now if you'll excuse me I have a princess to kill" James said as he moved his hand to her chest about to rip her heart out. "James no" David yelled throwing out his hand and sending his brother flying. James landed heard against a tree. David pulled Snow behind him. James stood up and glared at David.

"Fine that's how you want to play it" James said unleashing a beam of energy toward David. "James watch out" David yelled as the beam hit the protective shield his parents set up around him and the beam flew back and hit James sending him flying again. David sheathed his sword and ran to James. He helped him up. "James I'm sorry . I couldn't let you hurt Snow and mom and dad put up a protective shield around me just in case you tried something" he said. James pulled his arm out of David's grasp. "Get off me" James said. David looked at his brother apologetically. "James maybe we could talk. I'm so sorry about what happened that night. I didn't know" David started to say but James interrupted him. "Save it. I don't want to hear it. You ruined our lives" James said looking over David's shoulder at Snow. "You both did and I promise you both will pay. I don't know how but I'll make sure of it" James said. James morphed into his dragon form and flew away. David sighed.

David walked back over to Snow. "Are you all right" he asked her. Snow was panting hard. She really believed that was the end. "You…You saved me" Snow said. David nodded his head. "It seemed like the honorable thing to do" he said. "Are you ready" he asked. "For what" Snow asked. "My jewels" David answered. Snow was seeing him in a new light. She couldn't believe he saved her. Maybe he wasn't so bad after all. "Right. You've got a wedding to get to. I don't think the pirates I sold them to have left yet. We need to be careful" she said. "What, of pirates" David asked laughing. "I don't know if you noticed me but I'm a fire breathing dragon. A couple pirates should be no problem" David said. "Trust me you've never met these pirates" Snow said. "What's so special about these pirates" David asked. "They have weapons to fight against magic. We have to show them respect. These pirates are some of the greediest out there and their captain is the worst of all" Snow said.

"Who's their captain" David asked. "Jack Sparrow" Snow said. Of course he had heard of Jack Sparrow. He was a pirate but he wasn't just any ordinary pirate. He was friends with a witch who gave him protection against magic especially dragon magic. He liked to collect dragon wings. Dragon wings were very valuable and people would pay anything to get their hands on them. That's how Jack and his crew were so wealthy. They capture dragons cut off their wings and sell them to the highest bidder. After that they'd kill the dragons. David knew he had to be careful. The protection spell his parents put on him only protected him against James. It would do no good against these pirates. David sighed. "Well, then let's get this over with" he said. "Yes, we've both got places to be. So let's go" Snow said. "You have your lonely little corner of solitude to find" David said. "You have a ringless fiancée to appease" Snow said as her and David walked deeper into the forest. Snow turned to David and stopped him from walking. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry about what happened with your brother. He should hear you out" Snow said. David smiled at her. "I appreciate that but I'd rather not talk about it" David said. Snow nodded her head and towards where the pirates were waiting for them.
