In Storybrooke David drove to the school before going to work. He needed to see Mary and let her know he left Kathryn. It had been so hard for him not being with his actual wife. He was about to change that. It had been 18 long years and he deserved to be with his actual wife and Emma deserved to have her real mother in her life. This fantasy James and Regina created for them was broken. Now their family was free to be together. He pulled back his open plaid shirt he had on over a grey Henley and pulled his gun out of the holster on his hip. He put it in the glove box and locked it up. It wasn't a good idea to go into a school with a bunch of children with a loaded gun. He got out of his truck locked it up and walked into the school. Unbeknownst to David, his stalker was watching him do this. They walked over to his truck and unlocked it. They had duplicate keys made for every key David had. They unlocked the glove box and took out the gun leaving a note for David to find when he went to get the gun.

Inside the school David walked to Mary's classroom. He found her opening a letter with a letter opener. He stood in the doorway watching her. "Careful. Looks sharp" David said. Mary looked up at him. "You can't be here" she said putting the letter and the letter opener on her desk. "I needed to see you" David said walking into the classroom. Mary picked up books from a table and turned around to look at him. "Tell me you didn't leave your wife because of me. I do not want to destroy a marriage" Mary said putting the books on different desks for her students. David walked up to her. "Trust me your not. I made the decision to leave her on my own. I don't want to hurt her either but it will hurt her in the long run if I stay in that fake marriage and pretend. She deserves to find someone who feels about her the way I feel about you" David said. Mary took a deep breath and sighed. "Your making it so hard to stay away from you. That's the right thing for both us to do" Mary said.

"Why is that the right thing" David asked moving backwards as Mary continued to put books on the children's desks. "You already have a life and a family" Mary said. "A family that's over. It's been over for a long time even before you came into the picture" David said as the school bell rang and children started to walk in. "I'm not the same man who chose that life, who chose to marry Kathryn. I've changed" David said. The children started to sit in their seats. "The man standing in front of you right now loves you and is choosing you" David whispered so only Mary heard him. Mary sighed. "You really have to leave" Mary said pushing David to the door. "Is that truly what you want? For me to leave" David asked as Mary continued to push him to the door. "Go" she said pushing him out the door. David stopped and turned around. "Meet me tonight. Promise me you'll think about it. I'll be at the toll bridge in the woods at 8:00. Don't make your decision now. Just think about it" David said.

"If you don't show, I'll know and I'll move on with my life but if you choose this, if you choose us, you know where I'll be" David said smiling at her hoping she would choose to be with him. David walked away from the classroom. He was really happy and started to walk to the entrance of the school to leave when he heard shouting coming from the main office. He walked over to the main office. "Check again" the man yelled at the woman behind the desk. "I already told you Mr. Mills your son didn't come to school today" the woman said looking scared at the mayor's reaction. "That's impossible. Henry has never missed a day of school. I know he's here. Now do your job and find my son or I will get someone who is competent and has a brain in their head to replace you" James yelled at the woman. "Is there a problem here" David asked from behind James. Both James and the woman looked at David. "Where is Henry" James asked turning his anger from the woman to David.

"We should talk about this somewhere else" David said reaching for James's arm. James pulled his arm away from David. "Don't touch me. Maybe I should ask again so your stupid brain can register it. WHERE…IS…MY…SON" James asked getting into David's face, emphasizing each word. "You can leave here by your own will or you can leave here in handcuffs. It's your choice" David said calmly. James glared at David for a moment then walked out of the office throwing the door open angerly. David turned to the woman who looked shaken up. "I apologize for my brother's actions" he said. He walked out of the office and saw James standing there waiting for him. "Where is Henry" James asked again. "We should go outside and talk about this" David said. James shook his head. "I'm staying here until you tell me where my son is" he said. David sighed. "Fine. Henry is home sick. He didn't feel well this morning" David said.

"So you let him stay home sick" James asked his voice rising. "Calm down. There are kids trying to learn" David said. James shook his head. "Don't tell me to calm down. Henry has never missed a day of school even if he's sick. Education is very important to me and his mother. We wouldn't want him to end up like Emma. Now tell me where is he" James shouted at David. Now David was getting mad. "What the hell do you mean you don't want him to end up like Emma" he asked trying to keep his anger in control seeing as they were in a school. James rolled his eyes. It's very clear you didn't think Emma's education was very important for her and you are OK with her being mediocre but me and Regina want more for Henry than to just skate by in life. We want him to actually have brains in his head unlike you and your daughter" James said. David grabbed James by the collar off his shirt. "Don't call Emma stupid" he warned.

"I'm not. I'm calling the both of you stupid" James said pulling himself out of David's grasp. "Now for the last time WHERE IS MY SON" James asked yelling at David. A crowd formed around them. "I already told you he's home sick" David answered trying to keep his anger in check. "Where exactly would that be? Where are you living now" James asked. David shook his head. "That's none of your business" he answered standing his ground against his brother. James was about to say something when a thought crossed his mind. "If Henry's home sick what the hell are you doing here" James asked. "Don't worry about it" David said. James walked away from David frustrated then he saw her. Standing there in the crowd was Mary Margaret. James looked between her and David and it all clicked. This sent James over the edge. He was pissed now. He let out a sarcastic laugh. "Really David? You came here to bang Mary Margaret during school hours. I thought you were better than that" James said loudly.

Mary looked away embarrassed and David roughly grabbed James's arm. "Keep your mouth shut about things you don't understand" he said. James smiled at him. "Why everyone should know that you left your wife just so you could bang that slut" he said. David didn't care that they were in a school in front of a bunch of people. He punched James hard in the face. "Don't talk about my wife like that" David whispered to James throwing him on the floor. He looked over at Mary who walked into her classroom with her head down embarrassed. "That's enough. Nothing to see here" a security guard said as he ushered everyone into their respective classrooms. James laughed and walked up to David. "It looks like she won't want anything to do with you anymore. Oh well. Looks like I win again" he said as David grabbed him roughly and pinned him against the wall. "You had no right to do that" he yelled. "Just like you have no right to keep my son from me" James said pushing David back.

"Trust me David. I'm going to find Henry and I will get him back and my curse will still be unbroken and you, your going to be without your wife" James said walking away. "I wonder what Regina will say when she finds out mom's been alive this whole time and you've been lying to her" David said. James turned around and glared at David. "You wouldn't" he said. David walked up to James and nodded his head. "I warned you what would happen if you went after me or my family. After my shift tonight Regina will find out everything and my guess is I won't be the only one without his wife" David said. The twins stood there glaring at each other for a moment before David started to walk past James. "Who's got the upper hand now" he asked as he bumped his brother hard and walked out of the school. James stood there fuming. How dare David threaten him? He was supposed to be in control. This was his curse. He walked out to his car and got in.

He pulled out his phone and called the person he trusted more than anyone else. "We're enacting Plan Z" James said. "Are you sure? David is still your brother" Regina asked on the other line. "He's trying to take everything we worked for away from us. It's time David learned a hard lesson. This is our curse and our town and David will not ruin everything. Brother or no brother, we're going through with Plan Z" James said. David thought he had the upper hand but he had no idea what James was truly capable of but he was going to find out the hard way.
