Mephisto walked into the tiny tavern owned by Tia Dalma. He had been summoned by the witch. He looked around for her but didn't see her. "Isn't this a surprise dearie" Rumpelstiltskin said walking up to Mephisto. "What are you doing here imp" Mephisto asked. "I was summoned by Tia Dalma. Said it was quite important and I would want to hear what she had to say" Rumpelstiltskin said. Mephisto nodded his head. "Me too. Where is the witch" he asked. "Right here" Tia said coming out from the back with a bunch of veil's. She smiled at Mephisto and bowed her head. "The horned king in the flesh. It is a pleasure to meet you" she said. Mephisto rolled his eyes. "Cut the pleasantries. What do you want" he asked. Tia smiled. "To help you get what you want" she said. Mephisto shook his head. "I already have that covered" he said. Tia nodded her head. "Yes with your son David who is going to marry King Midas's daughter" she said.
"Once David has married Abigail and King Midas is under my control I will force him to give me the map to the whereabouts of the black cauldron" Mephisto said. Rumpelstiltskin laughed. "That won't be easy to get dearie" he said. Mephisto nodded. "I know but it will be mine. I don't care what I have to do or who I have to kill" he said. Tia put the veils down on the table in front of her and poured the contents of one into her cauldron. She smiled up at Mephisto. "The black cauldron is a very powerful object but it won't get you what you really want" she said. Mephisto turned to her. "Why" he asked. "The black cauldron can raise the dead. It can give you an army of the undead to have at your disposal" Tia said. Mephisto shook his head. "That's not what I really want. You know nothing witch. Don't contact me again" Mephisto said starting to walk to the door. "There's another way to get to her" Tia said. Mephisto stopped in his tracks. He slowly turned around.
"What did you say" Mephisto asked Tia. "The black cauldron can't help you get her back because she's not actually dead" Tia said. "Who are you talking about" Mephisto asked. Tia smiled. "Lily" she said. Before she could say anything else Mephisto pinned her against the wall with his magic. "HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW THAT NAME" he asked. Tia laughed. "I know what I have to, to get by and what I know about your daughter is that she's not actually dead. She's just in another land far away from here" Tia said. "YOUR LYING" Mephisto yelled again. Tia shook her head. "No I'm not and I can prove it" she said. Mephisto thought for a second. He let her go. "You better not be lying or your dead" he said. Tia bowed her head. "I would never" she said walking up to her cauldron. She poured another veil into her cauldron. "See for yourself" she said to Mephisto. Mephisto walked up to the cauldron and looked inside.
Mephisto couldn't believe his eyes. Inside the cauldron he saw an image of his little girl. The only kid of his that he actually loved. She was older than when he last saw her when she was seven but he would know his baby girl anywhere. She didn't look happy. She was sitting in a cell somewhere. She's trapped. He had to save her. He turned to Tia. "How is this possible? Maleficent told me she died" he said. Tia nodded her head. "Your wife lied to you. She sent your daughter away to another land" she said. Mephisto could feel his anger rising. How dare that woman send his daughter away? "What land did she send her to" he asked. "The land without magic" Tia answered. Mephisto watched his little girl in that cell. He had to get to her no matter what it took. "I can get you there" Tia said. Mephisto looked up at her. "How" he asked. "The dark curse" she answered. Mephisto shook his head. "That curse isn't supposed to be cast. It could destroy everything" he said.
"It will be cast though. Sonner than you think. We will all be sent to the land without magic" Tia said. Mephisto nodded his head. "How do I cast it" he asked. "You can't dearie" Rumpelstiltskin said. "What do you mean I can't" Mephisto asked. "You can't cast it but don't worry it will be cast" Tia said. "By who" he asked. She shook her head. "I can't tell you that but I can tell you, you will be reunited with your daughter very soon" she said. Mephisto walked up to Tia. "Tell me who will cast the curse" he said. "If I tell you that the curse won't get cast and you will lose any chance to see your daughter again. The pieces are in place for the curse to get cast" she said. Mephisto looked at her for a second and backed away. "What can I do" he asked. "Give me some of your blood" she said. Mephisto looked at her confused. "Why" he asked. "So that I can make a potion to make sure your not affected by the curse and you still have all your memories" she said.
Mephisto made a knife appear and pricked his finger. Tia held out a veil and let his blood drop into the veil. "I will work on the potion and get it to you as soon as I can" she said. She turned to Rumpelstiltskin. "You will be reunited with your son too" she said. Mephisto turned to Rumpelstiltskin. "You too" he asked. Rumpelstiltskin nodded. "My son Bae. I lost him and he ended up in the land without magic just like your daughter" he said. Mephisto looked at him sadly. "I'm sorry" he said. "I'm sorry about your daughter" Rumpelstiltskin said. Mephisto nodded. "There is something else your majesty" Tia said to Mephisto. He turned to her. "Your sons are the key" she said. Mephisto shook his head. "I only have one son and he's a complete failure" he said. "You definitely have two. Twins if I'm not mistaken" she said. Mephisto rolled his eyes. "We don't talk about the other one in my castle. My son learned that lesson the hard way" he said.
"David and James. The dragon prince's. They are more important in this whole thing than you know" Tia said. "What do you mean" Mephisto asked. "Well they both have their parts to play but I want to talk about David" she said. "Why" he asked. "David will conceive a very powerful baby. She will be known as the savior. When she turns 18 she will be destined to break the curse and ruin everything" she said. Mephisto nodded his head. "I will make sure David can't conceive a child" he said. Rumpelstiltskin shook his head. "Not so fast Mephisto" he said. "I want that baby. When she's born bring her to me and I will take care of her. She won't be a threat to anyone" she said. "OK. You will get that baby" Mephisto said. Tia smiled at him. "Perfect" she said. Mephisto walked out of the tavern. Tia turned to Rumple. "He has no idea what's actually going on. He won't be a threat to us once the curse is cast" she said. "What about Lily" he asked. "I'll take find her and she'll help us" Tia said.
Mephisto arrived back at his castle. He walked through the halls to the throne room and took a seat in his throne. He couldn't believe it. Lily was still alive. Everything he had been working for, for the last 11 years was finally going to pay off. He was going to be reunited with his daughter again. "Mephisto, I didn't realize you were home" he heard a voice say from across the room. His wife was standing on the other side of the room. All the anger he had from before rose up inside him and he held out his hand choking her. Maleficent gasped for air. Mephisto walked over to her. "You lied to me. Lily's still alive. You sent her to another land and now you're going to pay" Mephisto said squeezing his hand and Maleficent started choking even more. "Lucky for you I'm not the one who's going to make you pay" he said releasing her. Maleficent fell to the floor coughing. "How did you find out" she asked. "Don't worry about it. How could you take my daughter away from me" he asked.
"I had no choice. She tried to kill David and James" Maleficent said. Mephisto scoffed and walked back to his throne. "Well she would have done al of us a favor" he said sitting on his throne. "I gave her her best chance. Getting her away from you was the best decision I ever made" Maleficent said. Mephisto shook his head. "You had no right" he said. Maleficent walked up to him angrily. "I had every right to try to save our daughter. You put that spell on her that took away all the light from her. I had no choice but to send her to a land where magic doesn't exist. Hopefully she has a chance to not end up like you" Maleficent said. Mephisto glared at his wife. "You left me with those sorry excuses for sons" he said. Maleficent slapped him across the face. "THEIR NAMES ARE DAVID AND JAMES. THEY ARE BETTER MEN THEN YOU WILL EVER BE" she yelled at him. She started to walk out of the throne room. Mephisto used his magic to close the throne room doors in front of Maleficent.
"You know my dear, dear Maleficent there is a bright side to all of this" Mephisto said walking over to her. "What's that" Maleficent asked. Mephisto smiled at her. "I know how to reunite with my daughter and trust me, I will. When I do she will decide not only your punishment but she will get to finish what she started before you interrupted her. Killing your sons" he said. Maleficent shook her head. "I won't let her touch them" Maleficent said. Mephisto just stared at his wife. "Did you even love her" he asked. Maleficent nodded. "Of course I did. I still do. I miss her everyday and I have to live with what I did but at least I know you can't poison her heart anymore" she said. Mephisto smiled evilly. "You made one mistake Maleficent" he said. "How? She's away from you which means she's better off" she said. Mephisto leaned down close to her ear. "You left your precious sons here and now they will feel my wrath because of you" he said.
"I won't let you kill them" Maleficent said. Mephisto burst out into laughter. "You misunderstand me. I'm not going to kill them. They are my sons after all" he said. Maleficent looked at him confused. "What are you going to do to them" she asked. "There are things worse than death. You'll never see you're one son again since I already banished him and David. Let's just say I have plans for David" he said. Maleficent looked worried now. "What are you going to do to David" she asked. Mephisto smiled bigger. "David will walk down the aisle and be in a loveless marriage. He'll have to deal with the fact that no one will ever love him and he'll be stuck with no way out" he said. Maleficent shook her head. "I won't let that happen" she said walking to the door but Mephisto grabbed her and pulled her back to him. "I wasn't done yet. When him and his wife have children I will take them. Your son will never see his children grow" Mephisto said.
"I'm not going to let David walk down that aisle and I will make sure you don't get your hands on his children. I'll tell him…" Maleficent started to say but Mephisto waved his hand and she stopped talking. "Your not going to say anything to David or anyone. You see you're not going anywhere at all" Mephisto said slapping a magic dampening cuff on her wrist. "When David is here you are going to be the dotting mother and he will not know anything is wrong because trust me if he gets even a hint that something might be wrong I will kill him nice and slowly. When he's not here you will spend your time in the dungeon. Guards" Mephisto called. He waved his hand and Maleficent was able to talk again. "Your majesty" the guards said bowing. "Take my wife to the dungeon. She will be staying there until my son gets home" Mephisto said. The guards looked between the king and queen. Mephisto turned to them. "Is there a problem" he asked. "No not at all" the guards said taking Maleficent to the dungeon.
In Boston Massachusetts, A woman knocked on an apartment door. She smiled when she saw the woman open the door. "Tia welcome back" the woman who answered the door said hugging Tia Dalma. "It's good to see you Lily" Tia said. "Come in" Lily said. Tia nodded and walked in. "I hope you've been well. It's been too long" she said. "Three years but who's counting" Lily said. Tia walked deeper into the apartment. "Did you get it" Lily asked. Tia stood there for a moment than smiled at her. She took the medallion out of her purse. "I found it deep in the mines of Storybrooke" she said. Lily walked over, took the medallion and looked at it. She smiled. "It's beautiful" she said. "Once the savior breaks the curse and I've brought together both parts of the medallion then our real plan will begin" Tia said. "How did you get out of town without anyone seeing you" Lily asked. Tia laughed. "Your brothers are too busy fighting each other they can't see what's right in front of them" she said.
"So how are my brothers" Lily asked handing the medallion back to Tia. "They're exactly where we need them to be. Everything is going according to plan" Tia said. "Perfect" Lily said as she poured herself and Tia a glass of wine. She handed Tia the glass of wine. Before she could say anything there was another knock at her door. She walked over and answered it. "Come in. Join the party" she said to the person. They walked into the living room where Tia was. "Albert this is Tia. Tia this is Albert. He's the one I got to tell David about where Storybrooke was and got him and my niece to head to Storybrooke" Lily said walking into the kitchen. "Nice to meet you" Tia said. "You too" Albert said. Lily walked back in with another glass of wine which she handed to Albert. "I did as you asked. I told Nolan the story you told me to tell him. You told me I'd be able to get my revenge on him for locking up my son. When is that going to happen" Albert asked.
"Relax Albert. You'll get your revenge on David and so will everyone else. How is everyone" Lily asked him. "They're anxious. They want to get their revenge on Nolan and I don't think they will be willing to wait much longer" he said. Lily smiled at him. "Don't worry. My niece will break the curse soon and when she does you will all get your revenge on David" Lily said. She turned to Tia. "Have you found my father yet" she asked. Tia sighed sadly. "Unfortunately not. David and James both did a good job with trapping him. I can't find him" Tia said. Lily looked away sadly. "He's out there somewhere and we will find him" Tia said. Lily nodded her head. "Yes we will and then me and my father will take our revenge on David and James. Are you sure my mother's here" Lily asked. Tia nodded her head. "James has her trapped in the Storybrooke mines. He wasn't able to kill her" Tia said. Lily let out a small laugh.
"That's because James is weak just like David. They're going to pay. They're all going to pay and my mother. I look forward to seeing her. She chose them over me. She'll realize how much of a mistake that was and it will be a mistake she will regret making. They don't know what is coming" Lily said. The three of them clinked their glasses and drank. Tia smiled. Everything was going exactly according to plan. The Savior was where she had to be. Prince Charming was exactly where he was supposed to be. The king and queen were doing exactly what she wanted them to. Hell even the dark one was her puppet and now with the prince under his control, the dark one was playing right into her hands. Mephisto was a card she wasn't ready to play yet but she would when she was ready. Lily was even doing exactly what she needed her to do. Tia laughed to herself. She was pulling all the strings and no one had any idea. When she was ready to unleash her plan no one was going to see her coming and no one was safe. Not even Mephisto, Lily or the dark one.
