At the sheriff's station, Graham handed Conner an ice bag. "Thanks" Conner said putting it on his eye. "I have to say Conner I'm actually pretty impressed" Graham said. Conner let out a laugh. "What that I finally stuck up for myself" Conner asked. Graham nodded. "You were great but you should really get that eye checked out Conner" Erica said. Conner shook his head. "It's fine. It doesn't even hurt that bad. Besides I don't look as bad as James does" Conner said. They all let out a laugh. Conner sighed and put the ice pack on his desk. "I guess this means I'll be going back to prison" he said. Graham walked over and patted his friend on the shoulder. "You're not going anywhere. I'll see to it" he said. Conner gave him a sad smile. "You know it's weird" Conner said. "What is" Erica asked. "I had a weird sense of Déjà vu like me and James have done that before. Fighting him just felt natural" Conner said. "I'm sorry guys. I don't know what came over me. How I lost my mind" Graham said.
"It's OK" Erica said. Conner nodded. "Yea Graham. You were tired and feverish" he said. "This was all my fault" Graham said. Erica shook her head. "This isn't your fault" she said. "Yea it's James and Regina's fault" Conner said. He looked at Graham. "I think you were right though. They are definitely hiding something" Conner said. "The question is what" Erica asked. "Well that's what we need to find out. Together" Graham said. Conner and Erica nodded. "I'm going to get the first aid kit" Conner said. Graham gave his friend the keys to his office. "I'll be right back" Conner said going into Graham's office. Graham and Erica looked at each other and smiled. "Hi" Graham said. "Hi" Erica said back. They stood there smiling at each other. "So that wasn't my finest hour" Graham said laughing. Erica laughed too. "It wasn't that bad. It was like a scavenger hunt searching for your heart. Plus you led us onto the trail of James and Regina" Erica said. Graham moved closer to her.
Outside the crypt, James was sitting on the stairs while Regina checked him over. "You really should get checked out" she said. James shook his head. "I'll be fine" he said. Regina looked at her husband worriedly. "James what are we going to do? They were close to finding it. Graham's becoming too much of a problem. We have to take care of him" Regina said. James nodded. "We will…in the morning" James said standing up. Regina shook her head. "We can't wait until the morning. He's remembering. If he remembers his life before the curse we could lose everything. We have to eliminate him" she said. James hugged his wife. "We can't. We don't do that anymore. We promised we were going to be better for Henry" he said. Regina pulled back from him. "This is different. He's threatening everything we've built. Our family. I won't lose Henry" she said. James rubbed Regina's shoulders soothingly. "We won't I promise. Let's just sleep on it and decide what to do in the morning" he said.
James took Regina's hand and started walking but Regina didn't move. He turned back to his wife. "Regina" he said. "I just want to be alone with my father" she said. James looked at her unsurely. "Regina…" he started to say but Regina stroked his cheek and smiled at him. "I just want to have alone time with my father. I won't do anything until we talk about it in the morning. I promise. Go home and get some sleep. I'll be home in about an hour" she said. James smiled at her and kissed her passionately. "I love you" he said. "I love you so much James" Regina said back. James walked away toward his car. Once he was out of sight Regina turned around and walked up to the crypt and went in. She closed the door behind her. She placed the flowers on her father's tomb. "I'm sorry James but I have no choice. Please forgive me" she said pushing the tomb revealing a secret passage underneath. She walked down the stairs.
In the enchanted forest, James and Regina glared at the huntsman as James stopped choking him. He fell to the floor trying to catch his breath. "YOU THINK YOU CAN FOOL US WITH THE HEART OF A STAG" Regina yelled. James nodded. "Nice try with the wings. You almost fooled me. Almost" James said. Regina waved her hand and all of Graham's weapons disappeared. She waved another hand and his scabbard unbuckled and fell of his waist to the floor. James waved his hand and a chair came up behind Graham forcing him to sit down. Ropes wrapped around his wrists tying him to the arm rests. The ropes wrapped around his ankles and then his waist. Regina waved her hand and the door shut and locked itself. Graham struggled to free himself but it was no use. He was trapped and at the king and queen's mercy. "You can stop struggling. You're not going anywhere" Regina said. "They don't deserve whatever you two were going to do to them" Graham said.
"That is not your decision to make" James said. "We wanted a heart and a heart we shall have" Regina said shoving her hand into Graham's chest and ripping out his heart. Graham let out a little whimper as his heart was removed from his body. He started breathing heavily. "What are you two going to do to me" Graham asked. James and Regina looked at each other. James walked over to the trapped huntsman. "We are going to let you live" he said. Graham looked at the king shocked. "In our dungeon. We own you now" James said. Regina smiled. "You will love as our pet" she said walking to the other room. She waved her hand and the chair followed. She raised the heart to her wall and it opened. She opened the box and turned to look at Graham. "This is your cage" Regina said. James walked into the room. "From this moment forward you will do everything that we say and if you ever disobey us, if you ever try to run away, all we have to do is squeeze" Regina said squeezing Graham's heart.
Graham screamed out in pain and struggled against the ropes binding him to the chair. Regina continued to squeeze and Graham yelled out in pain. James waved his hand and the ropes and chair disappeared and Graham fell to the floor still in excruciating pain. James walked over to him. James leaned down and grabbed him by his hair he roughly pulled him up to a sitting position. "I'm going to make sure every wolf within a hundred feet of this kingdom is hunted down and killed" James said. James looked at his wife and she nodded. She stopped squeezing Graham's heart. James took Graham's gloves off his hands. "So that you never forget what happened her today" James said grabbing Graham's wrists and blowing fire on them. Graham yelled out in pain. He had burn mark on his wrists. James let go of him. "Guards" he yelled and the guards ran into the room and lifted Graham off the floor. "Your life is in our hands forever. Take this prisoner to the dungeon" Regina said. They dragged him out of the room.
In Storybrooke, Regina walked deep under the crypt. She pulled back a curtain and behind the curtain was her wall of hearts. She pulled out one of the drawers and took out the box. She opened the box and reveled Graham's heart. Back at the sheriff's station, Graham and Erica were looking at each other with longing. "I feel better now" Graham said. "Good" Erica said. She just stared at him. "What" Graham asked. Erica smiled at him and kissed him. He kissed her back and they got lost in their passion. Everything came back to Graham. His life in the enchanted forest before James and Regina cast the curse. He remembered everything. The curse was broken for him. He fell backwards into the desk. "Graham" Erica said. "I got it" Conner said as he walked into the room. Back in the crypt, Regina took Graham's heart out of the box.
Back at the sheriff's station, Conner saw Graham leaning against the desk for support. "Graham, are you OK" he asked putting the first aid kit down and walking over to his friend. "I remember" Graham said looking between Conner and Erica. "Graham" Conner said. Graham turned to him. "Prince Charming" he said. Conner and Erica looked at each other confused. "What are you talking about" Conner asked. "I remember. You're Prince Charming" he said. He looked over at Erica. "This is your daughter Emma" he said looking at her. Conner shook his head. "Me and Kathryn never had a child…" Conner started to say but Graham shook his head. "No. You and Snow White. You had a daughter" Graham said. "I think you might have hit your head" Erica said. He turned to Erica and slowly walked over to her. Tears fell from his eyes as he grabbed her face. Erica smiled at him. "Thank you" he said. Back under the crypt, Regina started to squeeze his heart. "Listen whatever you guys do don't trust…" he started to say but then he collapsed to the floor.
"Graham" both Conner and Erica screamed going to check on him. "Graham" they both yelled shaking him to no avail. He wouldn't wake up. Conner got up and dialed 911. "This is Deputy Williams. I need an ambulance to the sheriff's station now" he said into the phone. Back in the crypt, Regina crushed the heart to dust. Erica kept on shaking him trying to wake him up. It didn't work. She cried as Graham lay there motionless. Conner hung up the phone and walked over to Erica. He leaned down and instinctively pulled her in for a hug. They both cried together. He looked over at his friend. The only friend he had since high school. He couldn't be dead. He couldn't. Conner didn't know how he was supposed to go on without the only person who ever had his back. Now he was alone without his best friend who was like his brother. What was he supposed to do now?
