Peter is researching a suspect from Stanford University class of 2003 when he finds Bryce Larkin, a previously unknown alias of Neal Caffrey's. While undercover as Bryce, Neal reveals more about the alias.

Peter finds himself in trouble while in prison for Pratts's murder only to be pulled for a CI arrangement. Much to his surprise, Neal is the agent holding his leash. How many things will he learn about his friend, and how many aspects of their partnership will he reevaluate?

Happy Birthday KeJae! KeJae requested that this year's birthday fic give Neal a twin sister and write a story displaying their relationship with each other. This is a oneshot so it may feel rushed at times but I hope you enjoy what I did with the prompt you gave me. But there's hopefully lots of family fluff in here.
