Chapter twenty-one: First day part two
Reader's POV~
Ichigo woke up to a beautiful morning. He shaded his eyes as he looked at the clock. "Crap Kaien not is gonna be mad if I'm late. " he got up out of bed and rushed into the bathroom. He took a quick shower and brushed his teeth. "Ichigo hurry you don't want to be late! " Yelled Miyako as she grabbed his bags and other stuff with Koghanihiko and Shiraghanihiko. Ichigo tried to hurry and bit his lip.
"Ouch! Great just what I need a bleeding lip. " He rolled his eyes and dressed in the blue and white uniform for the academy. He put on his scarf from Byakuya, the only accessory he'd wear.
Ichigo's Pov~
I tried to hurry to the family room but ended up being late anyways. I took to look ashamed or embarrassed but couldn't help laughing at Ganju, he must have been doing something stupid. "Ganju nii what happened now? " I tried not to laugh. "We have to hurry to get you to the academy Ichigo. Before head captain Yamamoto sends Ukitake taichou after us. " Kaien joked the last part though and Ichigo gulped. "Kaien onii, Juu-kun is in the doorway. " Ichigo looked like OMG Kaien onii Chan is in trouble.
Kaien sweat dropped. As he stood up, and saluted his captain. "Hi captain I was joking about soutaichou. How are you this morning? Are you feeling okay? " He asked and smiled softly. Juushirou laughed and picked up Ichigo with a smile. "You had to spoil that I was in the doorway kiddo. " He winked playfully. Ichigo laughed as he threw him into the air and Ichigo laughed hard. Ichigo moved his arms like an airplane. "Hai I could not help it. " He playfully chirped.
Juushirou held Ichigo while Kaien stood up straight.. " I am really good today and it's fine. I was just seeing if you guys are ready to go? " Juushirou asked Kaien softly while Ichigo giggled. Byakuya looked at Ichigo softly and let a smile escape. 'He is so adorable I can't help but smile. ' Byakuya thought with a smile. "Hello captain Ukitake good morning. " Byakuya bowed to his senpai. Juushirou waved to Byakuya with a smile. "Hello Byakuya please no formalities everyone I am not on duty. Just here to support Ichigo for today's entrance into the academy. " Juushirou scratched his head.
Ichigo squirmed out of Juu-kun arms. And he stood tall. " I am ready to go Juu-kun. "Ichigo chirped happily as he walked to the door.
Ichigo pov
"Ichigo we will send your things ahead to the academy. Let's just get you there okay Otouto. " asked Miyako as she walked over . Ichigo smiled and hugged Miyako as they opened the door. "Okay I am ready to go. I am still uneasy about going to the academy. But I will be okay. " Ichigo promised his onee Chan. Kaien seemed a bit worried but Miyako seemed convinced. "All right little brother we are convinced. But call us if someone or something happens. Okay? " Kukakku asked more like told as she walked over.
