Inside the break room, which was located passed the entry area and near one of the offices, Taylor fills Gregory in on why they're here, Gregory soon said, "So we got to do somethings that might help me be safe before 6:00am."

"Yes, but we need to access to the Daycare and gain the assistance of the Daycare Attendant, his location is of course the Daycare area," Bentley said.

Taylor soon said, "I suggest we get to work on this."

Tess said, "I did see something in the giftshop, but I might not make it on my own."

Gregory soon said, "I might have no choice but to help you with that."

Carmelita soon said, "Don't worry, Anna and Bathilda, two other nightguards are patrolling certain areas, but they will be on our side."

Qwark then said, "I do notice some sticky notes right here, one Gregory has, and the other Taylor has."

The group soon look at the one Gregory has, and it said this:

Party Foul:

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - We paid for the Glam Freddy Mega Deluxe Party Package and Freddy broke down as soon as he got on stage. We paid to have him at the table and sing happy birthday. He was supposed to give her the cake. My daughter's birthday has been ruined. I demand a refund.

"Guessing that incident Taylor saw at the atrium really caused a lot of trouble for the people here," Bentley said.

Taylor soon said, "Let's look at the note I found," the looked at the note and read what it said.

Food Storage:

ATTENTION KITCHEN STAFF - All food materials must be securely stored at closing. Chica has been caught eating from the kitchen garbage after hours. The maintenance repairs are costly and will come out of kitchen staff paychecks. - MANAGEMENT

"Wow, that's harsh, at least we know why Chica was eating the garbage," Tess said.

"Okay, reading times over, we got some work to do," Carmelita said, she looks at Tess and said, "Tess you and Gregory go off to the giftshop."

Bentley warns, "Be careful you two, there are S.T.A.F.F. bots around, not only that, Chica's there as well, if you get caught by them, they will set their own alarm, attracting Chica."

Tess and Gregory went off into the giftshop, avoiding Chica who was trying to call for Gregory, but managed to reach the giftshop. Tess soon said, "What I saw is down the stairs."

"Got it," Gregory said, then notice a sign that said, 'FREE MYSTERY PRIZE!' he gets it, then said, "Guys, I got a free gift!" he looks at it, and said, "It's a cruddy Mr. Hippo fridge magnet? Lame."

"I am so sorry, Gregory. I am truly sorry." Freddy said through Gregory's Fazwatch.

Gregory went to a button to open up the giftshop's doors, Tess got even a note from a duffle bag near the fountain, then she rejoined Gregory, then they both went off and sneaked past Chica and made it to what looks like a cafe, past a kitchen, then were located somewhere else, Bentley soon said, "You guys are at Customer Service, use the machine to upgrade the pass."

Gregory did that, while Tess looked around, and saw another duffle bag on a bench next to some lockers, and took the note, then went back through the door and waited for him, Gregory soon said, "It ate my pass!"

"Try that terrible magnet you found," Freddy suggested.

Greggory used the magnet, then a card came out and said, "Yes! I scrambled the machine!" he takes out the pass, and said, "Aw, man. Now it's some kind of Daycare Pass?"

"That is great news! I will meet you in the daycare. The entrance is on the second-floor balcony," Freddy said.

Tess soon waited, but noticed Gregory was running, he soon said, "Chica spotted me, run!"

Tess was shocked, and said, "Right behind ya!" They ran, but then Tess sees Gregory hide in a garbage can, Tess noticed a duffle bag, but was caught by the S.T.A.F.F. bot, however it didn't set off the alarm. She sighs, and said, "Seems being part of security had its advantages." She took the note that was in the bag. Soon Gregory left his hiding place and dashed to the entrance to the daycare.

Once there, Tess looked around a bit went into the bathrooms, and found another duffle bag with a note. She gave the notes to Gregory, and they both begin reading them, starting with the one from the fountain:

Easy Money

My cousin worked here. He said magnets mess with the ticket machines. Just head up to Faz Pad. You can get down to customer service through the back door and grab a stack of tickets. I'll be waiting for you outside. If you hear any robots, just hide until they leave. You'll be fine.

"That gave us the clue about the magnet," Tess said, then begins looking at the one from Customer service:

HI DAVE

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - You should fire Dave. He stinks.

"Well, that's a little uncalled for," Bentley said through the communicator, Tess and Gregory reads the one from the cafe:

AC Inspection

Thank you for contacting Low Budget Building Contractors. We have done a preliminary inspection and find nothing wrong with your ventilation system. The 'loud clanging', 'banging' and 'scraping' noises which were reported don't appear to be reproducible. Call us if it happens again. Invoice attached. - Keith

"That might be something, I'll see what I can find out more about that," Bentley said, then Tess read the one she just found in the bathroom:

Night Terrors

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT - My son never had sleeping problems. But after spending an evening in the daycare, he refuses to sleep with the lights out anymore! He just cries and cries. And then when I do let him keep the lights on, he wets the bed!

"That is a bit disturbing," Tess said, then she and Gregory pressed on, going for the Daycare.

As the enter it, Freddy soon said by the FazWatch, "Gregory, I am unable to reach you. Check the Daycare security desk for a security badge, then let me in."

Tess puts on her binoc-u-com, with her face on the right side and Bentley on the left, Bentley soon said, "Alright Tess, here's the plan, we got to convince the Daycare Attendant to join us, especially the Moon side of him."

"And how are we going to convince them both?" Tess asked.

Bentley replied, "Try talking to the Sun side, if he hears the situation, we might convince his other half to help when he comes out."

"Got it, we're going in," Tess said, and both she and Gregory went into a hole that said above it 'SLIDE INTO FUN!' Which they did and slid down.

After a long way sliding down, the landed in a ball pit, moving around, they notice the Daycare Attendant on a stage balcony, laughs, then dives into the ball pit, both Tess and Gregory were confused, then went to one of the ball pits exits, but then were grabbed by the Daycare Attendant, who said, "Helloooo! New friends! You're both up so late! Are we having a slumber party? Where are all of your friends?" He puts them down, moves right in front of them, then said, "We can finger paint, tell stories, drink Fizzy Faz until our heads ex-PLODE and stay up all night! There is only one rule: keep the lights on. ON. On..."

Tess soon said, "Listen Mr. Daycare Attendant,"

"Hey, please call me Sun," the Daycare Attendant, or Sun said.

Tess said, "Okay, Sun, look we need mostly you and your other half's help on something."

"What's so important my little talking squirrel?" Sun asked.

Tess was a little annoyed, then replied, "Okay first of all I'm on ottsel, which means I'm half weasel and half otter, second of all there is something in this place that wants to hurt Gregory."

Sun gasped, then said, "WHAT!? That is so not good! Don't worry you guys will be safe here, especially from whoever wants to hurt him, just keep the lights on."

Tess then said, "That's why we are both here, we need both of you to help us out while looking around the Pizzaplex, if you and your other half can agree to help us around if you can, we might have some more allies for our cause, for there are things that make this place not what it seems."

Sun replied, "Well, that might work, if you can turn off the lights, which won't happen at all."

Tess thought, then asked, "Okay, but however, if we did, by accident, turn off the lights, what if your other half play a game to earn both your allegiances?"

Sun thought, then replied, "Yeah, we might agree with that, we both promise a game, if you guys win, we will help as much as we can, but it won't happen, so let's have some fun here!"

Bentley soon said, "I suggest you make a distraction so you guys can make it to the security desk."

Tess and Gregory agreed, then notice some cylinders, and Gregory whacked them, causing Sun to say, "No, no, no, no! What a mess! Oh, which was the bottom? Where is the top? Clean up! Clean up!" The ran to the security desk. Once they did, Sun soon stammers, then said, "New friends, this- this area is off-limits. You're gonna get us in trouble. Don't you two want a puppet show? I have glitter glue! Do you like glitter glue? Googly eye?"

Tess soon said, "It's okay, I am one of the security guards, we just need the security badge here so we can let a friend, Freddy in."

"Freddy!" Sun said, but then looks again at Tess's attire, then said, "Oh, I forgive me young little ottsel, I didn't know you are part of security team."

Tess soon said, "All I need is just the security badge, then we will be able to leave here and meet up with Freddy," she searches the desk and found a small Freddy head with a security hat. She pushes down on the head's nose, which makes a confetti noise, and the mouth opens which reveals a card that represents the badge, which Gregory takes, but then the lights went out, causing Tess to say a simple, "Oops."

"No-no! Why would you do that? Lights on! Lights on! I warned you two- I WARNED YOU TWO!" Sun said while on the desk and covering his head.

Tess soon said, "I'm so sorry, Sun, I didn't know taking the badge would cause the lights to go out, as I said, I am so very sorry!" Sun then makes some groaning noises, then falls of the desk, Tess soon asked, "Sun are you okay?"

"The name is Moon, you naughty boy, and naughty ottsel," said a deeper voice, and getting up from the other side of the desk was a robot that was all dark as and a moon face, and said, "It's past both your bedtimes. You both must be punished."

"First of all, despite my size, I am actually an adult, so my bedtime isn't for me anymore, and second of all, if you heard Sun said, you guys promised a game to get you guys as allies," Tess said.

Moon groaned, then said, "Oh yeah, we both did," he thought, then said, "Fine, if you guys can turn back on the lights, we will help you guys out as much as you can, though I doubt you guys can do that in the dark," he gets up on the desk, then said, "Nighty-night," he then jumps up to the ceiling.

Freddy then said, "Gregory I do not know what you and Tess did, but the lights are out in the Daycare! You two need to find the emergency backup generators and turn them on. They are in the play structures."

"Well, that is a bit convenient," she notices something, which is a flashlight, then said, "Gregory, take the flashlight, it can help us in finding the generators."

"Don't forget to knock down the cylinders as a distraction, it might buy you guys some time," Bentley said.

Tess soon said, "I'll do the distractions, you work on the generators, Gregory."

"Got it," Gregory said, then they both separate.

Tess goes to the cylinders, and knocked them down, while causing Moon to growl and said, "Clean up! Clean up!"

After a few minutes of this, the lights were back on, causing Tess to sigh in relief. She soon thinks something is in a tower, she goes there, sees it, then said, "Hey Gregory, there is a gift here!"

Gregory went to it, turned the handle, and revealed what looks like something to be a flashlight. Bentley soon said, "This must be an upgrade for Gregory's flashlight, this'll make the battery last longer."

Tess and Gregory went to the door, but were stopped by someone, Tess soon said, "Sun! Look I am so sorry about what happened!"

"It's okay, but we are both on your side, Tess, we will be in the Daycare when you need us, but I am sorry I need to do one thing on the boy, Gregory is it?" Gregory nodded then Sun continued, "It is a certain rule, but Tess, you should quickly head for the slide you two came in."

Tess nodded, and went off, while saying Taylor, Sun is going to do something to Gregory please use your Enhanced Clairvoyance to see things through his eyes!"

"I'm on it!" Taylor said. Back at the break room, Taylor used the strand of hair from Gregory, and used it to see through his eyes.

Sun grabs Gregory, whispers, "Despite what I will say next, it's not really true, and sorry to do this," he then yells out, "Rule-breaker! Rule-breaker! You are banned from the Daycare." He puts Gregory down, then calls with his hand at the door, "Security Alert! Security Alert!" he then imitates an alarm and closes the door.

Gregory looks to his left, and sees Chica, but the Freddy comes, and said, "Gregory, Jump in! We need to get out of here now. They have found you!" Gregory did get into Freddy's chest cavity, and Freddy begins moving while saying, "Go upstairs. And do not worry, they cannot find you while we are together." Freddy begins moving, but goes to the giftshop, and Gregory goes out, causing Freddy to say, "Gregory! Where are you going?" Gregory goes to a gift box on the table, turned it, then got an Old Poster, then went back into Freddy. Freddy then goes up the stairs, but then the lights went out again. Freddy said, "We are almost out of time. We need to get to a recharge station immediately. Every hour the power is diverted to the recharge stations. When that happens the lights go out, and when that happens the Daycare attendant is free to roam the building. It will find you."

Freddy moves on while Tess follows, and goes near the water area, while hearing soft footsteps, and hid there while Freddy goes to a recharge station. Taylor, still using Enhance Clairvoyance, watches as Freddy enters a recharge station, she sees as her vision goes awry as a female in a bunny outfit dancingly goes past the station and into the daycare. Tess watches as the rabbit leaves as well, then goes out of hiding.

"What was that?" Gregory asked.

"Don't you know, that is Tess, and behind her is a fountain. A fountain is a decorative reservoir for discharging water," Freddy replies.

Gregory sighs, then said, "Not the fountain! You didn't see the dancing rabbit lady right in front of us?"

Freddy replies, "No, I did not. There is no rabbit at the Mega Pizzaplex... Not anymore."

"This is crazy. It's like the whole place is trying to get me!" Gregory said.

"I am not," Freddy explains.

"Why?" Gregory asked.

Freddy replies, "I don't know. I want to help you. Maybe they want to help you too."

"I doubt it. For some reason, you, Tess, and everyone else that I met who are really trying to help are different," Gregory said.

Freddy goes out of the recharge station, walks a bit, then Gregory gets out of Freddy, who then said, "Good news. The front doors will open in five hours."

"Good News? Five hours?" Gregory asked in shock, then said, "I'm not gonna last minutes!"

Freddy said, "Do not panic. If we get separated again, you can always call me on your Fazwatch - as long as I have power - and I am able to reach you," he stops, then said, "We should get going. You can access the main atrium with your new security badge."

Tess soon said, "But first I suggest we head back to the break room," she puts a hand to her ear, and asked, "Am I right, Bentley?"

"Affirmative, and now the Daycare Attendant is on our side, even when the lights go out, he can help us out in our fight against Afton," Bentley replies, as all three went down the stairs to the break room.

So sorry this took too long, sidetracked a bit again. Well, the Daycare Attendant is now in Taylor's side. What will happen next in the atrium?
