Chapter 87 History Lesson

The next day Danny went to the apartment Clockwork was staying at to start his training. Clockwork warmly greeted Danny and the two of them sat at a table together.
"I thought I might start us off with a history lesson. By learning from the past, we can help better plan for the future." Said Clockwork as he pulled out a Jedi holocron and activated it.
A hologram of a female Codru-Ji appeared above the table and began speaking.
"I am Jedi Master Pandora and this is my tale. Long ago there was a terrible and powerful Sith Lord named Pariah Dark. He was a fearsome conquer whose military tactics and knowledge on the Dark Side nearly allowed him to conquer the whole Amitrax System. Pariah used his knowledge of the Dark Side to craft to powerful items that would increase his power in the Force, he called these the Crown of Fire and the the Ring of Rage. Separately these items were harmless, but together they would grant the user nearly unlimited power. With this power Pariah Dark sought to conquer the the rest of the galaxy and beyond. The Jedi Order, sent me and a dozen other Jedi to confront Pariah Dark and put an end to his conquest. We eventually tracked him down to his fortress on a planet called Kepth. We launched an attack on the fortress and battled Pariah Dark. For several hours we battled the Sith Lord. With the power he gained from the ring and the crown Pariah Dark killed several of my comrades and nearly destroyed me and my remaining comrades, until I managed to knock the crown from his head using the Force. This distracted and wakened Pariah Dark allowing me to land the finishing blow ending the threat of Pariah Dark. Even the mightiest of enemies has a weakness. After the battle I took the crown and ring and placed them in a box called Pandora's Box. I hid the box in a secret labyrinth on another world, to keep the crown and ring out of the wrong hands. Only a Jedi can navigate my labyrinth and open my box. What they do with the crown and ring is up to them, but be warned they are powerful objects that will tempt people to the Dark Side. I hope my story helps and may the Force be with you."
The hologram vanished.
"Interesting. So are we going to seek out this Pandora's Box?" Said Danny.
"At some point yes. I believe there are others who also seek the box and it's contents. The Crown of Fire and the Ring of Rage are incredibly dangerous and if the Empire were to get them, then a great darkness would spread and consume the galaxy." Said Clockwork with a grave look in his eyes.
Danny could only gulp at this news. This was indeed bad news.
"That is why we must train and study. To prepare for the future and what may come." Said Clockwork.
