Chapter 105 Demands

Jazz just stared at Wraith in dumbfounded shock. She knew what a lightsaber was, since she did a little research after her encounter with Phantom on Tartarus. Jazz was just stunned that a young child like Wraith was armed with one.
"Why...do you have a lightsaber?" Asked Jazz regaining some of her composure.
"It is a gift from Vlad Plasmius. I've been trained in the art of using it to help make me stronger for both my master and the Empire." Said Wraith.
"So you just going to fight your way to Youngblood and take back the Capitol by yourself?" Asked Johnny.
"I already told you that we were all going to takedown Youngblood together." Said Wraith.
"Why should we go along and help you?" Asked Kitty.
"Because what is currently happening is all your fault. Now I could just cut you down where you stand or knock you out and leave you for the pirates or Imperial Forces to find, but you are all I have to work with and I have to make do with what I got. Also if you prove your worth and assist me, I won't hand you over to the Empire once the Capitol is taken back." Said Wraith.
Johnny, Kitty, and Shadow exchanged nervous looks. Things weren't really looking good for them and Wraith wasn't giving them much of a choice. Jazz looked at Wraith not really sure what to make of the girl. It was very unsettling to see a child, especially one that looked a whole lot like her brother armed with a dangerous weapon like a lightsaber and using it to make threats and demands at three adults. Jazz was really starting to feel concerned about what Vlad was teaching Wraith. After a few moments of uneasy silence Johnny spoke.
"Alright, will help you. Just please promise not to hand us over to the Empire once this is all over."
"You have my word." Said Wraith.
"So what exactly is are next move? I mean we need to arm ourselves if we want to stand a fighting chance against the pirates." Said Kitty.
"Leave that to me. Now follow me." Said Wraith as she crept out of the storage closet followed by the others.
Up aboard the Leviathan, Vlad watched as a transport shuttle flew towards planet Casper. Vlad knew that Fright Knight was aboard the shuttle with his team and a dozen well trained Stormtroopers. They were heading to Goza to infiltrate the Capitol, save the hostages, and take the building back from the pirates. Vlad just had to help the assault team by stalling Youngblood by pretending to give into his demands. A alert of an incoming call appeared on one of the screens and Vlad pressed a button to answer it. A small smiling hologram of Youngblood appeared before Vlad. Youngblood's arrogant grin greatly annoyed Vlad and he wished he had Vader's Force ability to Force choke people from great distances. If Vlad had that ability he could solve this crisis in a matter of seconds, but he didn't, so he had to rely on others to get the job done. Until then Vlad had to play diplomatic and pretend to give into Youngblood's demands.
"Captain Youngblood I presume." Said Vlad.
"I am. I presume that you're General Vlad Plasmius." Said Youngblood.
"I am." Said Vlad.
"Good now let's get down to business." Said Youngblood.
"First I would like to see Governor Lancer to make sure he is ok and then we can discuss terms." Said Vlad.
Youngblood waved someone over and a few seconds later a handcuffed Lancer appeared next to Youngblood. Lancer looked frightened, but unhurt.
"Please help." Said Lancer with a pleading look in his eyes.
"Don't worry Lancer everything is going to be ok." Said Vlad.
Youngblood pushed Lancer away and he vanished from the projection.
"Now that is out of the way. Let's start talking demands. Firstly I want all the prisoners in Tartarus to be released and for transport for off planet travel to be provided to them. Secondly I want a billion credits to be delivered to the Capitol. And lastly once my first two demands are met I want all your forces surrounding the Capitol to leave the area and clear all major streets leading out of Goza. We plan to leave the city. Don't even think about having your men follow or try to stop us. Governor Lancer and a few other hostages will be coming along with us, until me and my crew are safely off Casper and are faraway from the planet. Then you can have them back. Do you understand?" Said Youngblood.
"I understand. Just to be clear it's going to take some time to fill out the first two demands. I have to gather up the ships to transport the prisoners and the credits." Said Vlad.
"I know that. I'll give you a few hours to work that all in, before I call back to check in on you and if I'm not satisfied or that I think you're stalling in any way, I will start killing the hostages. Clear?" Said Youngblood.
"Clear." Said Vlad.
"Good." Said Youngblood before his hologram vanished.
Vlad let out a annoyed sigh before he went about making some calls to start fulfilling Youngblood's demands.
Back in the Capitol, Wraith and her little group were sneaking down a hallway, until they spotted a group of four pirates walking by up ahead. Wraith readied her lightsaber and charged at the group. One pirate saw her coming and began firing at her with his blaster. Wraith deflected a few blasts to the side and sent a couple right back at the pirate shooting her and one of his comrades. Both men were struck by the blasts in the chest and they both fell to the ground in a heap. Wraith pointed her hand at the remaining two pirates and used a Force push to send them flying and crashing into a wall behind them. The two pirates fell to the ground unconscious.
"Take their blasters and arm yourselves." Said Wraith.
Johnny and the others each took a blaster. Jazz eyed the blaster in her hands nervously. She had never held or used a blaster in her entire life. Just the thought of using one to kill or harm another being made Jazz ill. Johnny saw Jazz's discomfort and spoke.
"These things have a stun setting." He said as he demonstrated how to change settings.
"Thanks." Mumbled Jazz as she set her blaster to stun.
Kitty looked at her own blaster and then at Wraith and then she considered attacking Wraith, while her back was turned. Wraith turned and faced Kitty with an intense glare.
"Don't even think about betraying me. It will be your last mistake." Said Wraith.
Kitty just nodded her head with a fearful expression on her face. Wraith turned her attention to Jazz.
"Where can we lift the lockdown from?" Asked Wraith.
"From Lancer's office near the top floor." Said Jazz.
"Good. Lancer's office is most likely where Youngblood is stationed. We go in take him out and lift the lockdown. The pirates will be disorganized and confused without their captain and the Imperial Military will storm the Capitol and take it back." Said Wraith.
"Sounds like you have a plan." Said Johnny.
"I do. I was trained by General Plasmius. This is just a good opportunity to put my training to the test. Now lead the way Jazz." Said Wraith.
The little headed out on their mission to retake the Capitol. As that was going on Danny and his allies were heading into the sewer to do the exact same thing.
