Here so, I'm not good at it but wrote this chapter anyhow!
Happy reading!
He entered the beautifully decorated room and found her standing by the window. The cold wind ruffled her long pretty locks which she didn't care to set back. All she was looking at was beautiful sight of the cold, full moon night that curled her lips up automatically.
He smiled and closed the distance between them. Hugging her tightly from behind, he placed a soft kiss on her cheek.
She smiled at him and rested her head back on his chest while her eyes were closed trying to feel every little thing amplified in the moment.
"It's first moon after our marriage!" He whispered in her ear slowly and sensually while his warm breath fanned her bare neck.
"Hmm! I know!" She tilted her neck slightly to let him play with her soft creamy skin.
"Well then, make a wish!" He trailed his finger on her face and tugged a lock behind her ear.
"Wi..sh?" She took a sharp breath as his grip tightened around her waist. A shrill spread down her spine as she felt his soft lips trailing on her neck.
"Yes! A wish!" He pulled away and kept his chin on her shoulder, "The ritual says; you have to make a wish today and I am bound to fulfill it, with no regards to whatever it costs me!"
"Does that mean I can wish anything?" She turned her face slightly to face him. The innocent smile on her face held him off guard.
"Anything!" He barely whispered when another gush* of wind compelled their eyes to shut itself and her locks flew all over her face.
He left her waist and she turned to face him while her hands rested on his chest. He tugged her locks behind, now a little irritated and jeolous with the wind's interfering their moment.
"Think once more Your grace. It's a great chance!" She had a playful smirk on her pink plump lips while her notorious fingers reached back of his nape, teasing and playing with his hair.
His smile turned teasing as he inched closer to her with their lips almost touching as he whispered almost inaudible, "Have at it!"
She raised her eyes to stare right into his' with her expressions turning serious suddenly, "The Throne, I want!"
His face stiffened instantly as he jerked her away. This wasn't supposed to be the wish! He didn't expect even her to be this greedy for power and the Throne! He felt his lungs collapse with the weight that increased on his heart. He gasped for air and his throat tore as he yelled loudly, "NO!"
All sweaty, Daya took a moment to process what exactly happened with him. He closed his eyes and tried to take a few long breaths to calm his killing instinct.
The dream felt fatal!
He wiped the salt drops away from his face with his chest still heaving up and down. Getting up from the bed, he took the night robe and covered his naked, sweaty abs as he walked to the side table to drench his tearing throat.
"It was.. just a dream!" He murmured but didn't mean it wholly.
"But what if this-" He shook his head wildly to dispose the very thought that started rooting doubts and insecurities in his mind.
"No. She's not like that!" He started walking out of his room in the thought of breathing some fresh air.
"That was just a.. dream!?" The convincing statement switched to a quest as his eyes fell on the full moon that rose from behind the mountains.
The full moon throws a hint.
The cold wind adds to his panick.
The pretty sillhouette peeping from behind the wooden gate alerts him.
"Who's there?" He pulled a sword from one of the guards and stepped towards it.
"Who is-"
"Shh! Shhh! Slow it down! It's me!" Muskaan jumps out suddenly and cuts him with gestures that begged to shut up.
"You?" He was loud at first but then slowed it, "What are you doing here? At this time?" He was shocked by her sneaking her own palace and hiding in quite an unethical way.
"I.. was sneaking out of my room but wasn't expecting to get caught by you!" She rolled her eyes in the end.
Bummer!
"It's your place! You don't have to-"
"My mother won't appreciate me out at this hour of night!" She cut him and folded her hands to her chest.
That's when he noticed she wasn't wearing furr or leather cloak as a protection from the cold. He stared her for a moment as how carefree she stood there staring the night sky with a small smile on her lips.
"You'll get sick. Come here!" He held her arm and started walking towards the bonfire that was lit in front of his room.
Muskaan followed him silently as she loved when he showed care towards her. Another rare sight!
"Sit here I'll come back!" Daya pulled a chair from around and finally left her arm. She hid her smile watching his embarassed face show up when he noticed for how long he held her creamy delicate wrist. *Wink* He wanted to get under the ground for that.
She sat on the chair and spread her palms close to the fire to catch the warmth of it while he came back from inside his room holding a thick furr robe for her, as she assumed.
"Take it!" He offered it looking here and there to hide the crimson color that just flushed his cheeks and to mask his thoughts about that dream, freaking him out from inside.
A/N:- Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
