14:03:11, with all the Main Weapons, Secondary Weapons, Melee Weapons, Grenades, Primary Healing Items, Ammo Upgrade Items, Secondary Healing Items, Laser Sights, and Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Ammo in sports bags, Snowden engages Marc and Vel's zombie army. While the two traitors watch gleefully and wait for the right opportunity to kill him if he survives the horde.
The Wharf's main dock is where all the supplies the Army Ranger has collected from the tallest building will be. The whole river is completely filled with boats keeping the player from being pushed into the contaminated water.
A line of fire is all covering the end of the dock to keep anything or anyone from leaving. The player will start off with 100,000 health, 200,000 temporary health when incapacitated and an automatic self-revive to full health as long as there are still healing items in the area (Trivia: full permanent health or temporary health depending on the healing item available in the slot and the area).
Snowden will also break free from Special Infected grabs once caught and recover from grabs, Tank rock throws, Tank punches, and being knocked down faster. As well as heal and deploy special ammunition quicker even without an Adrenaline Shot.
Non-host players will be playing as the Specials with their spawn area being inside the cargo hold only. But the waiting time when killed will be disabled.
In the sea of Commons and Infected Secret Service Agents, the Hellhounds and Hellhogs make their first appearance to the Army Ranger/player. The Hellhounds will disable a survivor's ability to attack or perform actions for a short period of time while the Hellhogs will knock a survivor down and deal damage.
However, the Hellhounds and Hellhogs are more of Uncommon Infected than Special Infected. The first new Special the player/Snowden encounters is Ratman, an exterminator that will unleash a school of zombie rats via its mouth and stomach.
The infected rodents will dish out combined damage when working together, but their weaknesses are fire and the death of the Ratman that deployed them.

The second new Special Infected to come out is known as Meatwall. It may not be bulletproof but it has far more health than a Tank and is more destructive to the environment and more surgical in attacking survivors.
As it will grab a survivor, crush him/her with one hand, chew on him/her and spit him/her out, dealing heavy damage. However, like the Tank, the only way to kill it is with overwhelming retaliation.

After dealing with the Tank, the third new and final Special, known as Claws, makes its fast, murderous entrance. As it can charge, grab and knock survivors back like a Charger but with a more thorough grab-and-smash attack.
While its main slash attack is similar to the Tank's punch, Claws' slices deliver even more damage. It can also run like a four-legged animal, jump at great heights and lengths, put itself out when on fire, use grabbed survivors as human shields, and dodge thrown grenades and Grenade Launcher fire.
Still, it is not impervious to precise attacks. It may have more health than a Tank, but it has less health than a Meatwall and it cannot shake off or remove Boomer Bile and Sticky Goo from its body.

With this, upon revival in full health for the last time, Snowden says the Ranger Creed at the top of his lungs in the way it is said during an Army Ranger's graduation from the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program.
