So with that done. Now the question comes of what would've been next for CNUD: Origins.

Well… For one, we would've eventually continued Ace and Liv's stories.

Ace would've started basic training at Providence. I mentioned the character of Jim Morales from Code Lyoko being in there and he would've been there as an instructor. I'd Rather Not Talk About It jokes included of course. Brick McArthur from Total Drama was mentioned and I don't remember much of him other than I think I turned his military brat stuff into being an agent of Providence. He was going to be Ace's first friend since the accident in basic training and at least if I were to do it now, they would've ended up like brothers. Of course, Brick would've eventually gone off to Total Drama at some point and left Ace alone which would've been neat. I don't know much else that I was going to do with him other than Ace would have eventually graduated as a full fledged Providence agent and then the war would've started.

Liv's stuff would've involved Jeremie and Herb, but the addition of a character named Gus Test. Gus and The Golden Explorers were a creation of my friend who created Epic. In my interpretation of The CNUD I decided to make him a cousin of Johnny the whipcracker himself for reasons I can't really remember. He existed to make Liv miserable and in the current day interactions of the CNUD would've made for what I thought was interesting tension at the time. Liv would've eventually wanted to go for Dexter's time travel experiment among many others which if I recall correctly included Kenneth and Gus too. And well… We all know how that would end up. I realize that brings up questions about my interpretation of the future and the general answer is that a lot of people did Dexter's experiment at the same time and Dee Dee does what she does in the game. I think I wanted to go with the mass terror angle in that regard, but this was meant to be my answer to lots of people having gone to the future in the game. Liv would've undergone a trial by fire in the future, learned to be brave and all of that jazz and come off stronger because of it. Maybe he would've stood up to Gus at some point, idk. A lot of those plans were vague even back then.

And then we would've gotten chapters for both Epic and Kenneth. I was admittedly going to go for adaptations of the backstories their creators had given them.

Epic would've been involved with some sort of scientific character, maybe Utonium? I don't think I figured it out. He was going to be best friends with Smile. Shenanigans were going to ensue making him split off from them and all that jazz and also made things complicated with Smile who is one of the members of the Golden Explorers group.

Kenneth would've been a cursed child who ended up gaining a Fusion of his own which was supposed to be a massive problem. More fun stuff.

All of this would have culminated in the gang meeting each other in what would have ended in a time during the Fusion war that would have made them become a team in what would have resulted in both a lot of property damage and Dexter being really mad at them lol. But them deciding to become a team as well.

This story would have been something and I think what little of it exists is certainly somethin' alright. I think I'd definitely take a better approach to characters and their development today as well as had a more solid plan and outline and the like. I think that Origins is definitely the weakest of the three CNUD stories but there were certainly ideas there.

But yeah, thanks for reading this and for what it's worth, I hope you enjoyed it. Be sure to check out the other CNUD stories or my other much better modern work lmfao.
