Stan parked his car and he, the twins and Soos got out of the car. - "Here we are. The summerween superstore." -They were at a convenience store.
- Wait? Summer-what?" -Dipper asked him.
- "Summerween. The people of this town love Halloween so much they celebrate it twice a year. And wouldn't you know it? It's today."-Stan answered.
- "You always carry a calendar in your pocket?" -Dipper asked again.
- "Yes." -
- "Summerween? Something about this feels unnatural." -Mabel questioned.
- "There's free candy." -Soos said to the twins and they got into the store immediately. Once inside, they were fooling around. - "To the costumes aisle!" -the twins yelled at the same time.
While Soos was playing with some toys and Stan was taking a fake blood barrel, Dipper and Mabel found the costumes section and looked at all the costumes there, in different sizes. There were many costumes, witches, werewolves, vampires and many others, but something caught their attention. There were three empty spots, the labels said 'Ladybug' 'Black Cat' and 'Queen Bee'. They were the most expensive ones but still were sold out.
- "It seems we'll see a lot of superheroes tonight." -Dipper said.
- "Yep." -
They kept fooling around for a while until the shopkeeper got tired of them and called the police, that's when Stan used a smoke bomb to distract her and they ran to their car.
- "you paid for the stuff, right?" -Mabel asked him while running away.
- "Of course!" -Stan answered her.
They were getting into their car when the Northwest limousine was arriving, both Dipper and Mabel were happy at the chance of greeting Pacifica, but then, they saw the shopkeeper running at them yelling something about fake money and Stan pushed them into the car and left hurriedly.
- "I hate Summerween." -The shopkeeper mumbled. - "But I HATE STAN PINES EVEN MORE!" -she yelled, scaring the Northwest family that was going into the store.

Back in the Shack, everyone was getting ready for the night. - "I'm so excited! We're gonna have the best costumes, and get the most candies." -Dipper said excitedly.
- "And get the biggest cavities ever!" -Mabel was excited too. And they high fived.
- "Dudes! I've never seen you guys so pumped." -Soos said.
- "Well, back and home, Dipper and I were kind of the kings of trick and treating." -Mabel explained and showed him some photos of them in their costumes, being twins and sharing costumes was a sure bet on this.
- "Oh! You dudes better be careful out there. It's a night of ghouls and goblins, not to mention, the summerween trickster." -Soos warned them taking a flashlight and point it at himself to seem more scary.
- "The summerwhat? What? What?" -Mabel asked him.
- "The trickster goes door to door for the legend goes, tricking children who whack the summerween spirit." -he explained them.
- "Well, you don't have to worry about us. We've got spirit to go round." -Dipper said and suddenly coughed 'cause he was choking. - "Ugh! What is this stuff?! I've never even heard of these brands! Sand pop? Gummy chair? Mr. Adequate bar?" -
- "These are cheap loser candies!" -Mabel whined.
- "Watch your discontent children, could the trickster overhear." -
- "Your cape cuts your fly Soos." -Dipper took the candy bowl and threw it content away by the window. - "Good bye loser candy!" -
Then, the doorbell rang.
- "Trick or treater! Quick! Give them that terrible candy!" -Stan ordered them and Dipper went to the door, with the bowl in hands.
- "Happy summerwee… WHOA!" -He met Wendy and Robbie. They were wearing costumes.
- "s'up squirt?" -Robbie greeted him.
- "Hey Dipper." -Wendy greeted him too.
- "WENDY! Hahaha!" -He greeted her back nervously. - "What's up guys?" -
- "Uff… I left my jacket here, again!" -Wendy picked her jacket.
- "Hey! What's with the candy? You going to trick or treating or something?" -Robbie asked him.
- "Well… actually… I… I…" -Dipper stuttered.
- "Shut up Robbie. Of course, he's not going trick or treating." -Wendy defended him.
- "Uh! Yeah! Ahm… Haha! Trick or treating is for babies… I guess." -
- "You come to the party with us! The Northwest are throwing a party in their yard and it's gonna be insane!" -Wendy invited him.
- "No surprised you didn't hear about it!" -Robbie mocked him, showing him a flyer of the party.
- "Wha… Why wouldn't Pacifica tell us about this?" -Dipper said disappointed.
- "Maybe you're not so important for her to call you." -Robbie mocked again and Wendy gave him a stern look.
- "But I… I thought we were friends." -Dipper was visibly sad. - "Why didn't she call us?"
Knock knock. They heard the door and turned to it. There was Pacifica Northwest, followed closely by Jack.
- "That's because I wanted to invite you personally." -She said and went to Dipper to hand him a flyer, a faint blush could be seen in both kids while exchanging the flyer. Wendy seemed pleased while Robbie seemed upset.
Dipper read the flyer and smiled at her. - "I really hope you can go." -Pacifica told him, smiling too. - "But I'd love to go around town to trick or treat too, I've never done it." -
- "Wait! What?!" -Dipper, Wendy, and even Robbie asked at the same time.
- "Yeah! My parents were so afraid for me that every Halloween and Summerween, we didn't go out to trick or treat, they bought tons of candy and went around the mansion, knocking at the doors, the maids and butlers opened them and gave me all the candy, that's the closest trick or treating I've had." -
- "That's… That's so…" -Wendy didn't want to say it. Neither Dipper or Robbie dared to open their mouths
- "Oh! Don't worry, it's ok. I already know that my parents wanted to protect me." -Pacifica smiled at them but they still felt bad for her. - "Anyway, I really hope you all can go to the party, it was really hard to convince my parents to do it."-
- "Did you use the puppy dog eyes technique?" -Wendy asked her.
- "I didn't think of that. No, I told them that could be a good practice for the incoming party we'll host later in the summer." -
- "Oh yeah! The big party at the mansion. Isn't that like super exclusive and just for millionaire?" -Wendy asked her.
- "That one! Yeah! It's quite exclusive and all, but I remember my grandma told me she'd like to let everyone in town get into the party, at least once, and I'm going to try and convince my parents on it." -
- "Good luck on that." -Wendy wished her luck.
- "Thank you, I'm gonna need it. My dad says that my grandpa told him to keep it the way it is, no matter what, and my dad promised him to do so." -Pacifica explained. She turned to Dipper. - "So, are you going to the party?" -
- "Yeah! Sure! Count me in! I'll see you there." -Dipper said confidently.
- "GREAT! See you there! Sorry but I gotta go. We still have a few things to do before the party. Tell Mabel that she's invited too. Bye guys!" -Pacifica left, followed by Jack.
- "WAIT! Pacifica!" -Dipper yelled and she stopped. - "Do… Do you want to go to trick or treat with me… US! Yeah! With us! Mabel, Candy, Grenda and me?" -Dipper said panickily, his blush was evident.
Pacifica wasn't in a better position; she blushed too and didn't know what to do. - "I… I have to ask my parents, but I'll do my best." -She finally said and left running, Jack right behind her
- "We better go too." -Wendy said and she and Robbie left in their van.
- "Guys wait! Maybe I'll see you at the party." -
- "If you're not too busy playing dress up." -Robbie again tried to mock and Wendy nudged at him.
- "It's at nine! Don't forget!" -Wendy reminded him and they left.
Dipper checked the flyer and the trick or treat memories book and wondered. - "What am I gonna tell to Mabel?" -
A few moments later, Mabel and her friends Candy and Grenda were disguised and waiting for Dipper. Mabel was disguised as a jar of jelly, Candy was disguised as a… well, as a candy, and Grenda was the traditional witch. Mabel introduced her friends to Stan, who was disguised as Dracula. - "Gruncle Stan, these are my best friends, Candy and Grenda." -
- "I'm so sweet I could eat myself." -Candy said.
- "Hello Mr. Pines." -Grenda greeted.
- "You got a cold honey? Some low your voice there." -Stan asked her a little worried for her.
- "What do you mean? Why would you say that?" -Grenda asked him and he left.
- "Is Waddles coming with us tonight?" -Candy asked Mabel.
- "I wish he could, but he got a very important meeting to attend." -Mabel joked and then, Waddles came in, with some sort of suit and Mabel picked it up and made a joke about it, the three friends laughed and Grenda asked for Dipper. - "What about your brother?" -
- "Oh man! Just wait to see Dipper with his costume. It's amazing! There he comes now." -
Dipper came wearing his common clothes.
- "That is a very good Dipper costume." -Candy thought aloud.
- "What the heck bro bro? Where's your costume?" -Mabel asked him.
- "Look, I kinda invited someone else to go with us and I'm waiting for her." -He explained.
- "Oh my gosh! OH MY GOSH! Did you invite your new girlfriend?" -Mabel got excited and she and her friends were all over him.
- "WHAT?! NO! Nothing like that! I… I… I invited Pacifica… She… She has never trick or treated before so… I… I thought it could be good if she… what?" -He stopped when he noticed their mischievous expressions.
- "You asked Pacifica out!" -Candy almost yelled in excitement.
- "What?! NO!" -He replied.
- "Yes, you did." -Grenda countered.
- "No, I didn't." -
- "Yes, you did it Dipper. Why do you deny it?" -Mabel asked him.
- "Because I asked her to go with all of us. A date is supposed to be between two people. Besides she has to ask her parents and you already know how they are." -He explained.
- "Wait… You asked her to go with us to trick or treating, but you aren't wearing a costume." -
- "That's because that costume is dumb. I don't want her to think I'm a dork." -
- "Oh! My sweet little Dipper. She already thinks that." -Mabel mocked ruffling his hair and giggling, her friends laughed too.
Dipper was about to reply when someone knocked at the door. He went to answer looking mad at his sister, he opened the door and found Pacifica, wearing the cutest witch costume ever.
- "Bah!... Bah!... Bah!..." -Dipper was astonished.
- "Hi Dipper…" -Pacifica greeted him happily,
- "Bah!... Bah!... Bah!..." -That's all Dipper's statue could muster.
- "May I come in?" -She asked him but he was mesmerized.
- "Yes Paz! Go ahead, come on in!" -Mabel said and pulled her friend into the house, Jack followed closely, a faint smile could be seen on his face. - "Oh my gosh! You look great on that costume." -Mabel complimented her.
- "Th… Thanks! I inspired myself on an Anime main character named Akko, She's a witch's apprentice, but she usually gets in troubles, she's the messier of them all, but still the cutest, at least for me." -Pacifica explained happily and looked at the others, who smiled at her, then she looked at Dipper, who was still petrified by the door. - "Is he going to stay there all night?" -She asked Mabel.
- "Oh, yeah! I'll fix it." -Mabel went to him and stood beside him took a deep breath and… - "WAKE UP SLEEPYHEAD!" -She yelled from the bottom of her lungs and Dipper finally reacted and fell to the ground. Everyone laughed and Dipper blushed in embarrassment. - "HAHAHA! Come on bro bro, it's time to go." -She offered him her hand and he took it, mostly because he didn't want to make a show in front of Pacifica, but he was still angry with Mabel. - "Go and put your costume." -She kinda ordered him and he went to his room.
- "By the way Pacifica, it's none of my business but I think you'd look great with a Ladybug's costume." -Mabel commented casually and Pacifica got nervous. - "I mean, besides the pig tails, you kinda look like her." -
- "Ahm… yeah! I… I know but, unfortunately, all the stores ran out of them in a blink." -Pacifica explained hastily. - "And you'd look awesome with it too, or maybe, one of Queen Bee." -She suggested and now it was turn for Mabel to get nervous. She was about to reply when.
- "Ok, I'm ready, let's go." -Dipper appeared at the stairs, dressed as.
- "TUXEDO MASK! What's the big deal bro? We were supposed to have matching costumes." -Mabel replied.
- "Come on Mabel, It's just a costume, besides, ladies like this." -He said in a seductive tone and offered each girl a red rose. All the girls but Mabel blushed when they accepted their roses.
Mabel was about to protest but then, someone knocked at the door. Again, Dipper answered it; This time a tall gut with some sort of scarecrow costume and a happy face mask was there.
- "Trick or treat." -The guy said in a creepy voice.
- "Dude! Really? You're a little old for this man, sorry." -Dipper said and closed the door behind him, ignoring the guy.
- "Why did you close the door?" -Mabel asked him.
- "Come on. The guy's an adult." -
- "I think a little trick or treating will make you feel better." -
- "Perhaps you're right." - Again, someone's knocked at the door and again, Dipper opened it. - "Look man, just go to another house." -Dipper said angrily when he noticed that it was the same guy.
- "Dipper! Where's your summerween hospitality?" -Mabel scolded him. Then, the guy knocked at the door angrily.
- "I'm not getting that." -Dipper said firmly.
- "Well, I am." -Mabel pushed him away and opened the door. - "I apologize for my brother; he came down the case of grumpy grump." -She apologized with the guy, but he didn't take it.
- "SILENCE!" You've insulted me, and thus you must pay, with your lives." -He threatened them.
- "Oh! What a cute little mask! You're a funny guy, aren't you?" -Mabel didn't believe him.
The guy got into the Shack; he was very tall. - "Funny, am I?" -He threatened them again, then a kid came to the door asking for trick or treat and the big guy picked him up and ate him- All the kids were scared.
- "There's only one way for you to avoid this fate…" -He poked Pacifica with one finger and, because of the fear, she clung on the first person she found close, who happened to be Dipper. At this moment, Jack threw himself at the guy to attack him, but it failed miserably because the guy pushed Jack effortlessly and sent him away. Jack crashed against a wall and fell unconscious. - "I need a treat. If you can collect five hundred pieces of candy, and bring them to me before the last jack o lantern goes out, I will let you live." -He offered them a deal.
- "Five hundred treats in one night?! That's impossible!" -Dipper panicked.
- "The choice is yours children. You must trick or treat, or die." -The big guy threatened again and left laughing.
- "Oh my gosh Mabel, do you know what this means?" -
- "I do. It means we all go trick or treating! YEAH!" -She got excited.
All the kids were scared and Candy asked. - "Who was that guy?" -
- "It's the legend Soos told us about. It's true." -Mabel explained.
- "What do we do?! WHAT DO WE DO?!" -Grenda yelled in fear, shaking Dipper in the process.
Then Soos came and asked them what was going on. The kids explained him what happened and showed him a picture of the monster that Candy took. - "The summerween trickster! Oh man! Dude! You guys, are in crazy bonkers troubles!" -
- "How are we get that much candy in one night?! There's no way!" -Dipper panicked.
Mabel clapped her hands and called for everyone's attention. - "Listen up people! Now some might say that been cursed by a bloodthirsty holiday monster is a bad thing." -
- "I wet myself." -Grenda interrupted her.
- "But that monster messed with the wrong crew. With Candy's Spirit, Grenda's strength, Dipper's brains, Pacifica's determination, and… Soos here. We can find 500 pieces of candy and have fun doing it too, even if it takes all night!" -She motivated and encouraged them, then she led them to the streets. Just Dipper and Pacifica stayed behind, he checked his watch and saw it was 6:00 PM.
- "All night? B… But… the party?" -He whined.
- "Yeah! What about the party? My parents told me to be back on time for it." -Pacifica protested too.
- "Guys What's worst? Getting eaten by a horrifying monster, or going trick or treating with us?" -Mabel asked them and both of them thought about it. Mabel grabbed them both and pulled them with her.

The town was crowded. There were kids everywhere trick or treating. Mani kids were dressed as Ladybug, Black Cat and Queen bee. Almost every group had at least, one of these characters in them, if not the three of them. Among all the people, Mabel, Dipper, Pacifica and the others were walking, looking for houses to trick or treat.
- "I don't understand why can't just buy our candy and be done with it?" -Dipper protested.
- "That sorts of take the fun out of trick or treating die." -Mabel answered him.
- "I'm trying to take the die out of trick or treating die." -
- "Mabel's right, besides, at this point, all stores are out of candies." -Pacifica said playfully, she seemed quite happy with this.
They stopped at their first house. - "Trick or treat!" -They asked Lazy Susan.
- "Is everybody in a costume?" -She asked them and looked at their costumes, she liked all of them but Dipper's, she didn't recognize his costume.
- "We… we're kinda in a hurry here." -Dipper urged her.
- "Oh! I see." -Lazy Susan was disappointed and gave them one candy to each one. - "Enjoy!" -She slammed the door then.
- "These are loser candies!" -Candy protested.
- "Five pieces of candy! This is gonna take forever!" -Dipper was angry.
- "We have to up our game Dipper! You gotta put on your costume!" -Mabel told him.
- "I told I'm not up to it Mabel." -
- "Oh really?" -They heard the trickster voice and got scared. He landed over Soos and took his candy. - "Hmm… I've seen better." -He jumped off and took a lantern. - "Tick tock" -He shut off the lantern and left again.
- "So, what was that about being too embarrassed to wear a costume?" -Mabel asked him.
- "But… But..." -He looked at Pacifica and blushed. - "Please promise me that you won't make fun of me." -he pleaded and all of them nodded.
After a while they were going to the next house. - "Introducing for the first time in public. TADAM! Peanut Butter and Jelly!" -Mabel introduced Dipper dressed as a peanut butter jar.
Everyone awed and Candy said, taking a photo of them with her cellphone. - "I will make internet famous." -
- "Hey! Erase that!" -Dipper protested, then checked his watch and saw it was seven o'clock. - "Let's just get this over with, ok?" -
Everyone agreed and went to the next house. On their way there, Pacifica talked to Candy. - "Hey Psst." -
- "What?" -
- "Could you share that photo with me? Please!" -
- "What? Which one?" -
- "The one you took with Dipper and Mabel in their costumes." -
- "Why? Did you like it?" -
- "Yeah! They look great." -
- "Ok, I'll send it to you if we survive this night." -
- "Thank you." -
They got to a house and Dipper ringed the bell. - "Do you really think this will make any difference?" -He asked his sister.
The house owner opened the door and the twins made a dance which touched the man's heart and he gave them the whole bowl of candies.
Then, the trick or treating rampage started, the kids collected a lot of candies in record time, Pacifica was the one enjoying it the most. She was incredibly happy trick or treating around town with her friends. She didn't even care that they wouldn't keep the candies for themselves.
They were getting a lot of candies. At 8:30, they got 499 pieces of candy and celebrated.
- "All we need is one more piece of candy. And it's only 8:30. Perfect timing." -Dipper was happy.
Mabel hugged him. - "Now your clock is on the way too." -
- "Dude. I'm gonna go around and get the truck. Soos away!" -Soos left.
- "Last one to the final house is a pair of wax lips." -Mabel challenged her friends and all of them ran after her, leaving Dipper alone with all the candies.
- "The perfect time to go to Pacifica's party, and Wendy won't know I was trick or treating." -Dipper was happy.
Unfortunately for him, Wendy and Robbie were coming his way on the Van and he got nervous. He got rid of the candies and the costume and played cool when they got to him.
- "Hey Dipper." -Wendy greeted him.
- "Oh! Hey Wendy. What's up?" -He played cool while hiding part of his costume.
- "You coming to the party?" -She asked him.
- "What are you doing out here?" -Robbie asked him.
That took Dipper by surprise, but he improvised. - "Oh! Uhm! Haha! I'm on my way. I like watching the trick or treaters. Reminds me of when I was a kid." -
- "Ok then. You coming, right?" -Wendy asked him again.
- "Definitely. Definitely." -he assured her.
Wendy and Robbie left.
Mabel was behind Dipper and heard everything. - "You going to a party?" -She asked him, disappointment in her voice.
- "Oh, hey…" -Dipper couldn't talk because Mabel threw him a candy to the face.
- "That's why you were acting so weird and trying to hurry us! You're not sick at all. This wasn't for this crazy monster. You were gonna ditch me! On our favorite holyday!" -She was really angry.
Candy, Grenda and Pacifica were looking at them.
- "What happened to the Dipper who used to love Halloween? And where's all the candy?" -
- "Relax! Relax! I left them right here. Behind this bush." -Dipper lead them to where he put the candies but. - "Oh no!" -They saw the candies at the bottom of a cliff dissolving in the water.
- "What did you do?!" -Mabel yelled at him.
- "I… uh… I…" -Dipper didn't know what to say.
- "Uh… Guys." -Grenda called then and they turned around to see that most of the lanterns were out. There was just one left, the one of Old McGucket, and he was about to turn it off. They ran to him and begged him to not turn it off.
- "Don't blow out the candle." -Dipper begged him, but old McGucket didn't hear him, so he repeated it yelling. - "DON'T BLOW OUT THE CANDLE!" -
Old McGucket didn't hear and was about to blow the candle, but Grenda tackled him and took the lantern from him. Old McGucket ran away. The kids gathered together and sighed in relief, turning out the candle in the process.
- "Oh, oh!" -Mabel said and they all got scared. They could see the trickster walking to them.
- "So, children. Where's my candy?" -He said threatening the kids and walking to them while they backed off.
- "I swear we have all 500 hundred pieces. Look! It's out there somewhere, but you still get it." -Dipper tried to fool him.
Th trickster grew taller. - "I'm afraid it's too late. That was your last chance." -
Dipper threw him a candy bar but the trickster absorbed it and laughed at him. Dipper ordered the others to run away and the trickster chased them, he grew more arms and grabbed all the kids. When he grabbed Mabel and Pacifica, both girls yelled for Dipper, he didn't think about it and yelled.
- "PLAGG… WHOA!" -He didn't finish because the trickster caught him and lifted him over his head. The trickster laughed hard but then, Soos crashed his truck on the trickster, making him explode and dropping all the kids. They all were happy to be alive and ran to Soos.
- "That wasn't like, a regular pedestrian, was it?" -Soos asked them.
- "It was the monster." -Mabel said.
- "Thanks Soos." -Dipper thanked him. - "I'm glad it's over, right?" -He looked at the girls, but they refused to look at him, especially Mabel. The only one who stood by his side was Pacifica. They got into the truck and were ready to leave.
- "Did everyone remember to put on the seatbelts?" -Soos asked them and they answered yes. - "Let's go." -He drove to take everyone back home.
On their way there, Pacifica noticed that Mabel had a bruise on her left elbow. - "Hey are you ok?" -She asked her and Mabel nodded. - "You know, Dipper wanted to go to our party, but he also wanted to please you. He just didn't know how to do it." -
- "Why did you invite him to a party and not me?" -Mabel asked her.
- "I wanted to invite you both, but I was in a rush, I thought he'd tell you about it." -Both girls looked at each other and then, turned to Dipper, giving him angry glares.
- "What?" -He asked dumbfounded.
- "Why didn't you tell me/Mabel about the party?!" -Both girls asked him angrily.
- "Did… Didn't I tell you about it?" -He asked, panicking a little.
- "NO! You didn't!" -Both girls yelled at the same time.
- "Dang it! I forgot to tell you about it. I'm really sorry Mabel, I didn't mean to go without you. I just forgot to tell you. I mean it. The trickster´s treat made me forget it. I'm sorry." -Dipper apologized.
Both girls looked at him and realized that he was sincere. Then Pacifica spoke. - "Well… In the end we can fix this easily. Mabel, would you like to go to a party at my house, tonight?" - she asked her nicely.
- "Yes Pacifica, I'd love to go." -Mabel answered smiling at her.
- "Phew!" -They heard Dipper sigh in relief and again looked at him. - "Now what?" -He asked them.
They turned around without saying anything else and Dipper gulped at that.
Then, Mabel noticed that many candies were flying back to where Soos ran over the Summerween trickster. - "Uh! Guys…" -
The trickster recovered and went after them, he fell over the trucks roof and scared them all, making Soos lose control of the truck and crash at the Summerween store. Everyone got down from the truck, fortunately no one's was hurt, but when they heard the trickster coming Dipper yelled that they had to hide and everyone ran to different places inside the store.
- "Dipper looked at the monster from his spot. - "He's blocking the only exit." -He whispered.
- "Well, duh! He doesn't want you to escape." -Plagg mocked him.
He found Mabel and told her to stay quiet. - "Now you're worried about the monster. I thought all you cared about was the party." -She mocked him too.
- "Mabel you know that's not true… I just… I felt like I was getting a little too old to go trick or treating." -
- "That's exactly why we need to go trick or treating Dipper. We're getting older and there's not that many Halloweens left. Because I didn't realize it was already our last one." -
- "Sigh… Sorry Mabel, I didn't think of that." -Dipper apologized again.
They heard the monster roar.
- "We have to escape." -Mabel was scared.
- "Listen to me. Find the others and run away, I'll make some noise to distract him." -Dipper said and before Mabel could protest, he left her alone.
- "What's the plan now? My queen." -Pollen asked her.
- "We do what we always do Pollen. Let's Buzz." -Mabel transformed.
Dipper went to the back store and found a bunch of buckets and mops; he gathered and threw them to make as much noise as he could, he heard the monster roar and ran away from there. He saw the trickster going to where he made the noise and hid behind a shelf. He didn't waste any more time. - "Plagg, claws on." -He transformed.
Pacifica was hiding behind a freezer with Candy and Grenda, both girls were really scared, but she was looking for a way out… for them.
- "What do we do?" -Grenda wondered.
- "I don't want to die." -Candy mustered, hugging Grenda and trembling.
- "We need some diversion to distract him." -Pacifica reasoned. Then they heard a big noise from the back store and the monster went there. - "Now! Go! Go! Go!" -Pacifica pulled both girls and lead them to the entrance. - "Just get out of here. I gotta find the others." -She told them and pushed them out.
- "But… Pacifica…" -Candy tried to say something but Pacifica interrupted her.
- "No buts! Just go!" -She pushed them again and both girls ran away. Pacifica got back inside the store and hid behind a costumes shelf. - "Tikki, spots on." -She transformed.
The monster was looking for everyone there and found Soos, he grabbed him by his feet and lifted him in the air. He was about to eat him when he heard a voice behind him.
- "Hey! Monster! Let him go!" -He turned around to find Queen Bee, defying him.
- "Make me!" -He dared back.
- "As you wish!" -Someone else yelled and the monster got hit on his nape. He almost dropped Soos but managed to compose himself and looked at who dared to hit him. It was Black Cat.
The monster didn't waste time and swallowed Soos with one single bite. Both heroes were astonished at that and unable to move away from the monster, who was about to attack them, but he was held back by a string around his head. - "KNOCK IT OFF GUYS!" -Ladybug called them and they snapped out of it.
The trickster bit the string and pulled it, making Ladybug fly over him, he opened his mouth to eat her but Black Cat hit him on his leg while Queen Bee jumped to catch Ladybug.
- "What are you… Hey, this is…" -Black Cat said after some parts of the monster fell on his face and he tasted them.
- "You really haven't figured it out yet!" -The monster said and grabbed him, along with the girls. - "Don't you recognize me? Look at my face! Look closely."-He took off his mask to reveal that he's made of pure candies.
- "You're all candy." -Queen Bee said, she was scared.
- "That's right! Did you ever stop and think of the candy at the bottom of the bag that no one likes?! Every year the children of Gravity Falls fall away all the rejected candies into the dump. So I seek revenge! Revenge of the picky children who cast me aside! I'm made of every toss piece of black licorice, every discarded bar of old chocolate with that white powder stuff. You know that stuff?!" -The monster confessed his anger.
- "I hate that stuff!" -Queen Bee said.
- "No one would eat me! But now I'm going to eat you." -The monster smiled and the three heroes yelled, but then, the monster felt a pain in his stomach, which grew by the second, until it exploded from the inside, revealing Soos, who made his way out of the monster, by eating candies, the monster was in pain and fell to the ground, freeing the three heroes.
- "Dudes, you want some of this?" -Soos asked them. The three heroes were speechless and just moved their heads no.
- "Wait! You actually think I taste good?" -the monster asked Soos.
- "Uhm! Sure! You know." -
- "All I ever wanted is to someone said that I was good. HAHAHA! I'm so happy!" -The monster cried in happiness while Soos kept eating him. Then, the kid the monster ate at the Shack appeared.
- "I've been traumatized." -He said smling.
The three superheroes were astonished, looking at the bizarre scene in front of them, a giant monster made of pure candy crying of happiness, while a grown man ate it alive was too much.
- "So…" -Ladybug started.
- "This… This is… Ahm…" -Queen Bee was thinking. - "Is… Is this a happy ending or a sad ending?" -She asked her friends.
- "It's an ending and that's all." -Black Cat sentenced.
- "But we… We didn't…" -Queen Bee tried to say something.
- "We can't be the heroes all the time, right?" -Ladybug asked them.
- "Right! Right! That's for sure/Totally." -Black Cat and Queen Bee answered her at the same time. They were completely astonished.
The Black Cat saw a clock at the wall and realized that was 8:45.
- "Well… As this… is… over. I gotta go guys, I have something to do." -He apologized and started to leave.
- "Yeah! Me too." -Queen Bee followed him.
- "Yep! Me three." -Ladybug left too.
After a few minutes, Dipper, Pacifica and Mabel came out from their hiding spots to find Soos eating candies like a kid.
- "Soos! What's going on? Where's the monster?" -Mabel asked him.
- "Yeah Soos! What happened?" -Dipper asked next.
- "Yeah dudes! The monster is made of pure candies, here it is." -He offered them some candies from the big pile, the monster already stopped moving.
- "I'm sorry to interrupt your feast Soos. But I gotta rush home. If I don't get there at 9:00 my parents will ground me and never let me to trick or treat again." -Pacifica said.
- "Oh geez! Ok dude, let's get into the truck and ride you home." -Soos stopped eating and went to the truck. They all carried as many candies as they could from the floor, hopped into the truck and Soos took them to Paciica's house.

At the party, Preston, dressed as Gomez Addams, saw how people from town arrived at his little Summerween party, he was getting nervous as his daughter was still missing, he checked his golden watch and saw it was 8:55, his wife, dressed as Morticia Addams approached him.
- "She'll be here on time." -She hugged him from behind.
- "She better be." -He responded.
- "She still has five minutes. Maybe she's having the greatest time with her friends." -She pecked him on the cheek. He took her and rounded her to be face to face.
- "I really hope so." -He kissed her on the lips.
Then they saw a girl getting into the party. Preston recognized immediately due to her red hair and went to her.
- "Hi. Excuse me young lady. Are you the girl that works at the Mystery Shack? Wanda?" -He asked her.
- "It's Wendy. Yes. I work at the Shack." -
- "Ok, Wendy. I won't forget it again, promise. I was wondering if you have seen my daughter around town tonight? She's dressed as a witch and hangs out with those twins who live at the Shack." -
- "Sorry Mr. Northwest, I didn't see her at town, but she went to the Shack to invite the twins at the party, and Dipper said that he'd come, so, they might be on their way here. Dipper isn't used to be late at anything. He's very serious on that." -Wendy explained.
- "Good, good." -Preston answered and checked his watch again, 8:58. He was getting very nervous. Then he saw Jack, walking to him with his hat on his hands and a very sad expression on his face, he had a black eye. When Preston saw him, he feared the worst, but then, a truck arrived and parked close to the main gate. Soos, Dipper, Mabel and Pacifica came out of it and went straight to Pacifica´s parents. Preston checked his watch again, just to see it change from 8:59 to 9:00 o´clock, and his beloved daughter and her friends were in front of him. He noticed the wide smile and sparkling eyes on Pacifica's face and sighed in relief. - "So, how did it go?" -He asked her smiling.
- "IT WAS GREAT! I HAVEN'T HAD SO MUCH FUN EVER!" -Pacifica yelled at him excitedly and showed him all the candies she got. - "Look at all these candies! Isn't it great daddy?!" -
Preston felt his heart jump, Pacifica hadn't called him daddy since she was eight, he felt tears in his eyes.
- "I'm glad you had fun with your friends, sweetie. But the party has just started." -He showed them all they arranged for this Summerween party. Dipper, Mabel and Soos had their mouths wide open. They had never seen a party like this. All the decoration and food were Summerween themed. There were Bats and Ghosts balloons, fruit punch that looked like blood, snacks and pastries with monsters' designs, a scary maze and even a little haunted house and a zombie DJ playing music. - "Come on guys, have fun." -Preston invited them and everyone started to party.
At the end, the DJ played Michael Jackson Thriller song and everyone danced, Preston leads them.
