Chapter 8: The Land of Snowflakes:

Faina's POV:

The Land of Snowflakes was cold.

"I can see my breath," I said.

"I think my breath is frozen," says Dominik.

"It's always winter here," says the Nutcracker.

"Hey, my flower isn't frozen," says Gala.

"That's the beauty of the Land of Flowers," says Sergei, "they don't freeze."

"I do wish the Land of Snowflakes could be warmer," says Zinovia. She then slips and almost falls to her death, but then Dominik grabs her and pulls her up.

"Are you alright," asks Dominik.

"Yes," says Zinovia, "thank you." Zinovia then kisses Dominik.

"Let's go," I said. Then, little creatures came.

"Snow Fairies," says the Nutcracker, "they love to sing."

Snow Fairies: Oh, the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

Man, it doesn't show signs of stopping
And I brought me some corn for popping
The lights are turned way down low
Let it snow! Let it snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight
How I'll hate going out in the storm
But if you'll really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

And the fire is slowly dying
And, my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you'd love me so
Let it snow! Let it snow and snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight
How I'll hate going out in the storm
But if you really grab me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

Oh, the fire is slowly dying
And, my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you'd love me so
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

"Look, it's our next stop," says Gala.

"The Land of Sweets," says the Nutcracker.
