Magnolia
In the kingdom of Fiore at the large town known as Magnolia there is a large building that has a orange flag hanging on it and there was a lot of noise coming from within it which was normal as it was the Fairy Tail guild hall and standing outside of it was two of its members Natsu Dragneel and Happy and with them were Naruto and Lucy who wish to become a member of their famous guild.
"Wow! It sure is big!" Lucy said excitedly as her dreams were finally becoming true.
"Here it is Lucy," Natsu said happily.
"Aye welcome to our guild hall" Happy said happily.
"I can sense a bunch of strong magical power inside, especially one of them who's like comparing Kage to a Genin, no wonder their guild is so famous if they have this many strong people" thought Naruto.
Suddenly Natsu kicked open the guild hall double doors wide open and shouted loudly and happily "HEY EVERYONE! WE'RE BACK!" which caught everyone who was inside their attention.
"Oh Natsu and Happy! Welcome back" Mirajane said happily with a smile like she always does.
"She's really stunning!" Naruto couldn't help but think while looking at Mirajane with a small blush on his face.
"You really went overboard again, Natus! We all read in the paper that you destroyed half of Hargeon's harbor" A guy said however Natsu instead answering him just jumped up in the air and then kicked a guy who was drinking a beer in the head which sent him flying across the guild hall.
"WHY THE HECK DID YOU DO THAT FOR NATSU?" Lucy shouted in confusion.
"Does he do that often?" Naruto thought as he knew many people back in his dimension who would challenge him to fight but they would never just attack him out of the blue like that unless they were enemy shinobi.
"There it is, the minute Natsu gets back, the place is in danger of going to pieces...again" Mirajane said with a light chuckle.
"WHAT THE HELL NATSU!? WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?" The guy shouted angrily as he picked himself off the floor.
"That's for giving me that crappy info about the salamander!" Natsu said angrily.
"Hey don't be blaming me for just passing along a rumor that I overheard!" The guy said angrily.
"IT WAS ONLY JUST A RUMOR! I'M GOING TO KICK YOUR ASS!" Natsu shouted angrily.
"YOU WANT TO FIGHT ABOUT IT! BRING IT ON" The guy shouted angrily.
When everyone else saw this instead of trying to stop the two they all started a rumble and just started beating each other up which will most likely have their guild hall being torn up... again.
"Now, now Natsu I think you really sho.." Before the blue talking cat could finish his sentence someone was pushed backwards knocking into Happy causing him to send him flying across the guild hall.
While all of that was going on Lucy was just looking around and said to herself happily "Wow i just can't believe it that I'm actually here" because her dream was finally coming true.
"This place sure is lively," Naruto said as he looked around the guild hall.
"Oh my newcomers" Mirajane said, finally noticing both Naruto and Lucy.
"Kyaaah! It's Mirajane Strauss" Lucy cry out with hearts in her eye's because Lucy was a huge fan of Mirajane as she has seen her often in the sorcery magazine as it's number one model.
Lucy's thoughts turned back towards the Fairy Tail guild members who were still fighting among themselves "Umm don't you think you should stop them?" Lucy asks.
"Don't worry about it, this kind of happens all the time around here," said Mirajane.
"All the time? How the heck is this place still standing?" Naruto asks while watching the guild members fight each other while Naruto could tell that they weren't fighting seriously.
During the fight someone threw a bottle hoping to hit the person that they were in the middle of fighting against but they missed them and it was going to fly pass Lucy and hit Mirajane on her head but Naruto manage caught it between his two fingers with ease just before that could happen and as Mirajane look at Naruto she couldn't help but blush while staring at Naruto because she thought he was good looking and how close he was to her however the demon's within her were feeling something that Mirajane never thought they would ever feel and that was fear.
"Why are the demon's inside of me so scared of this man!" Mirajane thought in shock.
"They really should be more careful with what they throw around," said Naruto.
"Why thank you" Mirajane said while trying to calm herself down.
Lucy then continue to watch the fight between members of fairy tail unfold until something caught her attention on the other end of the bar what she was a women drink straight from a barrel and that women's name was Cana Alberona and by her was a guy who was wearing nothing but his boxers and his name was Gray Fullbuster.
"Natsu's back where he is, it's time we finish things once and for all" said Gray.
"Gray, your clothes are gone again" said Cana.
"WHERE THE HELL HAVE MY CLOTHES GONE!?" Gray shouted.
"How the hell didn't he notice that he was only boxers!?" Naruto said, confused.
"All the men around here don't have any class" Cana said before she continued drinking from the barrel full of alcohol without a care in the world however she took a glance over at Naruto "Oh there's a new hottie" Cana thought with a blush.
"How does she even still have a liver?!" Lucy thought in shock.
"Come over here right now Natsu and fight me!" Gray said as he kicked someone who was in his way which sent them flying across the guild hall.
"No way not until you put your damn clothes back on" Natsu said as he was still beating up the same guy at the start of the fight.
"This is disgusting! It's only noon and you boys are screaming and making noise already whining like spoiled baby's!" Elfmen Strauss said as he marched towards Natsu and Grey.
However, Natsu and Gray turn around and punch Elfmen straight in the face together, sending him flying across the guild hall.
"YOU'RE JUST IN THE WAY!" Natsu and Gray both shouted as they punched Elfmen straight in the face together which sent him flying across the guild hall.
"They took him out so easily!" Lucy cried out in shock.
"Just because he's bigger than them that doesn't always mean that he's stronger than them" Naruto said as in the world of shinobi never judge a book by its cover.
"What a disturbing racket," Loke said to the two girls that were sitting on his lap.
"No way It's Loke Lockwood! One of the top-ranking men for 'The Wizard i'd like to be my boyfriend'!" Lucy said surprised as she wasn't expecting to meet him on her first day joining Fairy Tail.
(I know that Loke's last name isn't Lockwood as he doesn't have one but i decided to give him one)
But just then something came flying and hit Loke on his forehead knocking him over.
"Are you alright Loke"? One of the two girls asked, worried.
Loke then pick himself up and walked towards the fight not before he turned around to the two girls "I'm going to join in the fight but only to protect you two of course" Loke said with a smile which caused the two of them to blush madly.
"Good luck Loke" They both said at the exact same time.
Lucy meanwhile had the sorcery weekly magazine in her hands and she was on the part about the ten most eligible bachelors in Fiore and it had Loke's face and another young man who had blue hair and a red tattoo on his face in it and Lucy then drew a big cross over Loke's face with a red pen.
"He's definitely off my list, what the heck is wrong with these people"? Lucy said as she watched the fight continue.
Suddenly Gray was standing next to Lucy and Naruto but this time he was now completely nude which caused Lucy to both blush and try to cover her eye's with her hands while Naruto made sure to not look at him.
"Give me back my boxers you jerk!" Gray demanded while Natsu was grinning and spinning Gray's underwater around his finger.
"How the hell did he lose his boxers in a fight!?" Naruto thought confused as he's been in many fights but he has never lost his underwear during one.
Gray then spotted Lucy "Excuse me miss but may I borrow your underwear?" Gray asks like it was the most normal thing in the world but then Lucy out of nowhere had a bat in her hands which she used to smack Gray sending him flying but then Loke appeared right next to her and had Lucy in her his arms.
"These guys are so incentives they don't kno.." Before Loke could finish his sentence Elfmen came in and punch Loke sending him flying.
"Real men speak with their fist Loke!" Elfmen said proudly but then Natsu appeared and he kicked Elfmen in the chest, sending him flying.
"I told you to stay out of this!" said Natsu.
"Aye" said Happy.
"Err it's so noisy in here so much for having a drink in peace" Cana said who had just finished drinking a barrel of beer and now was drinking from a beer mug.
"Did she seriously finish an entire barrel by herself!?" Naruto thought in shock as he knew that Tsunade Senju the former Fifth Hokage did enjoy a drink however she didn't drink an entire barrel.
Cana then pulled out a card and told everybody "I think that's enough you guys it's about time you stop" Then a greenish-teal magic circle appeared in front of her.
"Oh yeah, say who!" Gray said as he went into a stance and placed his left hand in a fist on his right hand palm and then a very light blue magic circle appeared in front of his hands.
"AAAAARRRRRR!" Elfmen roared with his right arm pointing upwards and his hand open then a small purple magic circle appeared above it which then grew and covered his entire right and then his arm was turned into a rock-like shape instead.
"You pucks can be so annoying," Loke said as adjusted his ring on his left hand index finger and then a green magic circle appeared in front of it.
"I'm really for all of ya" Natsu said with a grin as both of his fists were covered in flames.
"They are seriously going overboard," Naruto said with a sweat drop.
"Do they always fight like this?" Lucy said as she held Happy right in front of her face hoping to protect herself.
"Oh yeah they do this all the time" said Happy.
"But you don't seem worried at all?" Lucy asks curiously.
However before any of them could unleash their spells a huge shadow demon-like man appeared in the middle of them.
"ALL OF YOU ARE ACTING LIKE CHILDREN! NOT WIZARDS OF FAIRY TAIL!" The giant shouted annoyed.
The giant then looks down at Naruto and Lucy which causes Lucy to freeze in fear while Naruto just stares at the giant "Oh and who are these two?" The giant asked curiously.
"This here are two newcomers that just arrived with Natsu and Happy Master," said Mirajane.
"MASTER!?" Lucy shouted in shock.
The giant then started to shrink until he was nothing more than an extremely short, elderly man "Nice to meet ya".
"He's so tiny, so this little guy is really the master?" Lucy asks as he wasn't expecting that.
"He's definitely the strongest wizard here, I would say with the level of magic power that he has, he's at least high Kage level" Naruto thought as he looked at Makarov.
"I'm Makarov Dreyar, I'm the guild master here, so you two wish to join Fairy Tail huh? Well we always welcome anyone into our family" said Makarov.
"Yeah I always wanted to join the Fairy Tail guild" Lucy said with a happy smile.
"Yeah it sounds interesting," Naruto said with a small smile as he reached his hand out.
"Well then welcome to Fairy Tail" Makarov said with a proud smile as he shook his hand however the moment he touched Naruto's hand his eyes widened in pure shock.
"W-what is this massive amount of power within him!? It isn't magic but something else entirely but what?" Makarov thought of Naruto's power.
Makarov then did a backflip up to the sealing and was about to land on the rail of the second floor but instead he hit his head as he picked himself up and he then brought out a thick stack of papers and waved it at them.
"You done it again you fool's look at these documents that I received from the wizard council, Gray good job dealing with the smuggling organization but after you walk around completely naked afterwards" said Makarov.
"Hey it isn't my fault!" Gray said who had managed to get his underwear back from Natsu.
"Elfmen your last mission was to escort a VIP but instead you ended up assaulted him during the mission" said Makarov.
"He said a real man should focus on education instead of getting stronger," Elfmen said as he flexed his muscles.
"Cana you drank fifteen barrels of alcohol but then you charge it to the council!" said Makarov.
"Damn they found that out" Cana said before she continued her drink.
"Loke, will you stop flirting with the council member's elder granddaughter?" said Makarov.
"I don't see any problem with that," Loke said with a smile.
"Natsu oh my boy the amount of damage you cause can't even compare to all the others have done" said Makarov.
"Are most of them about Natsu?" Lucy said in shock.
"You do remember what happened back at Hargeon, right?" Naruto asked, causing Lucy to chuckle.
Makarov started shaking and a shadow overtook his eye's Lucy was afraid that he was getting ready to yell and she was stricken with fear as everyone was waiting for what was coming next.
"TO HELL WITH THOSE THE MAGIC COUNCIL IDIOTS!" Makarov shouted happily.
A shocked Naruto and Lucy could do nothing but stare at Makarov and both only managed to say "EH!?".
"Now listen up, any power that surpasses reason still comes from reason right? Magic isn't some kind of miraculous power, it is a talent that only works when the flow of energy inside of ourselves and the flow of energy of the natural world work in perfect synchronization! To perform magic one must have both a strong mind and the ability to focus, it should take over your whole being and come pouring out of your very soul! If all we ever do is worry about following rules then our magic will never progress, don't let those blowhards on the magic council scare you as you should only follow the path that you believe in cause that's what makes the Fairy Tail guild number one in all of Fiore!" Makarov said proudly and the whole guild erupted in cheers right there and then Lucy knew that she picked the best guild to join while Naruto smiled as Fairy Tail seemed to be a fun place with good people.
Afterwards Mirajane took both Lucy and Naruto over to the bar where she then brought out a stamp and she asked them where would like their guild marks and what color does they want them to be which Lucy said she wanted it on the back of her right hand and she wanted it to be pink while Naruto ask for it on back of his left hand and he wanted it to be red.
"Yeah you go you two, you both are now an office member of the Fairy Tail guild, welcome" Mirajane said with a sweet smile.
Lucy looks at it with a smile before she then walks over to Natsu and Happy who were looking at a request abroad.
"Natsu look Mirajane gave me my guild mark of Fairy Tail" Lucy said happily.
"Yeah that's nice Luigi," Natsu said, not looking away from the request board.
"IT'S LUCY!" Lucy shouted angrily.
"Did he seriously forget her name?" Naruto thought as he walked up to Natsu, Lucy and Happy.
"Already deciding which job to do next, hey Natsu" Naruto said as he walked up to Natsu, Lucy and Happy.
"Yeah but I can't pick which one to do," said Natsu.
"You know Natsu, you could just relax as you just got back," said Naruto.
"No way that would be boring," said Natsu.
"In that case Natsu, you could do some training if you're that bored," said Naruto.
"Aye or do some fishing to get me some yummy fish" said Happy.
"You have fish on the mind twenty four seven don't you cat?" said Naruto.
"Hey Naruto, how about you and I have a fight? I've been wondering how strong you are" Natsu asks with an excited grin.
Meanwhile Makarov was sitting on the bar counter and was drinking a beer until a worried little boy begged him to help his father who was another member of Fairy tail and the reason why he was asking for help was because his dad still hasn't returned from the job.
"But Master the job is supposed to be a simple one but my dad still hasn't returned yet" said the boy.
"Romeo, you should have more faith in your father, after all he is a skill wizard and a member of Fairy Tail after all" said Makarov.
"But he could be in danger!" said Romeo.
"I'm sure he's fine," said Makarov.
"YOUR BEING STUPID!" Romeo shouted before he threw a mug at Makarov's head knocking him over and then running out of the Fairy tail guild hall.
"Why that little'' Makarov muttered under his breath as he picked himself back up onto the bar counter.
"That poor kid," Lucy said to herself with a sad look in her eyes "That's gotta be tough."
"Don't worry about it" Mirajane assured her "I know that it may sound like the master doesn't care but he's actually really worried".
Suddenly Natsu punched the request broad then he grabbed his bag and walked towards the double doors with Happy following behind him.
"What was that about?" Lucy asks curiously.
"Well you see father's are a very touchy subject for Natsu as Natsu's father Igneel disappeared leaving Natsu behind and Natsu has been looking for him ever since" said Mirajane
"How sad" said Lucy.
"So that's why he is so desperate to find him" Naruto thought, understanding why Natsu would rush off at the smallest clue on his father's whereabouts.
Just then Lucy ran to catch up with Natsu and Happy.
"I hope they find Macro soon," Mirajane said worriedly.
"From what I've see of Natsu since i'v met him there is without a doubt however there is also going to be a lot of destruction for sure" Naruto said with a smile while Makarov had a look of despair as he knew that Naruto wasn't wrong.
"Naruto, may I speak with you in my office for a moment?" Makarov asked.
"Sure thing Master Makarov" Naruto said as he followed him to his office as he already knew what he wanted to talk about.
In Makarov's Office
Walking behind Makarov and up some stairs it did not take long before Naruto found himself in a larger room, with a desk, some bookshelves, and tons of smaller items lining the walls. Pictures, scrolls, everything you could think of including the first issue of
Makarov hopped up onto his desk and sat cross-legged so that he may be somewhat equal height with Naruto.
"Now Naruto I believe you know what I'm about to ask you?" Makarov asked in a serious tone.
"Yeah you're wondering what kind of power I have since it isn't magic," said Naruto.
"Yes, as I could immediately tell that it wasn't but I have never felt it before," said Makarov.
"Not surprising as it and i are not from this world" Naruto said, surprising Makarov.
"Not from this world? Are you from Edolas then?" Makarov asked, confusing Naruto.
"Edolas? Sorry but no i'd never heard of it, i'm from another dimension where it doesn't use magic but chakra instead" said Naruto.
"Chakra? Is that what your power is called?" Makarov asked curiously.
"Yes, chakra is similar to magic but also very different," said Naruto.
"Perhaps you can tell me about it and of your world?" Makarov ask curious about a whole new different world.
"Sure thing," Naruto said with a smile.

I'm planning on pairing Naruto with Erza as that's my favorite pairing in crossovers between Naruto and Fairy Tail but i'm willing to give Naruto multiple pairings however i won't break up actual ships that are canon like Alzack & Bisca, Elfman & Evergreen, Gajeel & Levy and Gray & Juvia. Also if you want i could also bring in other characters from Naruto to the Fairy Tail Universe like his friends, other people who you want him to be paired up with and enemies
I'd told you about few of my ideas for power ups for Erza, Natsu, Gray & Lucy however i do have other ideas for the other characters from Fairy Tail
