1. Obviously, no overpowered characters with these super awesome and cool Kekkei Genkai. And there isn't a Jinchuuriki in the leaf in this story as well as the tailed beasts being different.
2. You can pick any clan as long as it makes sense. If it's a clan from another village, then explain how those individual members wound up in the leaf
3. No relation to canon characters, they don't exist here. You can use their names as a sort of namesake, but if your character is literally just the character they were named after it's gonna be rejected.
4. If you're submitting an academy student then the highest level of skill you'll be having is Wave Mission Sasuke.
5. Certain jutsu aren't invented so I might have a character one of y'all sub invent it in this world ;p
6. Don't be afraid to go clanless! I'm gonna be makin' everyone hella strong one way or another! If you're clanless that just lets me be more flexible with how.
7. have a backup clan in mind for you clan goers because I'm not gonna have a class full of hyuga, uchiha, and what not.
8. If you submit a Jonin of course, you'll have to put more effort but you'll be of a higher skill and strength level than the cap!

Hey, I'm aware of the disappearance act this had for a bit, and I wanna say that I'm sorry. I was really excited to do this, and then some stuff came up and didn't put me in a good place to go through with it.
